The readiness of the doors was announced by a call to Viber at the beginning of the twelfth night, this was the first thing that alerted me. It was possible to notify at least by SMS and in general work issues are resolved before 22 pm. But for the director of this cantora, as I understand it, this is the norm. In general, his manner of communicating with the client: "I have a headache", "Do not distract him from business (this is my claim to solve the marriage issue)" and so on, a slippery and dodgy type, has no concept of subordination. The installation was scheduled for June 14th. As a result, I arrived at 9 a.m., sick in a taxi to kiss the threshold!! One door was the wrong size, instead of 80, 60 were ordered!! How is that even possible? Why the hell are measurements being taken then? 2 months of waiting, time is spent. Arthur measured it...What kind of irresponsibility is this, how can you work like this?? Instead of apologizing, they began to look for who was to blame. But what about the client? He doesn't care who is to blame, the main thing is the result. Doors are not something that can be redone in a couple of days. And almost a month of waiting for the redesigned door. The second installation is on July 10. After installation, a defect was found in 2 places. The question is, why doesn't the installer contact the customer and install a defective door? They just put it on me and that's it. Naturally, I would refuse to mount it. But the most interesting thing began after. The director of this office, Arthur, tried to impose on me the restoration of a new door and said that no one would redo it at the factory. Although this is my contractual right. And I don't understand why I have to agree to repair a low-quality product, instead of replacing it with a new one. I'm paying for a quality product, not a defective one with a claim!!! He wriggles like hell, interrupts, throws the phone, throws the wrong laws. When you put your face in the contract and the right laws, he ignores. Treating the client like a sheep. I will be forced to apply to other settlement bodies. Consumer Protection Society, court. But I'll get my way. Because it is necessary not only to be able to take money from people, but also to work normally.

Recently, I came across the work of an official representative of the Drevprom company (Grad shopping center), which is engaged in installing doors, and was extremely disappointed.
1. a contract for 1 sheet with incorrect seller's data.
2. instead of a cash receipt, a sales receipt was issued.
3. The craftsmen who carried out the installation were not very professional and behaved very rudely, starting with the director. Instead of constructive communication and suggestions for solving the situation, I was faced with a dismissive attitude.

Unfortunately, the experience with Drevprom turned out to be extremely negative, and I cannot recommend their services.
It's better not to mess with them. Nerves will be the targets. The doors themselves are good. We were lucky that we arrived without nuances. The service is not very good. They can't deliver all the doors on time, they feed you breakfast. They demanded to pay for all the doors at once, although in fact they brought 3 out of 4. The doors are not allowed to be opened for inspection. You have to achieve everything and waste your nerves. There are a lot of such nuances.
We were doing repairs in the apartment and, on the advice of friends, ordered interior doors from the Belarusian manufacturer Drevprom LLC. We were very satisfied. It is an excellent design, reliability and quality.

The doors themselves are of decent quality for their price, the consultation is normal, but everything else is the worst experience during my repair:
1) the text of the contract seems to be drawn up on the knee, for example, the amount is fixed in rubles, but there was a separate paragraph about payment linked to the currency
2) when the doors were ready, they wrote to me in Viber, which I did not read at that time (this is displayed in the application), but they did not consider it necessary to contact me by phone, as a result, one day they call me and say that the doors will be delivered in 20 minutes! (it takes about 40 minutes to get to the apartment)
3) the imported fittings did not correspond to the one stated in the contract: the locks are silver instead of black and the number of hinges on one of the doors is two instead of three. I have repeatedly written about this, once they replied that they would fix everything, then ignore it
4) regarding the time of installation of doors, I also repeatedly could not achieve results, as a result, on my own initiative, everything was decided by the person who did the repairs for me, because there was work without doors
5) the installer is not responsible for his words in the same way: we agreed that the doors would be ready at 11 o'clock (while the work started the previous day), as a result, I arrive on a working day, stand for 20 minutes while he supposedly finishes (this is after 11), in parallel chatting "for life" with others guys, I left for work without seeing the doors installed until the end, then they had to be removed for painting work for an additional fee; by the way, I took more money than was discussed at the consultation, but the installation goes without a contract, and the exchange rate to the currency was interesting - more than the national bank
6) I put the doors back after painting and mounted the handles myself in the end, because I did not want to negotiate with a "very busy" installer, who has an appointment for a month in advance, for that money at all
