It's just disgusting. I came today because of the action of a hamburger or 5 nuggets for 1.5rubles. In my order there were 4 hamburgers and 1 serving of 5 pcs nuggets. Everything is terribly slow to prepare. Burger King should have known what kind of influx of people would be due to the action, but everything is as usual in one place. The workers in the kitchen who cook burgers from only 2 people and cook very slowly, not hurrying anywhere, as if they have no orders at all. And the employees at the assembly who have a showcase with ready-made burgers, potatoes, etc. Who collect other orders are standing and dancing to the song the smell of lilac. I am completely disappointed. The service is at zero maintenance.

I ordered something there 2 times. 1 time through the application, the order was ready earlier, for me at that moment it was great since I arrived myself before the time that I indicated in the application, the burgers were warm, it was nice to eat. 2 times I ordered at the checkout, there was an average occupancy of the restaurant, the order was not much more, but even less than the average, the approximate time I was told was 7-10 minutes, the order was ready in 22 minutes…
The contingent of people who are here in the evenings are children and teenagers who behave like animals, which is exactly what I want to advise this BC to do something about it.

Constantly, in half of the cases, and in the last two months and more often, the order is constantly incorrectly collected - then instead of a chickenburger, they put a burger that is not even chicken (the most common), then they give a cherry pie instead of a raspberry pie. Once my order was somehow removed from the queue and that's it, it doesn't need to be collected at all now, apparently. At other points, burger king is excellent, not a single complaint, but here, perhaps, it is worth reviewing the employees.
The toilet is disgusting, not all the booths are closed, and it looks terrifying.
