There were problems with this office at every stage.
1) Let's start with the fact that at first the consultant made a mistake in her calculations and accidentally counted an extra 200 rubles. It's good that I clarified about the price, and the girl admitted that she looked somewhere wrong.
2) Then I was told that the doors would be ready in two months. Of course, two months later they did not arrive and no one warned, so I had to call and find out. The delay was 2 weeks.
3) The master, when installing the doors, damaged the tile. But the main thing is ta-dam! — a month later, the bar on the door came off, although I didn't do anything with it. As it turned out, this is not a warranty case (wtf?), so they want 30 rubles for fixing the door. Despite the fact that the door is initially expensive and obviously should not break out of the blue.
In general, I do not advise you to get involved.

I ordered 6 interior doors from them earlier + one metal entrance door. There seemed to be no issues with either the purchase or the installation. And so I decided to order 5 more interior doors to another apartment from them. Pens were offered as a gift by the most gov ... E. I had to buy. Well, with God's help, they picked up something. And then it started: 1. I took time off at work to take delivery-well, okay. 2. A day later, I asked for time off to install the doors-it's also fine. During installation, the workers revealed that the company had not brought the door frames to the 2nd door. Everything is brought in stacks rewound with tape except for the door panels, the deliverer does not wait for you to check and says all the questions during installation. The company refused to deliver it on the same day when other doors were being installed. 3. As a result, I had to take another day at work to receive the delivery and a day to install the missing door frames. 4. Plus, I asked for another day off to go to the store and try to meet with the director and clarify the whole situation.
BOTTOM LINE: The Director did not show up, he never responded to 3 or 4 messages on the "Write to the Director" website during the week. Instead of 2 days (delivery + installation), I spent another 3 working days. I will report them to other authorities. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

We ordered 4 doors of Dominique 225 in this company on May 30. The production time of these doors is 60 days (it doesn't matter, we'll wait). The measurer Vladislav. The door handles agreed that they would have their own, and agreed on the cost of their installation.
As a result, the Doors arrived at the end of July. My door handles do not fit into these doors, although nothing confused the measurer when he knew the door and held my door handle. Did not fit due to the riser of the door was smaller than the lock itself (Bonaiti). And then a conversation began with the warranty service of this company. In fact, the woman does not listen to anything, does not enter into any situations, just rattles her mantra and protects her own company, does not even let her say a word. We went the other way, wrote through the form to the director, after this letter 3 options were offered. We made concessions to them and purchased locks and handles from this company. The handles were sold (semi-defective, with 8 handles, none is at 90 degrees) the locks of the front part are scratched (everyone still has to deal with this). Somehow, on August 20, we agreed to install. Foreman Anatoly said he would arrive from 9.30 to 10.30, arrived at 10.55 (there is no punctuality). Measured – counted and it turned out that Vladislav intended the doorway very badly, in the opening 66 and 68 doors will not be able to put. Agreed to trim. To my question, what does such a measurer do for them, who already has so many jambs working on my 4 doors, I was not given an answer.
After pruning the doors, and this is already on September 20, a new group arrived, foreman Anatoly said that the group would arrive from 9.00 to 9.30, to my words "that if these gentlemen do not arrive at the stated time, no one will be at home" he agreed. the gentlemen appeared at 9.55. After comments on why they are so late and do not warn, they swore at me and left. The guarantee was hanging noodles on their ears that they were good boys and this had not been observed for them before, and Anatoly did not even answer the calls. At the same time, they did not want to take the doors away from the word at all, they also did not want to pay the penalty under the contract. We agreed that others would arrive on the 22nd and install it. And oh my God, adequate people have arrived in the person of Dmitry and Viktor. We looked at the contract, at what was brought to the doors and doors, and it turned out that the Measurer Vladislav screwed up an infinite number of times. Dobor ordered not 150, but 100. I wrote 15 boxes, and bought 11, and brought 9. As a result, they left and said that their office would buy more and then they would come to install. The doors were installed on 3-4 Oct., while the goods were only bought, the boxes were forgotten, they were looking for on the spot. They ended up in their warehouse. There are no complaints about these installers, well done.
Warranty service – does not listen to customers, does not give a word to say. When I was at the office, she came and told her own that her client wanted her dead today. Which says a lot. There are people sitting in the office who don't understand anything, they just want to cut down money. I had to explain to everyone what you needed and why. When asked to call the director, the answer is always "He is not in the country."
About the foreman and the first group of installers, there was a very large sediment. The last fellows.
To sum up, the DOORS are FOR NOTHING ..., I don't know what the hell got me to contact them, but they spoiled my nerves significantly. Advice, if you are looking for adventures – this is for them. You will figure out for yourself which doors you need, under which handles and how to put them, before they do it to you, and even take money from you. Many people are not friends with punctuality, they are rude. Even at the AGB office, they could not order the right locks the first time, they had to double-check (and gave the full name of the lock).
If you have any questions for them, the guarantee will not help, it's better to write to the director right away, then they start to move a little, and so basically 90% of the employees there are useless. After the letters become affectionate and fluffy, take them off, you can already talk.

