We were at this restaurant on March 8th. It's a great place. Starting from the menu and ending with the service. Many thanks to the chef for the delicious greens, pilaf, salads, as well as the compliment that we took with us, due to the fact that we ate too much, the portions are large and so delicious that it is not possible to leave. Therefore, the compliment from the chef was taken with them. I would like to express special gratitude to the waiter named Sarvar, a very smiling, positive, pleasant young man. We visited afson in Kazakhstan, of course, it is much more pleasant there both in terms of price tag and variety (I do not know if this place is the same or just the same name). In general, it's not bad, but the portions are modest, not to compare with local cafes. Tourists are brought here, there are often no places for this. We ran out of unfiltered beer..., at lunch))).

Excellent service (although the bill will increase by 20%) and delicious food for an adequate price tag. In general, there was a feeling that I had been to the "right" place, with an excellent interior, but without show-offs, with the sincere attitude of the waiters and high-quality food for reasonable money. For soup, two lamb kebabs, two beers, tea and a flatbread, along with a surcharge for the service, I paid 240 thousand som, which is about 1100 rubles. There is a terrace outside, in the evening, even after the 40 degree heat, it is quite pleasant to sit in the afternoon

B) they are forced to pay more than 10%

The coffee shop chain is cool. But this branch is terrible. The kitchen does not know how to cook (below is a photo of a scramble with salmon that was served to me in this branch and then in another) the difference is immediately visible. A lot of schoolchildren are all shouting and screaming, and no one will even make a remark. A convenient location, but I consider this particular point as the last option.

Very polite and helpful staff! The food is also delicious, we ate tea-house pilaf, as it should be with mutton and dolma. I liked everything. I was pleased with the price - about 300,000 soums were paid for pilaf, dolma, a glass of freshly squeezed juice, 2 glasses of wine, and 2 salads.

The place is popular with tourists and expats. There may be problems with seats in the evenings, it is better to book a table in advance. The price tag is above average, the kitchen is not a masterpiece, the order of serving dishes is arbitrary, what is cooked is carried. On the positive side, there is a selection of wines, which, however, are also not bothered with serving. The service is good, fast and courteous, the interiors are pleasant. 1. I came to order a banquet to the administrator, she did not even offer tea while we were discussing the menu, she went to print this menu somewhere. Not a single waiter came up and offered anything. You can sit like this for half an hour, go through and offer nothing, taking into account the immediately paid banquet. Moreover, the administrator is a very nervous woman who worked on December 22 in the evening.
2. Since the kitchen is partially open, you can see that the staff walks there in jackets, along the aisle there are a bunch of ladles and pots with sauces and waterings that are not even covered with a lid, everyone walks in this kitchen and definitely not in a clean uniform.
3. Oksana, a very strange cashier, who started calling me after leaving and saying that there was an error in the receipt, I did not pay 72 thousand rubles and had to come to them and pay off before the end. And so she called me 2 times. I said that I would not go and offered her to pay for the Yandex delivery herself, and I would send them the 72 thousand, but I would be able to do it on Mon. The next morning, she started calling me again and informed me that the check was correct, she was wrong again. What's it? Can't the management recruit intelligent staff? And the cafe is cozy, but the professionalism of the people working there leaves much to be desired!
I ask the management to pay attention, since you have lost 14 potential customers who dine out at least 2 times a week.

For me, the main dish of this place is naryn. This is vanlav :) Delicious fresh salads. A good barbecue. I liked the masha porridge (although it is usually only a homemade dish). A wonderful chakchak, although insanely sweet, but there's nothing you can do about it. The inner hall is very nice and authentic. The guys are polite.
