The restaurant is recommended to visit!! Despite the unremarkable entrance, once inside you find yourself in a very pleasant, authentic place. The design is tasteful and very themed, the menu is varied, the food is delicious. Olga, the waiter, served us - just an example of kindness and knowledge of both the menu and the history of the building. When you visit such historical and cultural cities as Grodno, you really want the place for dinner to match the atmosphere of the city and relaxation!! Thank you very much and prosperity!

My husband and I were satisfied with our visit to the restaurant. Somehow everything came together in one rating - 5 stars, and the atmosphere is inviting and the waiting time for the dishes is short and the staff is friendly. There were no questions about the kitchen, we ordered pickles (which were pickles), beef tongue, mackerel and zander fillet, the serving and taste of the dishes are commendable. Tinctures were taken from the drinks, which also had no complaints. Special thanks to the waiter Ruslan, who gave us a whole excursion into the history of Belarusian cuisine.

We were in this place for the first time, looked at the rating and reviews and went to dinner. Solyanka is practically one broth, there is no sausage, from the word at all...there were several pieces of boiled meat and onions with cucumber, that's all... Pros: The interior is cozy and atmospheric. They met me at the entrance, helped me take off my outerwear, and offered to leave my travel bags in the wardrobe. The waiter came up quickly, clarified which type of menu to offer us (classic or business lunch), specified in advance the availability and composition of one of the ordered dishes, as well as the volume of tea ordered.
The background of the cons:The three of them came a couple + a teenage girl at 13:00 on a weekday (Tuesday) from the train (as seen by the travel bags). As a result, we ordered draniki with sour cream for the girl, a baked apple with ice cream and a latte, draniki with brisket and mushrooms for me, a hodgepodge for the man and 1 pot of tea for us as a couple.
Cons: The waiter specified how to serve the latte at speed and the apple, but not a word about the main dishes.
In total, they brought us a pot of tea for two and a hodgepodge for the man, and that was it for at least 10 minutes. The man ate, and we watched until he ate and the plate was taken away from him, but at least I drank tea, and the child didn't offer anything at all.:No salad, no quick drink.
Then they brought me and the girl portions of different draniki, and the man just watched.
Draniki can be seen that they are prepared in different ways and different dishes, and the bitter ones are equally strong. It feels bitter because of the old butter, and it's at 1 p.m. on a weekday.

We visited the Bialystok restaurant and were left with conflicting emotions. The interior is really beautiful, it is obvious that both money and soul are invested in the design. This place creates a pleasant first impression. However, the cuisine left us disappointed — the dishes were not very tasty, and it turned out to be difficult to find something really decent. In addition, the waiters don't seem to know the menu well, which only reinforced our negative impression. As a result, despite the pleasant atmosphere, there is no desire to return here. Food is still a key element of any restaurant, and it is worth paying more attention to it.

We had lunch with the family, liked the interior of the place, very colorful, stylish. The staff is friendly. This is one of the advantages.
There are questions about the kitchen, the soup was very spicy, the beef (pictured) was generally a failure, the meat was smelly, also sharply seasoned. In general, nothing caused delight from what was ordered, the baked apple dessert is nothing, but I would like a softer apple, barely cut with a knife. The guests at the next table were also not happy with the dishes.
When we come to Grodno again, we will visit other places, there was no desire to return here.

Friendly staff. They warn you about the time of serving hot dishes. An atmospheric place, not intrusive music. Since this is a basement room, there is a problem with the connection inside, but there is WiFi. They ordered a hodgepodge, sorcerers and deruns.
The hodgepodge could have been better for our taste. Too many olives and capers, it seemed too salty, but it's a matter of taste.
Warlocks and deruns are delicious.

One of the disadvantages: the meeting of visitors is not worked out, then there is no one, then several employees interfere with each other's work. About 30% of the menu is not available. It's a very long service, we warned you in advance about an hour of waiting for hot dishes, in fact - 1.5 hours. French fries were brought to the children an hour later, and barely warm, draniki after 1.5 hours (hot!). Drinks - 20 minutes, salads - 30 minutes. Many customers didn't wait and just left.

I liked the restaurant, most likely I would have returned again if I wanted Belarusian cuisine. Of the advantages, I can mention large portions, delicious dishes and adequate waiting time for dishes, as well as the interior of the establishment. 4 stars only for sour draft beer, but it was easily changed to the same bottled beer, so I generally recommend it.

gray tartare, with a lot of cucumber, onion and a LITTLE red pepper in a dry form. It was very bad. And the borscht was in a poor-looking set, table-level and tasteful, with one triangle of Borodino bread, on which a billet of lard was even smaller than this bread itself.
In general, I felt like I ate in the dining room, but for 46 rubles. It's absurd. I was very disappointed, I thought it would be decent.
But the guys were quick and courteous, they were respected. Well, the interior is made of stone, it does not give off cold. It's quite dry and cozy.
Because of this, it was scraped by 2.

