This was the first visit to Braslaw for us and we had never been to the hotel. We absolutely loved it. We stayed for several nights in the detached house, and it was wonderful. Soundproof, comfortable, friendly staff. We also stayed one night in the deluxe chalet, which also was fantastic. The deluxe chalet had better wifi internet and a better interior and outdoor decoration (we felt). The amenities were a lot of fun. We used the paddle boats a couple times in the evening. Highly recommended.

In general, we did not have any strong contradictions when staying here! Among the advantages: pleasant territory, good living conditions, very friendly and competent staff, excellent location in the city, stable Wi-Fi throughout, its own Parking.
What I didn't like: failed breakfasts. They are not only nominal, but also cold at 9 a.m. It definitely shouldn't be like this. They lived in the main building. The rooms are tired. But it's clean. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it was not needed, fortunately, the temperature was less than +25C. Yes, it was indicated at the time of booking that it would not be available. It was cool, and there was an understanding that there would be no urgent need. Therefore, we quietly booked. This is just a general assessment of the lack of convenience in the room category for a 4-star hotel. If the temperature is above 25-26C, it will be stuffy, of course. Therefore, in general, it seems to be good, but I did not pull out the perfect price / quality ratio. The price tag is still too high and does not match the stated stars. A good stable 3-star category. But this is an estimate based only on the numbers in the case. In bungalows and houses, the category of accommodation is higher, apparently, they were guided by them in assigning stars.

A very comfortable place for a leisurely rest on the lake, a small but cozy territory, barbecue gazebos, tables, sun loungers. We lived in a bungalow, it is spacious for three people, has everything you need (air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, soap accessories). The reviews wrote about the food in the restaurant that it does not match its price. I agree with that. But the quality is quite satisfactory. The breakfasts are not bad, you need to come early before the people come running so that you don't have to "fight" for food) In summary, I want to say that we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and recommend it to everyone! I hope the administration gets acquainted with the reviews and takes them into account)

A pleasant place for a relaxing holiday with a family or a couple. We lived in a cozy house with all amenities and a large veranda. Deck chairs, hammocks, catamarans, beautiful view of the lake, you can fish. A great place to chill. Breakfast (buffet) is included. The only disadvantage for us was that there was nowhere to swim. The lake was dirty enough for swimming (maybe it's temporary)

I really liked it:Friendly staff, the possibility of paying by card, a large well-groomed territory, a pier, catamarans, sun beds, hammocks, gazebos for barbecue and barbecues, entertainment for children - slide, sand, swing. A wonderful place! I lived in a bungalow, the presence of air conditioning made me feel comfortable, despite the +6 outside. Clean, warm, cozy. The bungalow has a kettle, refrigerator, TV, very comfortable bed. The staff is lovely, the breakfasts are good. The area is very beautiful. I spent 4 wonderful days. I RECOMMEND IT!

A great place to relax. Equipped beaches, there is an entertainment room for children, various water attractions. Nearby, within walking distance, you can rent a house. There are no problems with food either: cafes, restaurants, everything is there. In general, if you are lucky with the weather, then rest will be a joy.

Very beautiful territory, fresh air, lots of greenery,there are sun loungers, trampoline, hammocks, near the lake.We lived in a deluxe Chalet house, we liked everything, there is air conditioning,TV,refrigerator, microwave.The only thing missing was a bedside table near the sofa and few hooks in the shower.There is a restaurant nearby, the food is excellent.We were very satisfied.

It's a sad place.
If you come in May, in great weather, you will have nothing to do.
The season starts on June 1, even if there are a lot of people and not only from Belarus.
If you did not book a meal earlier (and this is only one CAFE) in which there are 2 menus - lunch and regular, then you will not order lunch 100% on the spot, but you answered the request to feed at least something: "I don't know, I need to think about it." As a result, we were hungry, it's good that we had a light snack with us.
To the store, for a minute, it takes 1 hour to stomp on foot.
The bathhouse (as it turned out) is only 1 - and it is naturally occupied, but by some miracle we managed, apparently people refused.
The boats on the "beach" are overturned, all entertainment is closed. You walk and look at the beautiful lake. Thanks for having a bike, I managed to ride at least.

