I would not say that 5 stars is exactly what this place associates, but 4 stars will probably be less than what they actually are. The staff is quite professional, the food quality is very high, atmosphere feels great, I would even say too much but I am trying to be as objective as I can. So 5 stars deserved

Handsome staff, good service, prices are fine for the Northern Avenue. Was disappointed with the outside disco music, we couldn't hear each other, but in case if you ask, they are able to close the windows.

The place is beautiful, the food is delicious. Zero-level maintenance. At first, they forgot to bring the wine menu right away, then they left for half an hour, just forgetting about us, they made an order, then they waited half an hour to ask for the menu again, went to the counter to take the menu himself, the receptionist looks at it as if it should be, again they waited 10-15 minutes to order tea. I spent the whole evening on the negative, I was very disappointed, after all, the company is here. I thought the service also matches.

A great place to relax and have a delicious dinner. You can spend a romantic evening. Also have a snack with the children. Polite staff. Pleasant atmosphere. Of the disadvantages, there is no parking. And the prices are quite high, not for the average pocket. In the photo, khacharuri in "Adjarian" and eggplant tempura salad with mozzarella. The service is included in the bill - bullying. We waited for the bill for 20 minutes, the waiters didn't raise their hands, they didn't react, so we had to go get them. I paid the bill exactly. After taking the money, the waitress dropped the coin, searched, couldn't find it, and said she didn't have enough money. He gave her another one, pitied the poor one. I advise you not to go there, there are plenty of more decent establishments around.

A legendary place in the center of Tashir Street. Delicious to the point of insanity. Great service. The quality of the products is beyond praise. I recommend both meat (kebabs, kebabs) and fish (trout, sterlet).
Sometimes I just take a vegetable salad and smell it. Vegetables in Armenia smell like vegetables, which is rare for Russians.

Once they brought it completely burnt out and no one had any questions. The portions have become smaller, the food is worse, the cook seems to have stopped understanding what he is cooking and how, the quality of the food has become very mediocre, alas.

On March 8, the waiter strongly recommended the so-called salad for lovely ladies for the holiday. As a result, the salad had two unfortunate pieces of avocado, 2 shrimp and grapefruit. And the price of this work is more than 4 thousand. I refrained from commenting, but the impression was spoiled. Beetroot salad is heavily poured with vinegar, seeds are put on top every other time, beets are like a cat crying. Caesar consists only of lettuce leaves, sauce, parmesan and chicken. The milkshake is mostly ice. Brioche is put in 3 pieces, then 4, apparently according to the mood of the chefs. Many positions are simply not available periodically, regardless of the time.

We were here on 06/26/2023. We came in, the waiter gave us the menu and ran away, and that was the end of the service. We lost time waiting for the waiter for 20 minutes, but no one came to take the order. Waiters were passing by, I called, and as I ran, the waitress said "yes, I'll be there soon" and THAT's IT! We waited a little longer, got up and left. This is the longest order acceptance. Nowhere else have we met such indifference, despite the fact that we came to lunch on a weekday in the afternoon, when there are very few people and the hall is almost empty.
I can't say anything about the kitchen for an understandable reason.
1.10.2023 We decided to go to dinner at this "restaurant" with our family. So to speak, give a second chance. We were met and escorted. The beginning was normal, we made an order: tolma, warm salads, a decanter of lemonade. Tolma was brought surprisingly quickly, BUT partly warm, partly literally icy. We tried it a little, and inside the meat turned out to be dry as paper. We asked the waitress to replace the dish, because the cold and killed tolma is clearly from the freezer warmed up in the microwave. And this is for the money that this parody of tolma is worth! We ate it in different places and we have something to compare it with. The waitress ran around 2 times, retold our comments (it was audible) and ran back, trying to prove that this is how it should be cold. Then the manager tried to prove it to us. They refused the request to replace it. Then we asked to remove this dish from the bill. But even here we were refused. They just brought salads, which remained untouched, because we decided to leave the place then. The waitress was yelling at us all over the room to pay the bill, even though we didn't eat anything. For a long time they tried to prove something to us about the cold dolma and that we are obliged to pay. FOR WHAT?! For a poorly rendered service??? Eat it yourself!
The attitude is boorish. At the exit, their guard tried to restrain us and did not let us out, waved his ID in front of his face - allegedly he was from the police. They called "their own people". We said, "call the police - there are patrols right in front of the entrance on Northern Avenue on duty." The police were called - the police helped to sort out the situation. This whole farce took us a whole hour. In the end, one of the employees of this institution tried to aggressively prove to us that we were to blame, that everything was written in the menu. Although the menu says "set tolma" and THAT's IT! And what types of tolma are included in the set, hot, cold - "their author's" - is not specified.
In general, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. For the first time in our lives, traveling in different countries and visiting different restaurants, we are faced with a situation where it comes to calling the police.

We came to have breakfast together. There's no breakfast, okay. They chose the food. They have a 20% discount from 12-15. We started ordering at 3 minutes to 12. The waiter did not make a discount. They called the administrator, he did not come, but they made a discount with notations that next time come at exactly 12!!!
They forgot to bring 1 salad from the order. The food was delicious. But, you can eat delicious food at home, people go to the restaurant for the atmosphere. If the staff is more friendly to the visitors, then the establishment is better.

The table was littered with empty dishes. I had to go to the counter to get the bill, they were waiting for at least someone for a very long time. The bill included 10% for the service... What the hell kind of service? To my question: "why 10%, there was no service as such?" the waiter began to be rude and said that, "this is for you", pointing to the empty dishes, someone brought it. In short, the service is below 0. The food is average, there are a lot of alternatives! I don't advise anyone.

In fact, there are places, but the waiters (there are clearly more than necessary) run around with frightened eyes, talk on the radio, demonstrating efficiency and complete indifference to customers.
The menu is thrown on the table. Everything is brought at the same time - salads, soups, hot dishes - just get off.
At the same time, only salads are edible. The pilaf is cold, khachapuri in Adjarian style does not contain cheese at all (!!!), there is only one kind of wine by the glass on the menu.
If this is an economy class institution, then why is everything with some kind of pathos?

It's a disgusting place in terms of service. It's not the first time the same thing has happened - half of the dishes that we order are not available, the waiters do not know the menu, and we've been waiting for a sooo long time.
We ordered medium-rare filet mignon with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were not recorded at all. The meat was brought fully cooked, the meat itself is clearly not filet mignon, but some kind of boiled carbonade. I showed it to the waiter, he took it away, then another one came and asked if I wanted it to be redone. She asked how long it would take to prepare, and replied that she would tell the cook personally to do it quickly. After half an hour of waiting, I told them to cancel the dish. I asked for the bill. The bill was not brought, after 15 minutes the converted dish was brought ... in total, it "quickly" lasted 45 minutes.
That's how a beautiful and cozy place in the city center turns into a bottom.

It is not clear how, with such a non-competitive service, when there are establishments like "Cheese Factories" nearby, where the perfect service and the waiter knows how to make separate bills, this restaurant motivates someone to come. The owner clearly does not know how to count his money and keep an eye on the staff.
After 40 minutes of pointless waiting, we just went to another place.
