A pleasant hotel.
Convenient location: near the metro, there is its own Parking
The room is fresh, cleaned every day.
There is a veranda, in the morning you can order breakfast on it, and in the evening just sit.
Small disadvantages:
1. The linen smells strongly of powder/conditioner. For an allergic asthmatic, this was not the best option.
2. During the shower, water leaked out, the carpet at the entrance to the bathroom became wet.
3. There were few outlets for us, but this is not critical

A modern hotel, very friendly staff, three metro stops from the center.The cafe is expensive, but there are no queues and there is a large store in the same building.The beds are comfortable and you can ask for a pillow with different types of hardness.Overall, I made a great impression , I will be happy to stay there again.

I was in Minsk for the first time.
I chose Bonotelle. I liked the hotel. Polite staff, pleasant service.
Small rooms (if you like space, pay attention). There are no slippers, bathrobes, dental kits (for a fee).
A normal breakfast (I sincerely do not understand those who grumble that little). Porridge, omelet, eggs, sausages, vegetables, pickles, cereals, various breads, jam, desserts, watermelons, good coffee, tea, juices. What else is needed??? People are just waiting for incomprehensible dishes ;)))
I definitely recommend the hotel!

I liked the hotel, everything is at the proper level, clean, the staff is polite! There is a restaurant on the 1st floor, you can eat, they cook delicious. I lowered it by 1 *, because I could hear some noise very strongly (I didn't understand where it came from, but by 22h it had subsided), maybe the climate system. I had terrible neighbors (as if they came from the village), they talked loudly and slammed the door hard. It would be wonderful if we warned the guests to be quiet and explain how to close the door (this is me for the owners, if they read my review).

I will not write about the hotel, I did not live, but I attended breakfast. I don't know where the previous guests saw a good selection of dishes, but for 37 rubles it was somehow very modest. The same meat slicing, in general, was not local even once, sausages at most... The staff is extremely polite, it's cool these days. (I would like to clearly see the trash can where you can pull something out in the restaurant hall.)

Very nice hotel, everything is clean, tidy, the rooms are small, there is bottled drinking water. One big minus is the cost of breakfast - 37 bel rubles... there is nothing magical about breakfasts - the usual European ones.. It's not worth that kind of money.

A good hotel.
Positive:
- The rooms are small, but very thoughtful.
- I got caught with an excellent bathroom (shower, not a cabin, which is important).
- Comfortable mattress, slept well.
- Friendly staff.
Of the cons:
- outdated hair dryers
- pillows, of course, are "cotton wool". But it doesn't matter to me, because I have a thing for it and I take it with me on car trips.
Summarizing price = quality, there will be an opportunity to come back 👍🏻

Overall, I liked the hotel: clean, modern, the room has all the amenities and bathrobes with slippers, sockets in sufficient quantity. Convenient location.
The rooms themselves are small and are more suitable for one or two. We were with a child of 7 years and more.there is simply nowhere to place a place there, while the cost of a room for comparison with Smolensk (we stayed in Aurora and in the Veranda) is 2-3 times higher.
But we were kindly given an extra pillow and a blanket. You can spend 1 night!

The staff is polite, there are breakfasts, lunches and dinners. There is also a conference room. Convenient location, close to many shops, pharmacy, pet supplies, car wash, Pushkinskaya metro station, DoDo pizza restaurants, McDonald's, shopping center. If you need a taxi, you can easily order through the Yandex app, the main thing is that the card would be linked to the payment. And so you can safely pay with a peace card everywhere. I did not use cash, the exchange rate is more on the exchange. In the subway, you can also walk along the world map.

500 m from the metro. There is a super market/pharmacy nearby.
Nemiga is 2 metro stations and 8 minutes away.by taxi.
A new clean hotel.
Nice girls at the reception.
Well-designed rooms.
Where the bad reviews come from, to be honest, the question is.
Everything is clean and as comfortable as possible.
Breakfast is really 35 b.rub (about 1000 rub) /person, but it is quite varied and delicious.
The price/quality for this hotel is 5/5.
The only thing is, the hotel restaurant would not be used for other meals, it would not taste good.

