A gorgeous airport, which is made using all the latest technologies. The interior is very nice and clean. The service is at its maximum. (we can say that everything was done just for you)
Very beautiful place👍 Large with beautiful architecture. You pass the inspection quickly, you hand over your luggage quickly, the airport staff is polite, there are many Cafes, there is a place to relax🫶🇦🇪
The best airport! In which everything is for people, from the space and organization of all control to timely and quick help if necessary! I was impressed with the scope and convenience. Traveling with an infant, "everything for people" is oh so appreciated
A modern huge airport. Aeroflot and FlyDubai fly here. If you go to passport control not through a smart terminal, do not forget to ask for a free Du SIM card. 1 GB as a gift, then 99 AED for 6 GB. Together with the WiFi, the hotel lasts for almost 2 weeks. Convenient location - taxi and metro are right here…
Upon arrival, they could not pass passport control through the "innovative" turnstiles, they had to stand in a long queue.
The plane was waiting for 4 hours upon departure, 99% of the seats in the waiting area were occupied by Hindus, Pakistanis and other comrades from Hindustan. I had to sit in the KFS))
The waiting area itself is super small for Dubai, Moscow airports have many times more space.
It's very cool that there are staff on arrival and on departure who help you navigate! They even speak a little Russian))
And at the entrance to the airport, water is NOT taken away. We were allowed 3 small bottles of water to carry with us. And at the airport they cost 1k rubles.
They were able to buy watches in the store, which they can no longer buy in Moscow, since goods are not imported to the Russian Federation ...
The Union Pay card from Gazprombank worked everywhere in the Emirates (they were at the end of August - in the first half of September 2023)
The airport of the future!!! Having been in it, where everything is automated and automated systems instead of border guards, you realize that soon all airports should become like this. Quickly, conveniently and without unnecessary communication with the border service, who also check the passport "by eye" and by tooth and grope... It's already funny... All polite employees. Everything is very convenient for tourists. The toilets are great, there are no queues. But the duty free is more expensive than ours. Simply the best airport in the world. Europe is resting...
It is very expensive and not tasty, so it is better not to eat! Considering so much PR on TV, in fact, the airport was not very disappointed! But it is automated, which is nice without unnecessary questions from customs officers
I didn't really like the area before the inspection. It's a little cramped, it's not easy to get your bearings right away. But there are many shops and waiting areas in the "clean zone". It's more interesting here.
A very decent big airport, which has long become as native as Sheremetyevo. One of the obvious advantages is a large Duty Free territory with famous burberry rolexes. Comfortable. If you have a residence permit, pass through passport control in a couple of minutes.
Nicely. Clear. Comfortable. Customs control on the way to the plane, without queues. Wonderful duty free. As in a museum, before the flight you can walk and watch souvenirs, buy, cheaper than in the city, dates too. Time flies by instantly
There is a very large airport, a high-speed train runs between the terminals, everything is clean and tidy. A huge Duty free zone. On the downside, there is a lot of smoking right before going to the airport, smog is everywhere.
The third terminal is super! There are a lot of places, spacious, a lot of shops in the departure area, empty. The second one is so-so. Modestly and a lot of passengers. Accordingly, all other services differ and parking.
Very clean, friendly staff, check-in is fast, a personalized SIM card is presented upon arrival, the airport is spacious enough, there are a lot of signs, Wi-Fi is working
I have been familiar with Dubai Airport since 2012. And also with the services of the Emirates airline company! How has he changed during this time!? It has flourished, not only a lot of retail outlets, food outlets, etc. have appeared, but also a lot of services, services that ensure the convenience and safety of passengers. And only a lazy person does not know about the Duty-Free Dubai! There is no better place to find for shopping lovers! I recommend this airport to travel lovers as a transit or final point of travel!
Great airport. Very big. Attentive staff, help in different situations. And the most unexpected thing was often met by Russian-speaking
airport workers. No one refused to help. I will definitely come back.
It's a great place. Very futuristic. Convenient transport interchange. There are shuttles to hotels and you can get to the metro station directly from the airport
Everything works like clockwork! Biometric control at customs in all windows. You don't have to prove to anyone that you don't look like a passport.
The fastest way to enter and exit the airport!
An excellent, convenient, spacious airport with a lot of cool options, for example, to pass passport control yourself, such a quick pass. I really liked it. Clear navigation. Excellent trains run between terminals and control and departure/arrival zones. In general, everything is for people. I recommend.
The busiest airline in the UAE, the main hub of Emirates airport - that says it all! The logistics of passenger movement during arrival / departure was well built, all the accompanying procedures were comfortable and fast, including baggage collection. There are difficulties with navigation between terminals, but we have always coped. They moved more often between terminals A and D on the monorail. And for the rest, as everywhere else: expensive cafes and shops, quite decent business halls, well cleaned, in t h in public areas.
A wonderful airport, as well as the country as a whole.
