We rested from 13.11-24.11.24 in this hotel. We decided to share a lot of negative impressions so that others would not get into such an atmosphere of rest that would leave a bad impression of the rest. On the second day of our stay, they brought us a paper on which it is written that the cleaner found a stain on the rag, you will receive 80 baht from the deposit. They didn't want to listen to anything at the reception, they said they didn't understand anything, contact your guide, the guide was from Alyona's Anex tour, her answer was "my working day is over.".. The elevator didn't work all the time! The breakfasts are meager and monotonous with cheap products, although the hotel is 4 stars. The staff is not friendly! Pigeons walk on the tables in the dining room. The cleaning in the rooms is bad, the glass doors to the balcony were never wiped at all, the floor on the balcony was only swept, there was no wet cleaning! This hotel is not worth your attention!!!

We are having a rest in Tuan now, a big company. We are pleasantly surprised by the service and goodwill of the staff – they try to help in everything. Clean, beautiful, delicious. The hotel is full, but the staff is 100% laid out, so there have been no problems so far. There was only one unpleasant moment: at the disco, the spouse left the jacket on 02.10 and for the second day we have not been able to find it. This has happened to us before in different hotels in Turkey, but for some reason everything was always there. Here, guest relations listlessly listened to the request to look at the loss, only found the opportunity to look into her magazine - according to the description, nothing suitable was found in it, but my comment with the question of finding the room itself with the found things only answered that the room with the things was not shown. Of course, there are different things, one of the guests could accidentally take it, but you still expect a different attitude from guest relations - support, not a message. The reception is great fellows, they respond promptly to requests, really try to help. If you are thinking of going or not, definitely come. In August we were at a hotel in Kemer with a price tag 2 times higher than Tuana, but we like it more here!! Have a wonderful holiday to everyone!

Lagoon zone: beautiful, modern, beautiful and calm from the hustle, its own beautiful bar, very comfortable.
▫️ in general, the service staff does their job very well (cleaning, restaurant, bars...)
minuses:
Lagoon rooms: there were ants in the room! Guest Communications promised to carry out processing (they said, by the way, that all numbers are processed once every 2 weeks, that is, this is a known problem). I do not know if they did or not, they were contacted again and again, because the ants did not disappear anywhere. And GR wrote a message asking us not to bring open food to the room (which we never did). That is, they just brushed us off. This is the most terrible memory of a vacation: ants that crawl on the floor, on the table, crawl into bedside tables and vitamins for the child 🥶
In general, Guest relations work very poorly. Wherever we rested, this is the service that is most interested in solving all problems. In the same hotel, it was a useless department that shrugs off guests and absolutely does not help in any way and does not even want to help.
We had a room booked on the second floor, we chose it specifically because we did not want to live on the ground floor with direct access to the pool (a room with direct access was slightly more expensive, but it was not the price, but our comfort). As a result, upon check-in, we were given a room on the ground floor, justifying this by the fact that it is more expensive and they allegedly give us a free upgrade. It was only worse for us, but there were no rooms. That is, it is not a fact that the number you have chosen will be provided to you.
▫️ Beach: very sharp pebbles, muddy sea, gray sand. Honestly, I expected more from the sea and nature (the view and beauty), everything turned out to be not so green and blue)))
▫️at 9, the sun beds on the beach are already all occupied, on the lawns - by 10. That is, there really were days when there were simply no free sunbeds ... on the beach, the sunbeds stand in a row under one large canopy, that is, there are no separate umbrellas at all, you lie in a row with your neighbors)))
▫️restaurant and food. Very modest in choice, the quality of the dishes is 3, the meat is cooked poorly. Fruits are few and bad. Ice cream should be searched for and specially go, because it is available in one place far from the beach and pools.
WIFI: The internet is just terrible, it crashes all the time and is slow. It won't work. Questions about help are ignored
▫️mini-bar service: there is a first time upon arrival, and then replenishment is paid. It was the first time such a "miracle" was met in Turkey.
To be honest, we chose this hotel only for the Lagoon rooms. But they were disappointed at the time of settlement by ants.
We're definitely not going back. The hotel is clearly not 5*, 3-4 stars.

I came back three days ago. I was on vacation with my family - 6 people.Everything is great for rest, in general for the hotel, normal rooms, delicious food, attentive staff, evening program. Of course, it does not do without small disadvantages. Wi-Fi - if you have to work, because of the large number of connections, WF falls off all the time as soon as the phone is disconnected, the coverage is not important. TO Fethiye - taxi 320-360 liras. It is better to leave for the city after 5 o'clock , the heat subsides .Not all stores accept Union Pay cards, but many outlets work with them. It is necessary to carry out the operation through the processing of Turkiye Bankasi, or AkBank, or VakifBank. Others may not work. You can also withdraw lira through ATMs of these banks. Exchangers in the city also accept rubles. The exchange rate is about 4 rubles per lira. VISA, MC, MIR from Russian banks do not work... The hotel has sand and pebbles on the beach. The beach is cleaned regularly, but do not forget to clean up the dishes yourself - cups, glasses, plates - there are special collection points, garbage. The entrance is either in slippers, or on a platform - one to the beach, or on ladders from the pier. The water is clean in the morning, but the transparency is average. After 15 there is always excitement, the water gets muddy. The water is 25-28 degrees.

