Thanks to the efficiency of the doctors' work, the competence of the administrator, our cat remained alive, although there was little chance due to significant blood loss. Unfortunately, against the background of weakened immunity, the cat recovered for a long time, but God, thanks to all the doctors - they pulled the cat out!

I really wanted to sterilize the dog with the least surgical intervention and consequences for it, as in the entire modern civilized world, so I enrolled the dog for laparoscopic sterilization with gas anesthesia in the vet clinic of 9 lives. Everything was agreed upon three times. But either there is no equipment, or skills, or the veterinarian decided that such a luxury would be superfluous for my unpopular dog. As a result, they gave me my girl with a 23 mm scar on her stomach and with three shaved areas on her body, including on her back 60 * 40 mm. Which means that she had a routine abdominal operation under epidural anesthesia. I tried to find out what specific procedures were performed and what drugs were given to my dog in order to adjust the therapy. I did not receive a response either from the administrator or from the person who examined and cut the dog (he is also the director of this organization). It's been a week, we're still trying to come to our senses, the dog is slowly recovering, the seam is terrible, the overlap has just begun to heal. By the way, they took the money as it should be, for the whole range of services.

I wanted to vaccinate a kitten, I came, they said something swollen needed tests, they did tests, paid 100 rubles, they didn't give me a check, they sent me a photo of the screen, asked me to make an appointment with a doctor to understand what to do next - they ignore it. I do not recommend visiting.

I put one star for the appearance, I took the other 4 for the service. They did an ultrasound of the abdominal organs for the cat, the cat did not eat, it was sick. During the ultrasound, no one said anything and after the ultrasound, only "Get better", although I would just like to know the cause of the ailment. This "miracle"-ultrasound showed neoplasia, photo 1. A lot of tears were shed, they were already mentally preparing for euthanasia, because they understood the state of affairs in connection with her age. Fortunately, we decided to double-check on Gursky, 42. The diagnostic doctor got there smart, told everything, explained and there was no question of any tumor, even a suspicion of a viral infection, organs became inflamed in connection with it, moreover, due to age, which is treated with antibiotics. The blood test, by the way, is good. Photo of another ultrasound - 2. How can people take money and provide services and at the same time be so negligent about their duties? If not for another ultrasound scan, we would have lost our close family member. I do not recommend this clinic. It's not even so much a pity for the money, but for the nerves and strength spent.
