A great hotel and incredibly pleasant staff.
One of the advantages can be distinguished:
-delicious and varied breakfasts,
- spacious and clean rooms. They feel a quiet luxury and do not interfere with any extraneous sounds.
As an additional moment to work out, check for balms in the shower, if you do, then there should not be empty cans.

Nice hotel!
I really liked the spa! Everything is very spacious, stylish, everything is new! But the numbers are for anyone who is lucky. Ours was no longer quite fresh, although overall the impressions were still pleasant.
From the strange episodes, the suitcases were taken away at a time when we had not even been given room cards yet.) It was curious how this wonderful specialist would find out where to take them (loaded into a bunch of other suitcases on one cart with the cheerful words "Opa-opa America- Europe!) A miracle did not happen.) Half an hour later, I had to call the reception myself and remind them that the guests who did not receive their luggage were us.)))

From the very beginning, we were greeted by a very friendly and courteous reception. The rooms turned out to be clean, spacious and well equipped – there was everything you needed for a comfortable stay.
I was particularly impressed with the quality of service: the staff is always ready to help and answer any questions. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a large selection of dishes. We were also pleased with the cozy atmosphere in the hotel and the convenient location – everything you need was within walking distance.
Overall, the impressions from the visit are only positive! I recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip and wants to enjoy the comfort and high level of service. I will definitely come back here again!

Good accommodation in a family room, excellent breakfasts and Russian cheesecakes, spa and gym, optimal price, as a result, more democratic than a number of homegrown Yerevan hotels. And yes, there is a closed free parking in the center of the Armenian capital. And even the view of Ararat and the beautiful gardener who gave our ladies morning roses.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful, spacious, comfortable
The staff is all polite, friendly
The room is perfectly clean, water, tea, coffee, updated every day, noticed that we bought water in the room and began to put more water
The breakfast food is sooo delicious! It was cooked with a soul, a large selection, you could also order 3 egg dishes to choose from, we ordered an Armenian omelet, it was divine
Very close to the center, it took 7 minutes to walk to the opera
I recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back myself

The Yerevan Hilton was very pleased.
- delicious breakfast with champagne and phenomenal sun-dried tomatoes
- gorgeous bed, gorgeous linen
- service, communication with staff - 🤌🏻
- congratulations to the birthday boy, who in his turn turned out to be their guest - delight
- excellent spa with hammam. In the hammam, there seems to be eucalyptus steam. We hung out there with our friends every night.

A hotel with the right location and a good breakfast (a lot of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, local specialties) of the disadvantages, it should be noted that holes on towels and bed linen in a 5* hotel are unacceptable, it is a pity that this problem is becoming the norm for Yerevan....

We rested here for 8 days, we really liked everything. The rooms are clean, the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Separately, I would like to write about breakfasts - this is something unimaginable, a daily variety and high-quality products. The hotel has a gym and a spa area, it's very cool there, especially the sun beds with warm stones, it relaxes wonderfully. The location is good, 5 minutes walk to the center. In general, the rest was a success, I advise everyone. Thank you very much to the hotel, we will come again next year!

The rooms are clean, the cleaning is done conscientiously every day, attentive and friendly staff, no negativity. It would be strange if there was something like that in a hotel like this. The breakfasts are not bad, but I would like a little bit of variety, especially when you live a long time. The spa is at a decent level, but there is no pool, just not enough. Compared to other hotels in this chain, it feels like something is missing. But it's quite decent, we didn't regret staying here.

Hilton, that says it all. Great breakfasts with an Armenian flavor, a good spa. It's a pity there's no pool. The room is good, everything works. The staff is lovely! Pillows are a separate buzz! Not sintepon, but normal full-fledged down jackets! Strangely, there were no dental kits or razors.

A great place to stay - from the details for Russian citizens - payment is only in cash, Russian cards do not work. There is an exchange office in five minutes, with a good exchange rate.
Pleasant staff, breakfasts are a little more modest than in Russian hilton hotels, but tolerable. The rooms are a little tired. But in general, after five minutes you stop paying attention to it.

