A wonderful 3-star hotel! Great food! A transfer to the beach was always available. Probably depends on the workload. It carries a kitebeach towards it, but Jumeirah beach is very pleasant - there are no sun beds and umbrellas, the shade is only under palm trees, of which there are few. There is a shower, toilet, changing room. There are 81 buses going to the beach from the Mall across the street and back from it, paying with the same card as in the gray metro (type three). The rest of the money can be spent at the subway store. The hotel is clean, the cleaning is daily, the food is delicious. It may be repetitive, but it's delicious. There is coffee, tea, and 2 bottles of water in the room. There is a hair dryer, a refrigerator. In the mall and metro and four courts and a lot of luxury shops. There is a supermarket across the street from the hotel with good food prices. Down to the right is the Day to day souvenir shop. Great location, you can go anywhere! You can take the 84 bus to JBR beach, but I didn't like it - the shower is paid only, a narrow sandy strip, a lot of people, packages were floating in the sea.. Ours is better- wide and people are not crowded
The hotel is good, the location is great, near the Mall, metro, bus hub. Minus... There are few closets for storing clothes, not many hangers. Sometimes they forgot to put bath accessories. The rest is normal, cleaned every day.
The food is decent, you won't stay hungry.
This is a very good hotel, for 3 stars it is generally excellent. I lowered the rating, as there are quite significant disadvantages that need to be taken into account.
In general, the advantages of "+":
1. The rooms are clean, fresh, modern, new furniture. The rooms have a kettle with packaged coffee and tea, bottled drinking water. There are a lot of hangers in the closet.
2. The service is at a high level, the staff is incredibly polite and helpful. Cleaning is done daily, towels are changed without question and even given extra if you use them for trips to the beach.
They gave me a free check-out at 14.00 instead of 12.00, they also checked in before the deadline, no questions asked.
*There are no Russian-speaking staff.
3. The location is good, near the metro, Mall of the Emirates and a bunch of cafes and shops.
4. The food is fresh, but not the most diverse, still 3 stars, but there was always some kind of white fish, meat mainly in the form of minced meat in pasta, breaded chicken or vegetable stews, good sweets, fruits: melon, watermelon, oranges, grapes. There were dishes of national cuisine that are very much for an amateur, but if you like it, then your diet will be much more diverse than mine) There are a lot of vegetables, salads, cheeses, olives, sausage, everything was. For breakfast: porridge, cereals, omelette, sausages, boiled eggs, pastries.
5. The pool is on the roof, there are always places on sun loungers, towels are provided there.
6. Sockets are suitable for our devices, adapters and adapters are not needed.
Now about the cons of "-".
1. Small buses (shuttles) go to the beach at 8.10, 9.10 and 10.10, back at 12.00, 13.00 and 14.00. You can sign up only at 6.00 am the previous day. At the same time, if you arrive exactly at 6.00 or even at 5.45, you will not have time, the queue is going from 5.30. At the same time, breakfast starts only at 6.30, that is, you need to spend half an hour somewhere else.
! You can approach the shuttle driver and ask for free side folding seats, there is no record on them.
You can also get to Kite Beach by taxi, but it's not as cheap as the guide will tell you, so put trips to the beach in the expense item. City buses also go to the beaches, not only to Kite Beach, but also to JBR, but there are more people there, and people like it less.
2. The beach is purely urban, there is no dedicated area from the hotel, so no sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. In general, I recommend walking 10 minutes to the right from the drop-off point from the shuttle, there are much fewer people near the Tent Jumeirah Restaurant, and it is very pleasant to swim. There are showers and changing rooms.
3. For lunch and dinner, drinks include only water and lemonade, tea and coffee for an additional fee - 15 dirhams. This is not very convenient if you want dessert for dinner. For breakfast, tea bags, coffee in thermoses are also the cheapest and tasteless, alas.
4. There is a very short partition in the bathroom, for those who like to splash, slippers float away in the first 5 minutes of taking a shower. And there are some problems with setting the water temperature: either boiling water or icy rain, it takes several minutes to set up the shower.
5. The water in the pool is always cold.
6. There is nowhere to dry things: there are no folding dryers, no ropes, no balconies.
Conclusion. The overall impression of the hotel is generally favorable, but still the main thing is - a high level of staff training, fresh food and cleanliness in the rooms + a good location.
Recommendations:
1. Currency exchange: the exchange rate at the hotel is unfavorable, I changed $ 100, received 340 dirhams. It is better to change in the Mall of the Emirates, they gave 362 dirhams there. I changed money in the exchanger opposite Carrefour (supermarket on level G, as soon as you pass the parking lot, immediately turn left if you go from the hotel).
