Nice hotel! I would say 3 with a big plus stars. It's new, the plumbing and appliances are all new, it's nice to be straight. Few people are used to the fact that there are no closets - the view deteriorates, that all things are in plain sight. I agree that the sound insulation is not very good - when there were quiet neighbors, it was normal, and when the company was chatting nearby, it was just as if they were talking and laughing in your room. I had to call the reception. And then knock on the wall (We took a room with breakfast - delicious, varied. I just didn't have enough cheesecakes or pancakes or pancakes - this is a traditional breakfast food) The girls at the reception and the waiters are great! Quick, helpful. It's okay! About Bonbistros - we had dinner a couple of times in the evening - it was delicious, the portions were large. Only the air conditioner is exposed to very cool, sometimes it froze.

A very nice hotel. I stayed, however, only for one night, but I liked everything. Registration is instant, Parking is private (but not very large), everything in the room is new, pretty, everything works, the plumbing is new (by the way, Groe), the bed is extremely comfortable (taking into account the dimensions of the author, this was important).

We spent a wonderful weekend in Minsk, at the BonHotel. Lucky with the discounts) the service came in handy, late check-out.
Of the pros: quiet, close to the metro, delicious breakfasts, good rooms (we took comfort), pleasant staff!!!

A very good hotel, nice small rooms, renovated. There is a hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, air conditioning, chair, mini sofa, coffee machine. Every morning, 4 bottles of water (2 for each), coffee machine capsules, tea, sugar are placed in the room. There is also free Wi-Fi. The room is bright, clean and noise-insulated.
The hotel itself is not in the center, but near the Pushkinskaya metro station and the bus stop.

A good hotel within walking distance from two metro stations (within walking distance from the center, walking to Nemiga is a matter of 50 minutes on foot at a reasonable pace).
I lived without breakfast, so I can't say anything about the quality of the buffet.

In general, everything corresponds to the stated.
There is no cooler on the floor, 2 bottles of water are given out daily, you can ask for water from titanium in the lobby. In the summer, two bottles are not enough, at other times of the year it will be enough.
There are 3 shops nearby (one is just a 2-minute walk away (but it is the most empty))
I will recommend a store on my own, in the direction of the youth.
Minsk is a compact city, so you can safely stay at the hotel.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable. The reception is friendly, there was a request-it was fulfilled. There were no big problems in the toilet, there was a lot of water after the shower, it was better not to go in without flip-flops (in slippers). That is, everyone needs two pairs of shoes in the room. Breakfast was included -the food is normal. I would have come back.

We stayed at the hotel with a group of tourists from Gelendzhik in August.
Registration at the reception is clear, fast, all the rules of stay are announced. The group, tired from the road, settled down in a matter of minutes.
The filling of the rooms is perfect: everything is thought out to the smallest detail from the orthopedic mattress to the organically comfortable shower door. Room cleaning, towel change - daily.
The breakfasts are full. You can choose both those who are on PP and those who adhere to classic eating habits.
Convenient, urban environment, namely ATM, shop, metro station nearby.
MANY thanks to the staff for their High Professionalism. We will definitely come back.

Nice hotel, well renovated.Very clean. Lovely, friendly staff. It is located a 40-minute leisurely walk from the city center. There is a very spacious Parking lot for cars. There is a subway nearby.
Breakfast is absolutely standard, as in most hotels. You can only change the porridge sometimes. And then all 3 days that we stayed there was oatmeal, sir.
We ate in the restaurant - it was delicious.
I recommend it with confidence.
I didn't take a photo. It's not remarkable.

Everything seems to be cool. Clean and tidy. The furniture is new, the service is excellent. But, as always, the "fly in the ointment" spoiled the opinion: constantly humming ventilation or maybe it's something else. But the buzz in the room is both day and night. It's not noticeable during the day, but at night, after work, when you want to sleep, it's very annoying.

The hotel is good. The interior is Scandinavian minimalism, clean. A good mattress, comfortable to sleep on. Everyone needs their own breakfast, I like it - it's decent in this hotel: a lot of dishes, snacks, porridge, eggs, ham, cheese, vegetables, pastries, fruits, cottage cheese, sour cream, and very cool coffee from a coffee machine, cappuccino and fresh croissants, even a glass of champagne, and generally five stars. It is located in a convenient location, near the metro, in a quiet area.

I really liked the hotel. Upon check-in, they asked which floor it was preferable to live on, for me it was unusual and very pleasant. The room is bright and clean. Cleaning every day, it was nice to come back after a walk. The staff is friendly, always smiling. The breakfast is a buffet, the food is quite varied and delicious, which is the most important thing. And for motorists, the main thing is that there is a large parking lot. The hotel is located near the center, you can easily walk. In general, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is good, like any chain hotel of this class, in general everything is fine, the room is predictable, everything you need is there, clean, the staff is helpful, polite and responsive. It is far from the center, but provided that the price tag of the hotels in the center is quite comfortably located, a taxi to the center is ~ 7-8 bel. rub.
Of the disadvantages that we have caught: 1. Conferences are often held at the hotel, and at the same time lunches are booked for participants, at lunchtime waiting in the hotel restaurant is 30-40 minutes. As a personal experience, be careful with breaded pancakes, 2 huge deep-fried pancakes, with not the most delicious and rather difficult to digest filling. But this is not a minus, rather an experience.
It is also worth bearing in mind that the parking at the hotel is small and if there is no space, they will be sent to a paid one.
But the downside was this.. While at the hotel, we decided to use the laundry service, looked at the price list, it was very gentle from 2 to 5.5 depending on the item per unit.. they sent it, on the same day they received everything clean and ironed, although they did not iron it, they were happy) But when closing the account, it turned out that the price tag for washing was in euros, and we had to pay attention that in the header of this list for washing in the "price" column, it is written in small letters that the prices are in euros. As a result, the laundry cost us 48 BEL.rubles instead of 14. Formally, there are no claims against them, but it was very unpleasant humanly, especially considering that all other calculations in the hotel are in Belarusian rubles.

