When our pet's paws failed and we had to apply, get an MRI scan. Everything was done promptly, for which I thank you very much. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Dr. Dmitry Nikolaevich Strok.
This is really a doctrok with a capital letter. He is very attentive to each of his patients. Thanks to the prescribed treatment, our dog walks.

I have never written reviews, even negative ones, but in this situation it is necessary.
And so, we turned to this clinic, noticing a change in the behavior of our pet, relying on good advertising, which is full of all Internet resources. After passing the tests, we were given a PRELIMINARY one! the diagnosis is Anemia and Pneumonia. The doctor who took it said that the cat was dying and a transfusion was needed, while prescribing one general spectrum antibiotic, vitamin B12, and an antiemetic drug (but we had no vomiting or any other symptoms for using the drug), a donor was found during the night and in the morning we started the transfusion process. After the procedure, the pet's tests did not get better, but the doctor was not at all confused and she continued to stuff her with the same unnecessary drugs that made it even worse. After a few days of unnecessary treatment, the cat could no longer stand or sit, but even such a terrible condition did not force the 'doctor' to change the course of treatment. We went to the clinic every day for injections and checkups, naively assuming that there would be a due diligence. And one day when our attending physician was not there, we got an appointment with another doctor, but she refused to examine our kitty at all, although on that day it was necessary to pass express tests for infections (and to the question whether she could adjust the treatment based on the tests we passed that day, the doctor OLGA IGOREVNA KOSYAK said that no, that we need to ask our doctor for results and treatment (what is it called anyway? negligence, indifference!!! And she gave us only the prescribed injections. We were tested for various infections that cost a lot of money, but according to the results, the 'doctor' couldn't even tell us if there was an infection or not (I quote: well, there is something, or maybe not, I can't say for sure) and continued to inject everything that she was injecting, stupidly milking money and no clear answer.
Unable to withstand the indifference of doctors and the lack of positive dynamics of treatment and listening to the opinion of not indifferent people, we turned to another clinic, but as it turned out it was already too late (the doctors did everything possible in that situation, pointing out that absolutely the wrong treatment based on the examination results provided to them.
The result of 6 days of treatment in this clinic is the death of a pet. We were never diagnosed. To the question why you do not change the treatment if it does not help, you received the answer: I treat according to some kind of template, not paying attention to the surrounding situation (as I understand it, they have such an approach to everything in the clinic - you come with appendicitis, and you are first treated for gastritis, then for ulcers, and then it's too late, you died of peritonitis)

I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff of the Doctor Vet clinic at 9 Bearing Passage. Recently, my pet, a German Shepherd dog, was operated on in this clinic. From the first reception, it was obvious that they wanted to help the animal prolong and make life easier. All the risks and possible outcomes were communicated to me. For each procedure, it was explained why we will carry it out. There were no difficulties in recording, everything went quickly, promptly and without long queues, while in advance, for each record, the administrator contacted and reminded about the necessary preparation for the procedure (for this, a huge special thank you). The doctors took into account all my wishes and possibilities, as well as the characteristic features of the pet.
Many thanks and thanks to the surgeon V.V. Krovetsky, a doctor who confirms his high qualifications not only by word, but first of all by deed!!!!
I would like to note the excellent work of anesthesiologists and intensive care specialists, as well as the cohesion of the team!!!!

The most terrible clinic I've ever visited. The clinic was chosen out of desperation, as it is night time. 07/20/2022 we went to the clinic because a cat fell from the third floor. 07/23/2022 the cat died due to negligence, irresponsible attitude of doctors after surgery. Now analyzing the test results, I understand that the cat's kidneys began to fail, but no one even said that, but only offered a hospital for a lot of money, knowing that the pet was dying, to my question, what is the threat of abandoning the hospital, the answer is nothing, you will also be taken on a drip, like us We will put her in the hospital. It will just be under constant control, but there can be no question of any control, doctors and nurses go back and forth without watching the animals that are already there. A typical clinic for pumping out money. If your pet is important to you, do not take it to this clinic.

I would like to draw attention to the nurse who performs her duties as a prisoner in the zone, a facial expression full of hatred for animals, injecting the needle under pressure came out, well, you need to make sure that inserting it back the needle did not prick previously unaffected tissues, I barely held the animal, it only helped that the dog was exhausted, but She was in pain.
Not all the specialists there are bad, but it turns out 50/50, for about 6 years I have been using their services only because they are close, but after this incident I decided not to visit this institution anymore.

They injected painkillers and told me to come to the surgeon's office immediately before 14:00. There were no coupons for the same day, but they told me to come anyway. I arrived at 11:00, sat for more than 3 hours. When asked when we would be accepted, we were told that between receptions, however, as a result, we were accepted the very last. I missed more than 10 people behind me, who came much later than me. We have an ambulance and a very sore paw, but we were told that everyone has fractures and sore paws (however, they have coupons, but for some reason we did not have them). Previously, I had a good opinion of the clinic, now it has changed. The unresponsive staff is very frustrating. I have no questions for the doctors.

We have been to the clinic with the cat many times: we were vaccinated, sterilized, treated/sutured.
Every time I came across different doctors, and they were all just wonderful. Professionals in their field, attentive and friendly.
The operation was performed by Vladimir Krovetsky. Everything went fine, without complications, the seam was very small and healed quickly. The cat is healthy and cheerful. Thank you very much!

Thanks to the Doctor Vet clinic (Bearing Passage, 9) for saving our (now ours!) life the cat of the Canopy!!!
Words cannot describe our emotions — the whole family is happy!
Only in this clinic did the doctor undertake to operate on such a difficult patient as Senya was after being hit by a car by some very caring people (they ran over and threw him on the side of the road)... Senya survived, lay down for a week (until we found him), after an examination, a full set of problems turned out — a hip fracture, a burst diaphragm, displacement of all internal organs, one lung completely inoperable… They did not refuse us (no one undertook such an operation), they took it up and saved us!! Just 20 days after such a difficult operation, our Senya does not just live — he lives a full life, is active and mobile, as if there was no horror that happened to him!!
Thanks to the entire team of professionals (separately — surgeon V.V. Krovetsky and anesthesiologist N.I. Karkina) working it is in this clinic "Doctor Vet"!!!