An interesting place. The facade, the reception (if you can call it that) - everything is simple, not shining, modest. But when you walk into the territory with cottages and bungalows, it's a completely different impression. Space, light, a beautiful lake. Landscaped area with panoramic views. A great place to relax in nature. Without claims to high class, to ideal standards of comfort, to the latest modern equipment of the rooms, you will like it here. The rooms in the cottage or bungalow are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy terrace. Among the disadvantages is a small bathroom with a curtain instead of a comfortable shower cabin and very small and hard pillows. But when you are standing on the pier, and a wild swan comes to greet you, you somehow forget about the uncomfortable pillow. The restaurant deserves special praise. Everything is very tasty, varied, generous portions. Polite and helpful staff at the hotel and in the restaurant.

Restaurant review: there were two times, the first time the waitress took so long that she ordered herself at the bar + an extra glass of wine was included in the bill (it's good that I always check). The second time was almost OK, but the food was brought to everyone at different times, and one dish was brought to two different people after 10 minutes (I assumed that there was only one frying pan, where two pairs of pancakes could not fit). Bottom line: beautiful location on the lake shore, good cuisine, so-so service, and there are also many dishes from the menu. In my native St. Petersburg, I would put a C, there are 4, because it is one of the very few decent places in Braslav.

Payment on the website it says that it is possible, in fact, for a total of 100% prepayment, which is non-refundable. The administration does not know anything, the skif gives each other. Лучшее заведение Браслава в разделе "Гостиница" и "Ресторан". Серьезно, ничего лучше в городе в принципе нет. Отель небольшой, расположен удобно, прямо под замковой горой, обе главные городские церкви напротив, до городского пляжа на озере Дривяты 10 мин пешком. Есть свое озеро и пляж, но они маленькие, купаться можно, но спуск к воде не очень удобый. Завтраки скучноваты, но все вкусное и свежее. Ресторан в отеле очень хороший, вкусно готовят, но бойтесь банкетов, они там часто и во время них покушать не удастся какое-то время) Большое спасибо всему персоналу и в особенности главному администратору - вы спасали нас от кофе машины и отвечали на все наши глупые вопросы)))

We rested for 3 nights. Fresh air, beautiful view, well-groomed territory, comfortable bed and clean bedding.
The cost is certainly overstated, given that there is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. Strong audibility, on the first night we could hear the neighbors' oohs and aahs, but after they moved out it became quiet, we were alone in hotels in general, probably that's why the street lighting was completely turned off and there was absolute darkness on the territory. If the price was lower and the occupancy rate was higher... And so off-season 180 rubles is too much. But the location is very convenient.

Хороший отель. Персонал вежливый. Месторасположение удобное. Территория ухоженная. Понравилась веранда с удобными креслами и столиком с неё открывается вид на аккуратный пляж. Кровать в номере большая, удобная с хорошим матрасом. Еда утром нормальная, сосиски мясные, блинчики мягкие, Кофе ароматный. Вечерний ужин тоже оставил приятные впечатления. Я брал язык запечённый с сыром и помидорами, жена запечёного судака, дети драники и десерты. Всё было вкусно, счёт с парой пива 2000 российских рублей. Чуть дороже чем в ресторане Древяты , где мы ужинали на кануне, но и данный ресторан почти в самом историческом центре. Из незначительных недостатков можно отметить небольшую сырость в ванной (вытяжки не хватает) и в велопрокате Велосипеды укатанные. Для любителей велопрогулок рекомендую покат велосипедов на центральном пляже. За умеренные деньги отличные, новые велики

Очень хорошее расположение в самом историческом центре Браслава. Вежливый, отзывчивый персонал. Удобный, чистый, объемный номер (бунгало), где есть своя веранда и всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. На берегу пляжа есть лежаки, павильоны со столами под навесом и мангалы.

