WONDERFUL NEW HOTEL.
We rested at this hotel from October 7 to October 21. threesome, three sisters. Number 1002. The previous two times we stayed in the old building of Sitimax, it is located nearby. There was no triple accommodation in the old building, as the rooms are small. This hotel is also small, but everything is new, beautiful, everything is in working order. Room cleaning is excellent. Meals: breakfast buffet, standard breakfasts, everything that is served for breakfast usually. Lunches and dinners (we took breakfast and dinner. You can change it as you like.) At first we were fed according to the menu, that is, we choose only the main dish, and they bring snacks, salads, desserts and fruits themselves. The portions are sooo big. Everything is delicious. Then we wanted variety, we asked if the menu was changing, we were told that it wasn't. Our vacation is 2 weeks....(( We were offered to take us to dinner in the old building, there is a buffet. We agreed, but only once, it was possible to go there permanently, but we refused. The next day, the menu was no longer offered and until the end of the rest, the food was like this: we came, sat down at a table and first brought us snacks (and salads), soup (awesome soups), while we were eating, we were preparing the main dish, each time it was something new and sooo delicious, followed by serving wonderful desserts and fruits. They cook right there, but there was no smell of food. The most delicious is Dori fish, the most delicate fish without bones, in a crispy golden batter, fish in different versions. For every lunch or dinner, meat, chicken, fish and vegetables are required (all at the same time). Such food is much better than menu orders. Everything that was cooked was very well prepared and beautifully served. The staff is trying hard and it's noticeable. In general, the hotel treats guests with reverence, they are always happy to help, it's always nice. If we compare it with the old citimax, then in the new building the rooftop pool definitely loses, it is 70 cm on one side, 120 cm on the other, shallow, not enough to swim. You won't see a view of the city from the roof of the pool either, as there are high curbs. We were in the pool 1 time, I didn't like it. Towels, deck chairs are available. I was on vacation in Dubai for the fifth time, so I will not describe the city. From the new one (where I haven't been before), we visited the Dubai Frame, the awesome La Perle show, the butterfly Park and much more. If anyone has any questions, I will be happy to answer them all. We went to the beach at the sail (there is a construction site in the water on both sides, but it does not bother anyone), we went to the Marina, Kite Beach..We were very dissatisfied with the excursion to the Indian Ocean purchased from Anex Tour, I do not advise anyone to take this excursion from them. They painted it so that it was a heavenly place, and they brought it to the Royal Hotel, where there is no greenery, an ugly entry into the ocean, they gave out reef slippers. 5 hours and do not buy pleasure in the ocean. The only thing that pleased the food, there's nothing to say, well. The work of Ivan's guide during the tour is impeccable, he did a great job, he told everything interestingly. Last time I took this tour from Arabient Knight, we took it to the 5-star Sandy Beach hotel, there it is, beauty, greenery, everything is fine. And Anex is deceiving and at the same time, he says badly about Arabien Knight that they are charlatans (competitors, what can you do). And I have dealt with them many times and everything has always been fine. I took a sightseeing tour for the second time from a private guide (since it is already a proven guide). The location is quite convenient, near the Emirats Mall shopping center and the Emirats Mall metro station. Although the sea is 5 km away, but we were out of season, the sea is cold. If you go swimming, then you should not take these apartments.
The apartment itself is large and clean, cleaned every day. But there were very few dishes in the kitchen, there was only one small old peeling frying pan and one saucepan. Cooking was very difficult. They asked for a large frying pan, but they didn't have one.

The location is good.Check-in is normal. But they save on services, and they took money for full-fledged service. On the third day, the buffet was removed, the pool and fitness were closed. The transfer to the beach was removed, although there was a buffet in other hotels and the pools worked with transfers, regardless of the coronavirus. I think they do not fully provide services for the money paid.
