The hotel is very well located, many interesting places are within walking distance. Nice rooms with panoramic windows and very high ceilings. Towels were changed daily. One of the advantages is the attentive and responsive attitude of the staff.
Among the wishes: there is not enough cosmetic repairs for the designated stars of the hotel and I wanted a little more variety of breakfast dishes.
Overall, the hotel left a good impression. I recommend it!

The hotel is hospitable and comfortable, the rooms are only for 4 people - small, with a view of the tire shop. The room is clean, the beds are also comfortable for 4. The audibility is small. The room has tea, coffee, kettle, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning. Everything is working.
Everything is nearby, shopping center, exchanger, cellular communication, metro, market, temple, parks, 15 minutes walk to the center. It's the best place to explore the city.
The breakfasts are good, salads /eggs/cottage cheese/cheeses/sweets / sausage /cereals that have a broken distributor / some fruit.
The staff is polite and unobtrusive, answered questions about the trip, there were no problems.

In the hotel room:kettle, mugs, TV, slippers, refrigerator, bathroom accessories. They cleaned every day. But! There are two Buts! 1. The batteries in the remotes are dead 3) 2. In the dubak room, the batteries were turned off. Turn on the air conditioner.
Breakfast is usual, omelet porridge vegetables fruits coffee tea sliced.

Very mixed impressions after staying at this hotel, on the one hand a good location, the city center. Everything is nearby on foot. And on the other hand, the view from the window of the tire shop (pictured) and garages, on the other hand, an unfinished shopping mall, fittings and all that.
The room itself has clearly seen better days, if there are leaks on the ceiling, at one point the bathroom smelled very strongly of sewage. But in general, it's not terrible. Of the unpleasant things, our neighbors in the room turned out to be ants. They asked the reception to remove them, but the ant was clearly whitewashed in this confrontation and stayed for our departure from the room. Although the staff is helpful and really wanted to help in this situation. Many people write about problems with hot water, they did not affect us.
For breakfast. We also read reviews about a varied breakfast and, among other things, fell for them. In fact, it is not particularly diverse, coffee from a drip coffee maker is still a test.. 3 salads, hot sausage, omelet, some cereals. In short, you can eat, but don't expect a buffet. At least I always left well-fed.
As a result, 3 stars, you can live if you have very low requests and budget. The second time, I would still choose another hotel. Although I don't really want to drive the negative towards this one

Good evening. We returned from beautiful Armenia yesterday. I highly recommend it if anyone has not been there yet. Beautiful nature, centuries-old history, friendly people, always ready to help.
The hotel is located in a very convenient location. Everything is within walking distance, it is located behind the Russia shopping center, 800 meters from the market, I advise you to go, they will feed you there and you will leave satisfied. The hotel itself is not very big, the staff is friendly, thank you all for your hospitality!! The rooms are as in the photo, not large, everything is clean and cozy. Our breakfasts were included, very tasty, a variety of dishes, there is a choice. I recommend the hotel. Well done!! If we are still in Yerevan, we will definitely stop!! A very decent hotel in the very center of Yerevan, suitable for urban tourism.
Metro,shopping center with food court- various national cuisine,supermarket,currency exchange offices - 5 minutes on foot.
Within walking distance of the central market, all the main attractions, museums, parks.
Breakfast is a buffet, several types of hot dishes, salads, wonderful fresh seasonal fruits.
Very friendly Russian-speaking staff, always ready to help in solving any situations.The rooms are comfortable, clean, linen and towels are changed regularly.The room has everything you need - refrigerator, kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe.Bonus- dishes for two, water, tea, coffee, sugar.There are disposable slippers.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Yerevan. I stayed there from August 21-26, 2023. It is very decent inside, there is a glass elevator, a comfortable lobby. The hotel has 3 well-functioning wi-fi points. Excellent breakfasts from 8.30-10.00 with several types of salads, hot, cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, vegetables, fruits, juices and everything else. The staff is very polite and helpful. Female maids will always come to the rescue if you need to change a pillow or bring a plate of fruit. Cleaning and changing of towels every day. Separately, I would like to note the work of the manager of Vahe. A very professional manager who arranged for me to transfer to the airport at the expense of the hotel and instantly responded to any wishes of the guests. My windows overlooked the tire shop, but in the afternoon I was on excursions, and in the evening the workers went home and did not bother me with their presence. The room has everything you need to come and relax after long walks: a shower with gel, a hairdryer, air conditioning, a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a refrigerator, a wardrobe with hangers, an iron was provided at the first request. In short, the hotel lives up to its name - Comfort.
I completely agree with the previous reviews about the location - it is very convenient. Everything is nearby: Russia Mall shopping center, an exchanger in it, a food court with various eateries, shops, detsky mir, metro. There is a market nearby where you can buy sweet grapes, figs, peaches and nuts for little money. You can get to Yerevan Mall shopping center in 10 minutes by taxi for 300 rubles, where there are more boutiques like Zara and Bershka. In short, if I come to Yerevan again, the choice will be only in favor of the Comfort hotel. Thank you, hospitable Yerevan!

It's certainly not 4 stars. It was convenient to pay in rubles, cash payment. We were not provided with any documents. Our friends were put in a terrible room and they barely managed to get a replacement.

A wonderful hotel in terms of price -quality ratio. Don't forget, it's three stars. It's a great option for this category! The only drawback is that there is a construction site nearby (does not bother) and a garbage can. But the location is great, 5 minutes on foot and you are in the center. You can also walk to the meeting points on the tour. There are shops nearby. The rooms are large, very high ceilings, clean bed linen, there are dispensaries with soap and shower gel, hair dryer. Refrigerator, kettle and welcome bottle of water, tea, coffee.
Breakfasts are good for 3*: sausage of two types, cheese, salads, muesli, eggs, juices, coffee (instant), tea, seasonal fruits of several types, yogurt.
And of course the most important thing is the very hospitable and helpful staff. My recommendations.

