Of the advantages:
Good location of the hotel. Small pebbles on the beach. There are many places by the pool. Good food in the restaurant, excellent coffee shop in the main building. Good masseuses at the SPA. Responsive management, try their best to solve your problems (but not always successfully:-))
Cons:
Disgusting room stock in old buildings. Terrible audibility in all rooms, especially closer to the stage and the bar on the 2nd floor, where evening events take place. Get ready that you will be able to sleep only after they are over, especially families with children. There are sun beds very close to each other, and in general, it is crowded on the beach. There are a lot of vacationers in the hotel, a lot of things were completed later, including the water park, but the territory is not designed for such a number of people.
Despite the efforts of the managers, the service staff does not strain much and does not do much the first time, but they are generally friendly.
In general, it's not 5* at all.
But if you are not very picky and want to have a budget vacation, then it is tolerable.
For your information: the Italian a la carte restaurant serves everyone for free until 17h, but this is only said to those who come from Europe)) there you can order a very tasty real pizza and several decent dishes: Mediterranean salad, beef, etc.

We had a rest with our family, a comfortable room, we were lucky that the windows overlooked the courtyard and there was no restorn and children's slides next to our building - the room was quiet, clean and cozy with a small balcony, everything worked in the room and everything was in good condition

Excellent location, ten minutes walk to the center of Kemer. The rooms are cozy, the staff is responsive, we changed the room without problems and surcharges. We went to this hotel for the first time before that we had a rest in Kemer, the reviews were different, but we took a chance and did not regret it.Large territory, lots of greenery. We checked into the bungalow before 12:00, the room is clean, there are all hygiene products, slippers (we changed them 1 time while we lived without any request), towels were also changed every day.There is a lot of food, you can walk around and eat all the time. A very nice hotel. The real five. We lived in a family room bungalow. 2 rooms, the children have two separate beds, my husband and I have one double bed. Balcony. The mini bar is constantly replenished, mineral water, soda, teas. There are places for snacks everywhere, they are fed around the clock.There are two pools, one with slides for adults and children, the second with slides for toddlers only. There is a separate children's club, there is a shallow warm pool with all sorts of interesting things, such as an overturning bucket. The sea is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone. A wonderful spa. I took a massage, did a Thai named Vicky. Very good, I recommend it. The hotel is located in the city itself, I went out and took a walk at any time. Shops, cafes, markets.. This was the first time we were in this hotel, I wanted to change the location.
First, the pros are definitely the food. It is impossible to stay hungry with so much food in restaurants and bars. Yes, there was no tuna or leg of mutton for dinner, but everything else is plentiful and varied.
The hotel's territory is fully 150% occupied, because many cafes and terraces are located on the second floor. There is a lot of greenery, the beach is here, it's nearby!) The animators are working hard, every evening there is some kind of show with a good level of artists. I can't say anything about entertainment for children, we didn't need it, so I didn't pay attention, but there were a lot of children, not only toddlers, but also schoolchildren.
Another advantage of the hotel is its location in Kemer. If you are interested in shopping or pharmacies, then everything is within walking distance. It takes about 1.5 hours to drive from the airport, if the transfer is from the company and the bus delivers to all the hotels along the way. We took a hotel transfer of $ 60 back, we got there in an hour.
And now the cons- we managed to check in the third time, because at first we were offered a room on the ground floor next to the elevator. They refused, because then they definitely wouldn't have to sleep, you can hear everyone coming in and out.
The second room was just as dark and small, also on the ground floor with a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel. And finally, when we refused it, we were offered a room on the 4th floor (the last) without an elevator, but twice as large as the previous ones and with a huge terrace. Of course, we agreed, even despite the sad state of this room. Perhaps some rooms of this building were renovated, but specifically in 5504 the repair was 15 years ago. There are only slippers in the room, no bathrobes. There is not a single shelf in the bathroom, staff puts all the miniatures on the mini-sink. By the way, shower gel and shampoo in one person are in large dispensers. I had to drag a plastic table from the terrace and put it in the bathroom so that there was a place to place toothbrushes, etc. The glass for brushes had to be taken away from the restaurant, because there really was nowhere to put them.
The countertop above the refrigerator was broken and did not hold at all, I had to put plastic bottle caps under it.
However, the linen was always clean and white, changed every day.
In general, the room is good, but needs renovation. And if you are not very young, then 53 steps up will be an easy test for you every day)
Summary-this is a 5* hotel in the Turkish sense in terms of the amount of food. Otherwise, it is a solid 4*. It can be recommended for parents with children, because the beach is nearby and sun beds are right by the sea. By the way, sun beds are right next to each other, sometimes you don't feel very comfortable from the proximity of other people, especially if they smoke (and they smoke here, without hesitation).

