It is better to visit by appointment. On a first-come, first-served basis, waiting from 20 minutes to 1.5 hours. There is no parking. The service is polite.

We started working faster. Especially the service center after moving out of the basement. You no longer need to sit for hours to exchange a modem. And it became pretty inside
A so-so organization, they change tariffs without asking the customer's opinion and without warning about the change when they get tired of offering new ones.
Terrible service, it was necessary to terminate the contract, for this I specially came to the service center and signed up with the administrator for a certain day and time (07/22/22 8:30 a.m.). As a result, I arrived at the appointed time and it turned out that the service center is open from 10:00 until 07/26. I think this is unacceptable, what kind of trust can a client have in such a company?? I made a special appointment for this day, planned everything, and had to leave on the same day. And I was framed. Plus, you have very rude staff working in the hardware testing department. When I came to them asking for help, to find out at least some information, they answered me very rudely and generally pretended that I was not there. This is not the way to work in the service sector!
It says on the website that they work until 19.00, but in fact until 18.00. Arriving from work at 17.40, they did not even give a ticket, they hung up a sign that they do not work. To the question: "Why?", we need to serve those who arrived earlier. This is a service! They take a lot of money per month, not like a1 or MTS, the Internet speed is low, it does not match the stated one. Soon all the customers will be lost...with such a service.
I came to turn off the Internet, I sat in line for 4 hours in real time.... there is no administrator, 1 window out of 10 is working, all the others are without employees.....

There was an appeal to line 123 about the fact that the phone number was no longer being determined, on line 123 they said that everything was working properly and should work, if it did not work, contact the service center, which was done the next day.
The service center looked at the phone and said that everything was fine , they also checked there - the number was determined, but after the phone was brought home, a new problem appeared, there was no telephone connection, they could call us, we did not. Then there was another appeal to the service center with the same success. Then there was another call to 123, where we were told that the masters should come and see what was wrong with us. As a result, they said that the modem was in good working order, but since there was a defect in the antenna housing (the plastic part just flew off, the photo does not affect the work in any way), they could not replace it and advised to contact the service center once again, which was done.
To the question of whether fallen-off plastic can affect communication services, the answer was NO, it was also said that antennas affect the Internet, but it works well. The question is why change it? If the modem is working, the phone is working, and initially the appeal was only about the lack of a caller ID, but after contacting the service center, communication problems began, what is the reason? And they never installed it for us, they said change the modem, pay from 30-50 rubles, for broken plastic that does not affect work, and that's it) no one offered suggestions about diagnosing the modem and identifying the original reason for the absence of a caller ID and the subsequent reason for incoming communication, that's the attitude. Tomorrow I'm going to write a complaint in the book of comments and suggestions.
There is no worse Internet! The situation today made me write this review. In 5 minutes, I had to reboot the modem 3 times, and then ping 3000 appeared. And now the constant problems:
1) The Internet is unstable, even when everything in the house is turned off, the ping is high.
2) For a whole year, the Internet disappears, and every day 2-4 times you have to restart the modem. And when calling Beltelecom, they say that they did not find any failures or problems.
I do not recommend this network operator to anyone. It could have been described in other words (in a more crude form), but I already know that the article will not be published. Make a conclusion for yourself, I just wrote what I experience every day, I have already resigned myself, you think it's not always possible to talk to relatives who live in another country or send an important letter with files via mail, etc. Sell your company to someone adequate, although why would anyone want your "cool and reliable" servers. No one notifies about the termination of the contract unilaterally. We will find out about this 3 years later from letters threatening to go to court. In these letters, only the number of the contract without the date when, by whom it was concluded, is not indicated. Over the past five years, at the initiative of Beltelecom, the consoles have been changed several times. But NO ONE demanded their return. After waiting in line for an hour, the specialist said that the console was not the same, but she could not explain to which address the axis installed the equipment. She was rude, threatened that we would not prove anything, the court would punish us. I had to come again, and wait in line again. Very high prices, disgusting organization of work. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

During this time, it would have been a long time ago to think about how to improve the reception of citizens. For example, increase the number of reception windows, come up with a replacement for the administrator when she leaves for lunch. Crowds of people with so many cases. Otherwise, everything is fine. Television and the Internet on the TV worked properly, but the Yandex column with Alice on refusal did not want to contact the Beltelecom router! Just in case, we tried to connect the speaker to another provider and it worked cleanly and without a flaw! After a call with a claim to Beltelecom, the operator Tatyana talked to me unflatteringly, who screamed into the phone so that my ear almost got stuck! I have already formed a negative impression about this cantora! Next, we issued an application to fix this problem, the master promised to come from 13:00 to 17:00 in the end, no one came, but at least they warned at 17:05...
The next day the operator called and said: GO TO BOLDIN YOURSELF AND CHANGE THE ROUTER, SINCE WE HAVE INSTALLED A CHEAP ROUTER FOR YOU, AND A LOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT HIS POOR-QUALITY WORK!!!!! Then, after a while, the master calls, who says that he is already at the door of my entrance with a new router, but according to him, he did not give guarantees that the router would work properly. Therefore, I decided to disconnect from their services!!! FOREVER!!!
