This was the first visit to Braslaw for us and we had never been to the hotel. We absolutely loved it. We stayed for several nights in the detached house, and it was wonderful. Soundproof, comfortable, friendly staff. We also stayed one night in the deluxe chalet, which also was fantastic. The deluxe chalet had better wifi internet and a better interior and outdoor decoration (we felt). The amenities were a lot of fun. We used the paddle boats a couple times in the evening. Highly recommended.

In general, we did not have any strong contradictions when staying here! Among the advantages: pleasant territory, good living conditions, very friendly and competent staff, excellent location in the city, stable Wi-Fi throughout, its own Parking.
What I didn't like: failed breakfasts. They are not only nominal, but also cold at 9 a.m. It definitely shouldn't be like this. They lived in the main building. The rooms are tired. But it's clean. There is no air conditioner in the room, but it was not needed, fortunately, the temperature was less than +25C. Yes, it was indicated at the time of booking that it would not be available. It was cool, and there was an understanding that there would be no urgent need. Therefore, we quietly booked. This is just a general assessment of the lack of convenience in the room category for a 4-star hotel. If the temperature is above 25-26C, it will be stuffy, of course. Therefore, in general, it seems to be good, but I did not pull out the perfect price / quality ratio. The price tag is still too high and does not match the stated stars. A good stable 3-star category. But this is an estimate based only on the numbers in the case. In bungalows and houses, the category of accommodation is higher, apparently, they were guided by them in assigning stars.

A very comfortable place for a leisurely rest on the lake, a small but cozy territory, barbecue gazebos, tables, sun loungers. We lived in a bungalow, it is spacious for three people, has everything you need (air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, soap accessories). The reviews wrote about the food in the restaurant that it does not match its price. I agree with that. But the quality is quite satisfactory. The breakfasts are not bad, you need to come early before the people come running so that you don't have to "fight" for food) In summary, I want to say that we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel and recommend it to everyone! I hope the administration gets acquainted with the reviews and takes them into account)

A pleasant place for a relaxing holiday with a family or a couple. We lived in a cozy house with all amenities and a large veranda. Deck chairs, hammocks, catamarans, beautiful view of the lake, you can fish. A great place to chill. Breakfast (buffet) is included. The only disadvantage for us was that there was nowhere to swim. The lake was dirty enough for swimming (maybe it's temporary)

I really liked it:Friendly staff, the possibility of paying by card, a large well-groomed territory, a pier, catamarans, sun beds, hammocks, gazebos for barbecue and barbecues, entertainment for children - slide, sand, swing. The rooms are clean, there are towels, shower sets, and the room is equipped with a kettle.

We celebrated the new year in this hotel + accommodation in a standard room. The impressions are not bad, but there are nuances:
Positive:
+ courteous staff
+excellent selection of buffet breakfasts
+beautiful well-maintained territory
+free barbecues with gazebos for residents
+spacious rooms
Minuses:
- very cold rooms without the possibility to increase the heating of the batteries.
The admin girl referred to the boiler room automation and said it would get warmer later. It didn't get any warmer after an hour, and my husband resolved the issue with the senior administrator - they just gave us a heater.
2) the New Year's program included dinner, music, entertainment, magic tricks, live vocals, smoke, straboscope, etc. In fact, there were a couple of contests, Santa Claus came for 5 minutes and a disco. No magic tricks, no live music. The banquet food was also very mediocre with the exception of bruschetta, sliced and tangerines - these were really delicious.

A wonderful place! I lived in a bungalow, the presence of air conditioning made me feel comfortable, despite the +6 outside. Clean, warm, cozy. The bungalow has a kettle, refrigerator, TV, very comfortable bed. The staff is lovely, the breakfasts are good. The area is very beautiful. I spent 4 wonderful days. I RECOMMEND IT!

A great place to relax. Equipped beaches, there is an entertainment room for children, various water attractions. Nearby, within walking distance, you can rent a house. There are no problems with food either: cafes, restaurants, everything is there. In general, if you are lucky with the weather, then rest will be a joy.

