The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and tidy. There is everything you need.
One real drawback is the lack of coffee at breakfast, and the one that is, it's only for money. Yes, the breakfast is so-so for such a level of hotel and for such money. So there is something to improve.
Regarding the hotel, the door to the street is closed after 6 pm. You can only swim in the mud. The tables in the room are simple, it is inconvenient to eat on them. The sun beds are not durable, as I sat on the sunbed I immediately broke down. The administrator immediately came running and asked to pay the fine. We sit down carefully on the sun beds, they break down quickly
He lived on the 14th floor. Externally, the hotel is good. There is a lack of a professional team. Let's start with the bar. He's nothing. A row of Hennessy and a row of vodka and nothing else. By the way, the owner himself lives on the 15th floor (according to the staff, he is very stingy)breakfast for 3 . I didn't swim in the pool. There was an event in the courtyard near the pool and the waiters were constantly trying to put ice wine (the foreigners were in wild terror) and they did not even ask about it. The rooms are not particularly cleaned. There was long hair everywhere in my room.
A good hotel - great location in the center, beautiful rooms, decent breakfast. The staff is polite and attentive. The rooms are cleaned well, there are water bottles, tea and coffee making facilities, personal hygiene kits, shampoo, shower gel, lotion. The towels and bathrobe are clean and fluffy. The room price includes a swimming pool (outdoor and indoor, sauna, hammam). The only drawback is that the hotel is no longer new, in some places repairs are required.
I stay here only on business trips. There is a market nearby, not so cheap. But it allows you to buy everything you can take home. Saunas are so-so. Apparently, the demand is minimal, so they are in a kind of semi-working condition. The pool is like a swimming pool. It is only in summer outside and justifies itself if it is hot outside. It would be nice to renovate the hotel. There are a lot of jambs that need to be fixed. The breakfast is always excellent and there is a large selection. By the way, now you can have dinner with them, which was not the case before. There is no need to look for a place to eat nearby
Pros: excellent breakfast, non-smoking rooms are available, the indoor pool is wonderful, there is an exchange office.
Cons: there is no safe in the room, it was cold in the room on October 15 and 16, despite the maximum temperature set.
Very good location, nearby there are shops, a restaurant, many beautiful blooming parks. Large comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfasts. We were on business, but had a great rest, got drunk, bought up. Nice clean pool and friendly, helpful staff. I recommend it to tourists and people in business trips
Among the advantages: excellent filling of the rooms razors, slippers, a lot of linen. There is a kettle and tea utensils. Great view, there is a spa. Excellent room design. Of the minuses, the breakfasts are meager. The staff is bustling. The mattresses are soft. The sockets are not all working. Minor repairs are not carried out in the dining area and inside the rooms. It loses out in details, for example, to the Lotte Hotel.
A great hotel with excellent cuisine.
Great location in the center.
Authentic style.
The staff is friendly from the bartender, waiters to the reservation department.
Special thanks to Shokhrukh, for the prompt bookings.
1) breakfasts in terms of food are clean 5, but they do not have time to clean the dishes, all empty tables in dirty dishes, cutlery and glasses (glasses) need to wait 10-15 minutes, there is only one coffee pot and for the whole breakfast I did not wait for it to be filled or replaced (((
2) rooms, bed linen and toilet the linen is clean, there are no complaints, but again there are no slippers, the plumbing is dead, the shower head is hanging out and pours everywhere but not at you ((( The TV was mounted on a tall rack almost to the ceiling, it is not convenient to watch and, strictly speaking, there is nothing, I tried to set up channels - fuck you, it feels like the TV was put on, the socket was turned on and that was the end of all happiness (( The front door is a separate poetry, there is a chain, but there is no hook on it, the lock is broken, the backlash of the door is 3-4 cm, it blows terribly in a draft. The air conditioner is central, it only makes noise, it doesn't cool a fig, the temperature is not regulated in principle
3) service - in terms of check-in, I will say that for 4, but at the reception they messed up not childishly, gave me one room, everything was as it should be with a key, and they issued me to another and at check-out they tried to wind up beer in the bar almost a keg and buy some "panties" for the pool in the amount of about 180 bucks.