We were here with the whole family. Among the advantages: attentive service, delicious and large dishes, relatively quick preparation of dishes from the main menu, there is a lunch menu on weekdays. Of the disadvantages, I can only mention the price, which is fully compensated by the quality. A little hint: pay attention to the weight of the dishes - it may turn out that it was not worth rushing and ordering the whole menu at once if you are hungry, and half a dish will be enough for a child.

The interior is interesting, the service is not bad in principle. The food is mediocre for a Belarusian cuisine establishment. A particularly unpleasant surprise was the policy of the institution to accept companies based on the number of available tables ((( i.e. 2 people will be denied a seat at an empty table for 4 people. But no one reported this, it turned out by accident. The desire of the owners of the establishment to have maximum profitability is understandable, but in my opinion it is unfair to the guests, no, in this case to the customers.

3. All the dishes that we ordered, and we ordered a lot for two. They are all very tasty. I especially liked the dish Pear with chicken fillet. Feeding the fire.

An advertised institution from almost all city guides. The interior is excellent, the service does not raise any questions.
But in terms of cuisine, or rather in terms of price and quality, Belastok is far from top. There was definitely not a single piece of meat in the borscht plate on the meat broth, the serving is absolutely standard.
I've tried snails for the first time, so there's nothing to compare them with. The serving is interesting, but neither the sauce nor the side dish, in my opinion, could give at least some flavor to this dish.
Resume is an overrated place for photos and atmosphere. If you want to eat delicious food, then not here.

Very upset, disappointed expectations. We didn't get there on the first day, everything was busy, and reservations weren't accepted until May 11. On the second day, at lunch, we still got inside. The mobile network doesn't work inside, so in order to connect WiFi, you had to go to the entrance to receive an SMS with a code. Half of the menu items were missing. There was no light draft beer, only wheat or dark. There were no snails. The waitress was dead, and there was a noticeable problem with the staff. There is something to compare it with, we went to other restaurants in Grodno, heaven and earth. But there are also advantages - the food is generally delicious.

The establishment has pleasant waiters and cultural service. Good atmosphere and pleasant interior. The menu was brought quickly and the dishes were served fairly quickly. Hot main dishes are delicious and quite satisfying (but there is no super delight from the taste) really good for 4.5 Belarusian cuisine. Salads are delicious and juicy. But they ordered tea and cheese sauce, which were pumped up specifically (the sauce was just like molten cheese friendship with starch, and the tea is not at all saturated and empty, although it is indicated in the composition of a bunch of herbs).
In general, more was expected from the institution, the overall rating
is 4.5. P.S. the restrooms are clean and tidy.

The interior is very beautiful, it looks like a castle, but that's it! We went to lunch with my husband after the road from Brest, we planned to go to the fortress after. But....We didn't have time. We made the most usual order - draniki and Drachanka (I really wanted to try this dish, and I had never seen it on the menu before). The waiter warned that it would be cooked for 40 minutes. We decided to wait. As a result, it was prepared for 1 hour and 20 minutes. They brought everything together....the potatoes inside were raw and already crunched. My husband's potatoes were also raw in the pancakes. The waiter tried to explain this by the peculiarity of Belarusian potatoes. It's funny, of course, especially considering that there were no people in the restaurant except us, and it's unclear what justified such a long cooking time. In addition, it was difficult to reach the waiters in the vastness of this castle, they were standing in a bunch at the bar and it seemed that they had forgotten about their work. As a result, of course, the administrator was called, these dishes were removed from the receipt, but we were late to the castle and remained hungry😔 I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The waiter's service is good. I explained everything and advised.
The place is a bit gloomy due to the lack of windows and dim light (basement).
Kitchen... We wanted to order workbenches and tytskalo. As a result, there was no first position and I had to take a turkey. I really wanted some firewood from dessert, but there was also no firewood, so we took a baked apple.
The dough was excellent, but there were not enough potatoes, so I had to take more bread.
The turkey is a little dry, there were not enough vegetables for juiciness.
The baked apple was cooked for a very long time. Ordered immediately. They sat down to eat the main dishes and after 20 minutes they only brought dessert, which turned out to be "under-baked".
