There are no bars and restaurants, markets, shops in the vicinity! This is not Turkey! There are a couple of cafes and a bar in the hotel.
There are many wellness offers, massages and manual and hardware, cosmetology physiotherapy.
Three meals a day buffet, the sea is just outside the hotel, there are two swimming pools on the territory, one of them is thermal, from entertainment - animator Inga offers various programs throughout the day (exercises, volleyball, meditation, activities for children, discos, etc.

We have been vacationing in a suite on the 12th floor since early July. Keep in mind that the journey from Sochi airport to the hotel takes about 6 hours!!! And you will be picked up from the hotel 10 hours before departure!!!! If you are ready-welcome)))
We were first settled in a room without a ceiling in the bathroom (photo attached). As soon as I had a fight, they moved me the next day. Underwear with holes. They don't put water in the room. The cooler on the 1st floor, which ends in the evening, is changed only the next day, at 11 o'clock.
Biblio Globus, who met us at the airport, did not warn us about the way to the six o'clock hotel, at least they advised us to buy food and water at the airport, but no.... There was no water in the hotel, thanks for the employee at the reception who took me to the gas station.
When they brought out dessert (shortbread cookies, sponge roll, cake), they jostled like crazy and asked to put more on them, some kind of wildness!!! The same struggle for watermelon! !!
There is also a problem with elevators, they have to wait a long time, they are very stuffy.
A woman, about 50 years old, works on animation: she leads exercises, a disco in the evening...so-so, for an amateur.These are all disadvantages.
And the advantages are clean sea, pools that work around the clock, buffet (you won't stay hungry), beautiful sea view from the balcony, new renovation in the rooms, air conditioning, inexpensive bar on the 1st floor. By the way, there are two pools, one with thermal water!!! There is a spa at the hotel, but I did not go. In general, I liked it during the week of rest)

We had a rest in early May. Among the advantages, I was impressed by the scope of the reconstruction of the building, it was built 30 years ago, it was unfinished and only now it has been completed. The walls between the rooms are soundproof, still Soviet. Yes, you can hear everything through the door, but it's the same everywhere.
According to the dining room, the load was about 200-250 people, there was enough food. Simple homemade food, tastes fine. The choice is small, but still there was. Vegetables, meat, fruits, sweets.
The reception staff has 0 points. Closer to 23:00 after the end of the bonfire, the opening of the beginning of the season, a car with music drove up. And the comrades did not let up until 2 a.m. We came down several times with a request to sort it out, we had to leave early. They asked to call the police - one of the receptionists, Alyas, said that nothing was solved that way, that now the call would be made and everything would be quiet, but no one knew the police number. There was no sound at the reception, it was impossible to sleep on the 14th floor, even in birusha everything could be heard. This is despite the fact that I wanted the sound of the sea. The last time we went down, Denis came up, who was called by Alyas. I didn't introduce myself, as I understand it, something like security. He started rudely asking for a name, I did not answer, because he did not introduce himself, I heard the name from Alyas. He said that if there are people behind the fence, then they can do anything. And about the police, they say no one will come to you and help you. Then, from the windows, we saw the same Denis walking back and forth with an imposing gait. They were probably his friends. Denis seemed to be under the influence of something, but there was no smell. At 2 a.m., the car left. We've been walking around. The results, it is not entirely clear why in the entire empty city, the car chose the only inhabited hotel. There is only one explanation, the workers were delayed.
Unfortunately, the impressions are spoiled.
The management still needs to train the reception in case of unforeseen circumstances, how to behave, what to say. The phrase - I do not know the police number is frightening. According to Denis, tk did not introduce himself, it is unclear who he is. If there is security, then there is much to be desired.
In general, the idea of the hotel is cool, the staff let me down.

The beautiful spa hotel is one of the best in all of Abkhazia and beyond. The price is certainly not an economical option, but it's even good, in terms of new interesting acquaintances. Opened in 2023, freshly renovated, clean, cozy rooms with sea and mountain views on the other side. The first line, the beach, the sea is gorgeous, the yard, Parking spaces. In general, I liked the city very much. The locals are friendly. I found a woman who treats, rules and not only, special thanks to her, everything worked out.

We are currently staying at this hotel. The 3* hotel. Among the advantages: it is located on the first line of the sea, standard rooms with sea views, a pool with hydrogen sulfide water from a natural source, peace and quiet.
Among the disadvantages: poor nutrition, no pickles and no choice of dishes, 2 salads, one soup and cold pasta, one kind of cake in 7 days.
There are no sockets near the beds, you can only charge your phone from the outlet by the window. There is no trash can, the hooks in the tub are flimsy, they immediately broke. Wifi is not working well. I recommend purchasing a local SIM card. Prices in the wellness complex are more expensive than in KMV sanatoriums and other sanatoriums in Abkhazia.

