A huge territory on which a large number of vacationers in the hotel dissolve. Excellent sea and a gorgeous pier, sand on the beach, but stones in the sea at sunset. The service is certainly not 5±, but they are trying. The food in connection with the pandemic was certainly not at the highest level, but everything was fine. Nice family hotel.

The children's animation is wonderful. Cons: there are not enough sun beds, as always they are occupied by the whole family of 7 people and everyone is absent almost all day. But for smart people, this is not a problem. At 7:30, everyone tries to borrow. The entrance to the sea is terrible. Or rather, the exit. You can't last long without rubber slippers. But there are very convenient descents from the pier. Live music is present - the repertoire is diverse from classical to rock. There are shops with the most necessary things on site. 1 dollar is not equal to 1 euro. Always specify the currency. The currency ratio is not clear. It is necessary to take both euros and dollars and, according to circumstances, use both currencies. WiFi is not caught by the reception, in the snack bar (breakfast, lunch, dinner are not caught in the restaurant) in the rooms of the Club area next to the reception. A great family hotel, with a huge green, well-groomed and flourishing territory. The remoteness from other hotels and highways is pleasantly pleasing, you feel like in a kind of mini-city, completely free and protected. The staff is excellent, except for the people at the reception (there were some angry and clearly eager to be given money for asking for a room) everyone else is smiling and responsive. There was plenty of food, there was always a variety of meat and stewed and boiled and fried, there was fish, sea products. There were no shortcomings in the food, even small children can always find something, although there is a diet table for them. From entertainment, tennis, kayaks, catamaran, football are all free. Animation in the evenings is also on top, every day there are different performances and shows. I can't name any of the disadvantages, because our family liked everything. The only thing is that the room stock is old, somewhere the furniture is slightly worn out, somewhere something creaks, but here perhaps everything depends purely on the people who were where and what they compare with.

We are vacationing in a very large company. While still at the hotel. We're leaving soon. There are advantages-a nice large well-groomed territory, a zoo, an excellent pier. Good animation. A comfortable playground in the shade. A good kids' club - children are occupied, they do crafts, there is a schedule of classes. But... I will not go here anymore and I do not advise others. The beach and the entrance to the sea are inconvenient. Stones. Three-course meals, especially breakfast. The queue for the omelet. Is it really impossible to put two people to cook, since people are standing in line, and one cook is sewn up? The coffee is disgusting. Everywhere. Grain of inferior quality. And with milk, cappuccino and latte and so on - with dry and some other chemistry. It looks like three-in-one bags that were bought as a student. It is impossible to drink. The pools are icy, both regular and in the water park. We only swim in the sea, but there were strong waves for two days-we wanted to move. It didn't work out. The rooms are dark. There is not enough light. Even if you turn on all the lights, it's dark. And the most important and disgusting thing is that an intestinal virus has covered us all. I repeat, we did not swim in the pools. Apples and plums were washed. Hands were washed often and antiseptic was used. Everyone has different eating habits-everyone eats different things. But it covered everyone in turn - both children and adults. This is a question for the hotel. How dishes are washed and processed, food is prepared and salads, vegetables and fruits are washed. And what kind of water under the guise of drinking in vending machines.

The hotel is interesting, the service is pleasant, the food is varied, there is a children's club.
Minuses:
- the evening program for children (the so-called disco in the amphitheater) is the same every evening, both the music and the presenters. Then they began to notice that everything repeats itself during the day and the music and the mode of the day, it turns out groundhog day, and the vacation will fly by like one day :-(
- we got the club room (old), we read reviews that these rooms have tired furniture. You can live.
Little things:
- we walked around the territory, there are three fields: football, tennis and basketball - they made a parking lot on the basketball court :-(
- medicine, my son fell, scratched his stomach, brought him to the medical center, painted with iodine (which for some reason washed away, almost immediately). they asked for $ 10 for this
- like everywhere else, I think they clean the beaches poorly (tubes, bottles, etc. are lying around)
- there is not enough pharmacy in the vicinity, you need to go to the neighboring village.
- wi-fi is bad in the room, it barely catches, you have to go either to the bathroom or
Pros:
- children have plenty of space, a children's camp is like a kindergarten, there is also a territory with slides, sandboxes, etc. (educators speak all languages). There is a zoo on the territory (if you can call it that), chickens, geese, rabbits, parrots... Slides of the water park type, three types.
- for active people, gym, archery, pistol shooting, fitness classes in basik, yoga.
- a bunch of bars on site, hookah bar, shops, slot machines, billiards, table tennis...

We went with our family on October 9th, 2019. Two adults and two children 4 and 1 years old. We had a very good rest. Bar,restaurant, swimming pool, beach, kids club, playground within walking distance. There are a lot of different dishes and drinks about the food. Ice cream is free during the day. Alcohol is free. Polite staff. In the evening, 30 minutes of dancing for children, and after the show for adults. Very interesting. And children are very well engaged in games, needlework, drawing, creativity, dancing and much more. My child is happy.

