The hotel is near the mall and metro, within walking distance, but the area is so-so. There is no "Dubai luxury" here, there are a lot of migrants, windows on a stremnaya street, but it is cheap. The rooftop pool was not impressive, and there was no view from the roof. The staff is polite, the breakfasts are not bad, I liked it. There is no other good restaurant in the hotel building except the canteen. I found a bar near the entrance to the hotel - it's not very good there). For a rest in a hotel - not here, it's better here as it was in my case - just a place where you can throw things and sleep. By the way, about the fact that the metro is very close - it is located in the shopping mall near the hotel, those are huge, I have wandered there a few times in search of this metro)
I bet 5 citymax the mall everything was on top. I arrived without knowing English, the phone sat down, how to communicate? After the tax, the girl at the reception settled in a room that faces the highway. I'm going down, I've worn out the guy with my questions and requests, but he's a hard nut to crack, he understood everything right away. I settled in 1306 on the 13th floor, it seems I calmed down. Snow-white linen, everything works, and how the Pakistani guys clean up, we need to learn not a single speck. I always left 5 dirhans on the bed for them. The food is peculiar, I would say oriental, there is not peppery relatively for Europeans and spicy for India, Pakistan, China. They give you a lunchbox when you fly out. I would come again. I like that there is no difference between people whether you are Russian or American, friendly attitude. 🌹🔥💯
The hotel is good, the staff tries to please and fulfill all requests. There are not big little things, my bed creaked, it was audible at night with every movement. But this may be an exception, but otherwise everything is on top, everything is thought out to the smallest detail.
A decent hotel. The floors are slippery if you walk in wet slippers. The food is good. There are no balconies, but there is a swimming pool with a shower on the roof. The room is cleaned every day. The Red line of the metro and the Emirates Mall are nearby. Satisfied.
Good evening!An elderly mother was asked to vacate the room, our plane was at 22.00 in the evening, but in the end they agreed for the money, not to go to this hotel anymore
the new building of the hotel is not located on the best street in the evening it's scary to go out prostitutes, there are dark doorways all around. the hotel itself is clean and the staff is friendly
Met the porter - carried the suitcases to the ressspeshn, smiling from Bangladesh himself. On ressspeshn 3 people who know English - the accent was understood in different ways. The number was given at 11 - unusual after Turkey. The room is clean, everything works - only the window is heavily siphoned, water was carried. Near shops and a huge shopping center. He eats a swimming pool, they serve him well at breakfast in Kaya - better than in Turkey. They didn't give towels for the beach - they bought mv and drove with a bass from the hotel, it's a pity to record it. There is alcohol who loves. The noise seems to be ok. There are a lot of restaurants nearby - I recommend Chinese inclusive and Golden Fork. The pool is normal by the way - the views are cool
Clean rooms. The food buffet is not much, but it is satisfying and delicious. There are no balconies, ve
Cabbage soup is problematic to dry. They charged $22 for checking in in the morning. The deposit was not taken - this is a plus.
Near the metro, there are inexpensive supermarkets nearby, small Arab shops + mall of emirates (the way to the subway is strictly through the mall, which is not bad in the summer heat). There are bus stops near the hotel, which is also close and convenient.
The hotel itself: Wi-Fi works consistently well throughout the hotel (in free mode).
A small pool on the roof. I was lucky only on the first day - there were three people in the pool with me. On the rest of the rest days, from morning to night, the pool was packed-it's unclear why these lazy people prefer the pool to the sea;)). 30-40% of the guests at the hotel are Russian.
The gym is quite comfortable for classes: there are free weights, exercise machines, cardio equipment-everything works, the gym is almost always empty. The locker room and shower on the roof are also comfortable, neat, there are lockers for storage in the locker room. Towels are provided by a lifeguard at the pool for free.
Rooms: compact (i.e. usual for three), clean, comfortable bed.
The restaurant is downstairs without complaints on my part, but I'm not picky ;).
From the specifics: there are no slippers, a shower set (shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, etc.) in the rooms..If you need something: a price tag is hanging-everything is available for an additional fee.
Free of charge in the rooms there is a tea set, teapot cups, water - 2 bottles every day and plastic spoons. In the restaurant, waiters hide metal teaspoons in the bedside table, they are given out on request;)). Such is the Emirati life hack)).
Everything seems to be fine, only on the day of departure, lunch was squeezed.almost 50 bucks (150 dirhams) were charged for the extension of the room for six hoursvery much.before 19, they asked for 70 dirhams per hour, which is another 20 tanks.
Not a bad hotel, everything is more or less clean, the food is average, located close to the shopping center and, accordingly, to the metro. To the sea by taxi in 20 minutes.
I really do not recommend this hotel chain, they did not behave decently, in May 2022 they booked a hotel room with instant confirmation, and in September, before departure, they wrote that they could not provide us with a room due to heavy workload, and they are ready to refund money for which at that time it was impossible to rent something at hotels at this level. Maybe this will warn someone
Rest from December 20 - 27, 2019. Great hotel. Clean and cozy. Wet cleaning every day.They cook delicious. Near the metro through the shopping center. Rooftop pool. Stops in total.transport.To total.the beach is 15 minutes. Disadvantages- there is no own beach.But there are changing rooms. toilet. shower,shops. Buses are brought for 4 hours, it's hard without umbrellas. You need to buy beach accessories.
Positive:
- Good breakfasts. There are a lot of things to choose from;
-very close to shopping malls (mall of emirates and lulu hypermarket);
-in general, the design is beautiful, the pool is on the roof;
-there is a safe and a refrigerator
Minuses:
- the bed linen was not changed at any time, only the bed was made;
-weak Internet, you need to pay good money for good speed;
Convenient location, near the bus stop, 700 meters from the Mall of Emirates metro station. You can reach it through the giant shopping center of the same name. Also nearby is the LuLu shopping center for local residents, prices are much lower. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a solid urban troika, with a transfer to the city beach, a monotonous delicious buffet breakfast, a rooftop pool and friendly staff.
