We had a rest with a friend in the period from 17.09 to 29.09.2018. The territory of the hotel is beyond praise. Green, well-groomed, clean, calm. Our room was in a park area, it is slightly away from the central part of the hotel (700 m to the beach). We didn't like the rooms themselves. Old, not cozy. The window did not close, the shower cabin is leaking. The lamps burned out. There was no response to our numerous requests to fix the defects (repair, replace). The food is excellent, tasty, and varied. The beach is not big, but it is good. Large pebbles, for some it is a minus, we were comfortable. Wi-Fi is almost all over the hotel, including in the room, but of course it was better to catch it in bars and at the reception. The staff is not friendly. The hotel itself turned out to be a family hotel and a very large number of small children. To the question "would I recommend this hotel to my friends", I will answer "no". The price/quality ratio does not match.
We were from 09/5/18-09/15/18. The territory is huge and well maintained. There were no problems with our room (1155, fresh in hi-tech style). The staff is smiling. Alcohol was so-so, only whiskey was worthy. The bartender Yugur is a great guy! If you want a great cocktail, then this is for him! A lot of Europeans (not surprising. This is a former British colony). A huge disadvantage is that they smoke almost everywhere. It seemed that everyone decided to get high for the last time).
The animation is decent. The guys are very athletic and diverse, so they don't let you get bored. The sea is just silk!
Good rooms, close to the sea, a great club for children, it is better to choose a club rather than a park, formally it is one hotel, but the location and rooms at the park are worse, although it is quieter there.
Five stars, because Tuana justifies them 100%, at least at the beginning of the season. The food is decent, the service is excellent, the staff is friendly!
The sensations are twofold.
On the one hand, everything is good: good territory, varied food, beautiful sea (entry either from the pier or in slippers)
On the other hand, it is impossible to sleep. There is a roar from the closing doors to the entire building (they lived in a long building near the restaurant), during the day the guests rumble and the trill from the maids' conversations can be heard just fine, in the evening the doors rumble from the guests returning from the bar. Small debris is not collected on the beach (a lot of cigarette butts). The children brought rotavirus (1 child was allowed to slide down the slide into the pool 1 time), 2 different types (according to tests at the hospital).
The territory of the hotel is picturesque, green and cozy. There are classes for everyone, food for all tastes. The problem with the sun beds by the sea, you need to borrow at 7 a.m., at 8.30 all the sun beds are occupied. The entrance to the sea, rocky, is extremely inconvenient, for those who can swim easier from the pier. For those who do not know how to swim, I suggest walking to the right of the hotel along the shore for 20 minutes, where the sea is warmer and the sand or 30 minutes on the left side there is also a warmer sea and the bottom is perfect.
The hotel is very nice... The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, but this is not critical... The area is very beautiful. I really liked the children's animation. I'll put 4 for baby food. No children's table, just an incomprehensible porridge for breakfast. And always tasteless melons)
The hotel is good for everyone. But the sea is not very good. The beach is poorly monitored. But the food is excellent and the bars are decent and there are tables for evening poker.
I've been on vacation for two years in a row. The food is super, the animation is super, the territory is super. The rooms are a little cramped. But this nonsense is compensated by the sea and all the advantages of the hotel.
All inclusive, but not all. The drinks are local. Animation is good for children, so-so for adults. Very well maintained area.
Late check-in, early check-out, and late check-out are not always possible.
The food is varied, but there are always queues:(
We were from 06.10.18 to 12.10.18, liked the territory and food, nature and views are excellent. I was surprised by the status of 5*, in my opinion 4 *, for a good room in the club area the fee is $ 40, I had to pay extra because the rooms in the park area are completely lame and here is the question about 5 stars. But overall everything is fine.
The food is good. The territory is large. The rooms are old, there has been no repair for a long time, but everything is working properly. Clear. It's a long way to the city. There is no Yandex taxi :) in general, you can live. A sunbed on the beach can always be found.
The hotel is quite nice, the staff is polite. They monitor the cleanliness of both the territory and the rooms. The only discomfort is that you can't iron clothes yourself, only for money. No worse than hotels in Belek, even better)))
Well, it's not like it's five-star. The room stock is very old. Cleaning, to put it mildly, is not great... We constantly have to turn to the reception with problems, where visitors are frankly disliked... Upon arrival, there were bloodstains on the bedside table, it's a horror. The shower is broken, the dryer is broken. The territory is beautiful :) animation, especially from Russian employees, is super. But the hotel is definitely not a five-star hotel
Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Terrible queues for food. Rude and terrible staff. Bad food. Disgusting leisure time. The guest support service is fictitious, just for show. In a word, it's bullying, not rest. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There were days when there weren't even enough tables to eat. There are a lot of people. There is 0 attention to them. No one is watching the staff at all.
Everything is fine. The only inconvenient thing is that check-in to the room at 14.00., and check-out at 12.00. If you want to check into the room early, pay.