2. Additional hangers do not need to be taken, there are plenty of them, oddly enough. But a manual steamer does not hurt, there is no iron in the room, there is no ironing room, as in Ibis, for example, they bring an iron on request, which is not always convenient, especially at night.
3. If you want fast food: at the food court in the Mall of the Emirates in Burger King, the food is juicier and tastier than in the Poppy. If you go to the right from the hotel, there is a decent shawarma, everything is very fresh and inexpensive.
4. If you need some small things like a suitcase cover, also to the right from the hotel, the prices in the Day to Day store are 2-3 times cheaper than in the mall.
A pleasant hotel with good prices and location, if you are not going on a beach holiday, but on a city one.
I set 4 because there weren't enough slippers and bathrobes, and you can diversify the food more. For example, in the evening, only water was available from drinks
Today 16.10.24 we are at the hotel. Overall not bad:great location. Metro 5 min. Cleaning every day. There was no toothpaste, brush or iron in the room. They asked for it and brought it in 5 minutes. Well done!!! The breakfasts are excellent (vegetables, fruits, porridge, sausage, several types of cheese, eggs, sausages, coffee, juices In general, the choice is decent. Dinners are not very good)) fish, chicken, vegetables, rice, only water from drinks- I do not recommend it. We changed dinner for lunch. The lunches are very good (fish, meat, pasta, fruits), the choice is much more than for dinner.Transfer to the beach 3 times a day, but you need to make an appointment in advance at 5-6 am the next day. There are no problems in principle. Get up and sign up in the morning. They take a kite to the beach.. Near the rarus . The beach is clean, there are not many people. We went to the Marina beach ourselves.. The water is too hot, the people are in darkness.. There is a night beach on the kite beach.. You can swim super all night. There is lighting. We took a taxi 40 dirhams in 1 direction. The hotel has good wifi everywhere. The rooftop pool is cool. Towels are provided. We lived on the 14th floor of room 1414. The view from the window is very beautiful. There is no Russian staff. We communicated through a translator without any problems . We arrived in the evening, we were already late for dinner. I asked the receptionist about dinner. They offered to choose something from the cafe.. Thanks for that. There is practically no one in the hotel with children. In general, I recommend the hotel for a holiday. Cleanly, well done!!!
Very convenient location. The Marina area is 5 metro stops away. To the Burj Khalifa tower 4. To cross the road to the huge mall Mall Emirate, and there is a subway and a lot of different cafes. Cleaning every day. We only took breakfast, everything was quite decent. There is a rooftop pool.
The hotel is next to the famous mall of the Emirates, which is very convenient, next to the mall via the subway passage. The rooms are comfortable, the cleaning and linen were changed every day, they took a buffet breakfast: We had porridge, cereal, an omelet, and sweets. We had enough of everything. There is a small swimming pool on the top floor.
A cozy hotel, very conveniently located. Within walking distance of the Mall of the Emirates, metro, many supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. A bus departs from the hotel to the beach every morning, and takes tourists back at lunch. The breakfasts and dinners are delicious. The hotel staff is very helpful, always ready to help solve your question. The rooftop pool is cooled, there are sun beds and umbrellas.
It is well located, next to the metro, and there is a hotel shuttle service to the beach. The breakfasts are hearty and delicious. The service is excellent. Clear. There is nowhere to dry things- the only negative.
Excellent service, friendly staff, cleanliness, well-working hostess. 5+ are very pleasant, friendly and do even things that are not part of their duties. They create an atmosphere and I want to come back. There is a Russian-speaking staff. We will definitely return
I stayed at this hotel from May 12 to May 23, 2025.
Quite a decent hotel.
We checked in immediately upon arrival (at noon).
We charged a tourist fee of 10 dirhams per room per day.
You can change the money directly at the hotel, but the exchange rate is slightly lower.
In the hotel, $100 is 340 dirhams,
and in the mall, $100 is 363 dirhams.
The room is clean. There is a table, 2 mirrors (one above the table, the other separate), a table lamp, a comfortable swivel chair near the table and a freestanding armchair. Bedside lamps. The closet is open (without doors), but there are enough hangers. A small refrigerator, a safe and a drawer for things near the table. The bathroom had liquid soap near the sink and shampoo in a fixed bottle in the bathroom itself.
Linen and towels were changed on demand.
The cleaning is excellent!
