The food is terrible. To begin with, they brought us 3 different soups, but they were all over-salted. They also brought khachapuri, not exactly cold, but generally raw. They brought the broken cucumbers, which turned out to be just as salty and didn't feel fresh. The staff is terrified, as if they didn't come to work, but to relax, everyone is very sluggish, not interested in service. To our complaint and request to redo the dish, we were told "everything is cooked according to the standard." In general, it's just a terrible place, I don't recommend it, I won't come there again.

The dishes become smaller and tastier over time, and prices are rising, for some reason :). For the last 3 years, I have been going there only if there is an appointment, although I used to often go myself and with my family. To me, they've gone bad.

The staff has some kind of commotion all the time, they ordered lemonade with fruit, in the end the water was simply mixed with syrup and all the nicknames of fruit for you)) Coffee Boom on rozybakieva is more beautiful, the staff is smiling and I want to be there.

If you do not take freshly squeezed juice, then pick up a saturated packaged one for bumble. There is also some kind of memory from the layers, they served it to me mixed, well, what's difficult to pour espresso on the back of a spoon?.. We were sitting outside.
They tried to call the waiter with a button. There is no reaction.
They waved their hands. The waiters did not look in our direction to notice the signals... They waved again. We got to the waiter girl in the room. I saw it and sent another waiter to us. After she sent him, he walked to us for about seven minutes. I came and took an order for juice, coffee and a dish. Gone. About ten minutes later I brought the juice. Another ten minutes later, coffee. Ten minutes later, the dish. Then they tried to use the button to call the waiter to accept the order for desserts. He didn't react. We caught him near one of the tables and made an order. The desserts arrived in 20 minutes. They asked to call the administrator. The receptionist came up about ten minutes later. They expressed their dissatisfaction with him and asked for the bill. After 25 minutes, the waiter came up with the question "Is there anything else?", I asked for the bill. After another five minutes, the bill finally arrived.
In total, it took about 2.5 hours for two people to have a snack with quesadillas, two desserts and two drinks! And not because we wanted to sit there for so long. But because they carried orders for a long time.

Complete ignoring of customers on the summer veranda - in order to be noticed and the table was cleaned, I had to wait 20 minutes for the menu to be brought - the same amount. There are a lot of waiters, but they just stand aside and pretend not to see when you call them. the buttons on the tables don't work or the workers ignore them too. Sorry for the time spent.

I'll start with the advantages - a good location, convenient to gather company; I liked coffee, milkshakes, tea. Cons - long service, and it's not the fault of the waiters that there are few of them. They ran, tried to keep up, because of this nervousness was created when ordering, they hurried customers, which is unpleasant. Then the wrong dish was brought, or an incomplete dish (there were not enough potatoes, for example). I didn't like the dishes themselves either - the taste could cover the fact that the portions are very small, but the dry residue is small and tasteless dishes. I can't say for sure if I'll come here, maybe just for coffee.

One of my most beloved coffee shops. I just really love the Coffee Shop for its stunningly stylish atmosphere, huge windows and very friendly staff. The kitchen is beyond praise, everything is always fresh and delicious, and confectionery is generally a dump of the head. Superman has conquered all my relatives, everyone asks where we bought such an awesome cake ✨💖✨ The only thing that is sometimes difficult to get is a full house, in my opinion, around the clock 😂🤭 But it is understandable 😍