Очень понравилась атмосфера этого места. Красивая и ухоженная территория. Номера категории стандарт очень маленькие, не захотелось там оставаться. А вот бунгало выше всяких похвал. Достойные номера. Территория большая, с площадкой детской, пляжем и пирсом. Все ухожено. Завтраки без изысков, но все вкусно и каждый может найти себе еду по желанию. С удовольствием вернусь.

I make a discount on the fact that Braslav is a small town, and it's worth going there not for the service, but for the stunning nature. The hotel has access to a small pretty promenade, where we fed ducks, swans and enjoyed the sunsets - this moment slightly smoothed the overall impression)

Распологались в Бунгало.
Плюсы:
- очень хорошее месторасположение, рядом с центром города.
- у отеля свой внутренний дворик с пляжем, лежаками, ухоженным зелёным газоном, площадкой с мангалами и беседками. Есть свой выход к озеру, но из-за того, что вода там преимущественно стоячая, она быстро цветёт.
- очень хорошие завтраки (шведский стол).
- кондиционер и удобные кровати в номерах
Минусы:
- много пауков и паутины по вечерам на террасе
- на части территории воняет чем-то похожим на мазут
- в ванной воняло мазутом и ползали муравьи (не прям муравейник, а штук 5-10)
- платная парковка
- не меняли полотенца, хотя отдыхали 2 ночи

Minuses:
- The main disadvantage is the beach. More precisely, its absence. There is no approach to the lake, a kind of pontoon made of planks is organized (which, by the way, without any fencing). The boards need to be repaired, and in some places the pontoon is completely disassembled and huge iron pins just stick out of the water. Plus, the whole pontoon is covered in duck droppings. The lake itself looks more like a green swamp than a lake. As a result, we kind of arrived at the hotel "with our own private beach", and rode every day on the city to swim.
- Upon check-in, no one told about the availability of additional services at the hotel. Not a word at all! We accidentally Googled about the sauna and rental and went to ask the girl at the reception.
- The hotel looks "run down". For example, on the field set aside for volleyball, the whole earth is like plowed, waves, straight gullies. Grass grows, most of which are thorns. It's hard to walk there without stumbling, how can you play volleyball there? There is a huge amount of cobwebs hanging on the terraces, on chairs, tables at the restaurant on the street, why does no one clean it? The swings creak, the hammocks are stretched. There are some pieces of building materials in the nooks and crannies on the street…
- During our stay, no one cleaned the room, towels were not changed.
- The territory is not actually closed, anyone can enter from the street.
- Ants will live in the bungalow with you.
- The food in the restaurant is 5 out of 10.
Positive:
- Beautiful view. The area next to the entrance to the house is nice: lanterns, alley, grass, tuiki.
- Friendly staff.
Will we return to Braslav again? Yes! Will we return to the Braslav Lakes Hotel? No! The main result of the holiday is that the price is too high and does not match the service.

Очень приятный отель, с красивой и большой территорией. Вкусные завтраки, особенно понравился творог со сметаной!
Немного расстроена, что цвела вода на пляже и не смогла покупаться, ужин в ресторане не очень понравился (грудка была сухая, а фасоль безвкусная).
Но в целом впечатление осталось хорошее, спасибо приятной девушке на завтраке, что пошла на встречу и смогла налить нам горячей воды в термос в дорогу.

Гостиница хорошая, внимательный, доброжелательный персонал, чистая, красивая и ухоженная территория. Но, завтраки однообразные - шведский стол. В номере есть чайник, а чая и сахара нет. Ковролин в номере создаёт неприятный запах. В целом оценка четверочка.

