A very cool place for a family vacation! The food is delicious, there is a separate dining room for children with a cartoon show and children's furniture. You can always choose even for the most selective.
There are a lot of activities during the day, a rope park, bicycles, workshops, concerts.
A nice large water park, there are pools with slides, and there are calm pools for adults, the water park has no heating, but there is a complex of baths. An outdoor heated swimming pool.
A large area among the pines, no dust, everything is clean on the territory.
The rooms are great, warm, and there are a lot of thoughtful little things for children. The room has towels for 4 people, 2 pool towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, hair dryer, there are only bathrobes.
Separately, the work of the staff should be noted, everyone is very friendly and responsive.
So far, only 1 minus is check-in, at one point a lot of people are settling in and this procedure is very long.

A great place for families with children and free companies to relax. Excellent cuisine at the "delicious as at home" level, ubiquitous cleanliness and friendly, competent staff. Having your own store with a fairly wide range and very affordable prices for tourist bases is an undoubted advantage over similar recreation centers. A decent water park and a wonderful SPA area. In general, the new rooms seem to have been hastily made. The old ones are better. And the service is better in the old buildings. It blows from the windows in the new ones. There is no water in the shower, either cold or hot water. There was water in the sink with a match jet (building 5, 2nd floor, room 13) in other buildings there was no such thing. There is not always what is written in the menu. Which is frustrating. In the pool in the locker room, when there are a lot of people, jackets are spinning on a hanger and rubbing against a white wall, it is advisable to either wipe the walls there or paint them with paint that does not leave traces on clothes. (To the comments that the jackets are white in lime, the cloakroom attendant said that the quote "the problems here are not mine and I'm not going to keep them") in the cage bar, when booking a table for the evening, everything is not smooth either. You need to think in advance and make an order for the evening that you will drink and eat. Which is not very convenient. This has never happened before. In general, the rest is not bad, but even good. Everything is very thought out. But the nuances with the staff are not always smooth. P.S. at the entrance, count everything from towels to tea spoons. I really liked my friends and how everything is thought out here for both children and adults. The miracle of the outdoor pool has struck our imagination, how is it possible at an air temperature of -7, to swim in a pool where +38? This place made a very twofold impression on me.
It seems to be with a swing at a good hotel, but it turned out to be an average boarding house for families with children. You will be greeted at the reception by seemingly friendly staff, but when difficulties arise, their mood changes, so that you do not want to check in, but turn around and leave. But no, you have to patiently pay for your accommodation with one bill and give permission to send it by mail and phone. After the reception we go to the room.
The territory is well-groomed, there are many playgrounds, a rope park, an active animation program for children is held, there is a children's sink and toilet in the rooms, there is an excellent children's area in the water park, and everything seems to be fine, BUT it is clear that parents want to relax, but still see drunk people on the territory, which is almost all devoted to children's rest is unpleasant. And the fact that children can be seen in the cage bar at 10 p.m., where not only almost everyone drinks, but also smokes, is nonsense in my opinion. But again, there is entertainment for both children and adults.
It's also interesting with the dining room, there is a FaceID, there is a separate children's area, the food is delicious, BUT the tables are small, that 4 people barely fit, there is no choice of food, and if you don't eat something, you can stay hungry, instant coffee (for normal you need to go to the Squirrel coffee shop), and napkins There are slides
in the water park, there is a cold pool in which it is great to swim after saunas, BUT the saunas have tiles, not wooden floors. They also hold a soaring SHOW, it's really more of a show than soaring, intimidating, calling vacationers cowards and weaklings is not the level of a good bath attendant. There is no ventilation, there are not enough ordinary windows, and there are also bags for replacement shoes, which will fit only one sneaker.
There is a separate outdoor heated pool overlooking the lake, there is a hammam and a cafe inside, everything seems to be fine, but no, smokers can also wait for you here, not only cigarettes, but also hookah and you breathe not fresh air, but the corresponding smells.
The room also seems to be good, huge beds, blackout curtains, it costs two 0.5 bottles of water, BUT there is no mesh on the window, no spoon for shoes, no bathrobes (again, once you take a deposit, you can not be afraid to give bathrobes, because it is more convenient to walk in them and in the room and from the water park or outdoor pool to walk), there is no flexible watering can in the shower, try to wash up...the water also leaves badly, so I had to turn off the water and wait for it to leave in order to continue washing.
There is also WI-FI, it is not in the rooms, only at the reception and in bars/recreation areas. By the way, there are recreation areas, you can play tennis and playstation, but you won't last long from the heat there, ventilation is not thought out.
And there is no phone in the rooms to communicate with the reception, a cell number is indicated that does not answer (and if suddenly a foreigner is resting without a local SIM card and roaming ...). And it turns out that water is supplied only on the day of arrival, and on the rest, be kind enough to buy in the store and bars.
You can also rent sports equipment, everything is OK with balls, take them, leave them in a basketball ring (just a ring on a tree, why not equip a good basketball court, they made a good field for football) or play volleyball, but bicycles will be given without protective equipment, apparently you need to carry a helmet with you.
There is physical activity for adults in the program of the day, yoga, stretching, jumping. There is a gym, but most of the simulators require repair/replacement, there is no water cooler.
What conclusion can be drawn from all this, probably, if the prices were three times lower, it could be considered as a place to relax, and it is so sad that you need to travel abroad for the service.

The place is great, but I would like to make a suggestion. That's all there is, except for baby strollers, it would be nice if they were available for rent. We drive from Karaganda, the child does not sit in the car seat, and therefore we get by train. Additionally, it is not very convenient to carry a stroller when carrying suitcases. It would be great if they were rented.

We love the steaming ceremony, the outdoor pool (at any time of the year), skiing, Nordic walking, rope park, delicious treats, live music. They didn't say at the reception that they would come to clean (they only vacuumed, they didn't even clean the bathroom) - the doors were open. The canteen's food is disgusting. In the children's dining room, it seems that there is nothing but pasta and rice with sausages. By the way, about the children's dining room - it works from 8:30 to 11:00, and if you come at least by 10:00, then there is no juice, there is no tea at all, only water remains. The procedures are not all, for some things the prices of norms for something are too high. There is a persistent smell of chlorine in the pool, and in the shower I earned myself a severe allergic reaction. Sharko also smells very strongly of bleach, and even hisses his eyes. The ordered food from the cafe is not delicious, and the pizza is not fresh, but frozen. Of the advantages, only children's entertainment rooms, well, baths, who likes them. The rooms are very small - meter by meter, the number of places is limited - either 2, 4, or 8 people, and all in a single room with a bunch of beds, like in a hostel. And speaking of your comment on my review, since I can't add it separately, I'll write here. I am a medical worker with 15 years of experience!!! I know the smell of chlorine and I can tell when the concentration is too high, and when it is normal. There is no need to make fools of people, it would be better to admit their mistakes.