A great hotel with very high quality cuisine. We read the reviews before arrival that the breakfasts may be nothing, but everything else is not very good. It turned out to be a lie. In 5 days, we didn't have lunch anywhere better than at the hotel. Although there were in the popular chain of establishments in Minsk and in higher-level restaurants, but the club sandwich and borscht in Bonotel are delicious. The rooms were cleaned every day, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent rooms, clean, I won't say about cleaning, it was only 2 nights, but nothing caught my eye. A very comfortable bed with a gorgeous mattress, even unexpectedly))) The air conditioner is not split, but central, the filters are clean. The view from the window is beautiful)))
I haven't eaten, I can't say anything. Parking is micro, there is somewhere else, but we also found a place for micro. The staff is super polite. In principle, it would not be surprising if it were not for the fact that at 4 a.m. in Minsk, only 2 out of 5 hotels could be reached. This is one of them))) It's expensive, but I definitely recommend it.

A great hotel, I really liked it in 2018, I returned and did not regret it. The level remained the same - comfort, cleanliness, polite and helpful staff. We ate in the city, so I won't say anything about food, but it seems that there are more opportunities, for example, to eat at night. The sound insulation is fine, but I'm picky about it. The location is excellent - 5 minutes to the metro, and there are three stations to the center. I recommend it for the value for money. Thank you for a great vacation in Minsk!

I stayed in this hotel for a month and was very satisfied. The hotel has a clean and minimalistic interior, daily cleaning and fast WiFi. The staff is extremely polite and always in uniform. Although there is no kettle and cutlery in the room, you can easily ask for them at the restaurant on the ground floor and they will be provided to you. Water is really only available at the reception, but 2-3 half-liter bottles are put in the room every day. If necessary, you can get disposable slippers, a shaving kit and a bathrobe at the reception for free. The hotel also offers laundry and ironing services for an additional fee.
The restaurant on the ground floor offers a very tasty menu, with the exception of pilaf, which, unfortunately, failed. But I can safely recommend draniki, machanka and other dishes. The advertisement states that the menu changes every week. This is not the case, the menu does not change.
Parking in front of the hotel is small, designed for 6-7 cars. The hotel is conveniently located: the metro is a five-minute walk along a wide street, and the city center can be reached in just three stops, which takes about 20 minutes. There is also a public transport stop near the hotel.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, passwords are issued upon check-in at the reception, but it is valid for about five days. Then you have to change if you live longer, and it's inconvenient if you live a long time.
In the same building, but on the other side, there is a large grocery store, which is convenient.

The staff was very responsive and attentive to our requests, the room was kept clean and tidy, the renovation is new, it is clear that the hotels are being monitored and cared for. It is also worth noting the location of the hotel within walking distance of 3 shopping malls, a metro with a convenient station, and a bus stop that takes you to the center, if desired, you can walk to the Gates of Minsk in 30 minutes from the hotel.We were extremely satisfied with the hotel;)

The perfect hotel to stay in. Beautiful, stylish and clean rooms with new furniture. We had a standard room with one double bed. The bathroom has a shower, all accessories, several towels, a hairdryer. The refrigerator is filled with alcohol (who cares), there were glasses and a bottle of water. The hotel has a very decent cafe where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I recommend it!

A lovely cozy hotel) brand new designer renovation, it is very pleasant to be in the room, there is everything you need. A wonderful mattress and super pillows helped you sleep well, and in general it feels like the hotel management is attentive to the details, for this a big like) Responsive staff. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the center. A modern, pleasant hotel was important to us, as we did not want to live in Soviet luxury for an expensive price, besides, hotels of this kind usually look rather shabby. All our wishes have come together here. If we visit Minsk again, we will definitely check in here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the rooms are small but very cozy, everything is new. Of the cons: 1. the strange structure of the showers with a step - everything pours onto the bathroom floor, no matter how hard you try. 2. there is little space for storing clothes, or rather one tiny closet.
BUT the bed and mattress are 5+.

I stayed at the hotel for a week, clean, warm, dry, pleasant,neat,beautiful, calm,fabulous shower,towels for all parts of the body,everything was changed every day at will)everything is very fluffy and soft,shower gels, as much as you want,scented soap,bed linen was changed every two days,cleaning every day, the breakfasts are divine, in short, everything is on top, despite the small number of stars and the prices are relatively democratic.