We lived in this hotel for 4 days, daily cleaning, everything is clean, the staff is friendly, attentive, the breakfasts are decent, everything is edible! A very good hotel of European level.
When I come to Minsk, I stay only here.
Very pleasant, courteous staff, clean and cozy rooms, a cool idea with snacks 5 o'clock.
Of the cons: very poor in choice and not very tasty breakfasts. (We tried both the buffet and the menu with the family, unfortunately, we didn't like anything)
We really hope that in the future the situation will change and we will not have to go to breakfast somewhere in the city.

We stayed with my wife and child from 01.03 to 03.03. In general, everything is fine, but there are a number of little things that did not allow us to rate the hotel at 5. The room is very small, there is no closet, there are only hangers and an open hanger, the bed is 1.6 m wide offhand, which caused inconvenience while sleeping with the baby (I expected the bed to be 1.8 m). In the bathroom, the toilet is very close to the sink, which does not allow you to sit on it habitually and smoothly, you had to sideways (although I am big, it will be more convenient for thin people). The pillows are disgusting, although as it turned out upon departure, you could choose a pillow from the menu, but no one said so in advance. Hygiene kits are minimal (soap, cap and gel shampoo). Toothbrushes and toothpaste were brought on request, but I would like not to beg, but to have them immediately upon check-in. Similarly with the kettle (I had to ask). There are glasses, there are no mugs (again, I had to ask for disposable paper ones at the bar).
Because of these nuances, I think the price is a little too high.
In general, I can safely recommend it.
And they also served a great breakfast, where everyone will find something to eat. Everything is delicious and in sufficient quantity. Coffee from an automatic coffee machine, which is also very nice.

My husband and I had a Standard room, we booked on the Island, everything looked fine in the photo. The room was small, but that's okay, everything you need was there.
Of the cons:
- for some reason, the bedside socket was only on one side of the bed, i.e. only one person can use the phone on charging
- just a terrible level in terms of bathroom cleanliness: a lot of black mold near the sink, toilet, shower
- there was soap, but a soap dish..? that is, it is proposed to put a piece of soap on the sink, which is unknown whether it was washed at all or not
Despite the fact that the hotel is well located, there are many grocery stores and cafes nearby, the desire to return here has disappeared.

The room for two is nice and cozy!
This is the only advantage of this hotel.
The staff are young girls at the reception, boorish, they will never say hello themselves. We took breakfast and dinner:
Breakfast- sausages, oatmeal porridge, sausage and eggs every day. Dinner is always the same thing. On the first day we ate at dinner (food for two), we realized that we would definitely not have dinner there anymore and spent the money in vain, to which we were told that the menu would change on 05.08 and we decided not to go on the 4th, but to try a new menu on the fifth. As a result, on the 5th, the waitress ran for thirty minutes, took our order for a new menu, and then brought the old menu and said that there would be no new one and we got up and left) There is a large cemetery across the street from the hotel, which was not pleasant for me personally. I'm definitely not going to this hotel anymore. Once again, I was led by the rating of the hotel, which did not justify itself.

The hotel is no longer suitable for a single check-in for recreation, but for business trips and official events. It is not located in the very center of the city, but near the metro and transport stops. Nearby there is a supermarket (tasty and dot, McDonald's, etc., etc.) and several small shops of the Euroopt type.
The rooms are nice, but small. You will be given everything except robes and slippers.
Slippers can be requested at the reception, and bathrobes are offered for a separate price.
You can not keep your food in the refrigerator, atata and, of course, various services at your request for an additional fee. Not as small as we thought.
From the point of view of cleanliness or courtesy of the staff, there are no complaints.

And there is a small nuance, there is a large cemetery nearby, and a church is marked on the map. It seems like nothing, but we were going to celebrate a birthday and somehow it turned out symbolically))). There may be tension for someone.

I came across a drunken noisy company in the neighborhood, who walked all night with screams, screams, fights and showdowns, songs and "dancing" in the corridor until morning.(it's unclear how there were so many people in the room)
To all our complaints and requests (of us and the neighboring rooms), the hotel administrators did not do anything, citing that they could not calm down all the guests, the hotel did not have security.I think it makes no sense to comment further.
Your comfort and safety are at zero, like lying down on a bench in the park.
If someone behaves inappropriately, yelling, trashing the room, fighting, etc. the administration will say that they cannot calm down violent people, well, somehow!

In 5 days, we didn't have lunch anywhere better than at the hotel. Although there were in the popular chain of establishments in Minsk and in higher-level restaurants, but the club sandwich and borscht in Bonotel are delicious. Great hotel. The average price category. A classic set for three stars. The metro is within walking distance, there are shops nearby (euroopt, fixprice), cafes for every taste.