We were in July 2024.In the room after renovation. So-so renovations, in some places nothing has been repaired, but in general it is passable. Turkish alcohol in bars and restaurants, food - as everywhere in Turkey. The sea is good. For families with children, it's a little difficult to sit by the shore, there are large pebbles. There is often a queue at 2 entrances. They hand over 7 ladders from the pier. It will be difficult for the elderly to climb them.
Ultra all did not justify itself.
The hotel is between 4-5.

We returned from Tuana yesterday. The hotel is lovely. A huge, very green area, bars and restaurants for every taste and color. You can always choose any food, from the most spicy fried to absolutely dietary. Very caring and smiling staff, funny bartenders, you can have a fun chat in a hellish mix of Turkish, Russian and English :)
But the most important thing is, of course, the sea. Fabulously beautiful, the views from the beach are something, mountains, many mountainous islands. I recommend going on a tour of the "12 islands" by speedboat, the Watersports office is located on the beach of the hotel. It costs 60 euros per person. In 3 hours, get a lot of beautiful views and swim 2-3 times in different places in clear water with a depth of up to 20 meters. It's creepy and very beautiful, take glasses and masks.
On the last day, while swimming, a huge turtle suddenly surfaced near the buoys next to us, even scared us. They say he lives right there on the beach. And yes, she's really huge, just a head the size of a couple of men's fists.
Summary - I have never rebooted on vacation like this. I just forgot about all the problems and worries completely. I've worked all day and I already want to go back :)

We stayed at the hotel in September of this year. The opinion is twofold. It's strange that only those who stayed in deluxe rooms write comments. And for some reason there are no reviews about ordinary, standard rooms.... And that's exactly what I want to write about.
So, there is darkness in them!!!
That's what we did not expect to see in a 5-star hotel, really with a very beautiful, well-groomed territory, so these are such squalid, terribly old rooms. It was a shock! We couldn't believe our eyes!
Keep in mind, everyone who takes room garden rooms (and these are standard rooms in Tuan), then:
1. You will live outside the hotel. Yes, yes! The hotel has an additional territory, behind the barrier, that's where you, amazed, will be taken;
2. All the furniture and sanitary equipment in the rooms are so old that you will remember your youth if it fell on the 70s of the last century. The plastic of the air conditioner is not even yellow from dilapidation, but dirty orange ..., it's scary to turn it on. The taps are all covered with corrosion and a terrible lime coating, the water barely flows, as a rule, cold. And in order for it to go at least warm, you need to drain the water for at least 15 minutes;
3. Shampoo and body lotion are included in the shower accessories in the room, there is no hair conditioner. At the same time, they also constantly forget to deliver shampoo, if they have already used it, they had to be reminded about it periodically;
4. If you are accommodated on the 1st floor, then this is a "double bonus". You will never see sunlight in your room, there is a basement atmosphere there. The territory is green and all the ground floors are framed by bushes, so if you like darkness, then there are no questions;
5. There are no bathrobes in the rooms, no blankets either. You will be covered with a rag that is slightly thicker than a sheet;
6. And a separate joy - mosquitoes!!! Lots of mosquitoes!!! By the way, who's on the ground floor - tons of mosquitoes!!! The hotel didn't take care of that either: no screens on the windows, no fumigators in the room.
And this is a 5 star hotel!!!
When we asked at the reception - what kind of darkness is this? They replied - these are standard rooms....
So what? So you can keep them in the state of one star? Without repair? Unkempt? With junk??? Don't they belong to a 5-star hotel??? Why is it so terrible? How is a roadside hotel for truckers?
In response, they shrugged their shoulders at us…
I wrote such a detailed review of the rooms on purpose so that people would know what awaits them there.
I am a traveler with a lot of experience, but I have never seen such a shame in a 5-star hotel.
Therefore, if you are traveling for the sake of the territory, the sea, food, and comfort in the room is not important to you, then go ahead.
And so, there are a huge number of other hotels corresponding to 5 stars, with a beautiful territory and decent service!
We were really looking forward to our stay in Tuan, but the hotel disappointed us.

We are currently staying at the hotel. In the morning we swam for a 3-hour walk by the sea. We returned, walked around the beach several times from all sides, not a single sunbed. We came to the room, where we will stay for half a day ((( the territory is small, there are a lot of people. When I was in our building, a family with two children came in now, they definitely won't lie down by the sea today, there's just nowhere.

