A very beautiful view from the 18th floor! The bed is of high quality, the linen is super! I liked everything. True, they forgot to clean up once, but after 20 minutes everything was OK! The hotel fully justifies its status.
The location is gorgeous. The very center of the city. Direct access to the mall. Two minutes to the subway. There is a parking lot for cars.
The staff is very polite. Cleaning is daily, there is a coffee machine with capsules in the room, a kettle, water, which, if drunk, is put back on. There is tea and coffee in bags, and not bad.
We took breakfast. The buffet. Excellent assortment, everything is delicious. Even at breakfast, the waiters serve like in a restaurant. They change plates, appliances, bring coffee.
It is absolutely not a pity for the money spent.

We rested in this hotel with a family and a child during a visit to Minsk.
Everything is quite expected - a high level of service, good breakfasts.
The rooms are quiet, the view was over the river from a high floor. It is a little dusty in the corners, but this did not affect the quality of stay in any way.
There is a minibar in the room, but for the money. I sincerely believe that in hotels of this level and with such a price tag, a minibar should be included in the room price (at least soft drinks and all sorts of snacks, you can 1-2 times during your stay). Well, in general, it's crazy - they refused the minibar at the reception. we bought yogurt for the child, we want to put it in the refrigerator, but it is locked) They came, opened it, said they trusted them and would not take the key or take everything out of the refrigerator. It was all very strange.
Near the shopping center Gallery with shops and restaurants - convenient when you just arrived. Restaurants with an average price tag, shops as shops.
The central part of the city is 15 minutes on foot, slowly.
They gave the child a child's residence passport and stamped it. They put some chocolates. It's nice here.

The hotel is generally decent, although the cost of $215 per night for a standard room without breakfast is overpriced.
Positive:
- location
- comfortable rooms and beds
- 5+ sound insulation, this is rare even in good hotels

- we went to a meeting and checked in 2.5 hours earlier. We were with young children after the morning train - appreciated.
- welcome "buns" and compliments
- they promptly helped with luggage and purchases - they took us to the room so that we would not go up.
Minuses:
- a locked minibar. The reception did not warn about this. It's very ridiculous. In a hotel of this level. Moreover, it says on the refrigerator: "We have prepared everything" or something like that. We decided to use it late in the evening and ran into a lock. Nonsense.
- the switch in the shower did not work in the room, the water was pouring only from the top watering can. It was very unpleasant, I had to wet the children's heads. In general, it is inconvenient.
- the bedside lamp did not work.
- there is no agreement with taxi drivers to quickly serve cars to guests. There are problems with children's taxis in Minsk, it takes a long time to wait, you can't order with two seats at all. The hotel did not help to solve this problem promptly. Waiting for more than 30 minutes.
I recommend the hotel. I hope that the broken things will be fixed (number 903).

we were with our family at your hotel in October 2019, the service and range of dishes, the quality of the products were at a good European level: upon arrival at the hotel, we were given a present, oysters and champagne were included in the morning breakfast menu on weekends, the minibar worked in the room.
In October 2023, your family chose your hotel for a week-long stay in Minsk. And during this visit, the service and assortment of breakfast dishes (we had a buffet breakfast included in the room rate) was strikingly, not for the better, different from our visit to your hotel in 2019 - there were no oysters and champagne at the weekend, there was no present upon arrival at the hotel It was offered, but was provided after my verbal reminder at the reception. However, the most outrageous thing was the fact that the minibar in the room was locked with a key, without specifying any clear and understandable reasons for this.
Summary of this stay at your hotel:
If you continue to position yourself as a hotel that is part of the Hilton hotel system, you must adhere to the standards adopted in this system in everything - the quality of service, the range of dishes, etc.
The second option is to change the status of the hotel, the star rating and, as a result, the cost of living.

