The place is certainly amazing. A piece of paradise. It is clear that everything has been done for a luxury holiday. The prices are of course appropriate.
But the cafe is on site... It's just tin.
We came purposefully for lunch, choosing this place from a dozen others.
The kitchen is super. But the service - I have never met such a tin in my life. The waiter feels like he barely speaks Russian, he wrote down the order in full words, which was a very long time. The drinks were carried for 30 minutes. There is no order of food delivery: it is chaotic. They brought me the second one first, after the soup, after only the drink. I mixed up the orders. I didn't pick up the dirty dishes.
In general, for such a good place, it's just a shame. This is a note to the management.

Of the advantages, there is a pier with a table where you can enjoy the silence and sunset, of the huge disadvantages, and there are several: 1) waiters, constantly went to look for them, very slow, serving 1-2 clients within 45 minutes.....yes, they timed it; even if you order for a specific time, you still expect 20 minutes. 2) parking on site is paid for guests. 3) it is necessary to remind about the cleaning of the room. Complete price-quality mismatch.

Definitely the best hotel in Braslav, the staff is polite, the breakfasts are delicious. But there are two disadvantages: there is no air conditioner, and the bartender turns on Russian rap and pop music loudly, which significantly spoils the ears. I hope the staff will see this review and ask the bartender not to turn on Russian music so loudly, because it was very annoying during the rest.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days in August. The lake, which looks beautiful in the picture, is completely unsuitable for swimming-there was a group of swans and ducks swimming right by the shore and the water was blacker than a cloud.
The semi-suite room is located above the forge-which means all the smells go inside and there is no question of any open window (there is no air conditioning in the room).
Of the TV channels, only a couple are Belarusian, and the rest are encrypted.
There is a curtain and a tile with wine stains in the bathroom. Well, you don't have 5p to replace the curtains-at least wash the tiles ...
the administrators are extremely unfriendly.
The "restaurant" is terrible.. starting from the waiting time for the order and the Minsk prices and ending with the indifferent faces of the waiters.
On the very first day, our breakfast was expected (I am pregnant and with a small child) for an hour! And after an hour it turned out that the waiter had forgotten about us. And this despite the fact that breakfast was ordered the day before ‘so as not to wait long'. When we decided to refuse breakfast, the receptionist not only did not ask why, but also said that breakfast was included in the room rate and was non-refundable. Despite the fact that its price is clearly spelled out-15p.
In such cases, the normal hotel administration will try to smooth over the situation in some way, offer an alternative, at least apologize... and here there is complete interference.

After a sleepless night and a cold autumn day, it's not the worst place to relax. We lived in a room that does not differ in any special way from our budget hotels. We went with the expectation of renting houses, but missed the opportunity due to the end of the season. One of the disadvantages is the distance from a large store, opposite there is a mini store with a limited assortment. The staff is helpful. There is parking on site. There is also a beautiful pier and courtyard

Thus, having traveled 270 km, they were in danger of disrupting their vacation, fortunately, 3 km away they managed to find a comparable place of residence with the planned recreation facilities

We visited the restaurant of this hotel in 2018. The service is terrible, biased, especially after learning that we are from Russia. It was on the last day of the Braslav Summer Festival. The food was normal, but it was not brought on time, wine glasses were not given, they drank from glasses under water. They obviously served with reluctance, although the neighboring tables with the locals - everything is clear there. It was very striking. I had to go there in 2016 and we liked everything, that's why we decided to repeat in 2018 and such a bummer. I won't go there again-the neglect is insulting. We did not leave a tip, having recalculated the check, we managed to knock out 8 bel. rubles of notes. The check was big, we didn't save money
