Excellent hotel, the level corresponds to the European 3+
The reception is professional and polite.
Clean, modern room, small, but everything is thought out and organized in such a way that there is enough furniture and space for both work and leisure.
They are cleaned every day. There is no kettle in the room, a bottle of water was given only on the first day as a compliment, but it would be nice every day.
Very tasty cuisine in the hotel restaurant, if ordered from the menu. It's small, but all the dishes I've tried are delicious.
Breakfast, which may be included in the room rate, is not bad, but absolutely no frills, but two types of natural juice to taste.
Overall, very positive impressions about the hotel. European quality of service. Many thanks to the team. It was nice to stay, I will definitely come back.

We stayed at this hotel in 2023, in a standard room. I liked everything very much. We decided to return in 2024, the rooms for booking remained only an improved standard. To be honest, I didn't see any difference except for the bathrobes and the coffee machine. This time we were unlucky, the audibility in the room was terrible (9th floor). The feeling that the wall between the rooms was purely formal. I managed to fall asleep after one o'clock in the morning. It's like all the conversations are in your room. This time, the slope in the shower turned out to be less and all the water went out through the glass door and was held only by a towel. The clothes rack was located in the far corner from the entrance to the room, there was also a place for a suitcase. Those things that are not very clean need to be carried or carried across the room. The blanket on the double bed is not enough, I had to take it away a couple of times)
Otherwise, everything is clean and functioning.
You won't stay hungry for breakfast, but the choice is not great.
It's good that we stopped for one night this time, it wouldn't have worked out, it's a pity.

The hotel is as stated for 3 stars! Small but cozy rooms, with a minimum of everything in the standard room. If necessary, you can choose a better room for a small fee. There is a bad watering can in the shower and when using the shower, water is poured over the entire area of the shower, this is a big minus. It is located about 4 km from the center. if the weather is good and you like to walk, then it's not a problem, otherwise consider traveling by taxi or subway. The service and atmosphere at the hotel are friendly.

Not a bad hotel for a couple of days stay. Clean, the staff is friendly, in general everything you need is there (slippers and bathrobes for a fee). The room was small, especially the bathroom. If the room faces the road, it will be noisy, the window will not open. The mattress is hard, but it's different for everyone who likes what.
We didn't take breakfast, but we ordered it once according to the menu, there is something to work on, I can't say that it is very tasty. The Italian omelet clearly needs to be revised, the greasy blots of sauce on top of the omelet spoil everything, I had to rake it aside. In general, it's okay to hang out.

I liked the hotel, the cozy room. Clear. A decent bathroom. But, slippers- on demand - actually, they should be at check-in. The worst thing is breakfast! It's the worst I've ever seen. For a very small price - 37 b.rub., there is absolutely nothing to eat and also cold!

The hotel has a very very friendly staff, and all of them! Clean rooms, snow-white linen, delicious European breakfasts. It is possible to change the pillow if it does not suit you. The room has a hairdryer, TV, kettle is provided (if necessary). The metro is seven minutes from the hotel.

Great hotel. The mattress is gorgeous, there is a choice of pillows. It 's perfectly clean. Cleaning is daily. Breakfast from 7 a.m., varied. And there were pancakes and dumplings these days.

I really liked the rooms: comfortable, modern, clean, the climate control in the rooms is excellent, the view from the windows is good, the food is excellent. Convenient parking. May 2024, two nights. The hotel is perfect for business travelers or for childless couples. We ordered through the aggregator room 2+1, but it turns out that this implies accommodation on an existing double bed. There is no extra bed and there is nowhere to put it. As an alternative, the administration offered a two-room family room with a decent surcharge. We refused. As a result, our child (12 years old) slept as in early childhood-head on mom, feet on dad. But they gave me an extra pillow and a blanket. There is a guarded parking lot, the restaurant is not cheap, but it is quite decent. The staff is responsive and correct. If it were not for a misunderstanding with the booking features, I would have given 5 stars.

A good enough hotel, stayed for a few days. For such a price, a wonderful hotel, with modern renovation. Nice comfortable bed, the room was always clean. The only drawback is the broken tile in the shower room in room 703 (maybe they will see the review and replace it), about which I cut my ankle. Obviously, it is difficult to change one piece, but to take care of your guests, you need to do this. As for the location, if you are a tourist and do not come in the summer, it is not the most convenient option, since to get to many places you need to make one or two transfers. The staff is insanely polite, they helped to congratulate the young man on his birthday, hiding the cake until the morning, thank you so much for this, as well as for the compliment from the hotel.

A wonderful and comfortable hotel! I've been here on a business trip and for personal reasons - everything is always great. For adequate money, the quality is super. Parking is available, convenient. The metro is also nearby, if necessary. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower is wonderful, the air conditioner is working - you can recover properly.
The staff is very polite, always responds and helps, well done.
Of the cons: Wi-Fi in the rooms can be weakly caught (on the 8th floor at the window it barely reached 1 Mbit), for some time I had to work in the lobby on the 1st floor.
Of the advantages: the food is decent - not only breakfast (it is standard), but also business lunches, and lunches, and dinners are all delicious - I have never regretted it.

The hotel corresponds to the declared level. The rooms are small, but comfortable. There is a refrigerator that cools well, it has a paid mini bar. There is a safe, in the safe there is a condom in an envelope. Apparently, "just in case." A comfortable bed and a mattress, which is of pleasant rigidity, or rather elasticity, it was very comfortable to sleep. But the pillows are not very good, in my opinion they are too soft. The bathroom has a large shower, the only toilet is a few meters away and close to the sink.
The hotel and restaurant staff are polite, competent and helpful. Towels were changed every day, a set of shower accessories was replenished, and the room was cleaned.
The breakfast buffet for 35 Belarusian rubles (+/-1000 Russian) seems frankly overpriced.
Parking for 5 cars at the hotel and a large one behind it. There are no problems with parking the car.
Within walking distance are two supermarkets Martin and Euroopt, a 24-hour doner mirage.
The air conditioning system is weak. She can't cope in the heat. This is probably the main and only significant disadvantage of the hotel.
The hotel is definitely worth the money and I personally recommend it not only for short-term but also long-term trips.

A pleasant hotel.
Convenient location: near the metro, there is its own Parking
The room is fresh, cleaned every day.
There is a veranda, in the morning you can order breakfast on it, and in the evening just sit.
Small disadvantages:
1. The linen smells strongly of powder/conditioner. For an allergic asthmatic, this was not the best option.

I was in Minsk for the first time.
I chose Bonotelle. I liked the hotel. Polite staff, pleasant service.
Small rooms (if you like space, pay attention). There are no slippers, bathrobes, dental kits (for a fee).
A normal breakfast (I sincerely do not understand those who grumble that little). Porridge, omelet, eggs, sausages, vegetables, pickles, cereals, various breads, jam, desserts, watermelons, good coffee, tea, juices. What else is needed??? People are just waiting for incomprehensible dishes ;)))
I definitely recommend the hotel!
