Earlier, during the repair process, they constantly called and warned about the need to replace / repair additional parts. Now they are informed when issuing a car. If it is impossible to get through and leave a request on the site, they call back, at best, in a day!
Bottom line: from excellent service, this office has turned into a garage workshop "At Uncle Vasya's."

At 16.40 I am already in place and I check with the clients that they are scheduled for 17.00, I approach the administrator, in response: stand and wait now, only a car has signed up for 17.15. I stand until 17.45, I understand that the car takes 15 minutes and 3 cars should have stopped by, but for some reason six cars stopped by.