Very beautiful territory, fresh air, lots of greenery,there are sun loungers, trampoline, hammocks, near the lake.We lived in a deluxe Chalet house, we liked everything, there is air conditioning,TV,refrigerator, microwave.The only thing missing was a bedside table near the sofa and few hooks in the shower.There is a restaurant nearby, the food is excellent.We were very satisfied.

An interesting place. The facade, the reception (if you can call it that) - everything is simple, not shining, modest. But when you walk into the territory with cottages and bungalows, it's a completely different impression. Space, light, a beautiful lake. Landscaped area with panoramic views. A great place to relax in nature. Without claims to high class, to ideal standards of comfort, to the latest modern equipment of the rooms, you will like it here. The rooms in the cottage or bungalow are spacious and comfortable, with a cozy terrace. Among the disadvantages is a small bathroom with a curtain instead of a comfortable shower cabin and very small and hard pillows. But when you are standing on the pier, and a wild swan comes to greet you, you somehow forget about the uncomfortable pillow. The restaurant deserves special praise. Everything is very tasty, varied, generous portions. Polite and helpful staff at the hotel and in the restaurant.

Restaurant review: there were two times, the first time the waitress took so long that she ordered herself at the bar + an extra glass of wine was included in the bill (it's good that I always check). The second time was almost OK, but the food was brought to everyone at different times, and one dish was brought to two different people after 10 minutes (I assumed that there was only one frying pan, where two pairs of pancakes could not fit). Bottom line: beautiful location on the lake shore, good cuisine, so-so service, and there are also many dishes from the menu. In my native St. Petersburg, I would put a C, there are 4, because it is one of the very few decent places in Braslav.

The place leaves much to be desired in July, the water blooms, but they won't tell you about it because it's not in their interests. In the rooms, you need to wait for hot water for at least 10 minutes, at least half of the services either do not work or do not work, someone will not tell you either. Payment on the website it says that it is possible, in fact, for a total of 100% prepayment, which is non-refundable. The administration does not know anything, the skif gives each other. Breakfast 2 eggs and what's left of the others if it suits you. As a result, the rest leaves much to be desired, as well as the service.

I took a regular standard room, everything would be fine if it weren't for two things, the first is the temperature outside the window is subzero, and the room is cold, the battery is warm and there is no adjustment. And the second point is a slight stench of some kind of sewer in the bathroom. For this and minus two stars, if you eliminate these shoals, then it's not a bad hotel.

The best restaurant in Braslav is in the section "Hotel" and "Restaurant". Seriously, there's basically nothing better in the city. The hotel is small, conveniently located, right under the castle hill, both main city churches are opposite, the city beach on Lake Drivyaty is a 10-minute walk away. There is a lake and a beach, but they are small, you can swim, but the descent to the water is not very convenient. The breakfasts are a bit boring, but everything is delicious and fresh. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, they cook delicious, but be afraid of banquets, they are often there and during them you will not be able to eat for a while) Many thanks to all the staff and especially the chief administrator - you saved us from the coffee machine and answered all our stupid questions)))

We rested for 3 nights. Fresh air, beautiful view, well-groomed territory, comfortable bed and clean bedding.
The cost is certainly overstated, given that there is no refrigerator or kettle in the room. Strong audibility, on the first night we could hear the neighbors' oohs and aahs, but after they moved out it became quiet, we were alone in hotels in general, probably that's why the street lighting was completely turned off and there was absolute darkness on the territory. If the price was lower and the occupancy rate was higher... And so off-season 180 rubles is too much. But the location is very convenient.

It's a sad place.
If you come in May, in great weather, you will have nothing to do.
The season starts on June 1, even if there are a lot of people and not only from Belarus.
If you did not book a meal earlier (and this is only one CAFE) in which there are 2 menus - lunch and regular, then you will not order lunch 100% on the spot, but you answered the request to feed at least something: "I don't know, I need to think about it." As a result, we were hungry, it's good that we had a light snack with us.
To the store, for a minute, it takes 1 hour to stomp on foot.
The bathhouse (as it turned out) is only 1 - and it is naturally occupied, but by some miracle we managed, apparently people refused.
The boats on the "beach" are overturned, all entertainment is closed. You walk and look at the beautiful lake. Thanks for having a bike, I managed to ride at least.

