You know, there were no complaints before. We order rarely, but a lot. This time, namely yesterday, the child had a birthday. In Almi on Prytytsky 93, 6 pizzas were ordered in your restaurant. Bottom line: in the first box there was a long hair that had been in the oven! Not only that, 5 out of 6 pizzas were over-dried. They were over-dried so that they practically broke when biting off! Well, there is another disadvantage. Since the pizza was over-dried, the pieces could not be torn from each other. They cut us badly. I had to cut off every piece with a knife! One star this time

DISGUSTING food with EXPIRED products. I was poisoned. I lay down all night with a temperature of 38-39 and suffered, I walked away from all this for 3 days. Immediately after the poisoning, I wrote to support in the morning, they promised that they would respond and look at the cameras, but as a result, they ignored me for 2 days when I wrote repeated letters. Then they blocked my phone number altogether so that I couldn't reach them ;)
I called from another phone and they both deigned to pick up the phone. The manager, who was conducting the dialogue, did not even want to believe what was happening and her apologies sounded like "it's NOT our FAULT, but you're sorry)" they presented a coupon for a 50% discount on their slop ;) They didn't even offer to refund the money for that order, which turned the following days into hell.

The application works with errors, no points are awarded. You write to support, they ignore you for two days, you call, they say we look at it and we will answer. They don't know the date of the answer, day- month - year.
As a result, the points turn into a pumpkin and are completely ignored by the employees.
I wrote to this email from the "business response". That's the point that they don't care.

Either the in-app payment doesn't work and your employees don't care, or something else.
When trying to order now and debit dodocoins in the app after entering the SMS notification code, the screen is white.
The only available payment method is in the app.
They said on the phone in a different way except not to write off dodocoins in the application. And again, write to the mail, they can't send a complaint that something is not working, no one can contact me either, it's impossible to order something else.
Just the "perfect" service.
And if you write to the post office, they will again ignore you for several days until you write reviews everywhere.
Talking about any kind of apology or anything else is not an option at all, apparently

30.10 at 22:10 we went to have tea with a friend. We ordered 2 sea buckthorn sorbet, they said that there was only one left. No problem, we started choosing another drink.but! Dodo Pizza: Promises are empty words!
I ordered a pizza at the Dodo, I wanted a medium one, but they brought a small one! It's unpleasant, but okay, it happens. I left a review in the app, the manager called back, promised compensation: free pizza and free delivery. I said I'd use it later.
Two days have passed, I decided to use it. I applied a promo code, and the application requires me to order another pizza for free! Where is the promised free shipping? I called the call center, they don't know anything, they also insist on ordering a second pizza. They gave me the number of the manager who promised me free pizza, but no one answers there.
Conclusion: in Dodo Pizza, promises are an empty phrase. They promise one thing, but in fact it turns out to be quite another. Terrible service, I do not recommend it!

I ordered pizza on my day, and on my birthday a gift - 16 rolls with cranberries for free. I was unpleasantly surprised that they were not there when they were delivered. The courier explained to me that I did not specify a promo code when ordering, so they were not in the order. Of course, I was upset and called the number listed on the receipt. I got to the wrong address for some reason, but the person responding to my indignation replied that he would forward my discontent to the Dodo. To which I was incredibly surprised that literally 10-15 minutes later the same Courier called me, congratulating me on my birthday and brought me the rolls that were promised in honor of Dr.

We visited two Dodo pizza cafes in Minsk and both times we bought an omelet + coffee for breakfast at this address, I do not recommend it because: 1.