We stayed at the hotel from July 1 to July 11. Two adults and a 1.5-year-old child paid more than 108 thousand for accommodation (without transfer and flight). What did we get for this money?
Let's start with the advantages:
1. The room window offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and mountains. And at night you can sleep to the sound of the waves.
2. There are two swimming pools on site. I especially liked the one with water from the spring.
Now to the cons.
1. The first and most important thing is nutrition. I don't know where so many rave reviews came from, they fell for them themselves, and in the end they were terribly disappointed. There is no variety at all, they totally save on food, and this is for such money! We went hungry, and by the end we were already eating normal food in the cafe. In the "Pearl" for breakfast, for example, it is always literally the same: broccoli, casserole, omelette, some kind of cherished salads, bones in muddy water, boiled eggs (which appeared only on the 5th day of our vacation, they did not exist before), pancakes, bread, sausages, one kind of sausage, one kind of cheese, which was most often one lump stuck together. No fresh vegetables, fruits, fried eggs, dairy products for you. Lunch and dinner were also not very diverse. Everything is very fatty, in oil and spices, pieces of something incomprehensible in a gray slurry, from fruits - sliced apples and oranges, and then not always. For lunch, the same diluted compote. Lemon is only for breakfast. Not a single dish is signed. There is literally a battle going on for watermelon and pastries, because they are in short supply. Vacationers carefully look out for a tray with pieces of cake, and immediately run and push everyone aside to get what they want. I've never seen anything like it.
2. Elevators. There are only two elevators for such a number of rooms. At the same time, they are terribly set up, they collect all the floors up and down. You can wait no more than 10 or 15 minutes. We lived on the 11th floor. I often had to go up and down with a small child in my arms.
3. The room. We had a category of "comfort", from comfort - one name. Cheap finishing materials, a broken towel hook in the bathroom, no shelves for hygiene products, the bathroom door did not close.
4. Change of bed linen only once every 7 days - how do you like that?
5. There is not even the simplest play complex for children.
The Black Sea Pearl could be a great place to relax. But the disadvantages I have listed spoil the impression. I hope the owners will think about it and something will change. So far, everything is bad.

I specially paid for the Comfort room in the voucher, since initially there were no high expectations.
On the first night of arrival, they wanted to move into a room on the 1st floor under the stairs, there were cockroaches in the room. We spent the night in an ordinary room, which was promptly cleaned for us and the next day they gave us a good room on the 8th floor. There were no more complaints about the room, but the decoration and furniture were at the level of the 2000s.
According to the dining room: the food is good, but not varied. There are also no forks and mugs all the time, people almost fight over mugs.
The staff works well, responds to requests adequately and promptly. But be prepared for the fact that the bed linen is changed once a week.
The hotel is still half empty, huge empty spaces, unfilled, looks strange. Well, the elevators are constantly breaking down and on the 16 floors of the hotel, 2 elevators - this is very little. We walked all the time, it didn't bother us, but it will be very difficult for older and overweight people.

Excellent hotel and excellent food (the degree of satisfaction may vary greatly depending on the price (350 rubles or 4500 rubles) per room per day. Sukhum Airport will be opened. The road to the hotel will take 30 minutes instead of 3.5-4.0 hours by minibus. Timetable 2024 minibus on the route Psou-Ochamchira (10:10, 13:00, 14:00, 16:00, 17:30) and Sukhum "Railway Station"-Ochamchira (13:40, 15:00, 15:40, 16:05, 17:00, 18:10) taken at the hotel reception. There are more buses going from the Sukhum Rynok stop to Ochamchira No...You still have to walk to this stop (get there).

At the time of writing the review, we are staying at this hotel. We live on the 2nd floor, so there is no point in writing negative things about elevators. The room has a sea view. The cleaning is wet every day, towels and linen were changed on the 5th day only, and even after urgent requests. The maid enters the room without knocking and does not greet (Marianne). The bathroom is a separate story, I have never seen such a small size. There is no shelf or hook in the shower, you have to put everything on the floor. Rolls of toilet paper are constantly falling behind the toilet. The food can in no way be called diverse, endless stewed fatty pork for lunch and dinner, salads, for some reason always cut into giant chunks, potatoes of the same size in soups. Of course, you won't stay hungry, but the same food gets boring very quickly. Especially noteworthy are the daily battles for fruits, except apples and cakes. There are no juices, only excessively diluted compotes and water. Instant coffee is only for breakfast.
It is unclear why it was impossible to plant at least flowers on the territory of the hotel. There are only a few conifers near the cafe and that's it, no lawns, no flower beds, only paved paths and construction debris. There are no shops in the lobby of the hotel, only the lobby bar. There is nowhere to walk outside the hotel, there are dilapidated houses almost everywhere.
The sea is clean, the water is very warm, there are always enough sun beds and umbrellas.
The thermal pool is cool. We didn't swim in the usual one.
The animation that is there is clearly not enough, it's boring, I would like more, given that there is nowhere to go outside the hotel in the evening.
Conclusion: if you go only for a beach holiday, then everything is relatively good, by the standards of Abkhazia, but if you want a good rest, this is not the place.