On 24.07, the installer arrived, it turned out that the dimensions were removed incorrectly and the portal did not fit. During installation, the paint of the handle was damaged. He said he would finish everything in a week. There was no call on Monday. On Tuesday, they called the installer themselves, to which he replied that there was no material. They are waiting for the delivery. As a result, there were no calls from them, we had to call and ask ourselves. They were "fed breakfast" all the time. So on 11.08, another installer arrived, who completely lacked manners (it seemed that this person was not related to this organization at all), walked around the apartment in shoes like at home, went into the kitchen and took cardboard without asking. I measured the dimensions of the portal "by eye", without a tool. He did not tell us to remove things from the corridor, he began to saw through the portal, thereby polluting everything. I didn't clean up after myself. Communication is zero. He took hold of the light wallpaper with dirty hands.
During this time (24.07-11.08), the lower lock was loosened, they told the installer, to which he replied – contact the person who installed the door for you. After calling the first installer, he asked to send a video with the lock to the messenger. Five minutes later, we sent the video. Since that moment, no one has contacted us. To date (11.09) – no one has contacted us.
Customer orientation – 0. Communication – 0. Quality of services performed – 0. Some disadvantages.
As a result, a lot of time, money and nerves were spent on this experience, and frankly, I do not recommend contacting this company.

Because of this, I have now turned to the doors for free, bought 5 doors and two portals. it would be better not to apply. Managers are very sluggish, not competent, do not really understand what they are selling. Roughly speaking, look at magazines, choose what you want at your own risk, answer almost all questions regarding the quality of doors, fittings, shrug their shoulders, communicate with duty phrases. they are not interested in selling or retaining the customer, with the same success, they could order on the Internet, throwing it into the basket, without reading any information about the product. I order doors for many years, not a bag of potatoes, and I believe that managers should be professionals in this field and perfectly understand the intricacies of the goods sold. But not in this case and not in this company. In general, we somehow decided on the doors, having experience, I ordered the most expensive handles, locks, hinges. The manager calculated the cost of the doors and installation, assured that when measuring the amount will not change practically. Literally the next day, a clever measurer Dmitry flew to me for measurement. Very talkative, not on business. I measured all the openings, signed a contract. Surprisingly, the doors were made before the agreed deadline, literally in two weeks. A couple of hours before acceptance, I opened the contract to see how much money to cook and to put it mildly, it was a big surprise that the amount of doors and installation turned out to be almost 1000 rubles more than the amount agreed by the manager when ordering doors. My mistake, when signing the contract, I looked through it, but I didn't read it thoroughly, the measurer is a smart friend, sang about a standard contract, well, in general, as always. It turned out that the amount of the contract is the same as the manager said (but in the office she said that this amount includes both the material and the installation), in fact it turned out that the installation is separate, the doors are separate. And the amount has grown by almost 1000r. I began to understand the cost of everything thoroughly. In the contract, everything is stated briefly, without specific detailed names, models, so many pieces of handle, so much lock, so much door.. From Dmitry, I still got the names and models of my hinges, handles, locks. I checked the cost in Minsk stores and it turned out that this comrade Dmitry doubled the price tag on the accessories. I tried to get out, but at the request, when the doors were brought to me, to present an invoice with the painted surcharges and prices of the importer, as well as a check not in total, but for everything separately, I was forced to drop the price to the normal, initially agreed. The doors are not cheap, but compared to the same azimuth, the quality leaves much to be desired. Due to the fact that there are small children in the family, I ordered the doors in eco-style, and not in enamel, it would be better to order in enamel. So, in azimuth, the door was completely wrapped in high-quality dense eco-veneer, without tearing, and here the front and back parts of the door are separately glued, the end is separate, the film is thin, which was very alarming during acceptance, since over time this end may slowly begin to move away, especially in the bathroom. This fact was very upsetting, but there was nowhere to go, I took a chance and accepted the doors While they were being installed, came back to the salon, looked at them and talked to the managers again, clarified about the quality, said that I asked for something decent, asked why aluminum linings on the ends were not advised, as presented in the salon, but the answers the same stupid and empty as when talking for the first time. installers seem to be good specialists in terms of installation. but how people turned out to be not reliable. they worked in the apartment without my control, after a couple of days I noticed, apparently when carrying the doborov, they removed the paint on the ceiling and kept silent, well, okay, I'll touch up. the garbage from the larger one was thrown into a bag, but there were tons of sawdust all over the apartment. it was disappointing that after paying for the installation, it turned out that the installers "took away" velour bags containing door handles, for which we had plans how to use, I could not even think that I had to postpone them in advance. after calling them and informing them about it, they replied that they had thrown them into a garbage bag, but they were not in the bag. I called again and said about it, they replied that they would bring it as they collected it from someone))))) they brought my periodic calls after a while, though not from these pens and the quality there was no longer velour, but like a cheap men's sock, I had to throw it away.no receipts, invoices for doors, accessories, or installation. and the installation is generally an acceptance certificate without the seal of installers, just signatures. then prove whether they installed it at all. horror in general. I didn't think it was still possible to work so clumsily. in the near future I plan to order 8 doors to the cottage and I will definitely not order them here. everything is bad in this office, from ordering to installation. I don't know why I fell for this office, I probably got tired of repairs and decided that they sell about the same thing everywhere. I'll be more careful next time. I hope all the same I will be lucky and this eco-veneer will not fall apart. We have been using and not breathing next to them for a couple of months, the fittings and locks are very high quality, but this is not the merit of the door for nothing, but simply because a lot of money was paid for them, well, the doors look beautiful, in quality, it will be seen over time.