BOTTOM LINE - if possible, it's better to go and check in at any other nearby hotel! I can't give you any advice on which one, you decide for yourself. I definitely didn't set foot in this hotel anymore)))
PS: I didn't take a photo, but take my word for it
We decided to visit the swimming pool of this hotel. Pay here only for the whole day, that is, 300,000 soums, there is no such thing as two hours or an hour, keep in mind. We swam in an indoor pool, the water was warm, but from somewhere it was unclear whether it was musty, or something rotten. There were four of us: the two of us and a woman with a child, no one else. Maybe it's not surprising. We didn't have the opportunity to buy something to eat by the pool or drink, the restaurant nearby was unsociable. We will not go to this pool anymore
Maybe I was unlucky. Maybe it's always like this. But I came to this hotel during the cold season. It was very cold. There is no heating in the hotel in principle. Only air conditioning for heating. Plus a heater. The huge hall was completely frozen, the restaurant was not working, only breakfasts. Everyone was wearing jackets during breakfast. There were heaters in places. The breakfast is quite varied, a beautiful woman prepares hot scrambled eggs or an omelet. When it's cold, hot food saves a little bit. A lot of things in the room don't work: the plug in the bathroom is broken, I thought I could get warm in hot water, but it didn't work out. I wanted to go to the hammam and sauna: a pipe burst, the gym did not work, the masseuse invited her guests to the sauna, laid them there and gave them a massage. I had a cold hammam at my disposal, which was barely warming up. The boys of the guests jumped in the pool, running into the women's locker room. The masseuse's guests were surprised that someone besides them came to the spa area. Upon arrival in the room, there was a noticeable smell of nicotine, there were ashes in the cups. The number itself corresponds to four, but all the nuances that came down on me left an extremely negative impression on the result. I chose the hotel based on the availability of conference rooms, there are several of them and different in size. We were given a heater only after several urgent demands, from 9 to 11 we sat in a very cold visit. When choosing a hotel next time, I will rather look at other options.
Nice hotel. We were passing through Tashkent. We settled around 12, you can do it earlier for an additional price. In general, the room is good, there are shortcomings, but they are not so significant.
There are delicious pastries for breakfast, I also took cottage cheese and local cheese - I also liked it. All the staff is polite and friendly! I recommend it)
Good price/quality ratio. But the completely unacceptable content of television channels - most of them working - is propaganda of war and incitement to hatred. Please ELIMINATE IT!
The hotel is in poor condition. Air conditioning at +40 does not work, the room is like a sauna. A local service engineer said the pipe was leaking, so they shut down the cold water supply. And yet, I didn't even think about the repair.
Breakfasts are a separate song, you can't find a place to sit down, and empty tables are all in leftovers.
The general impression of the hotel is sloppiness.
Excellent hotel for price/quality near 5* hotels)
Location, spa with pool, staff.
In the morning and throughout the day, you can steam in saunas, swim, inside and outside in pools and sunbathe on sun loungers)
Breakfast with fruits, nuts, cheeses and local food)
The rooms and the interior are very spectacular and beautiful)
A cool Hotel, the kitchen is also delicious, the chefs cook in general, a cool place

The rooms are normal, clean and quiet enough. The location is also good, the center. There is a currency exchange, convenient. The TV didn't work, but it was fixed very quickly, an excellent master. One of the disadvantages is breakfast. At 9:30 there is nothing left to eat. And first they moved into a terribly smoky room, they had to change it.
We stayed at this hotel for a week, I'll tell you this. Of the advantages, only the location and that's it!
The rooms are tired and outdated - this can be seen from the furniture.
