Managers are not very professional, also be prepared for the fact that there is no manager who is assigned to you, every time you have to repeat what you have chosen: model, color, accessories, etc. But this is not the worst thing... On the day of signing the contract, for some reason, the price changes, of course, in the direction of increase, the first reason, allegedly, today the canvases have risen in price by 200p, and the second is even more interesting: installation has risen in price by 60-150p, but this is not even the final figure, maybe the master will need to trim something else :)(The openings in the apartment are absolutely flat and standard!!!) Of course, they refused the services of this company, but they lost a lot of time, energy and nerves!!!!!!

There were problems with this office at every stage.
1) Let's start with the fact that at first the consultant made a mistake in her calculations and accidentally counted an extra 200 rubles. It's good that I clarified about the price, and the girl admitted that she looked somewhere wrong.
2) Then I was told that the doors would be ready in two months. Of course, two months later they did not arrive and no one warned, so I had to call and find out. The delay was 2 weeks.
3) The master, when installing the doors, damaged the tile. But the main thing is ta-dam! — a month later, the bar on the door came off, although I didn't do anything with it. As it turned out, this is not a warranty case (wtf?), so they want 30 rubles for fixing the door. Despite the fact that the door is initially expensive and obviously should not break out of the blue.
In general, I do not advise you to get involved.

I ordered 6 interior doors from them earlier + one metal entrance door. There seemed to be no issues with either the purchase or the installation. And so I decided to order 5 more interior doors to another apartment from them. At first, there was a problem to choose the color and appearance of one door name, then also with another, but putting it together is generally a disaster. Pens were offered as a gift by the most gov ... E. I had to buy. Well, with God's help, they picked up something. And then it started: 1. I took time off at work to take delivery-well, okay. 2. A day later, I asked for time off to install the doors-it's also fine. During installation, the workers revealed that the company had not brought the door frames to the 2nd door. Everything is brought in stacks rewound with tape except for the door panels, the deliverer does not wait for you to check and says all the questions during installation. The company refused to deliver it on the same day when other doors were being installed. 3. As a result, I had to take another day at work to receive the delivery and a day to install the missing door frames. 4. Plus, I asked for another day off to go to the store and try to meet with the director and clarify the whole situation.
BOTTOM LINE: The Director did not show up, he never responded to 3 or 4 messages on the "Write to the Director" website during the week. Instead of 2 days (delivery + installation), I spent another 3 working days. I will report them to other authorities. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

The doors were ordered by Istok Elegy 5. At our request, they even made frosted glass instead of decorative inserts. The doors were made on time.
I want to express my DEEP GRATITUDE to the guys who installed it (unfortunately, we didn't ask their names. The installation was in Minsk on March 18 - maybe the company will write the names of a wonderful team)! Everything is very neat and fast! 4 doors and a portal were installed in 6 hours.
In general, we were satisfied and recommend this company.
And I would like to write to those who are planning repairs - do not listen to the "smart guys" who say that the doors are put at the end of the repair (well, at least that's what everyone told us)- there is almost as much dust and dirt from the "pleasure" of installation as when strobing walls when laying wiring! The liquid wallpaper is slightly vacuumed.

In our understanding, the one, and the fact that you ordered another one is your problem. Service and work at the sharashka level. The employees are incompetent and agree verbally without providing samples, from here they will hang everything they want on you according to the documents (they do not even specify the color). They did not sign the act on the absence of claims, because they are, so the girl answered on the phone at all - since they did not sign, but they gave the money, then we did not sell anything to you.
You will probably have to sue if you do not respond to the claim.
Do not get involved, gentlemen, otherwise you will have to go to court yourself.

I ordered the doors .I was dissatisfied with the sliding doors.the doors that were originally ordered could not be made, as a result, others chose.sliding door canvas on the advice of the measurer ordered 90 width of the canvas, (when closing the door there will be a gap)although 80 width of the canvas will be perfect.He won't stick around like that.closes the passage.when I called and said that the measurement was wrong.You can 't refuse .it was necessary to refuse while it was in the package.That's what the manager said.I trusted the measurer and did not know that even when closing, there would be no gaps, why the extra 10 cm in width.as a result, they think that the door they installed is suitable for me.and the one that is smaller is not.I called another measurer from another company, he confirmed my words, so I will go to court.