G. at the conclusion of the contract said that the canvases would be with an aluminum edge, in fact they arrived with a PVC edge. After receiving the money, they refuse their words. They offer to pay extra for the aluminum edge. As part of the fact that the contract has been concluded and I have fulfilled my obligations, I refuse to overpay. The conversation with the manager and the offer to raise the cost was recorded. The application will be sent to the State Control Committee with reference to Resolution No. 669. Why does the company deceive customers and offer a product that it then cannot deliver or supplies obviously cheaper. I will write a second review about the results later.

We ordered doors from the Doors for Free company. Doors to the toilet, bathroom and kitchen. I liked the approach: we left a request on the website, the manager called back and clarified the nuances, later the measurer called and agreed to take measurements. When measuring, they clarified some questions and gave advice) A week later, the doors were brought, they were lifted into the apartment, and a few days later they were installed. All in one place. The minimum cost of personal time, as the company takes over the entire complex.

I do not recommend this company!!!
We ordered 3 interior doors here. There were big problems with one:since there was supposed to be a door-book, the contract was initially written incorrectly (as a swing door) and the wrong materials were brought for installation. Then we waited another week to get the mechanisms for our door, then plus another week for the installer to come! and when it was necessary to install it today, not only did no one warn that the installer would not come, they also replied that they could not install the book doors for us, because one part of the mechanism was missing. We have been waiting for more than 1.5 months!! Now you need to spend time again ordering a door from another organization!We are extremely unhappy with this company! Irresponsible! I do not recommend ordering anything here!

An honest review!
The company is working terribly! I ordered 3 doors + installation. I ordered a set of doors I liked by phone, a measurer arrived, measured everything, placed an order. The doors arrived, the installer, and ... these doors do not fit my wall openings (I need to buy additional ones, or telescopic platbands, moreover, I clarified on the phone whether telescopes or not, they said yes!), as a result, I had to re-order another version of the doors. The second time a measurer came, and... installed doors with uneven gaps, scratched the canvases and broke the floor tiles!!!! I had to write a complaint to the organization, they were obliged to change the tiles and fix the substandard installation of the doors. A month has passed - the doors will be fastened!!!! This is terrible!!! The installation warranty is 5 years - I'm calling - they're not going to fix it! Order a door from another organization - I've had my fill!!!
And yes, for a good review, they put another 5p on the phone!!!So believe it!
