Приятное место, удобно, красиво, отличный подбор пива на кране(жаль, что не редко многое закончилось).
Официантки не очень внимательны к обслуживанию столов(салфеток мало или нет, грязная посуда не убирается подолгу)
Немного огорчает отсутствие быстрых закусок, хоть бы орешек или чипсов продавали, голодно ждать пока приготовят заказ
Крылышки баффало очень огорчили,совершенно не острые и без уксуса(если по классике) мясо,такое ощущение было предварительно сварено,потом заморожено, а непосредственно перед подачей обжарено во фритюре, безвкусное . Но надо отдать должное,хрустела панировка очень хорошо

We waited for the menu for 10-15 minutes until we took it ourselves, and then waited twice as long for the order to be accepted. Only the bartender (who also turns out to be the waiter and the administrator of the institution) and the girl who completely forgot about all requests worked.
The bartender simply remained silent to all questions, pretending that he did not hear or did not understand.
The girl rushed back and forth a hundred times, as she could not remember what she needed to bring. After a long wait for at least some food, and only after repeated remarks to them about this, warm coolers were brought - and then without appliances, since the girl had safely forgotten about them. As a result, they asked for the bill, but after 10 minutes they came up for it themselves, so they would have waited for it. The bartender gave us the bill for all the dishes, but they brought us only three coolers and after such service, we had no desire to wait for the rest of the dishes. The bartender insisted on paying the entire bill, and when asked when we would receive the rest of the dishes, he replied "for a long time" without specifics 👍🏼
It is worth noting that only 4 tables were occupied, including ours, that is, a small load.
As a result, they paid for what they ate, there were no scandals, which were already enough from other visitors)

Today (06/25/24) we came to celebrate the girl's birthday, having previously booked a sofa in advance. The bartender did not allow him to sit there, arguing that it was a sofa for 10 people, offered any other places except sofas, while saying: "Let's do this, if a company comes, you leave." In 3 years, I have been to blasus 50-60 times, always treated the waiters and bartenders with respect, had good relations with the staff, always left tips, always had a good check. The current bartender does not have the right to work with people with such sociability. It is a pity that a good institution suffers because of the disrespectful attitude of the staff

2. The constant absence of something, for a year of visiting this institution, you will hear the phrase "we don't have it" every time. It's summer now and there is constantly no ice for cocktails in the institution, there are situations when it really is over, but not every time (regardless of the time and day).
3. Each bartender has his own coffee making technology. Last time, after ordering coffee with themselves, they made a full glass, this time they made half, to the question "why only half a glass?" the answer was "I do it according to technology, and Anton does it on his own". It is quite strange that each bartender does it differently.
Long waiting time for both dishes and waiters. The food is delicious, but the service covers everything). They endured for a long time and thought that it would get better, but in this institution they do not want to change for the better.

It used to be a great place. And now I wanted to get up and leave. The waiters were teenagers, I had to ask for the menu, they did not fit to take orders. I had to ask to take an order from us on my own! The waiter does not know the menu, searches in the tablet, does not find information, they run to the kitchen and ask for the contents of the dish. Teenage waiters communicate loudly with each other, discuss work issues under the ear of visitors, rush back and forth like crazy. The service is just at zero! You need to train the waiters when you hire them. There are a lot of waiters - but they are of zero use!
They also came in the spring, asked for the menu themselves, ordered it themselves, cooked a dinner for 40-50 minutes! In general, the place has deteriorated. It's a shame.
And the kitchen is good, delicious, and I only give stars for it!

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. After a minute of waiting, a very pleasant, polite woman took the order. The room is clean, there is air conditioning. I waited for shawarma for 7 minutes, it tastes average, the price is normal. I do not know what other service you expect from the eatery. If you want a service, the restaurant is your choice, only there and the receipt is already different.

The worst shawarma I've ever eaten. And the most disgusting thing is the presence in the shawarma of pieces of lightly salted cucumbers of huge size, and even at the same time - ass cucumbers🤢 there were also carrots in Korean in the shawarma, although if you believe the sign, it should not be in its composition, cabbage is chopped into huge long pieces, pita bread is not crispy, chicken is not enough. If it were possible to put 0 stars, I would do so. Wasted money, and my stomach hurt.
But still, the only thing that really pleased me was the staff. A very nice woman behind the counter, friendly. Considering that there were a lot of people, she was very kind and told to wait a little, she cooked very quickly.
The tables were dirty and so were the seats.

In the cold season, there are only places inside and there are few of them ... it is difficult to take a table, especially for company. Delicious beer sets, mouth-watering pizzas, salads. Были в заведении 4 раза за последние 3 месяца. Кухня вполне достойная,коктейли и напитки-богатый выбор и на вкус очень даже.
Но
Время подачи- если сказали 20 минут, то все 45.
Тарелки поцарапанные. Владельцы должны бы знать что для общепита специальные нужно покупать, которые не царапаются.
Были 16.09 , столик обслуживала девушка-стажер, судя по всему. Ее никто не подстраховать. Меню не знает, называешь позицию, она сначала ищет в планшете, потом проверяет ТОЧНО ЛИ НАЗЫВАЕМ ЕЕ ИЗ МЕНЮ. Не могла ответить ни на один вопрос:сначала сказала что кальяншик есть, потом сказала что нет. Ни по одной позиции из всего меню не смогла проконсультировать.
Сели за столик в пепле, принесли меню, пепел не убрали, в пепельнице старые окурки, салфеток нет, тарелки не принесли! Принесли суши и картошку фри на общей тарелке, и голые салфетки декоративные
Это база, которую официанты делают сразу как только ушли старые клиенты(протирают столики и пополняют салфетки и тд) и когда пришли новые-принести тарелки и столовые приборы(приборы, кстати, она принесла).
Как можно ставить человека на стажировку, который вообще ничего не знает даже про базу общепита?
Кухня нравится и в заведение ходили бы чаще, но вечные косяки на самом основном-это испорченное настроение.

