We bought croissants with chocolate in this bakery or whatever it's called , but it didn't smell like chocolate at all🤣instead there was chocolate butter , then cheesecake in the place of cottage cheese semolina 🤣it was impossible to eat everything.I do not recommend this institution as a solid unit .

I understand perfectly well that there may be frozen cakes in chain coffee shops. But before you sell them to visitors, you need to unfreeze them. I was offered to heat the cake in the microwave. The perfect service. Did they take the tray of these frozen cakes off the counter? Of course not. And the waiter, who needs to be called by all the staff. The coffee shop is small, the flow is large, and he is always going somewhere.

Then we went back and asked for a change. They refused to change it, but they molded back beautifully what fell out)))

The attitude and service are disgusting.
The desserts are frozen, but we found out about it when the fork hit the ice. We were not warned about this in advance. The dessert that never melted was included in the bill anyway. The waiter was constantly getting lost, but there are only 4-5 tables. 🤷🏻♂️ They don't respond to the button.
Here's an experience that ruined the whole dessert experience.