We ordered 4 doors of Dominique 225 in this company on May 30. The production time of these doors is 60 days (it doesn't matter, we'll wait). The measurer Vladislav. The door handles agreed that they would have their own, and agreed on the cost of their installation.
As a result, the Doors arrived at the end of July. My door handles do not fit into these doors, although nothing confused the measurer when he knew the door and held my door handle. Did not fit due to the riser of the door was smaller than the lock itself (Bonaiti). And then a conversation began with the warranty service of this company. In fact, the woman does not listen to anything, does not enter into any situations, just rattles her mantra and protects her own company, does not even let her say a word. We went the other way, wrote through the form to the director, after this letter 3 options were offered. We made concessions to them and purchased locks and handles from this company. The handles were sold (semi-defective, with 8 handles, none is at 90 degrees) the locks of the front part are scratched (everyone still has to deal with this). Somehow, on August 20, we agreed to install. Foreman Anatoly said he would arrive from 9.30 to 10.30, arrived at 10.55 (there is no punctuality). Measured – counted and it turned out that Vladislav intended the doorway very badly, in the opening 66 and 68 doors will not be able to put. Agreed to trim. To my question, what does such a measurer do for them, who already has so many jambs working on my 4 doors, I was not given an answer.
After pruning the doors, and this is already on September 20, a new group arrived, foreman Anatoly said that the group would arrive from 9.00 to 9.30, to my words "that if these gentlemen do not arrive at the stated time, no one will be at home" he agreed. the gentlemen appeared at 9.55. After comments on why they are so late and do not warn, they swore at me and left. The guarantee was hanging noodles on their ears that they were good boys and this had not been observed for them before, and Anatoly did not even answer the calls. At the same time, they did not want to take the doors away from the word at all, they also did not want to pay the penalty under the contract. We agreed that others would arrive on the 22nd and install it. And oh my God, adequate people have arrived in the person of Dmitry and Viktor. We looked at the contract, at what was brought to the doors and doors, and it turned out that the Measurer Vladislav screwed up an infinite number of times. Dobor ordered not 150, but 100. I wrote 15 boxes, and bought 11, and brought 9. As a result, they left and said that their office would buy more and then they would come to install. The doors were installed on 3-4 Oct., while the goods were only bought, the boxes were forgotten, they were looking for on the spot. They ended up in their warehouse. There are no complaints about these installers, well done.
Warranty service – does not listen to customers, does not give a word to say. When I was at the office, she came and told her own that her client wanted her dead today. Which says a lot. There are people sitting in the office who don't understand anything, they just want to cut down money. I had to explain to everyone what you needed and why. When asked to call the director, the answer is always "He is not in the country."
About the foreman and the first group of installers, there was a very large sediment. The last fellows.
To sum up, the DOORS are FOR NOTHING ..., I don't know what the hell got me to contact them, but they spoiled my nerves significantly. Advice, if you are looking for adventures – this is for them. You will figure out for yourself which doors you need, under which handles and how to put them, before they do it to you, and even take money from you. Many people are not friends with punctuality, they are rude. Even at the AGB office, they could not order the right locks the first time, they had to double-check (and gave the full name of the lock).
If you have any questions for them, the guarantee will not help, it's better to write to the director right away, then they start to move a little, and so basically 90% of the employees there are useless. After the letters become affectionate and fluffy, take them off, you can already talk.
I've been trying to install doors for almost 2 months. 4 doors, and so many jambs.

Заказали входную дверь 19.06, приехал замерщик Игорь, снял размеры, сказал, что через месяц двери будут готовы, заключил договор по которому срок поставки товара составляет 45 рабочих дней.
24.07 приехал установщик, оказалось, что размеры сняли неправильно и портал не подходит. При установке повредил краску ручки. Сказал через неделю все доустановит. В понедельник звонка не было. Во вторник сами позвонили установщику, на что тот ответил – Материала нет. Ждут привоза. В итоге от них звонков не поступало, приходилось самим звонить, спрашивать. Все время «кормили завтраками». Так 11.08 приехал другой установщик, у которого напрочь отсутствовали манеры (показалось, что данный человек вообще не имеет отношения к данной организации), ходил в обуви по квартире как у себя дома, зашел на кухню и взял без спроса картон. Отмерял размеры портала «на глаз», без инструмента. Не сказал чтобы мы убрали вещи из коридора начал пилить портал, тем самым загрязнил все. За собой не убрал. Коммуникации ноль. Брался грязными руками за светлые обои.
За это время (24.07-11.08) расшатался нижний замок, сказали это установщику, на что он ответил – обращайтесь к тому, кто вам устанавливал дверь. Созвонившись с первым установщиком, попросил выслать видео с замком в мессенджер. Через пять минут мы отправили видео. С того момента с нами так и никто не вышел на связь. На сегодняшний день (11.09) – никто так и не связался с нами.
Клиентоориентированность – 0. Коммуникации – 0. Качество исполняемых услуг – 0. Одни минусы.
В итоге потрачено много времени, денег и нервов на этот опыт, и честно говоря, не рекомендую обращаться к этой компании.