For lack of a better one, it will do. But the price / quality does not match, of course. Tired rooms with an interior from the 2000s, a restaurant with above-average prices, but a dining room level. I make a discount on the fact that Braslav is a small town, and it's worth going there not for the service, but for the stunning nature. The hotel has access to a small pretty promenade, where we fed ducks, swans and enjoyed the sunsets - this moment slightly smoothed the overall impression)

Nice hotel. The staff is polite. The location is convenient. The territory is well maintained. I liked the veranda with comfortable chairs and a table with a view of the neat beach. The bed in the room is large, comfortable with a good mattress. The food in the morning is normal, the sausages are meat, the pancakes are soft, the coffee is fragrant. The evening dinner also left a pleasant impression. I took the baked tongue with cheese and tomatoes, the wife of baked walleye, the children of pancakes and desserts. Everything was delicious, the bill with a couple of beers was 2000 Russian rubles. It's a little more expensive than in the Drevyaty restaurant, where we had dinner on the eve, but this restaurant is almost in the very historical center. Of the minor disadvantages, we can note a slight dampness in the bathroom (there is not enough hood) and rolled bicycles in the bike rental. For cycling enthusiasts, I recommend bike rental on the central beach. For reasonable money, excellent, new bikes

I really liked the atmosphere of this place. Beautiful and well-maintained territory. The standard rooms are very small, I didn't want to stay there. But the bungalow is beyond praise. Decent rooms. The territory is large, with a playground for children, a beach and a pier. Everything is well maintained. The breakfasts are without frills, but everything is delicious and everyone can find their own food at will. I'll be happy to come back.

We were located in a Bungalow.
Positive:
- very good location, close to the city center.
- the hotel has its own courtyard with a beach, sun beds, a well-groomed green lawn, a playground with barbecue grills and gazebos. There is an outlet to the lake, but due to the fact that the water there is mostly stagnant, it blooms quickly.
- very good breakfast (buffet).
- air conditioning and comfortable beds in the rooms
Minuses:
- lots of spiders and cobwebs in the evenings on the terrace
- part of the territory stinks of something similar to fuel oil
- the bathroom stank of fuel oil and ants were crawling (not just an anthill, but 5-10 pieces)
- paid parking
- we did not change the towels, although we rested for 2 nights

A very pleasant hotel, with a beautiful and large territory. Delicious breakfasts, especially the cottage cheese with sour cream!
I was a little upset that the water was blooming on the beach and I couldn't swim, I didn't really like dinner at the restaurant (the breast was dry and the beans tasteless).
But overall, the impression was good, thanks to the nice girl at breakfast who went to the meeting and was able to pour hot water into a thermos for us on the road.

There are no slippers. But there is also no cooler in the hotel available for residents. There are no options for drinking hot tea in the room. Buy water. For the price you pay for a hotel, you don't expect such a service. Even cheap hotels have a cooler on the floor. You can feel the savings on everything. Probably, the hotel is designed for a single visit, and is not interested in the client wanting to come back here again.

We rented a separate house, it was generally comfortable, but there was no ventilation anywhere, so there was always a not very pleasant smell coming from the bathroom, the towels did not dry at all, we had to take them outside. But that's okay, on the fourth day my husband started having an asthmatic cough – either he was allergic to something in the room, or to food in the hotel restaurant. About the restaurant – the prices are not balanced. A serving of potatoes in a rustic way costs 10p! It turns out to be some kind of golden squat. And the average check comes out as when visiting an expensive restaurant in Minsk, but here, as it were, the periphery. The price for the house is high, the breakfasts are buffet style, everything is delicious. A wine list of inexpensive wine with a 200% markup. We couldn't have stayed long, but I personally liked everything from the beginning. But next time I'm not sure if we're going to rent a house or even go to this hotel. The prices are unreasonably high, but overall the impression of the place and the food is good.