The food was also of good quality. All the dishes are delicious. The range is not super large, but there is always something to taste. Very tasty desserts. There was a watermelon every day.
There was always coffee in the boiler in the morning, cold and hot milk, orange and pineapple juices.
But in the evening, the drinks were only cold water. Sometimes in the evenings you could see shorty water (but this is rare).
The staff is very well-trained, they communicate very politely.
They try to solve any issue.
They only speak in English, or through a translator on their phone.
A bus takes you to the beach without payment from the hotel every morning at 8.10am, 9.10am and 11.10am.
But you have to sign up for this bus at 8.00a.m. the day before, because the number of seats is limited.
The same bus takes you back at 12 o'clock, 13 o'clock and 15 o'clock, respectively.
Nearby is the Mall of the Emirates and the budget Day to day store, as well as many cafes.
The subway is in the mall itself. It is convenient to get to any point of the city.
I personally liked this hotel, and I am pleased that I chose it.
I have pleasant impressions!

Good location of the rippling Emirate Mall and metro.
A 15-storey hotel, a buffet with a large selection for breakfast, a small selection for dinner, and only cold water for drinks.
We checked in quickly, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, the rooms were cleaned daily. The renovation in the rooms is a little old, but there is everything necessary for living, shower gel and soap are in the rooms, but there is no shampoo.
The pool is on the roof, and the seats are probably occupied long before the opening, as all the seats were always occupied, except on a cool day with rain.
There is a sauna and a gym on the 15th floor.
The hotel was selected by a tour operator for a whole group of models participating in a fashion show, so they did not change it.
There are many Russian-speaking guests at the hotel.
The hotel is just great!
We were at the hotel September 2024!
The rooms are nice, cleaned every day!
There are sockets for any charging!
Water/tea/coffee was replenished every day!
We only had breakfast, the food was delicious!
The location of the hotel is good, near the shopping center / metro / places to eat!
Swimming pool/gym
The rating is excellent
Everything is fine. Clear. Kindly. The staff knows Russian. There are many cheap cafes nearby. Next to the shopping center with a food court, it's more expensive there. The area is not so ideal in terms of cleanliness. But in terms of price and location it is very good. For a budget holiday, that's the thing.

I liked the clean, tidy room, the digestible breakfasts, and the heated rooftop pool. Convenient location for access by metro, taxi to the main attractions. Very close to the Mall of Emirates. It is important to know what you want from the hotel! For a luxury vacation, you need another hotel, but it is also 4-5 times more expensive. If your lunches and dinners are not included, you need to eat in other places. There are many places nearby for the same price or less. We liked: Al bait al Sanaanee restaurant (attention very large portions - on the second visit we took one dish for two). A late check-out was allowed at 18:00 for 180 dirhams. We took a walk, rested and left comfortably. We recommend it!
Excellent location, service. This is the second time we've been to the hotel, the food has become more modest, and there's practically nothing to choose from for lunch. Sweet 1-2 of two types. It's impossible to sign up for the beach, we took a taxi.No matter what, we were satisfied with our stay at this hotel. I recommend the hotel.
Nice clean hotel.
Rooftop pool, transfer to the beach (not very).
Linen change and cleaning are provided daily. 3 stars surprised me.
The food is mediocre.
Place position fire.
3 minutes and you are in the second largest Mall, passing through it you get either to the bus parking lot or to the subway.
Everything is fine. The location is at 5.Room service and room cleaning daily. The view from the window to the neighboring house is uncategorical for us.People came to the hotel to sleep, relax and eat.The staff is attentive. We will be happy to come again.Thank you all very much
The hotel is good for three stars. The rooms are small, but neat and clean. Everything is in good condition. There is everything you need for your stay. There may only be a problem with drying clothes, there is nowhere to dry them. The location of the hotel is good, near the mall, metro, bus station. You can safely recommend the hotel to your friends, it is good in its price category.
The hotel is super conveniently located! Metro, buses on the coast - everything is nearby. Emirate moll shopping center is just across the street! The rooms are clean, cleaning is done daily. Minus only monotonous breakfasts - none of the dishes have changed in 7 days
Well done, the staff of the hotel, it is clear that they are trying. Clean, we are always ready to help. On the other hand, they brought a piece of cake to the room, it's nice! Good location, close to a large mall and metro, hearty breakfasts!
A decent 3-star hotel. Clean, high-quality. Cleaning every day. Excellent food can be noted: breakfast and dinner (lunch). Friendly staff. And of course, a wonderful location near the Mall of the Emirates, which means the metro.