Читаю отзывы и в шоке . Какое быстро , заказал 08.05.2023 одну дверь и 2 проема(портал) , сегодня 08.06 до сих пор еще рубят дерево из которого будет моя дверь , клоун замерщик с серьезным лицом уверял что будет все в течении 1.5 недели а то и раньше будет готово , при этом цена космос. Предполагаю что много положительных отзывов накрученны, с целью привлечения клиентов, анализируйте при выборе , лично я с ними больше не свяжусь и всем буду не рекомендовать данную организацию!

Отличное место, где можно выбрать двери. Проконсультировали, посоветовали, приехали на замер с кучей палитр, сделали скидку. Огромный плюс, что работают с разными производителями. Довольно просто найти баланс по цене, качеству, дизайну.

If I hadn't typed it myself, nothing would have moved.Next, the installation... I call the number, they tell me I'll look at the schedule. I watched it for 30 minutes, Called back, they said it was the middle of January soon, everything was busy before that. And please tell me who is satisfied with this??? That's right, not me, and not anyone else in my place. Not only did they put noodles on their ears, but also the installation next year. I do not recommend it!!!!!!!!!

Очень понравился магазин, все рассказали, показали, помогли определиться с выбором производителя дверей, предварительно сделали просчёт. Также оперативно пришёл замерщик домой, оформили заказ. Срок исполнения был 45 дней, а в итоге получилось меньше 2 недель, хотя полотна дверей все не стандартные. Это вообще порадовало! Привезли, подняли в квартиру, все четко, прям сервис радует! Теперь ждём установку дверей. Рекомендую очень!

Because of this, I have now turned to the doors for free, bought 5 doors and two portals. it would be better not to apply. Managers are very sluggish, not competent, do not really understand what they are selling. Roughly speaking, look at magazines, choose what you want at your own risk, answer almost all questions regarding the quality of doors, fittings, shrug their shoulders, communicate with duty phrases. they are not interested in selling or retaining the customer, with the same success, they could order on the Internet, throwing it into the basket, without reading any information about the product. I order doors for many years, not a bag of potatoes, and I believe that managers should be professionals in this field and perfectly understand the intricacies of the goods sold. But not in this case and not in this company. In general, we somehow decided on the doors, having experience, I ordered the most expensive handles, locks, hinges. The manager calculated the cost of the doors and installation, assured that when measuring the amount will not change practically. Literally the next day, a clever measurer Dmitry flew to me for measurement. Very talkative, not on business. I measured all the openings, signed a contract. Surprisingly, the doors were made before the agreed deadline, literally in two weeks. A couple of hours before acceptance, I opened the contract to see how much money to cook and to put it mildly, it was a big surprise that the amount of doors and installation turned out to be almost 1000 rubles more than the amount agreed by the manager when ordering doors. My mistake, when signing the contract, I looked through it, but I didn't read it thoroughly, the measurer is a smart friend, sang about a standard contract, well, in general, as always. It turned out that the amount of the contract is the same as the manager said (but in the office she said that this amount includes both the material and the installation), in fact it turned out that the installation is separate, the doors are separate. And the amount has grown by almost 1000r. I began to understand the cost of everything thoroughly. In the contract, everything is stated briefly, without specific detailed names, models, so many pieces of handle, so much lock, so much door.. From Dmitry, I still got the names and models of my hinges, handles, locks. I checked the cost in Minsk stores and it turned out that this comrade Dmitry doubled the price tag on the accessories. I tried to get out, but at the request, when the doors were brought to me, to present an invoice with the painted surcharges and prices of the importer, as well as a check not in total, but for everything separately, I was forced to drop the price to the normal, initially agreed. The doors are not cheap, but compared to the same azimuth, the quality leaves much to be desired. Due to the fact that there are small children in the family, I ordered the doors in eco-style, and not in enamel, it would be better to order in enamel. So, in azimuth, the door was completely wrapped in high-quality dense eco-veneer, without tearing, and here the front and back parts of the door are separately glued, the end is separate, the film is thin, which was very alarming during acceptance, since over time this end may slowly begin to move away, especially in the bathroom. This fact was very upsetting, but there was nowhere to go, I took a chance and accepted the doors While they were being installed, came back to the salon, looked at them and talked to the managers again, clarified about the quality, said that I asked for something decent, asked why aluminum linings on the ends were not advised, as presented in the salon, but the answers the same stupid and empty as when talking for the first time. installers seem to be good specialists in terms of installation. but how people turned out to be not reliable. they worked in the apartment without my control, after a couple of days I noticed, apparently when carrying the doborov, they removed the paint on the ceiling and kept silent, well, okay, I'll touch up. the garbage from the larger one was thrown into a bag, but there were tons of sawdust all over the apartment. it was disappointing that after paying for the installation, it turned out that the installers "took away" velour bags containing door handles, for which we had plans how to use, I could not even think that I had to postpone them in advance. after calling them and informing them about it, they replied that they had thrown them into a garbage bag, but they were not in the bag. I called again and said about it, they replied that they would bring it as they collected it from someone))))) they brought my periodic calls after a while, though not from these pens and the quality there was no longer velour, but like a cheap men's sock, I had to throw it away.no receipts, invoices for doors, accessories, or installation. and the installation is generally an acceptance certificate without the seal of installers, just signatures. then prove whether they installed it at all. horror in general. I didn't think it was still possible to work so clumsily. in the near future I plan to order 8 doors to the cottage and I will definitely not order them here. everything is bad in this office, from ordering to installation. I don't know why I fell for this office, I probably got tired of repairs and decided that they sell about the same thing everywhere. I'll be more careful next time. I hope all the same I will be lucky and this eco-veneer will not fall apart. We have been using and not breathing next to them for a couple of months, the fittings and locks are very high quality, but this is not the merit of the door for nothing, but simply because a lot of money was paid for them, well, the doors look beautiful, in quality, it will be seen over time.