The rooms are not new, but well maintained., cleaning every day, change of linen, towels, shampoos and shower gel in abundance.We were with the children, they give us a crib, pots too. Two pools, an adult and a child, and a third with slides, cleaned every day,animation all day for both adults and children, it was never boring. There is a mini club for children, the children liked it. the restaurants are well-groomed, everything is varied, everyone will find it to their taste, there is also a children's menu, in the form of purees, porridges, cereals, etc., bars with drinks at every turn, you go there much closer. (one restaurant is open 24 hours a day with drinks, the second with food) so there is a place to go for those who do not sleep, and of course a disco. This is a great hotel. We had a rest from October 12-19, 2019. Two adults, a child of 7 years old. It is a very picturesque area, has its own zoo, played table tennis, rode a catamaran. The sea is very warm, the entry into the sea is not the best, but you can swim to the left of the pier. There was enough space for everyone to relax on the beach and by the pool. The food is delicious, varied, drinks for every taste. There is a hammam, but we spent all our time at sea. The animators did well, no one was bored. The room is cleaned every day. I will definitely come back again!!!

The hotel is far from everything, we went to Fethiye by car to shop for free and stayed there for a walk, it's convenient to take a minibus back from the mosque with the inscription of the tuan hotel. The territory is just huge, very beautiful and there are a lot of animals. Lots of kids and a good kids club. Stones go into the sea, it hurts, it's better to climb the ladder from the pier. Towels are given out new every day. The alcohol is good, different. Lots of bars. There is food all the time, a large selection of fruits, sweets and ice cream. The hotel offers free saunas in the spa and themed restaurants with service, record per day, quarantine restrictions. We took tennis. Yoga twice a day for 10 and 18 hours, a very nice girl spends on the pier. We walked along the sea to the right uphill, there are beautiful views, swings. Sand on the city beach. I recommend the hotel.

And today for lunch they gave a rotten chicken on a skewer.I turned to the administration., Anna sniffed and said that it was okay, when I offered her to eat it, for some reason she refused. There is a lot of food and it is varied, meat, fish, vegetables, there is a diet menu, various sweets, various snacks are prepared in the snack bar throughout the day, pizzas, sandwiches, something similar to donuts, in general you will not stay hungry. The alcohol is pretty decent, the poseidon bar makes various cocktails, for dinner you can take a bottle of wine to choose from, white, red or pink. The entrance to the sea is not convenient, it is better to go in corals, or jump into the sea from the pier, by the way there is a convenient staircase for entering the sea. The territory is large, there are three slides with a swimming pool, various water activities are offered on the beach. I really liked the animation, both for children and adults, the guys try not to let the guests get bored, entertain them in different ways throughout the day, arrange darts competitions, archery, water polo in the pool, volleyball on the beach.

The food is disgusting, monotonous, preheated semi-finished products, there are no juices at all, only UPI! They even manage to dilute the wine! The territory is good, lots of greenery! The beach is disgusting-mud, entry into the sea-rocks,there is an old pier, the water is dirty, muddy! The 5-star category does not fully match! The maximum is 3 stars!
Intourist company is engaged in the sale of excursions-run away from it! There is a company on the site that provides the same services, only cheaper and better! In general, the hotel deserves 3 stars with all the stretch marks, but not like 5!

Children's club ( playgrounds and indoors ) I would expand it, but the staff makes up for everything in full (games, entertainment, crafts, quests). The restaurant fully fills the needs of the buffet, high-quality food without frills, but everyone will find food to taste. There are 3 bars, but it is cocktails that are prepared in a remote location, but not so much that you can walk straight km, someone complains, but this is ridiculous at 50 meters walk). The only disadvantage of the hotel, I think it is fixable, it is necessary to provide service with sun beds on the beach: vacationers like to occupy sun beds in the morning with "pebbles and towels", and come to lunch or in the afternoon. We need a person who would bring the missing sun beds and make sure that if more than 2 hours are not spent on "sun beds", he put towels in the back room, where vacationers could turn for their belongings!!! And then some kind of collective farm. Plus, the antiseptic gel weighs only in the main restaurant, please put it everywhere, be sure to use the toilets, many hotels have long installed it.

5. The rooms (after renovation) are excellent, the air conditioner works silently and clearly. Rooms in the park - a quiet horror a la USSR
6. The mini-bar in the room is not replenished. There is nothing there except water and 2 cans of Hilt
7. Local wine (except white) sucks
8. Prices in the shops at the hotel are 10 times (no joke) higher than in the city. Therefore, it is better not to forget all the little things like sunscreen and razors from home…

We had a rest from 6 to 17 September 2018. The chic territory of the hotel, a very clean swimming pool, snow-white linen, everything else for four. The beach is dirty, they don't clean it. The animation is average, we saw much better. In a restaurant, you constantly walk with an arrow in search of a table. Three meals (for 11 days there was always semolina porridge for breakfast, and I didn't even want to have lunch with the second porridge, it didn't look very appetizing. In addition to all this, the earrings were stolen in the room. This hotel is far from five stars!!!
