A great hotel, but with your own money. We stopped for a few hours, in January 2023. to sleep between flight connections, with a 9-year-old child. Polite staff.
The room had a large 2-bedroom bed, and an extra one was put in for the child. It is very nice that we have taken care of a good location for those who came to see the city. Directly from the hotel, without going outside, through the Cafe, there is access to a large Shopping Center with a supermarket, food court. We walked around the shopping center, bought local Belarusian sausages, cheeses and went to dinner in Cornflowers, on the food court.
An amazing Cornflower restaurant with a local flavor. Very reasonable prices.
I recommend it!
By the way, there are a Lamborghini and a Ferrari at the hotel. 😜

We were at the hotel 2 6 months ago, we liked everything very much, we arrived this year from July 29 to July 31, it got much worse. The rooms are broken, the cleaning leaves much to be desired. A burnt iron that you risk ruining your clothes with. They asked to change the iron, they said that they all have them. Then, after a while, the administrator came, brought an iron, normal.And all this for a fairly high cost. Conclusion: people do not want to invest in the word at all, they pump out what they can. It's a pity, it was a great hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days in August and did not regret it, firstly we always travel with our family and our Audrey, a beagle dog, was warmly welcomed by the administrator, which the sensitive creature felt with his nature and undisguised joy, then the room was magnificent, clean and attractive for a long stay, the location and walking distance of the old town Minsk, near a shopping center and a large selection of restaurants and boutiques are of course the big advantages of the hotel. Separately, I would like to note the thoughtful approach to the menu, that in the cafe next to the lobby, that in the restaurant ... for such prices, the quality is five plus, and I was also pleased with the presence of true Belarusian dishes in a completely different understanding of cooking and serving. Stayed with my family for a couple of nights. The staff was super friendly, and the shifts changed several times and each shift worked 100%.
We arrived on a night flight, we were very tired and we were checked in at 10:00, despite the fact that the standard check-in time is 14:00. They also went to meet us at the check-out and extended the room for free until 14:00 instead of 12:00.
Upon check-in, the compliment from the hotel in the form of warm oatmeal cookies finally seduced us.
The rooms were standard, on the 20th floor. The size of the room, the quality of the mattress, the cleanliness of the room and the view from the window for 10+ points!
The only thing that confused us during our stay was the rather limited opening hours of the restaurant on the 7th floor. They don't work until lunch, then they close almost at 22:00. Accordingly, for those who like to sit until 00:00 with a glass of wine, you will have to look for alternatives in the city.
And the last of the advantages of this hotel, not only is it located within walking distance from the historical center, unlike the Marriott, for example, but also in the building adjacent to the hotel there is one of the largest and most modern shopping centers in Minsk, which has everything you need: groceries, cafes, appliances, clothes, cosmetics and so on. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel, it is worth the money by 1000%.

I rested for 3 nights. My impressions are very positive. Starting with the beautiful girls at the reception desk. Thank you for your hospitality! Complimentary fruits, water and a welcome note are in the room :) Breakfast is just something with something! I have never eaten such delicious ones anywhere! Eggs are cooked to your order as you say, the choice of snacks is excellent. Desserts and freshly squeezed juice! The atmosphere is comfortable and comfortable. Cosmetics in sufficient quantity and constantly replenished.
Cons: it is almost impossible to connect an external drive to the TV. The TV is bolted to the wall! I had to work hard :) Well, the view from the room. Water and houses are fine, but on the 7th floor there is the roof of the shopping center, and there are air conditioners on it, which are always buzzing loudly. It is treated only with a closed window. I saved the conde in the room, because it was impossible to open the window. If possible, choose rooms with a view of the courtyard. I was scared of the possible noise from the bar on the 22nd floor, but I couldn't hear it on the 14th. I really want to come back again!

Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, excellent location, helpful staff. We were with the baby for 6 months, provided a bed, everything was comfortable. The terrace (7th floor, I think, but I can be confused) is very cool. The only thing missing from breakfast was simple long-lasting carbohydrates: rice, buckwheat. Another nuance for those who do not tolerate tobacco smoke, on the fifth floor of the casino, and somehow three men got into the elevator going down to us, we realized that they put out their cigarettes right in front of the elevator, as we barely reached the first floor, and rather ran outside to catch our breath. We stayed in a hotel in Minsk from May 6 to May 9. Money in dollars was forgotten in the safe of the room. After leaving, they called us and said that they had found the money, they were with the employees, you can come and pick it up at any time. We recently planned to visit Belarus again, so we contacted the staff and asked if it was possible to collect the money. We were told "We don't know any money, we haven't found anything." They took all the data again and said "We will sort it out." To this day, they are being sorted out, apparently the investigation has reached a dead end. Counting on foreigners, they are trying to put the brakes on the situation.

The rooms are clean, cozy, and modern. There is a car rental service, but if you are planning a weekend trip, it is better to book a car. The same applies to the rooms (we were on weekdays and checked out on Friday, we couldn't extend the room until the evening, because everything was booked).
The breakfasts are very decent. The staff is polite.

The hotel is conveniently located, this was the main reason for my choice.
However, it is located in a shopping mall. It's very hectic. The main entrance is oriented to the backyard. There is also an entrance to the parking lot for visitors to the shopping center. The eternal problem is to get to the hotel by taxi.
A small lobby. Check-in is quick, all welcome buns according to the status are met. A room with a terrace was booked. Spacious, bright. In summer, it's probably good to sit on the terrace. However, in December it became a major mistake. The location is on the 8th floor directly opposite the industrial fan of the shopping center. The noise is appropriate. The problem was compounded by poorly adjusted windows. A strong wind blew all the days in Minsk and whistling from the windows did not add comfort. You can only sleep in earplugs. Since the room was angular, the large glazing area provided a noticeable coolness. The batteries are cold, and it was not very possible to "heat" with a fan coil.
The bathroom is poorly lit and very cold. There are no underfloor heating, the heated towel rail installed at maximum was slightly warm.
Breakfast could not be tested, but colleagues praised it very much.
Conclusion- the hotel is not bad, if the proximity to the shopping center is not critical, it is better to take a room on high floors.

We spent the weekend at this hotel from 9-12.06 2023..We stayed at the hotel for the second time. Exactly a year ago I stayed for 2 nights.. I got a good impression.... But the last visit was just terrifying… They tried to move into an unthinkable room on the 8th floor. Dark, noisy..- due to pipes, ventilation and various other units outside the window.... The question- request for the opportunity to settle on a higher floor was sharply refused due to 100% occupancy ... however, after a visual assessment of the proposed room ... and refusal to move into it ... several rooms were found at once.... On 17.... 10 floors with a normal environment.... The cleaning of the rooms is disgusting... reacting to the signs posted to clean the room is completely ignored.... The room was cleaned for about 18 hours. Confusion with the payment of breakfast.. on the last day of your stay.They demanded to pay for breakfast....(Although everything was paid for).. They demanded it .I would like to note the rudeness of individual employees to requests and questions (Darin and Christening).
In general, they really spoiled the impression and discouraged the desire to stay at this hotel.... You can't put more than 2. I have traveled a lot and often stayed in hotels of this chain…

On the downside: there is no spa and it is very smoky in the casino and nightclub on the 21st floor. After the visit, you immediately run to the bathroom and take your clothes to the dry cleaner. It would be good to make rooms for smokers and non-smokers.