The rooms are stuffy, the windows do not open, the air conditioners do not work. At the reception, they found out constantly fed breakfast that the air conditioner would be made from day to day. But that never happened. The breakfasts are ordinary, always the same. In general, there are good hotels for this price category.
I do not recommend it
A pleasant hotel. The staff is always ready to help
The pool is good, there are not many people. You can order drinks from the restaurant to your room
The room itself is nice and tidy. The style of the rooms is classic.

There is no question of any five stars here.
In the rooms, some of the electrics and plumbing need maintenance or at least cleaning.
The pool floor is made of wood. Nails and splinters stick out of it, so it's better not to take risks and not walk without slippers.
Delegations come to the hotel periodically, but it is not ready to serve them. In the dining room(!) there is no food, as the delegation demolishes everything. Therefore, the management decided to drive ordinary people into a small room in which nothing hot is sold, there are few tables and no coffee.
There is hair in the food from time to time, and pieces of something undetectable in the water from the jug.
Wifi periodically turns off and stops working.
The interior of the hotel is in the style of a hard suite, it looks strange and sometimes cheap.
Of the advantages, daily cleaning and replenishment of the water supply.
Two expensive cars are parked at the entrance every day. If this is the manager's car, then I expect that this review will affect the attendance of the hotel in the long term and "help" him to sell them.
Overall a good hotel, polite and helpful staff, excellent location. But the room stock is quite old, it would not hurt to upgrade. And then the locks jam, the equipment is also old, it works intermittently.
nice hotel. good breakfasts.
there is an outdoor swimming pool. if you arrived in Uzbekistan in the summer on a business trip, you can feel like on vacation)
We stayed at the hotel for three nights. We haven't slept at all for two nights, it's stuffy! The windows don't open, the air conditioner doesn't work. But the maintenance staff is at 5.
A nice hotel almost in the center of the city. Everything interesting is nearby

It is very beautiful, there are many fountains.
A huge territory.
The very center of the city.
Now there are disadvantages.
The security is rude!!!
For cooling the mineral water in the fountain and cleaning the car a couple of times with a rag ....
They kicked us out .
Very very rough Security.
The most senior of the guards came out and drove out two of our cars.
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE LEADERSHIP OF HAYAT REGENSI!!!!
After we reduced the price a little bit - the perfect price-quality ratio. Service, condition, swimming pool. It's hard to find a better one for $90 per day.

We were in late December and early January. We chose the hotel based on the availability of an indoor pool and did not guess!!! But everything is beautiful in the photo, BUT the air temperature in the pool is equal to the temperature outside - it is wildly cold, the water in the pool is like in an ice hole- for walruses it is the most. We came as a family- the masseuse came out, said: the water is hot in the Jacuzzi, saunas, if necessary, I will turn it on now. The hammam has not warmed up in an hour - the stones are icy, the steam is hot, they warmed up a little in the Finnish sauna. After 2 days we came back - the same situation. Conclusion: there is actually no indoor pool, saunas are not included either. Rooms- 2 double rooms were booked, everything is as in the photo, everything is ok. But there are questions about cleaning. The carpet in the corridor is treated with a strong-smelling solution. (the impression is that cockroaches are poisoned, but not every day!), the smell goes into the rooms, and the windows do not open. The breakfasts are standard - there were few people, so no pickles: 1 porridge, omelette, pancakes, potatoes and sausages. Lots of nuts, honey and jam.
Good location, close to parks, everything is green, banks, shops are also within walking distance, the rooms are nice, comfortable, it's a pity that the windows don't open
The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly, cleaning every day, the rooms are clean. The hotel has 2 swimming pools, one outdoor and the other on the territory of the spa, there is a sauna and a hammam.
I do not recommend it, the staff works very poorly. They promise but forget, they changed the price 3 times on payment, the safe was not brought to the room.
Terrible support staff. Sleepy flies are faster.
Language skills are very difficult.
The only plus is the large pool area.
Everything else is a complete horror.