I spent 12 days in this hotel in July 2023. Of the indisputable ones + :
1) the location of the hotel. In downtown. All city attractions are within walking distance (Republic Square with singing fountains is a 10-minute walk away). There is a metro station across the street. Public transport stops to all parts of the city. I made transfers to Lake Sevan and the Garni Temple. There are many shops nearby with clothes for every taste and purse. There is also a vegetable market across the street, where good prices and quality for fruits and berries. Not to mention the catering outlets that are on every corner.
2) Hotel facilities. It is very similar to the European service. The room has everything you need: TV, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator. The hotel also provides personal hygiene products such as shower gel, hand soap, toothbrushes and toothpastes. I bought only a washcloth and a shaving machine. Well, and your shampoo (this is already my feminine whims).
3) Hotel service. I'm generally a fan of cleanliness. So, in less than 2 weeks, I had bed linen changed 2 times, toothbrushes were constantly changed, the room was cleaned daily and towels were changed.

The breakfasts are good, and fruits, rolls, bread, salads of several types, there are hot dishes, for example, mashed potatoes with sausages, always good cottage cheese and Sour cream. I liked the breakfasts. Quite a cozy hotel.The location of the hotel is not so far from the center, we always walked.
The disadvantage was that sometimes the echoes of music could be heard, like a drum....
Our Windows faced the quiet side, the view from the window was not very attractive to the courtyard, but it did not bother.

Of the advantages:
The staff is very friendly and courteous.
For bookings of 4 days or more, a free airport transfer is provided.
Convenient location (metro, shopping center, restaurants, shops 3 minutes from the hotel), 10 minutes to the Republic Square.
Of the cons:
The rooms are air-conditioned, so when coming from a walk you have to wait for the room to cool down, it is impossible to ventilate the room (the windows overlooked the Tire shop, on the other hand, the construction site). The air conditioner is positioned so that it blows directly into your head at night.
Breakfast is a buffet, but of the 4 days that we lived there normally, we managed to eat 1 time (not before).
The plumbing in the bathroom left much to be desired, everything was flooded with a shower (no curtain, only a tiny screen on the 3rd shower).
The hotel impresses with its location, staff and price. An option to spend the night, but also for a few days is suitable.

I liked the hotel! The location, comfort, convenience, breakfasts, very attentive and helpful staff - they help and go to the meeting all the time! We were checked in at 9 a.m. and fed breakfast, and upon check-out we were allowed to stay in the room for a longer time for free! I really liked it! I will definitely recommend it to my friends! Even the view from the window of the tire shop did not spoil the impression!)

The Cofort Hotel is located in a very good location. There is a shopping center nearby (the world card is not accepted), parks. The central square is 10 minutes away. You don't have to go up the hill all the time. For long-term check-in, I offered a transfer. We cleaned every day, changed towels and bathrobes. But the room leaves much to be desired. The bath was constantly filled completely with water (there is no curtain and everything is leaking from the bottom of the screen), so it is absolutely impossible to walk on it after a shower. The hair dryer works for 3 minutes, then it overheats and you need to wait for 10 minutes to cool down. It was cold and humid in the normer (the kondey worked well). We are used to the construction site opposite, fortunately there are not many workers. Well, breakfast seems to be varied, but very simple and not all of this is eaten in the morning. In general, the hotel is suitable for a couple of days)

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel from January 6th to 12th. I liked the hotel. It is very conveniently located. The room was cleaned daily, the slippers were changed every day too. Breakfast is a buffet, the choice may not be very large, but it is enough for breakfast. Comments on coffee and tea, but we always go with our coffee, so we were satisfied with everything. The only thing is, it's not a very beautiful view from the window, but we walked all day, came in late, didn't look out the window much. The hotel is very low-level, the TV is not working well, Russian channels are ignored. The rooms have a smell from insect repellents, a weak set of water in the shower and broken faucets. The staff smiles at the comments and does nothing. There is a construction site nearby, I will not write about the view from the window.

Terrible service and attitude of the hotel staff. I paid for two double rooms for my parents and aunt. They came to Yerevan for a day to rest. But the hotel accommodation spoiled the whole impression and mood. The hotel administrator did not want to check in, relying on the fact that their reservation is displayed on the computer for one person. All he could offer was to pay extra for each person. I asked to be contacted by the manager - there was a refusal. I showed the booking confirmation in the mail, which indicates that I paid for two double rooms, it also indicates that 2 people are included in the room rate. The staff did not react to this in any way and only communicated with us with a grin, offering no solution other than to pay extra. It looked from the outside like a mockery and a desire to make money on us. This is the first time I have encountered such a problem. In addition, employees raised their voices, interrupted and grinned. It was already impossible to cancel the reservation, the money was irrevocable. I showed the confirmation in the application, showed it in the mail, it was paid for two double rooms. She repeatedly asked to contact the manager, they called him, he refused and insisted that they should pay extra. We spent more than an hour on the proceedings, having achieved nothing. The time was 6 p.m., looking for a new check-in option, while losing all the money, did not seem the best. As a result, we paid extra and asked to be taken to the rooms. The staff said that only those who will be staying can go upstairs. And you can't take any guests to the hotel. These are their rules. I've never encountered such madness before. And for all the beauty and hospitality of Yerevan, the service is something that still needs a lot of work. It is a pity that the impression is so spoiled.
I will also add that the rooms have an unpleasant smell, as there is a sewage channel a meter from the hotel.