Работают кондиционеры в помещении, можно посидеть и на улице. Большой выбор пива. Наливают в стеклянные бокалы. Все чисто, аккуратно. Можно покушать. Но ждать, со слов бармена, 25 минут, даже самую простую закуску к пиву. (Но, это лучшее, что есть возле вокзала.

заведение хорошее, цены не большие
делают все быстро
но официанты своей работы не знают от слова совсем. за весь вечер проведенный там, ни разу не подошли и не убрали пустые стаканы, салфетки и тп, убиралось все только после наших неоднократных просьб, бывают очень невнимательны и халатны
еда была не доведена до готовности (сырой картофель фри, гренки, курица)
отдельный респект кальянщику, очень приятный, весёлый молодой человек

Было около часа свободного времени между дорогой, чтобы покушать. В городе первый раз
Обеденное меню: из всего списка предложенных первых блюд были только щи.
Из 6 комплексов - только 3.
К обеду заказала бокал вина, который мне принесли с бумажкой от акцизы, подойдя на бар и показав бокал, мне ответили «хорошо», после чего я оставила бокал на баре ( надеюсь вино поменяли,а не достали бумажку вилкой). Про элементарное извиниться никто и не подумал…к сожалению
Комплекс: пюре:ложка с горкой от силы,резиновое,такое чувство, что вообще не солили
Колбаска куриная: резиновая и почти безвкусная
Цены хорошие, но лучше переплатить, чем есть это

Были в заведении дважды, первый раз нам принесли меню и все было как положено. Второй раз меню ждали 20 минут, думали может чего-то не понимаем и тут другая система, хотя девушка официант была на террасе, но словно не смотрела по сторонам. По еде замечаний нет, все было вкусно. Что удивило, так это чистота уборной. В уборной грязно, неприятный запах, в первый раз график уборки висел за позавчерашний день, во второй раз за вчерашний, хотя в обоих случаях были в заведении вечером.
Мои предложения - развернуть бэк официантов на летный террасе, которая открывается вечером, чтобы у официанта был обзор всего зала, стоять к гостям спиной ужасно некрасиво и неправильно, также предлагаю заняться обучением персонала сервису, ну и конечно, следить за чистотой в уборных.
Если бы мы пришли в бистро, где разливают пиво в пластиковые стаканчики, то я бы все поняла, но как мне кажется заведении позиционирует себя на другом, более высоком, уровне.

В основном зале приятное оформление, места немного, поэтому есть возможность прийти и не сесть за столик. Есть еда на вынос. Кухня стандартная: несколько закусок, салатов, пару десертов; большая половина меню это пицца и суши. Если приехали утром, то советую заказать сырники, они довольно неплохие)
Большой выбор пива, если вы любитель данного напитка, то вам сюда. Можно на разлив взять с собой.

Решили зайти перекусить перед очередной пересадкой в сие заведение. Был свободен большой стол, спросили официанта свободен ли он, меню не предложили, в прочем как и в остальные 20 минут которые мы сидели. Решили попробовать заказать на баре, там тоже не вышло так как разбирались с другим посетителем. Спустя 10 минут к нам подошёл официант предложить меню, но мы уже посмотрели цифровой вариант и определились, от меню отказались. Официант не вернулся, а мы ушли голодные. Понять можно все, могла быть проблема или же мог быть занят сам официант. Однако это было нет, так как не было никакого потока посетителей или же шквала заказов от тех кто уже сидел. Как итог, мы голодны и злы, время в ожидании потрачено зря. 2 звёзды чисто за интерьер.

Рол Бонито - стружки тунца почти нет, рыбы нет, рис разваливается
Рол Филадельфия - сверху лежит не кусок рыбы, а полупрозрачное оранжевое пятно, начинки очень мало
Рол калифорния - икры мизер, все разваливается.
Обратите внимание на то, что вы отдаете своим клиентом или смените повара. Это просто полный провал

Once we decided to go with my wife to this institution on the way across the pedestrian bridge . The shawarma is the worst I 've eaten in my entire life . The cabbage is yellow , not warmed up , no sauce , just a misunderstanding . I came home and unwrapped it and the only thing more or less is meat and pita bread . The staff is normal .

Нам немного не повезло ,от кофе blasus около -кали ласка находиться маленькое окошко ,заказали 3 шаурмы ,в 5 вечера уже не было курицы в наличии и пакетиков не бызло , (очень жаль что сразу около окошко не попробовали ),ладно кушать то хочется, купили 3 вида : свиная, мексиканская и немецкая ,спасибо повара очень давно так после шармы в туалет не ходили ,неожиданно, но спасибо тем более за свинину !!!!