Заказали двери у этой фирмы, сделали все в сроки, мастер приехал в день заказа дверей для замеров все четко объяснил и рассказал как лучше сделать, отзывчивые сотрудники, посоветовали выборе( приятным бонусом были дверные ручки в подарок) двери устанавливали сами в установке проблем не появилось, рекомендую 👍

Не советую у них (ООО дверной Олимп) заказывать двери. Замерщик Леонов И. Г. при заключении договора сказал что полотна будут с алюминиевой кромкой, по факту приехали с кромкой ПВХ. После получения денег, от своих слов отказываются. Предлагают доплатить за алюминиевую кромку. В рамках того, что договор заключен и я обязательства свои выполнил, то переплачивать отказываюсь. Разговор с менеджером и предложение о поднятии стоимости было записано. Заявление будет направлено в комитет государственного контроля со ссылкой на постановление №669. Почему фирма обманывает клиентов и предлагает товар, который потом не может поставить или поставляет заведомо более дешевый. О результатах позже напишу второй отзыв.

Уважаемые потенциальные покупатели данной компании,первый раз сталкиваюсь с грамотно поставленной логистикой и адекватным офисом.В феврале заказал 2 межкомнатные двери в квартиру,доставка и установка была произведена в договоренные между нами сроки. Цена-качество соответствует требованию покупателя ( в моем случае). В конце июля появился скрип в петли двери. Обратившись в гарантийную службу по номеру телефона указанный в договоре,и выслав на Вайбер видео форс-мажорного деффекта,со мной связался специалист компании "Двери даром" и согласовав для меня удобное время исправил недостатки в течении двух минут.Огромное спасибо офису и непосредственно мастеру Анатолию за срочность и уважительное отношение.Советую своим знакомым,друзьям,и будущим покупателям данную компанию.Заказываю ещё две двери.

Заказывали двери в компании "Двери даром". Двери в туалет, ванну и кухню. Понравился подход: оставили заявку на сайте, менеджер перезвонил и уточнил нюансы, позже позвонил замерщик и договорился на замер. При замере уточнили некоторые вопросы и дали советы) Через неделю привезли двери, подняли в квартиру, через несколько дней поставили. Все в одном месте. Минимальные затраты личного времени, так как компания берет на себя весь комплекс.

