I applied for the treatment of guinea pig. They prescribed medications and repeated intake a week later, but the pet was getting worse and better. One day the pig became ill, she was urgently brought to the clinic, the doctor Anastasia said that the animal had severe pain spasms and overall the condition was satisfactory, you just need to wait.
Unfortunately, on the night of the same day, the pig died. I can't blame anyone for his death, because I don't know the cause, but it's just unclear why the doctor didn't realize that the animal's condition was worse than it seems at first glance, and there were signs for this.
Of the cons: the procedures performed on the animal are not announced, you need to ask yourself. Initially, they thought that the pig had dental problems, examined him under anesthesia (which was risky in his condition), then X-rays were taken to further determine the disease, and anesthesia was not needed for him.
In general, the impression of the clinic is average, but I would not apply again, since the pet died 4 hours after the doctor's appointment.

I would like to thank Alexey's doctor and the whole team involved in the treatment of our Bertha. I can't tell you how grateful our family is to you! Our dog is already 10 years old, we were sure that she was healthy, vaccinated, fed good food. Then they noticed that Bertha began to lose weight and eat less. We went to another clinic - the dog was found to have a large tumor in his stomach. The doctor said that the tumor is not operable, malignant and you need to prepare to put the dog to sleep. After these words, we decided to change the clinic. We got into Nine lives - Alexey took us in. The difference between the clinics was immediately noticeable colossal! They took tests, ultrasound of the heart, X-rays were taken for the presence of metostases (in another clinic they did not even offer to put us to sleep, that's all). And most importantly, Alexey operated on my dog and was able to remove the tumor, which, according to other doctors, was not operable. The operation lasted 4 hours-the waiting time was unbearable. But in the end, everything ended well! Our Bertha is with us again and feels great, despite the chemotherapy we are undergoing. It's scary to think that we could have put our girl to sleep if it hadn't been for Alexei. Our whole family and Bertha wish your clinic well-being and prosperity.

The liquid was drained from the abdominal cavity. After that, they cut off something and took it to surgery to drain the fluid from the chest and pericardium, they seemed to drain it, they brought it all in the blood, wiped it and took away the amount, they put an arilic scrape and half an hour later the dog died.... Really, after the liquid was drained, there was at least half an hour to observe something to dig through... in general, the attitude of the search is what the main thing is money. The attitude of the staff is rude, as if it owes something. And the saddest thing is that money doesn't really help in the first place. The visit to this clinic was the last for my dog. My husband has already written, but I also decided to write. I cannot recommend this clinic, as my impressions were mixed. On
the one hand, doctor ALEXEY VALENTINOVICH KLYANTSEVICH, who is also the owner of this institution, paid attention to us, told us about the whole situation and the stages of examination of our cat. On the other hand, all the procedures were handled by a girl (she was not wearing a badge), who behaved somehow uncertainly and was tense, a little lost: as during the procedures, starting from the formulation of the PVC, ending with the issuance of prescriptions, which were accepted in the pharmacy with grief in half and the issuance of all documents to us at the end of the appeal. When she put the catheter on, she did not look at this cat confidently, he was no less afraid of her. I called a colleague to keep the cat in a towel and as a result, as I understand it, I counted this service myself and then silently. If they had given me this towel, I would have held the cat without any problems, but it is clear to a fool that it is not so easy to fix it with bare hands.

But then the sadness begins in terms of the organization of work.
At the initial stage and later, NO ONE signed a contract with us for the provision of paid medical services. The cat's condition was not an emergency pathology and time allowed. When it came time to calculate, they rolled up the amount of 160 rubles! Do you have a per-minute billing there, comrades? My wife paid and I was with the cat, so I did not immediately hear the total amount, so I would have asked a question on the spot, and at home I asked her to read an epicrisis that did not turn out to be and heard the amount from which I was blown away.
documents on the results of the treatment, as they do in ALL clinics, were not issued, so it is not possible to find out about the results of the examination and the treatment performed, only what they saw with their eyes.
THEY DID NOT ISSUE a document that describes all the procedures with the total cost. As a result, I was sitting at home and couldn't figure out what I was paid for: it is not clear what happened to the cat, there are no papers, fortunately the check was issued.
BEFORE THE procedures, no one TOOK consent (except for tests and X-rays orally) and DID NOT ANNOUNCE their cost, they just did their job, and in the end - 160 rubles.
A day later they came for tests and the shift turned out to be different. They gave us the result, told us about their results, gave recommendations on further tactics and, at our request, recorded a retgen on a disc, ANNOUNCING that it would cost 5 rubles with their disc if it suited us - it was already a pleasure to communicate here! I would like to see the clinic's response to the described situation.
I repeat, there are no questions in terms of assistance, but there are questions in terms of pumping out money. You'll never know what you're paying for unless you're a millionaire. But for an X-ray (2 pictures), tests and a drip 160 rubles is a robbery. So far, we will do without the complaint book, we are waiting for an answer.

Only a positive experience. I treated a cat here several times. The doctors carefully approached the treatment and procedures, did not impose unnecessary things, explained them so that they could eventually make an informed decision. The doctors are qualified and, in my opinion, more intelligent than in some more "famous" places. In my experience, the prices are no higher than in other private vet clinics. What amount was announced to me before the procedures, that's what I paid. It was cheaper and easier for me to treat a pet here than in other places where I have been.