The only plus is that in October it was warm in the room. Gorgeous territory, but expensive rooms. There is no refrigerator in the standard room! No slippers. The room itself is relatively clean. The staff is adequate. For that kind of money, you expect better conditions.

Minuses:
- The main disadvantage is the beach. More precisely, its absence. There is no approach to the lake, a kind of pontoon made of planks is organized (which, by the way, without any fencing). The boards need to be repaired, and in some places the pontoon is completely disassembled and huge iron pins just stick out of the water. Plus, the whole pontoon is covered in duck droppings. The lake itself looks more like a green swamp than a lake. As a result, we kind of arrived at the hotel "with our own private beach", and rode every day on the city to swim.
- Upon check-in, no one told about the availability of additional services at the hotel. Not a word at all! We accidentally Googled about the sauna and rental and went to ask the girl at the reception.
- The hotel looks "run down". For example, on the field set aside for volleyball, the whole earth is like plowed, waves, straight gullies. Grass grows, most of which are thorns. It's hard to walk there without stumbling, how can you play volleyball there? There is a huge amount of cobwebs hanging on the terraces, on chairs, tables at the restaurant on the street, why does no one clean it? The swings creak, the hammocks are stretched. There are some pieces of building materials in the nooks and crannies on the street…
- During our stay, no one cleaned the room, towels were not changed.
- The territory is not actually closed, anyone can enter from the street.
- Ants will live in the bungalow with you.
- The food in the restaurant is 5 out of 10.
Positive:
- Beautiful view. The area next to the entrance to the house is nice: lanterns, alley, grass, tuiki.
- Friendly staff.
Will we return to Braslav again? Yes! Will we return to the Braslav Lakes Hotel? No! The main result of the holiday is that the price is too high and does not match the service.

Very beautiful interior, good breakfasts, good restaurant. The room is clean. But I didn't catch WiFi on the second floor for one day, you go down to the first floor or to the territory - everything is fine. They can't fix it. The next day it worked fine. I could also hear the neighbors mumbling behind the wall.

We were traveling in the hope of the best luxury vacation on the Braslav lakes. But in the end we were completely disappointed and left for Naroch. In order:
- we went to a chalet for 330 rubles a day in anticipation of a quiet rest with all conditions, BUT you won't even get your own barbecue for this money, and there is no question about privacy at all! Who became the first, and the slippers)))
- one night we had to wait for a choice in a suite or standard room, We were ready for that, but when we saw this dirty "suite" for 270!!! rubles per day, similar to a living room with a bed and heavily wrinkled bedspreads, we decided that it was better to spend the night in the car)))
- standard for 210!!! rubles leaves much to be desired, no less a dirty and scary number.
- the administrator immediately talks as if we owe her something and do not return it))) the importance and lack of respect for guests is simply the 99th level!!!
- and the "cherry on the cake" with these price tags and the lack of decent service, PAID PARKING is 15 rubles a day!!!
In general, the place is disgustingly expensive and at the same time the service is not ready to work out the money it requests.

Excellent hotel in Braslav! The rooms have everything you need: a hairdryer, towels :)
However, the shower is not completely thought out - there is no curtain and then the whole bathroom is in the water.
It is very convenient that you can safely book on the website and pay immediately.
According to the cafe in the hotel, it is not entirely clear whether they did not eat there.

The location of the hotel is excellent, most of the attractions are nearby, it was easy to navigate the city. The hotel is well maintained, the staff is courteous and courteous, the questions that arose helped to resolve fairly quickly. The food in the restaurant is not bad, the meat dishes turned out to be even better than the fish dishes.
Of the cons: We were not very satisfied with the fact that the room is cleaned every three days, for a similar price we would like to see the order restored more often. Unfortunately, the private beach is not suitable for swimming, because the lake near which the hotel is located is "blooming" and you cannot swim in it.