We were very satisfied with the rest! The hotel is new, the reception of tourists began only in June. Everything is new and clean. Cleaning every day, change of linen and towels on request. The view is cool on the sea. The staff is helpful. The wellness and spa complex is excellent! I especially want to mention the masseur Tatyana Ivanovna, who took a massage course with her., she is a competent specialist in her field! I also tried other treatments: palm massage, sculptural facial massage, spa treatment with promise, Thai foot massage, I was satisfied with all the procedures.
There is a thermal water pool on the territory, and a second saltwater pool will be opened soon. Near the equipped beach, clean sea and clean beach. There were not enough nearby shops or tents with souvenirs and other nonsense. Of course, the tourist infrastructure in the city is not developed, but on the other hand, the beautiful nature, clean sea and friendly Abkhazians!

Friends, if you want to relax in Abkhazia and do not know where, then do not even hesitate and go to Ochamchyry to the Black Sea Pearl hotel, you will not lose there is a very cool clean sea, a beach, a new hotel, an incomparable cuisine for every taste, the staff is polite, hospitable people. The sea will delight you with the presence of dolphins who, according to the schedule, visit the beach in the morning and at lunch, getting their own food. (I mean a fish in the sea) but for children it's such a joy to see them constantly splashing near the shore. I will immediately note that there are not much attractions and any places of leisure there, there are excursions where you will be taken and brought for your money and that's it. This place is three hours away from Sochi and there is no such fuss and people. And you really rest there, both body and soul. Visiting the city of Sukhum and Gagra, I noted that there are also a lot of hotels , a lot of people and transport and a lot of noise, you understand that in the "Black Sea Pearl " there is simply paradise and tranquility. I note that the hotel has spa procedures and a hot pool. There is a restaurant and several cafes, and by the way there is public transport to the city of Sukhum and Gagra for those who do not want to spend money on a taxi, you can always get there by bus or marching. Separately, I would like to mention the animator of the hotel, she is a smart girl, always organizes everyone somewhere, conducts exercises, jokes, such a "lighter" and a smart girl. So, those who love a quiet and relaxing holiday are definitely here for you.

Very contradictory .. I didn't even know how many stars to put. The most important thing I want to write about and I think many people will think about it - we drove from the airport to the hotel for 8 hours!!! It cannot be described in words! I wasn't ready for this.. If I had known, I would never have gone so far!
And a lot of local teenagers are swimming (or rather jumping from acceleration and splashing everyone) in the pool, there was a strange party in the lobby today... they talked about God and sang strange religious songs, and this event is not for vacationers, but strangers came from the side, they are on the beach, they are in the pool, from It's uncomfortable. The food is tasteless, but it's for an amateur, maybe someone will come in. The elevator lives its own life while you wait for it, 15-20 people are recruited, everyone does not enter. And it's very stuffy in there.
But again, before you go, think about whether you are ready to go after arrival or from the train for another 8 hours?

One plus is the huge bed, and that's a good thing. And the sea view, of course, is top.
And you can make the pool up to 22, not 21, well, that's just a wish.