We were at this hotel from 05/20 to 30.05. Very nice territory, well maintained and cozy. Upon arrival, we were checked in even ahead of schedule, around 10 a.m., for which a big hello at the reception and many thanks!
Children's water slides, pools, sun beds and the availability of entertainment activities were very pleased. It was wonderful that there was a dartboard, although not new, but it was possible to play. A tennis table and some nice rackets. In the evening, gorgeous animations for adults. There are new wonderful shows every day. Disco from 23.00 to 00.00 . Of course, not everything has reached the music, but this is for my taste.
As for nutrition. Everything is of good quality: snacks, desserts, drinks. There were a few fish dishes, and in principle fish. But it was probably still the e season. The waitresses and waiters at the bar and lobby bar are beyond praise, kind, responsive and smiling.
As for cleaning. We were cleaned often - towels were changed every two days and garbage was removed, which is good.
Drinks were added to the fridge every day!
I didn't like the spa approach a bit. namely, the imposition of paid services.

Last year I really liked it, so we took this hotel again from 10-19.10. But now we didn't like the check-in, we were given the worst room - 1st floor, with access to the parking lot. The whole next day we ran, changed the number, gave bad numbers on purpose, asked for money. There is also garbage everywhere on the territory, workers at 3 a.m., yelling under the windows, smoking in the aisles to the houses. The food is good, but there are a lot of extra foods (which are thrown away).

The hotel does not look much like a 5 star hotel and now I will explain why.
1. Check-in. Upon arrival, a room in building 5 was offered (numbers starting with the number 5). You don't even have to say that this is a "state department". The rooms are about 15 meters in size, the old slightly damaged renovation. After a short conversation with Burak and Ilyas at the reception, the room was replaced by building 3. The room is neater, much larger, but the slightly present notes of the old renovation have not gone away.
2. Room service. Cleaning is carried out once a day only if there is a corresponding sign on the door. It is produced very mediocre. The linen was changed 2 times in 10 days. 2 large towels, 2 small ones, 1 for feet are provided for 2 people. There are no bathrobes, slippers 1 time and for the whole vacation. Other people are already responsible for the mini-bar, who may not replenish it at all. The mini-bar was refilled about 2-3 times in 10 days.
3. The staff. The employees are quite responsive. For any question, you can safely contact the reception. They will help and prompt you there. Also, all important staff speaks Russian well. No one will have any problems with communication.
4. The territory. The hotel is quite extensive. There is a place to walk. There are 4 ala-maps of the restaurant: Italian, Turkish, Mexican and fish. There is a private "water park" consisting of 3 slides. There are both with and without cheesecakes. There are also 3 children's slides. The children will definitely have something to do. There is a private shop on site, but it is better to go outside the hotel, it will be much cheaper there. There are spas, baths and massages, but I have not come across this. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, there are places where fishing is bad. The beach area is quite pleasant. There are a sufficient number of sun loungers, but almost all of them are under the roof. If you want to sunbathe, you will have to manipulate them. There are separate bungalows for € 30 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. They have their own mini-bar. Fruit basket, beer, champagne and lunch menu. For a fee, there is a jet ski and jetcar rental, a banana and a cheesecake, a boat trip.
5. Food and drink. Let's start with the main one. The drinks at the hotel are on a pleasant level. There are both local and foreign types of alcohol. Some bars make straight cocktails, not just whiskey and Coke. The food is quite mediocre. It is often repeated, you should not expect any "wow" effect from it. Every day something is cooked on the grill, but most often the meat and fish are overexposed.
6. The specifics of the hotel. Crystal Aura is a family/retirement hotel. Quiet, calm, moderately active, but for children or older people who are not averse to singing "marjanju" in karaoke. There is nothing special for young people. There are some off-site foam parties, but I have not encountered them.
To summarize all of the above, the hotel is good in some aspects, and not very good in some. I advise you to watch a 3D tour of the hotel on the official website of the Crystal chain hotels. In my opinion, 4 stars are better than 5. Whether he is worth his money is up to you to judge. But putting aside all thought processes, I can say that the vacation was a success!

I will say that I have not seen such staff in any hotel. Starting with the reception, where a half-bald curly hair will be rude to you if you say something about checking in, and ending with an ice cream maker that can send your child away. The evening shows are good, but monotonous. One evening, we witnessed a conflict between the staff and vacationers. At the same time, the chief animator was the instigator. With all the disadvantages of the hotel: slides that you practically have in your room, dense buildings, queues at the restaurant, a narrow beach where people are like herrings in a jar, there is no volleyball, there is no cleaning in the rooms, the minibar will be replenished only if you go to the reception, then the hotel saves only a good sea. But again, the biggest problem is the staff. In general, we don't set foot on the Crystal network anymore. I would like to hope that they will fix something, and vacationers will have more fun with their vacation than we do.

In the summer months, this is probably a plus, but in May it was cold in the shade, and everyone pulled the sun beds out from under the awning to the sun.
The rooms are tired, the door handles are broken, everything in the bathroom is stained, there are a lot of ants.
There wasn't much animation, probably because it's the beginning of the season, but we don't really need animation.
The bartenders are friendly, and the reception staff also solved all issues quickly.
We had a good rest, but the 5* hotel does not pull primarily because of the rooms, where everything is old and broken.

A great hotel with free WI-FI, lots of relaxation areas, food.
As an indicator, there is a high occupancy rate in any season. Cleanliness, beautiful territory. Daily room cleaning with a change of linen.
