I ordered through a single call center on July 18th and asked that the cake be ready on July 19th. I asked for the cake to be ready before 18:00, I marked the pick-up time from 18:00 to 19:00.
Upon arrival, I was told that there was no Cake yet and delivery would be at 19:00, that is, instead of respecting the customer's time and preparing the cake for the fence before 18:00, do they take into account the deadline of 19:00? Due to lack of time, I asked for delivery, and then they said that the delivery would be paid, although the distance was 2.5-3km to my house.
It turns out that not only do they not respect the client's time, they also do not respect the reputation of their organization. This behavior is embarrassing. I will write a separate review about the quality and taste.