Nice city hotel. The location is ideal for walking. Near the Emirates mall hotel and metro station, Cafes, shops. For those who want to swim in the sea, it's a stretch: the hotel has a free transfer to the beach (by the way, there are no sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach - it's a public city, shower, toilet and changing room are present, as well as a cafe - photo of the beach under review), but you need to sign up for a transfer at 6 am tomorrow. That is, if you want to be on the beach every day, get in a taxi and go ahead! The food at the hotel is excellent, there are no complaints! There is also a nuance by numbers: the hotel cannot accommodate three people in a standard room (extra beds, cots, etc. are not provided, even for an additional fee), the rooms are designed strictly for 2 people.
The location is excellent - near the Emirates Mall and many different shops and cafes around. Clean, cool, beautiful. The room was quiet, no one could be heard except the street. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Breakfast and dinner are varied and delicious. I recommend this hotel.
View from the window! Clean, cozy, delicious, the staff is 5, near the Mall, metro, bus station, day tu day 2 pcs, the location is excellent! I recommend it!
The hotel is located within walking distance from the Emirates Mall, as well as the metro. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, tea/coffee, water is replenished daily. Clean bed linen, towels. There are rooms for smokers/non-smokers. The breakfasts are delicious, there is a choice, you will not stay hungry
The hotel is nice. The only point is a transfer to the beach, you need to sign up for it a day in advance, and it's generally not convenient early in the morning, it's easier to take a taxi on your own. The breakfast is excellent. The hotels are clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. They respond promptly to requests.
Not a bad hotel, excellent location, lots of cafes nearby, the only thing is the small area around the pool (few shislongs), but I recommend it in general!
The hotel is clean. Breakfasts are certainly meager. The location is excellent, the metro is nearby, the Mall is 2 minutes away. The staff is just top notch. I'll be back ♥️

For its price, it's a wonderful hotel! On the plus side, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the subway through the cool Emirates Mall. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent, I recommend arriving early. The pool opens early and you can sunbathe after breakfast. Sun beds and towels are provided.
One of the disadvantages is traffic jams in elevators, especially in the morning. We got to the beach ourselves, we didn't use the transfer, but we heard scandals due to lack of space)) The room is poorly equipped, but everything you need is there. The cleaning is good. They don't check in ahead of time until 11-12:00 on principle :)
Convenient location of the hotel. Near the metro, shopping center. There is a bus to the beach. The food is varied. Daily room cleaning and change of towels
The biggest plus is the location of the hotel, close to the metro station and the Mall. We took breakfast , everything was delicious and fresh . The coffee is very tasty. The biggest disadvantage is to sign up for the beach a day in advance and there are no beach towels, they only give on the rooftop pool.
Nice hotel, I liked everything. The pool can only be accessed by one elevator. There are never crowds of people, you will have a comfortable time. The pier is within walking distance - 3 min.
A great hotel for a few days before departure. Good price-quality. Next to the Emirates mall, with access to the subway. The hotel is clean, good breakfast, buffet. The disadvantage is half of the rooms with Windows to the windows of a nearby apartment building.
Excellent location relative to the metro, public transport stops and a large shopping complex. The breakfasts are normal.
The disadvantage is the organization of a trip to the beach (either recording at 6 a.m. the day before, or storming a small bus).
Nice city hotel. Clean, tidy, the staff is polite and responsive. The location is convenient: near a large shopping center, from there the transition to the metro station, and there you understand yourself going either one way or the other. A rooftop pool, a nice addition. We were in June 2022, there were repeated restrictions: masks and all that. We went to the restaurant on the ground floor for breakfast, and brought lunches to the room. The breakfasts were similar to each other, just like Groundhog day. The lunches are different, the portions are large, something was left for dinner, fortunately everything is packed. There was a case: the TV was working loudly in the next room, it was on the drum during the day, and in the evening it began to interfere. I knocked on no one, went to the reception desk, explained the situation, a security guard came, opened the room, and there was no one there, only the TV was yelling. Turned it off. By the way, the guard took another elevator, for the staff. All the guards are pitching. In general, not a bad city hotel in order to spend the night and go on another excursion.
It's a very nice hotel, I've been to it several times already, it's a pity that there is no Russian speaker to order through the website, WhatsApp or telegram.
The location is good, I took breakfast, I liked it, there is a swimming pool, good service, the room was with a good view and comfortable, the staff was friendly🌞
The food is monotonous and not tasty. There are practically no fruits-green melon, and sometimes grapes. All the fruits were bought at the mall. One of the advantages is the convenient location.