Minuses:
1. Local residents - enter the hotel as if they were at home. Outside the territory they are constantly shouting, honking on their buckets, listening to loud music, drinking, trying to joke.
2. Dogs and cats are creepy, it hurts to look, the locals don't care, although kilograms of food are thrown out from the hotel every day, we had to secretly take out cutlets and feed our smaller brothers.
3. Umbrellas - on the territory of the hotel, there are no umbrellas at the two pools, it's a shame.
Umbrellas for the beach, half are already torn, broken and there are stupidly few of them, well, 20-30 pieces and this is a 16-storey hotel. Of course, for these reasons, the queue for umbrellas is already at 7 a.m. Umbrellas are given out at about 8 a.m. This is some kind of shame x2
4. Elevators - of two, one for 600 kg, the second 800 kg. One often doesn't work. Neither go down nor go up. Get ready to walk.
5. Room - the room, as such, is clean, bright, but towels and bed linen are not changed. The hotel does not know what a toilet paper holder is, they are nowhere to be found. The drain in the shower is clogged, the water barely leaves, the pressure is very weak (they lived on the 15th floor), the watering can pours in all directions.
Room cleaning is to make a blanket (the sheets are not covered), remove the garbage according to the mood.
6. food - you can eat, but you will not get pleasure, there is a constant jostling for fruits and desserts.
7. Annoying Abkhazian Gypsies at the exit of the hotel, who push their excursions at inflated prices. It is better and cheaper to take inside the hotel.
8. The city is a dead city. Shops are like villages in the 2000s, "market" is one word, there is no choice.
9. The lack of water coolers on the floors, there is only one on the ground floor (often empty), you can still dial during meals in the dining room.
10. Some kind of divorce for 200 rubles upon check-in (when the guy at the reception announced that we were charged 200 rubles, he barely held back his laughter), this is a piece of paper that we supposedly need to leave Abkhazia, which no one needs. There is no such thing in other hotels.
Positive.
1. Wifi and air conditioning - they just work and perform their functions.
2. The air smells nice in the evening, something at the level of the dressing room.
3. Nature is beautiful, no doubt. Although, all the tour places have been turned into some kind of local gatherings, in order to breed a tourist. Arriving at the Lake Ritsa "pearl of the Caucasus", you will not feel the mountain air and the coolness of the mountain lake, you will feel the smell of kebabs and old butter. Garbage.
4. The sea is warm and relatively clean.

Good day everyone! I leave a review about my stay in the country of the Soul-Abkhazia at the Black Sea Pearl Spa Hotel in Ochamchira:! I had a rest with my granddaughter at the spa hotel from March 27 to April 5, a wellness package. I'll start in order: upon arrival from St. Petersburg to Sochi, the transfer to Ochamchira took 4 hours on the way, plus 4.5 hours from St. Petersburg! We probably drove all over Abkhazia until we got tired of the long road to the place. Lunch has already passed, but at least the staff could offer elementary tea, although the administrator kindly called the kitchen, but everything turns out to have already been eaten. The room was on the ninth floor with a view of the mountains. The standard room itself is small, but everything is clean, the beds are comfortable, towels, bathrobes - everything was there. I wish there was a kettle in the room. The room was cleaned, any request was solved. Low bow and words of gratitude to all the staff: the senior administrator, the young man (unfortunately I forgot the name) and all the girls, the administrators who worked at the reception desk, all the medical staff who were very attentive and welcoming, special thanks to the massage therapists Sabinei and Sophie, the doctor-cometologist Svetlana Vladimirovna. Fire massage is unreality at all! I recommend it to everyone! Well, now about the disadvantages: of course, this is food, although they were not hungry, but still to feed four out of ten days of stay with sausages and omelets of not very good quality for breakfast - I think this is nonsense, after complaining sparsely, but still varied breakfast! Lunch and dinner without pretensions! Since there were few people in the hotel, they cooked very little, we arrived at the appointed time, and those who were late might not have enough food at all!
There is no territory as such around the hotel, I understand the hotel is new, there is construction debris, I hope you will improve everything in the future!
The pool with thermal water is very good, we swam regularly. We walked along a small embankment, breathed the air and enjoyed the sea!
I tried to describe everything objectively, if my review turns out to be useful, I will be very glad! I don't know if I would like to come to this hotel again - probably not.

We were in Abkhazia for the first time. I just fell in love with her. We lived at the Black Sea Pearl Hotel. The hotel is new and modern. The staff is polite. Cleaning every day. The food is not bad, but monotonous. Only chicken is made of meat. There are no fruits, watermelon and apples.
There are not always enough sun loungers and umbrellas, too, despite the fact that the hotel is not fully populated. Elevators break down very often. To get to the room on the 11th floor, you had to go through ,,quest,,. My husband once did not go through to the end and got stuck in the elevator.
But, the hotel is new, a lot has not been completed yet, we hope that all the disadvantages will be eliminated.
As for Abkhazia itself, it is a paradise, beauty, cleanliness, ROADS!!!!
We were by car, traveled around everything and everywhere.

We had a rest for the New Year holidays. The hotel is new, but there are many shortcomings that cause inconvenience, the kitchen is so-so, the New Year's banquet was very upset.... Not only was it not stated initially when paying, but everything was tasteless, the meat was not fresh, with a smell... the waiters got confused with the dishes and sometimes the dish was repeated on the same table, but they did not bring it at all to the next one… Well, as for the kitchen and the banquet! I would like to note that all the staff is very friendly, always ready to help. I would especially like to mention the spa and wellness treatments : That's just great. Starting from the administrator Olesya. Beautiful girls are massage therapists, cosmetologist, absolutely charming head doctor! Thank you, you have greatly decorated and improved our stay!
