We did not swim in the lake, it was cool, but we were pleased with the outdoor pool (the water in it is very warm), and the water park

I really liked this place , the food is simple but good, not stale, very tasty pastries, delicious coffee, the service was pleasantly surprised by all very polite and courteous, the rooms are generally a delight, not inferior to foreign ones, everything is thought out and everything is for people
The water park is cool, large, warm, comfortable temperature , sauna, Hammam, shower, everything is super, well done
The territory is convenient, everything is nearby , entertainment is everywhere for children,
Great for families with children. I definitely recommend it
On the downside, there were delays in the dining room, sometimes there were not enough dishes, but the problem is solved quickly. I didn't find any more flaws

We visit on holidays: Independence Day. I like the concept of relaxation. There is entertainment for both children and adults. The truth is for adults for a fee. Every day is scheduled by the hour.
I liked that we made a separate menu for children in the dining room. However, it was cold in the dining room.
I recommend you to rest.

Everyone should definitely visit here. Organization of all aspects at the highest level. The rooms are the level of the hotel, the leisure is incredibly colorful (it is impossible to master everything on a tour), the food is not the best.
Well, for kids, staying here is a fairy tale.
And of course the outdoor pool is not to convey!!!!

Hello.In early June, we arrived, check-in from 11 o'clock, we stood in line for two hours while we registered.
We went to the room, there is no air conditioning in the room.We were lucky that the weather was not too hot, otherwise we would have steamed up in the room.
Let's go to the administrator about this:The answer is That our air conditioners are not declared in the rooms.The answer killed me-and you won't dig in, because when booking a room we missed this moment and didn't ask about the air conditioners in the rooms.
We traveled with two families, the refrigerator in the room of the second family did not work, at the request of the refrigerator was changed to a working one.In general, the service (for the money that we gave for 4 days 480 thousand for 4 people.)leaves much to be desired.
As for the food, everything is very tasty, but what they give, you eat, there is no choice.
In general, we concluded that we will not go there anymore!

We were in Discovery for the second time, a good hotel, clean, warm, odorless and damp bed, friendly staff, interesting entertainment, especially fun for children, animator Alexandra Zvezda. I came to visit my brother, we rested here in chalet 3. Unfortunately, I was disappointed, one of the rooms stank of sewage, we could not sleep there. In the cafe Belka, they took a cake in which there were bugs, because they took it to the children, it was very unpleasant ((only for this I took off 2 stars.I went to a cosmetologist and she managed to burn the corner of my lip with acid. I would like to have more conscientious, polite and professional staff who will respect and appreciate their guests (who pay a lot of money for their vacation)!!!

The rooms are clean, vacuumed and the plumbing is cleaned daily. The food is delicious, homemade, excellent pastries (especially liked the baursaks). The staff is mostly polite and friendly, especially the guys in the dining room. I liked the water park, the pools are clean, the water is odorless, the skin does not dry. I had a great rest, except for one night when the neighbors drank too much and made a lot of noise.

Everything is fine, not for the first time there, this time we were from January 3 to 5, but this time we had to stand in line for a long time at check-in, I don't know why, but it was sooo long and dreary to stand, and even there was some kind of fetid smell, like cats wrote, especially at the entrance, and near the reception, more or less, the soap bubbles show ended 30 minutes earlier and the youngest daughter was very upset that she did not have time to get to them, well, in addition, a little later in the game room they said go to the reception, there will be a show program, as if according to the program it should be, but it never was In vain, the children can be said to have been kicked out there, and also, old booklet programs in the rooms, went to the SKY-SPA, and they tell us that they close for plumbing, although in those booklets it's a completely different time, that's purely because of this and lowered the star.
The food is quite good, not a restaurant, of course, but if you wish, you can go to the restobar there, but closer to the departure, about 16 o'clock you can see the beer is over there, there is no bottling at all, and bottled only miller, Karaganda and kozel dark, beer snacks, like beer.
Another suggestion to the management;
1. You should attach hats for vaping to towels in the room, and two towels, which are for takeaway, to the water park, etc. this is very small for our family of three adults and two children.