The hotel is good. The main advantage is its location: near the Mall of the Emirates, and accordingly with the metro., which is very important in Dubai. The rooms were cleaned daily, with a change of linen, as well as tea/coffee and bottled water. There is a swimming pool on the roof, it is small, but there were always free sun loungers (about 16 deckchairs).
The only thing is that the safe did not work when checking in and there was a blockage in the sink, which was reported at the Reception. But no one came either that day or the next. We lived in this hotel for a week, 2 days before departure, we approached the Reception again more persistently with the same problem, and everything was immediately fixed for us. I think that the first time the girl just worked hard and forgot. But I'm shooting one star for that. I recommend the hotel, I will use it again if necessary.
Solid three stars, no more, no less. Good breakfasts, slightly monotonous, but delicious.
Clear. Clean efficiently. Wi-Fi is there, it works well. Convenient location, close to metro and mall of Emirates.
Of the minuses: we were with a child, each time we had to be reminded to put a third towel. Very strange cabinets, impractical and uncomfortable. There is no active hood in the bathroom, nothing dries because of this, including towels.
The minuses are insignificant, in fact. We liked everything, we can recommend it.

600 metro to Emirates mall, restaurants, fast food and supermarkets are available in the area, the hotel has a sports bar and an outlet with live music, although everything is smoky.
As for the hotel itself, the usual three are always cleaned and clean, the extractor hood in the bathroom is weak. The gym is weak, the pool is better occupied before everyone else, there are few places. I haven't been to the dining room.
We stayed at this hotel in the summer of 2024. The staff is very friendly. We arrived at the hotel around 10.00, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel and while we went to the Mall of the Emirates, a room was prepared for us. We were checked in at 11:00. Maybe there are nuances that need to be improved, but we liked this hotel. The room is not big, but neat. Cleaning every day. And on the day of departure, we were not evicted at 12:00, but allowed to leave at a convenient time for us. Since our transfer to the airport was at 14.30, we were allowed to leave at 14:00. That is, the staff goes to meet clients, which is good news. I can safely recommend this hotel!
The Solid Troika Hotel
We really liked everything, it's a pity that there were no balconies. We cleaned every day, changed towels every day too
There was always water, coffee, tea
The attitude of the staff is amazing
The hotel is super
I liked everything. It is worth noting a very pleasant staff. They always try to help (even if the guest is explained on his fingers), smiling and as polite as possible.
The service left a pleasant impression. The cleaning is high-quality, timely, up to the point that if you do not leave the room during the day, they will call you and clarify whether cleaning is needed) There is a kettle and a refrigerator in the room, tea, coffee and water are also included. It seems like a trifle, but it's very nice to take such care of the guests.
It didn't bother us, but it may be important to someone: the sound insulation of the windows is minimal, so many sounds can be heard from the street.
Breakfast. We were left more than satisfied. In general, a varied diet if you do not try to eat everything at once at once. Nutritious, delicious, the service is also on top.
The pool is small, open-air (this is both a plus and a minus, you can easily burn out). Water heats up under the sun, it's worth bearing in mind. The view from the pool is not bad - after all, the location on the roof of the hotel. Unless we, as non-smokers, did not appreciate smoking on the chaise longue of other guests, but what can we do.
The gym is modest, works around the clock. There are almost never any people. In general, there is everything you need for both cardio and strength training, all basic exercises can be performed.
The bar downstairs is an interesting place, but it is not suitable for non-smokers because they smoke directly indoors. BUT there is room service and a nice bonus - a 20% discount for guests.
The location is advantageous. The area is not the most interesting, but there is a large mall of the Emirates nearby, as well as a lot of restaurants, eateries, shops (which have more affordable prices) . Metro and bus routes are within walking distance.
On the ground floor of the hotel there is a counter where you can buy various excursions, other tourist trips. Unfortunately, we only found out about it on the last day)
Summarizing all of the above - the hotel is excellent, the prices are affordable, the rest is more than comfortable. If we are going to Dubai again, we would be happy to stay at this hotel again.
P.S. Leave
The hotel is located in the city, conveniently. Near the Emirates mall shopping center, there is also a metro, bus stops. It's a long way to the sea.The service is good, the staff is friendly, smiling. There are no Russian speakers. Well, everything is solved with the help of a translator in the phone. In the hotel Wi-Fi, you are immediately connected, upon check-in. There are rooms for smokers. On the ground floor there is a Sports bar and a Music bar. The food in the restaurant is quite varied and delicious.