A wonderful hotel in the center.
The hotel staff was especially impressed. Tigran from the reception was as loyal to me as possible as a guest with a Diamond level. Upgraded to the desired room level and contributed to a comfortable stay. I would especially like to mention the work and care of the guys in the breakfast area. I couldn't make out their names on the badges, but they were all as hospitable as possible. By the way, the breakfasts are good. Every day there is something new and a good selection of egg dishes to order. I especially liked the Armenian omelet and the omelet with sujuk. But cheesecakes are not successful. Too much flour.
Good champagne made a good start to the day.
The spa area is also very nice. We were there every day.
A couple of nuances that I would like to draw the attention of the staff to, it was cool in the room. The air conditioner did not help, cool air was blowing from there. The adjustment did not help. It would be nice if the windows were closed more tightly, the smell of burning penetrated into the room especially at night. And the shampoos, it seemed to me, were not original. They dried the skin very much and were different from CrabTree. But this is my subjective opinion. There are questions about cleaning. There were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. And on the first day, the conditioner and gel ran out, which were not refilled during all the days of stay. But these are really small things compared to the staff who made our stay comfortable and unforgettable.
I want to come back again.

A comfortable hotel. A very tasty variety of breakfasts. They even serve champagne for breakfast. Excellent sound insulation. A lovely comfortable bed and pillows, this is always a problem for me in hotels. It is quite clean and comfortable. There is a tea set in the room, bottled water. There is an electric coil in the bathroom, you can turn it on yourself. The only drawback was in the hotel - dirty tulle with numerous greasy spots. Room 502. It has not been washed for a long time, it does not correspond to the stars of the hotel in any way... The staff is very friendly and hospitable, as are most of the locals of beautiful Armenia. I lived in room 917 and I'm thrilled! An unreal bed! I haven't seen many of them anywhere. 4 pillows, softly, a huge blanket - sleeping in the room was magical, and this is very important on business trips. Please note, if you are hot in the room, call the reception and they will reduce the degrees. You won't be able to do it yourself.

Pros: we stop for the second time. Purity. Good breakfasts.
Cons: If you see Indian families, run. Run from this floor. Ask them to move you to other floors. You will not be allowed to rest, constant shouting, screeching, walking from room to room to each other adults and children yelling at the whole corridor, slamming doors.
In the afternoon - approx. But it all escalates in the evenings. Until late at night.
It's just a shock. It is impossible to rest. The audibility is very high. The lack of any culture and respect for the rest of other guests. All days of discomfort.

Great hotel, I liked everything, to be honest, after two weeks of traveling, I had one night in this hotel. And in recent days I have not been able to get enough sleep, stupidly because it was not comfortable, a soft bed or large pillows. But here is what we needed, my wife and I immediately passed out, small pillows, it was comfortable for the neck, and a medium-hard bed, we were immediately chopped up, as if we had got home. The location of the hotel is good. The guys do everything fast in terms of food, it's very tasty. In short, I definitely recommend it, and by the way it was quiet.

A great chain hotel. Convenient location - unlike hotels located in the very center - there is no hustle and bustle. At the same time, you can walk slowly to the city center in 15 minutes.
Large comfortable rooms.
Ararat is visible from some of the rooms.
There is an Italian restaurant on the second floor. The kitchen is very good. The menu includes dishes of national cuisine. A good wine list.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfasts are decent. In the rooms, it is quiet and comfortable (pillows and mattresses are excellent).
There is a spa, a sauna is not bad, a relaxation area too. But a little small, in my opinion. There is no pool.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Yerevan. Top-level service, amazing breakfasts, very good-natured and friendly staff, all requests were fulfilled with lightning speed. There is a safe in the room, a kettle, water in the glass, a minibar with sparkling water, an iron, an ironing board, bathrobes, slippers, a snow-white bed, a very comfortable bed and pillows. Cosmetics were replenished daily, they are cleaned perfectly. I really liked the bar on the ground floor and the Italian restaurant on the second floor.
Thank you so much to all the staff for a wonderful stay. I would like to return to this wonderful hotel again!!!