Delight!! Perfect service - all the staff are polite, friendly, friendly, sincerely caring, eager to help the guest. A wonderful breakfast, a variety of dishes, everything is fresh, delicious, used dishes and appliances are carried away very quickly, responsive to requests. At the exit from the restaurant, they offer to take water with them and pull out a small "prediction for the day" to lift the mood. Upon arrival, the guest is treated to hot homemade cookies, sooo delicious! Everything is fine in the room, clean, not "tired", good cosmetics for the shower. The location is the very center, walking distance to the main tourist spots; in the same building there is a large shopping center (shopping; cafe), in the next one there is a company store of a communal apartment for buying sweet souvenirs. I always stay at this hotel. Great rooms with great views. Mini-bar, coffee machine in the room. Buffet-style breakfasts are especially pleasing. There is a choice of everything for every taste: fruits, meat, pastries, steamed and grilled vegetables and much more. Very positive guys who can cook right in front of you what you ask and from which you choose (an omelet, for example).
And in general, the staff at the hotel is very positive, wonderful guys.
A separate heart for hot chocolate cookies upon arrival at the hotel, I love them))))

The staff is very helpful, they respond instantly to any request, without fee, without arrogance, wonderful people at the reception, in the restaurant, and at the housekeeping. Daily room cleaning, snow-white bed linen. Beds with such high and comfortable mattresses that you sleep and can't wake up, how good! Breakfasts deserve special praise: you can assemble a purely Belarusian breakfast with delicious pancakes, sour cream, dill and fried onions, the most delicate salted bacon; you can assemble a Mediterranean one with lightly salted red fish, olives, cheeses, herbs, sauces and crispy freshly baked bread, you can standard with scrambled eggs with various additives, cottage cheese and yoghurts. Freshly squeezed juices. We went to eat at a couple of city establishments with good reviews on the Internet, but it still wasn't as tasty as at the hotel. One of the best hotels in Minsk, but:
1. When booking, you indicated your wishes (the room is not near the elevator, the 2nd blanket). The room turned out to be opposite the elevator lobby, I had to remind you about the blanket.
2. Breakfast is a standard buffet with elements of local flavor (pancakes, lard, salads), but nothing particularly tastes good, sparkling for a fee.

If there is an opportunity not to stop and go around - go around.
This institution, at best, corresponds to 2 stars.
But without facts, it's not interesting.
So, the booking was made 2 weeks before the trip.
Upon arrival at 18-30, we were informed that the room was not ready and asked to wait another half hour.
We did not report a late arrival. Accordingly, room preparation was 5 hours late.
When placed in the bathroom, a trash can with leftover food and underwear in a brown substance was found. I had to invite the hostesses and forgive them to remove this still life.
The lock to the bathroom does not work in the room.
The next day, after arriving from the tour, they could not open the window for ventilation and invited an employee to unlock it.
The girl who came calmly walked in shoes over the children's duvet cover, which was not tucked in during the morning cleaning of the room. To my remark about the inadmissibility of walking in shoes on bed linen, the girl promised to send an employee to change the linen.
Since the girl could not cope with the lock on the window, another employee came for her, who also went cheerfully in street shoes to the room, despite the fact that we were all standing barefoot. On remark, he notified that the shoes were clean. In general, if you think that there is some standard of disinfection and cleanliness in the room, you have no illusions - they quietly walk in street shoes.
After I didn't wait for anyone to replace the bed linen for the child for 10 minutes, I went to the reception desk to find a specialist in changing the linen. Senior manager Kristina was very surprised by my story and promised to fix everything right away. And kaaaaaak forgot about everything and went straight home.
After another call, a well-done man came to the reception, again in street shoes walked through the room and began to rearrange the duvet cover. As a result, the blanket turned out to be wider than the duvet cover. Spitting on everything, he asked me to tuck in this blanket somehow and give the family the opportunity to relax. The rolled-up blanket was finally placed in the duvet cover and I went to wash the child so that he could drink tea and fall asleep after a day of sightseeing. But that was not the case:
It turned out that in the room where 3 people live there are 2 towels and 2 tea mugs with a tea set.
Besides, there were 3 more towels in the morning.
After another call at the reception, the hostess came and brought another towel.
After waiting for the tea set and making 3 more calls at the reception, we waited for the waiter boy who brought the mug.
There is still no spoon, tea, etc. Several hours have passed.
It is clear that it is not worth experiencing illusions that the level of service will improve. But I hope that those who read my review will be able to sensibly assess whether they need such a service, or it is better to take a 5-star hotel for the same money and not have these problems.
