I do not advise contacting this clinic, since doctors do not provide medical care to a pet and they do not charge a little money for this. In our case, we turned to this clinic for help, we had to gently remove a foreign body from the dog's stomach, they did not help us and billed 430 rubles for everything, without a detailed description of which drug was injected into our pet's body. Separately, I want to highlight the doctor Anastasia Semenova, who was supposed to inspect the pet before the operation, measure the temperature, pressure, she only weighed it and interviewed us, and that was the end of her work. The surgeon Lazovsky V.R did not want to comment in detail on why he could not extract a foreign body, when asked to try again, he refused to provide assistance and began to offer additional services, epicrisis was not given to us, although it is put we need to know what our pet was doing. I do not advise you to seek help here because the doctor, in collusion with other doctors from another clinic, wants to take more money from people, but they did not help us in any way, such people should not work in such institutions.

I brought another cat for sterilization - an infection was brought in, a high temperature rose in the first hours, pus the size of a chicken egg accumulated. I ran with the cat to the same clinic and was given to sign a contract that I agreed to a repeat operation to remove the pus and that I was obviously notified that with a weakened body, the chances of the cat coming out of anesthesia were nullified, while I still had to pay for consumables. I avoid this place and do not advise anyone.

We arrived for a repeat appointment after sterilization, the pet became ill + check how the seam is healing. They said that everything was fine, but when they started looking at the seam, the patch was peeled off by half through the cry and pain of the pet and told to peel off the rest of the house. The question arises why the doctor could not give the animal painkillers to reduce the pain and finish his work to the end in the clinic. I had to continue doing it myself at home through pain, torment and screams. This attitude towards the animal was very disappointing.

I understand that the doctor couldn't leave him either, but I begged him to give us 2 to 5 minutes just so that we could understand what to do? And if it takes them a long time to euthanize, we urgently need to go to a friend's clinic. I'm not a doctor, but I saw that Asik was very ill (he suffered wild pains to the last, but did not make a single sound so as not to bother anyone) everything is very serious and there is no time to waste.A very unwilling doctor, Mordechko D.M., came out to us and said that he could see an absolutely healthy cat, later he would tell me why I did not say that the cat's paws were parasitized. But I am not a doctor, D.S., being in a state of shock, always thinking about the best, I begged you to give us time urgently.As a result, 2 minutes were enough for you to make a diagnosis. Just. I don't know the other doctors, but we will never visit this clinic in our lives. While it is very painful, our cat was 3.9 years old, they took him from a dying village, they saved him once, the second time it did not work.
I want to get an answer from Alexey Valentinovich, is this an emergency appointment at night? And providing quick hidden help? Approach the selection of staff more carefully, we applied to different clinics, this is our second cat, but Thank God there were no such doctors on our way and I will never be very satisfied again.

People! Attention!!! Don't carry animals in 9 lifetimes!! They killed a cat for more than 2000 rubles! There was incorrect treatment, everything that I offered based on the experience of cured animals was rejected! The information was given differently, then distemper, then calcivirosis, then metronidazole, then abruptly canceled and began to be administered only at the death of the cat.. The antibiotic did not work, the treatment was not adjusted! But 500 rubles per day is stable! Cooler than in DV. They called about the transfusion an hour before the kitty's death! She lay stupidly and suffered, because the tests were taken away only now.. When asked about the donor, the head doctor of the clinic refused to help, until we pay, we had to negotiate. The poor cat left a couple of hours before the new year! Guess how much they charged for the general cremation? 120 rubles! Just because no one can physically take her away. I am so shocked and everyone who was involved in this story! Do not mess with this non-professional, money-pulling clinic! As it turned out, many people have already sued this clinic. The kitty was captured and sterilized for the last money and died like her sister from distemper, although they were initially healthy! We got a call at 20.52 that the cat died on December 31, and at 21 they were already resting, so it was written on the website - do you find a coincidence? Maybe they stupidly put her to sleep and told her not to look for a donor, like they had blood, although they wouldn't have done anything! There is one answer to all their questions -nothing will help the Cat anymore! So learn how to treat animals professionally, and not pull money out of people! They were ALL examined in the shortest possible time. During the 8 hours I spent at the clinic, I did not see a single indifferent face of the staff. I even got the impression that the doctors did not rest and did not stop for lunch. Yes, there were two deaths, but these animals have already been brought dead. The doctors only pronounced him dead. I'm going back to our baby. The operation lasted 1.5 hours. But our baby is alive! And even runs like before!. Our gratitude cannot be described in words. I'll start from the beginning: a couple of days before visiting the clinic, they began to notice that the cat rides on the ass, a day later it became clear that the paranal glands were clogged (not for the first time we are faced with such a situation) by the night of December 16-17, after a day and a half from the first symptoms, they decided to go to the clinic, called the registry, clarified about the recording, a live queue, let's go, a young doctor took us in, shaved, cleaned, everything looked fine and we left with relief that kitty would feel better at least, listened to all the recommendations, bought a collar, got into the car, we managed to drive just a couple of minutes and the cat literally began to be vilified, moreover, so that she He doesn't even feel it, we came home, washed the cat, and everything seems to be fine here, BUT! The cat walked and literally very liquid fecal matter poured out of it, although we brought it without diarrhea and with clogged paranasal glands, the doctor told us during cleaning that due to the fact that she licked herself and inflammation began, after an hour of this "stream" we called the clinic to clarify whether this should be the case because last time when we were cleaning, there was nothing like that, to which we were answered "this is a secret", the secret and shit can be distinguished at least by volume and smell, after another hour and incessant diarrhea, we called again, we were told that if you are so impatient to wait for the result until the morning, then you can come and pay 50+ p for the night rate of a doctor's appointment, take an ultrasound and tests and we will answer that with your cat, we did not take the risk and turned to another doctor, who immediately, after describing the situation and examining, said that the cat was unprofessionally pressed on the intestines when cleaning the glands and thereby caused such a reaction, I have no complaints, but I would not recommend this is the place for such procedures, 1 star for cleaning the glands, I added the second one only because the recommendations were not bad.