We went to this country with a family of 3 people (2 adults and a 4-month-old child)
The airport with convenient navigation is very clear, the attitude is amazing both in general and in their country, the attitude towards the child and the baby's mother is simply amazing. Everything is done thoughtfully and as comfortable as possible
The airport has deteriorated very much, it has become shabby, the staff is like from another planet, it is difficult to understand or explain something, the attitude towards Russians is disgusting, a bunch of sneaking people from India and other similar countries, but these are clearly not passengers or employees, be vigilant with such. The terminal from which Fly Dubai departs is something, it is better not to go to the toilet, the hovering glances of passengers flying to India and similar countries do not confuse you, it is very noisy. Duty free is like a trip to the last century, one thing will be sold
to you by five sellers and for so long that you can miss the plane. Your suitcases may simply be lost or cleaned, the plane on this airline may be the grandfather of all planes. Dubai is not the same nowadays .It is better not to go there unless absolutely necessary.
Huge, just huge. There are a lot of free places, toilets at every step. There are also consultants who understand English at every step. There is no need to hesitate to ask, the airport is really huge and not everything can be found by the signs. Duty-free is so-so, prices are higher than in a regular supermarket outside, with cafes - as usual, look where the locals sit, it's tastier and cheaper there. In general, I really liked it, especially I remember the automatic passport control on departure.
There is a Duty Free, where you can buy a lot of sweets and souvenirs, otherwise nothing interesting) in general, the airport is average , even there were no sockets around the perimeter , one or two were only found and then it was impossible to get to them , because there was a queue , there is a charging station , but a connector for an old iPhone , so I would like to it's better, especially since it's Dubai, everything should be better for them)
A double impression on the one hand, face scanners at the entrance (you do not need to present your passport and communicate with passport control) on the other hand, a waiting room resembling a bus station in the outback
A great airport is simple and convenient , but it 's pretty cold - be sure to take something to wear if you have to wait a long time for a flight . There is a duty free- prices are acceptable, but it is better to use local currency for shopping, there are also various cafes and fast food, you can even buy gold, and of course souvenirs (by the way, prices are not higher than city ones, so you can not bother looking for souvenirs and buy everything when departing from Dubai )
A modern large airport. Very large queues that are distributed quickly. There are a lot of staff who try to help. Lots of pointers. It's easy to figure out. Large and modern Duty-free.
There are three terminals. In the first norm. Our accepts. Arrival at the bottom, departure - up the stairs. A car rental office opposite the departure area, which is convenient, handed over and flew away.
The second terminal was terrible, as I remember, low-cost airlines were serviced there. Like herrings stuffed in a jar. Pakistanis and Afghans from the poor class sat barefoot on the floor and seats. Well, such a pleasure. From the arrival and departure area - on the same level, if running, then three minutes, but it's hard in the heat (I'm talking about this, since my luggage was lost on arrival and I ran to pick it up on departure).
The third is the best. Emirates is served there. That's where the Duty Free is huge, and the procedures are getting faster and sweeter.
Everything is convenient, the airport staff are friendly, polite. Upon arrival, the luggage was received quickly, in one piece. The airport staff shows us where to go, which was convenient for us. There were no difficulties with the departure either. We will be happy to fly again.
A good airport. For a long flight, you can stay in a hotel inside - located in different terminals. Lots of shops. One of the disadvantages is the overcrowding of business halls, where they pass Priority pass, milleon air, etc. - sometimes they even close the entrance.
It is a very large-scale airport, at the same time, all processes are well-established: there are no hitches during check-ins, landings, etc., respectively, everything happens quite quickly!)
Expensive/rich :) lots of shops and cafes. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, because it's easy to get lost in this huge building. The business lounge is well fed, although the cost of visiting is floating and depends on how long you plan to stay there.
Everything is well organized, customs inspection was passed very quickly, polite employees, prompt, there are many check-in counters, a large waiting room, many chairs.
Great airport!!! There were only passengers of our flight at the huge airport. The passengers of our flight disappeared))). There is Wi-Fi at the Airport, the Internet speed is high. We were surprised by the toilets, everything is clean, beautiful, there is a changing table in the men's room. There is a food court, including McDonald's.
A wonderful airport. Everything is intuitive, there are pointers everywhere. It is equipped not only with vertical, but also horizontal escalators (for the particularly tired), free cargo trolleys for luggage, which is not at all airports, helpers, electric taxis and a huge duty free, where you can buy water, gold, and even a car. There are several terminals, and a free, unmanned metro runs between them.... So far, the only one in the world... Although there is the same in the city itself!
A lot of Negroid staff look very stylish: a black head, then a white shirt and black trousers underneath. The Internet seems to be there, but I was unable to connect to it. There are very few pointers on how to switch from one terminal to another.
A very good airport, almost in the center of the city, the only drawback is a very large workload, mainly with workers from neighboring countries working in Dubai!
The airport is not bad, but Singapore Changi is a cut above the level. In general, I liked the airport. The airport provided an employee with a wheelchair to a child with a disability for free (this point was discussed in advance with Dubai Airlines while they were still in Moscow). He quickly took us to the baggage claim. When there were restrictions on Covid, such an employee conducted us without waiting in line for Covid testing at the airport.
