Personally, it is an important EVENT for me, after which I would never return to the institution. I took a burrata and it was disgusting. The cheese should be soft, creamy, but here it looks like sawdust, dry, hard and specific in taste. After making one piece, she immediately spat it out. I returned the dish to the waiter, who did not ask what I did not like. (by the way, they included it in the receipt and I paid).
