We spent the weekend at this hotel from 9-12.06 2023..We stayed at the hotel for the second time. Exactly a year ago I stayed for 2 nights.. I got a good impression.... But the last visit was just terrifying… They tried to move into an unthinkable room on the 8th floor. Dark, noisy..- due to pipes, ventilation and various other units outside the window.... The question- request for the opportunity to settle on a higher floor was sharply refused due to 100% occupancy ... however, after a visual assessment of the proposed room ... and refusal to move into it ... several rooms were found at once.... On 17.... 10 floors with a normal environment.... The cleaning of the rooms is disgusting... reacting to the signs posted to clean the room is completely ignored.... The room was cleaned for about 18 hours. Confusion with the payment of breakfast.. on the last day of your stay.They demanded to pay for breakfast....(Although everything was paid for).. They demanded it .I would like to note the rudeness of individual employees to requests and questions (Darin and Christening).
In general, they really spoiled the impression and discouraged the desire to stay at this hotel.... You can't put more than 2. I have traveled a lot and often stayed in hotels of this chain…

A great hotel for Minsk! Super comfortable bed, perfect black out, cleanliness, comfort.
On the downside: there is no spa and it is very smoky in the casino and nightclub on the 21st floor. After the visit, you immediately run to the bathroom and take your clothes to the dry cleaner. It would be good to make rooms for smokers and non-smokers.

This hotel is completely not worth the money and is suitable for those who come to the casino. There is a pleasant reception, they help a lot with walking routes and car calls, a good restaurant, good breakfasts. But! Monstrous room cleaning. Garbage is not thrown away, dirty dishes are not changed, the bathroom is poorly cleaned. It feels like I'm in a 3-star hotel. The location is good, but while we were walking we saw several good hotels in more beautiful places and 3 times cheaper. I will definitely not return to this hotel, because the price/quality ratio is very lame. It's not a pity to pay for cleanliness, and you can live in dirt for more pleasant budgets.

The rooms are very stylish and fresh. I was lucky to get a room on the 20th floor - a gorgeous view of the city and the river.
Breakfast in a very nice restaurant, polite staff.
I don't play at the casino, but there is one on one of the floors.
Of the cons:
- unfortunately, there is no SPA area where you can steam in the sauna and maybe even swim in the small pool after a hard day
- as a taxi, we ordered a Mercedes from the hotel at some crazy price)
- at night, music strikes from the lounge area of the 21st floor
And I forgot their headphones in the room. Let's see if they return it..

But upon check-in, it turned out that the room is not a specific one, but with a terrace on which they smoke and, as a result, the whole room is saturated with tobacco smoke. The room was located above the restaurant, the smell from the hood also got to us. The room is dark, it is not possible to apply makeup even with such lighting. Remember about the terrace on which they smoke, as if they are ready that the hotel staff will walk there and look at your room. So pull the curtains always and get ready for the dark.

One of the best hotels in Minsk. I've been here 5 times already. Lovely rooms. Especially on the floors above the 15th. There is no point in taking a room with a terrace, because the terrace is a small glass cage and you are in full view of everyone.
There is a wonderful nightclub on the 21st floor. There is no point in taking a room with breakfast, the hotel is located in the building of the largest shopping center in Minsk, where there is a large selection of restaurants.
Zybitskaya Street is 300 meters away, where you can always go for evening entertainment.
And in general, the hotel's location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance.

Everything is at the Hilton level, including room prices, but the service and rooms correspond to this. A separate respect to the management: I booked a room twice and the trip was disrupted twice, both times the hotel did not withdraw money. It is very pleasant and professional. There is a slight disadvantage: since the place is central (there is a casino and a bar on the top floor), there are very noisy gatherings of young people on weekends, especially when they start to "measure engines" on Lambas and Ferraris in the parking lot at the main entrance.

We spent 3 days in Minsk for the May holidays and stayed at Double Tree. A good hotel for business visits: located in the city center, good level of service, a normal restaurant, within walking distance of a large shopping center. I recommend you to stay.