Заказали здесь 3 межкомнатные двери. С одной возникли большие проблемы:т.к. должна была быть дверь-книга, в договоре изначально прописали неверно( как распашную) и привезли неверные материалы для установки. Потом ждали ещё неделю для получения механизмов для нашей двери, потом плюс ещё неделю, чтобы пришёл установщик! а когда сегодня необходимо было ее установить -мало того, что никто не предупредил, что установщик не придёт, так ещё и ответили, что не могут установить нам двери-книгу, потому что нет одной части механизма. Мы прождали более 1.5 месяца!! Теперь нужно потратить снова время на заказ двери в другой организации !Крайне недовольны этой компаниией! Безответственные! Не советую здесь ничего заказывать!

Заказывала три двери. Все работники сработали быстро и профессионально: замерщик, доставка, мастер по установке -всем большое спасибо за культуру общения и качество работы. Всё сделали быстро и качественно. Если нужны будут еще двери, то только сюда обращусь. Спасибо за Вашу работу!

Честный отзыв!
Компания работает ужасно! Заказывала 3 двери + установку. По телефону заказала понравившийся комплект дверей, приехал замерщик, всё замерил, оформили заказ. Приехали двери, установщик, и...эти двери не подходят на мои проемы стен (нужны доборы докупить, либо телескопические наличники, притом по телефону уточняла, телескопы или нет, говорили что да!), в итоге пришлось перезаказать другой вариант дверей. Второй раз приехал замерщик, и... установил двери с неровными зазорами, поцарапал полотна и побил напольную плитку!!!! Пришлось писать претензию в организацию, обязали поменять плитку и исправить некачаственную установку дверей. Прошёл месяц - двери скрепят!!!! Это ужас!!! Гарантия на установку 5 лет - звоню - не едут исправлять! Заказывайте дверив другой организации - хлебанула сполна!!!
А да, за хороший отзыв, они еще 5р на телефон ложат!!!вот и верьте!

Двери даром, это как бесплатный сыр в мышеловке, развод на работы, цены с потолка, заманить клиента и развести, вот политика салона двери даром!
Обратился в "двери даром" в час Х, приехал мастер, посмотрел, посчитал, не чего не сказал, только общие фразы, здесь подрезать, здесь сбить, проёмы не стандартные, и за каждый рез болгарки штукатурки 35 руб, в итоге, за три проёма 1600 руб, прошу расписать, что и за что, ну типа на словах сказали, и этого достаточно. Фарнитура двери 72 руб, когда петли, комплект + защелка стоит 32 руб, а ручки на двери в подарок якобы, озадачил и очень, говорю, мол сам проёмы перфом отобью, и демонтирую двери, нет всё равно 1600 руб, на мою просьбу расписать цены, ответ убил, мол надо ещё раз ехать и перемерять, а первый раз, он, замерщик, что, приезжал поговорить о природе?????, в итоге два дня ждал звонок с офиса, сам позвонил, общался с оператором, который оперирует нестандартным проёмом и приезд повторный на пересчёт, дурдом!
Попутно обратился в другую компанию на подбор дверей, с установкой, итог шокировал, демонтаж двери и расширение проёма 25 руб, и плевать что нестандартный проём, три двери + Фарнитура, ручки, защёлки, петли, стали в 1068 руб, Фарнитура Апекс, петли не бабочки, и установка с доборами и т.д всего по факту 1240 руб, на мою просьбу расписать в " халява, двери даром, один ответ надо перемерять, обсурд!
Мой вывод," Двери даром" не такие уж и даром, а оочень дорогие мастера, если за установку каждой двери берут по 200 руб, из того, что одна из трех дверей не стандартная!
Не стоит тратить своё время, и деньги обращаясь в данную компанию, обманут всё равно!

Заказывал входные двери в этом магазине. Размеры привозил сам, и устанавливал так же сам, поэтому по поводу замерщиков и установщиков сказать ничего не могу. Консультанты неплохие. Единственный минус, при покупке в документах указывают не название двери(марку, модель), а просто "металлическая дверь", в случае какого-либо спора, будет сложновато что-то доказать.(может только у меня так получилось, сказать не могу). По поводу доставки все классно, время как и договаривались приехали.

Хочу поблагодарить компанию Двери Даром за качественную и четко поставленную работу. В марте сделали и установили 4 межкомнатные двери. Понравилась быстрая доставка,аккуратная установка . Все работники были вежливыми и приятными в общении. Советую всем!