Снимали отдельный домик, в целом комфортно, но нет нигде вентиляции, поэтому из уборной комнаты постоянно шёл не очень приятный запах, полотенца совсем не сохли, приходилось выносить их на улицу. Но это ладно, на четвёртый день у моего супруга начался астматический кашель – то ли на что-то в номере пошла аллергия, то ли на еду в ресторане отеля. Про ресторан – цены не сбалансированы. Порция картофеля по-деревенски стоит 10р! Какая-то золотая кортошка получается. И средний чек выходит как при посещении в Минске дорогого ресторана, а тут, как бы, периферия. Цена за домик большая, завтраки - шведский стол, всё вкусно. Винная карта из недорогого вина с наценкой в 200%. Долго бы оставаться не смогли, но мне лично с большего всё понравилось. Но в следующий раз не уверена, что будем снимать домик или что вообще поедем в этот отель. Цены неоправданно высокие, но в целом впечатление от места и еды хорошее.

For the price you pay for a hotel, you don't expect such a service. Even cheap hotels have a cooler on the floor. You can feel the savings on everything. Probably, the hotel is designed for a single visit, and is not interested in the client wanting to come back here again.

The price is too high for such an establishment.
A room with old furniture, towels with yellow spots. There is black hair on the towels and the bed.
Breakfast was such that I didn't even want to go to it. Cold pancakes, apparently cooked a few days ago and taken out of the freezer/refrigerator. The waiter advised them to simply reheat them in the microwave. Ha-ha.
Breakfast starts at 9.00, but at 9.15 there is no sour cream, whoever managed to eat it, they don't put a new one.
Tea is cheap in tea bags.
A waiter in shorts and a T-shirt is not respectable.
Only the view of the lake is good - I give 1 point for this.

Очень красивая внутренняя территория, хорошие завтраки, хороший ресторан. В номере чисто. Но на втором этаже не ловил один день вайфай, спускаешься на первый или на территорию - все хорошо. Исправить сказать не могут. На другой день работало нормально. Ещё было слышно за стеной бубнеж соседей.

Ехали в надежде на лучший люксовый отдых на Браславских озерах. Но в итоге испытали полнейшее разочарование и уехали на Нарочь. По порядку:
-ехали в шале за 330 рублей в сутки в ожидании тихого отдыха со всеми условиями, НО даже своего мангала вы за эти деньги не получите, а про уединение вообще нет и речи! Кто первый стал, того и тапочки)))
-одну ночь нужно было подождать на выбор в номере люкс или стандарт, На это мы были готовы, но когда увидели этот грязный «люкс» за 270!!! рублей в сутки похожий на бытовую комнату с кроватью и сильно поюзаными покрывалами, решили, что лучше переночевать в машине)))
- стандарт за 210!!! рублей оставляет желать лучшего, не менее поюзаный и страшный номер.
- администратор с ходу разговаривает так, как будто мы ей что-то должны и не возвращаем))) важность и отсутствие уважения к гостям просто 99го уровня!!!
- и «вишенка на торте» при этих ценниках и отсутствии приличного сервиса ПЛАТНАЯ ПАРКОВКА - 15 рублей сутки!!!
В общем место отвратительно дорогое и при этом сервис и близко не готов отработать те деньги, которые запрашивает.

Отличная гостиница в Браславе! В номерах есть все необходимое: фен, полотенца :)
Правда душ не совсем продуман - нет шторки и в воде потом вся ванная комната.
Очень удобно, что можно спокойно на сайте забронировать и оплатить сразу.
По кафе в гостинице - не совсем понятно, не кушали там.

Расположение отеля отличное, большинство достопримечательностей рядом, было легко сориентироваться в городе. Отель ухоженный, персонал обходительный и вежливый, возникавшие вопросы помогали разрешать довольно оперативно. Еда в ресторане неплохая, мясные блюда оказались даже лучше, чем рыбные.
Из минусов: Остались не очень удовлетворены тем, что уборка номера проводится раз в трое суток, за подобную стоимость хотелось бы, чтобы порядок наводили чаще. Частный пляж, к сожалению, не пригоден для купания, поскольку озеро, у которого расположен отель, "цветёт", и в нём не поплаваешь.