We had a family vacation in July 2023. A large green area, a good swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.4 meters, its own water slides near the pool, there is a mini zoo, a pond. There are many small townhouses, everything is clean, the room was cleaned every day. We took a standard room- it doesn't pull for five in any way, very "tired", but at the same time the air conditioner works perfectly and with shower leaks, the master came in half an hour and fixed everything. There is a lot of food, it is quite tasty. We were at the Olive Tree restaurant - excellent service and delicious, but at +35 at 20:00 it was a little hot))

Excellent for a family holiday far from the hustle and bustle, the territory is compact, but everything is there, 10 minutes walk to the sea unhurriedly. The food is excellent, or two meals a day, which the children really liked.rested from 24/09 there are few people, in the season it will probably be difficult to find a free sunbed. I was resting, I didn't really like it, mosquitoes stuck in the room, they still spray disgusting air freshener with every cleaning, there is nothing to breathe, there is no normal coffee in the room, it is impossible to drink powder. You have to ask for everything, water, coffee. I applied more than once, to the department for work with vacationers, the answer, the position of the hotel. I didn't like this attitude at all, but the territory is very beautiful, clean and cozy. On the beach, the mattresses on the sun beds are very, very dirty, I also applied while I was resting, nothing has changed. And also, it is very difficult to change beach towels, they go to the beach late and there are not enough towels. In the main restaurant, everything is delicious but monotonous, the waiters are great, in general, the impression is not very good. I love to relax in Turkey, I've been to many places, but I won't go to this hotel anymore

We had a rest in the period from May 15 to May 22, 2024. The hotel is 35 minutes from the airport. We booked a room in the Park. The rooms are a little tired, they wanted to change the beginning, they asked for $ 150 to replace the room, so they stayed in it and did not regret it. The park is located far from the main "traffic", so for those who like to sleep at night, it's the best thing. The food is delicious and varied. When we were still out of season, so there is enough space on the beach, in the restaurant, in the bars. I don't know how it is in the season. There are only positive emotions from staying at this hotel, so I definitely recommend visiting it!

The number does not correspond to 5 stars from the word at all. The furniture is broken, the air conditioner is hanging right above the bed. You can't use it when you're in the room. Mold in the bathroom. The staff is wonderful, especially at the kids club. Everyone is friendly. Drinks are the norm. The location is great. The airport is 45 minutes away, near the city of Fithe. We visited it with pleasure, a magnificent park.

We have been vacationing in Tuan since June 19. I really liked it!!! A large well-maintained area, where small houses are located.We lived on the third floor overlooking the pool, (this is the second area with two pools:children and adults. . On the first territory there is also a large adult pool and a children's pool, as well as a pool with slides. The clean, very cozy room with air conditioning was cleaned every day, towels and bed linen were changed every day. Very diverse and very tasty food, for every taste!!!! In addition to the main restaurants, where you can eat from 7 to 24, there are 4 more separate ones where you can have dinner. Beautiful sea, mountains, beautiful sunsets! I liked everything very much, I will definitely come here again!!

We stayed at the hotel in October 2022. The weather was great, we swam and sunbathed every day! The Aegean coast is gorgeous! The territory of the hotel is very large and very beautiful, lots of greenery, cartoon figures. The beach is sandy, but the entrance to the sea is rocky. There is a pontoon with a railing, very convenient. The food is delicious, but the food is monotonous, do not expect any special delights. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel, of course the attitude towards them is different) In general, the staff is trying and friendly. The miniclub has a lot of entertainment every day, the child really liked it. The evening animation is not bad - songs, dances, magic tricks, acrobats, drone shows. I recommend the hotel.

A beautiful place, a large spacious beach. Convenient pier. Food and drinks are always available during the day. Nearby is the city of Fethiye (there is a bus every 15 minutes) and a beautiful cape for hiking semi-wild hikes.

The hotel positions itself as a family hotel, and it's true, there are a lot of children, but there is no madness and screaming, everything is very pleasant and calm. The hotel has a pond with ducks and fish, and a zoo with animals and birds. The only disadvantage that I can't keep silent is the entrance to the sea. Not the most convenient ((( room stock : here carefully. Economy rooms are located outside the hotel across the street. They are very humble. They have a musty smell and have not been repaired for a long time. The rest of the rooms, which are closer to the sea, are good. A good mid-level family hotel. They were in 2019 and 2023. Compared to 2019, the range of drinks in bars has improved (more imported), but the room stock is "tired". The $20 invested in the check-in passport helps to improve the room category, as it is almost everywhere in Turkey. I really liked the hotel for its concept and very green area. The separate low-rise buildings in the club are 3 storeys high. There were mosquitoes, but not many. There is a pier on the beach from which you can dive. There is a good buffet and there are alyakart restaurants. Definitely come back here again

This is a great hotel. Good animation, there is a water park with three slides, a swimming pool and a paddling pool. A large and well-maintained territory. The rooms in the new building are normal, the mini bar is paid, and the rooms in the old building need renovation. The beach is good, but there are pebbles, there is a pier, sometimes turtles swim in.

Who is interested in the number of rooms - not here. Outdated. By food -👌,pool👌 beach 👌animation👌 territory👌. To get to the city by minibus with a breeze for 3 dollars. We lived on the territory of the Park. The houses have good balconies, silence, greenery, all the rest of the territory is under the sun, music and without greenery.
