First of all, the air!!!!
The indescribably coolest eucalyptus-sea healing air! A huge completely private beach!
A great approach to the sea, if you bring a sapboard with you! (We were with our sap, in the car).
And!!! Except for vacationers in the boarding house, there is no one else!!!
And therefore there is a lot of free space on the beach)))
There is plenty of food, everything is delicious and as much as it "fits"!
Who compares it with all sorts of "Turkey", "Egypt" and other countries abroad - go there! Abkhazia is different...A special, spiritual place with a lot of advantages. Thank you so much to Zaur Chantovich and all the staff, and long life and prosperity!

Why go so far to have such a bad rest?!
There are cobwebs, mosquitoes and dirt in the room.
The toilet smells like sewage.
From the toilet set, a piece of sea buckthorn soap. Of course there are no bathrobes either.
There are no phones in the room, they have to run to the administrative building on every issue.
There is a swimming pool and a roof terrace, but this was not announced upon check-in.
The sweat is stained with rust.
There are no deck chairs.
The food is very poor. There is no fruit for breakfast, only apples for lunch. The child was poisoned on the first day.
The village itself is abandoned, it smells of manure and flies. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the fortress or the spring, but you don't want to go anywhere with flies, in the heat and the sun.
There is no transfer. We drove at our own expense for 8 tons in one direction.
The Internet Wi-Fi disappears in bad weather.

I bought a SIM card for 1250 and couldn't connect anything, the operator's support is not responding, the locals can't help.
There are the same modest sanatoriums and empty beaches between Sochi and Tuapse. And without the local Abkhazian flavor and mentality. It's good that the trip took only 3 days. I do not recommend it!!!

Nature is wonderful. The roads are in good condition, the highway in Abkhazia is illuminated at night. The building where we rested, right on the seashore, the Windows of the room facing the sea. Day and night, the sound of the waves is fantastic! In the same building, on the ground floor there is a swimming pool with sea water. When the sea is naughty, you can swim in the pool. The smell of eucalyptus is everywhere. The room is not bad, everything is there. Two rooms, in the first entrance hall, a sofa, two armchairs, a TV, a refrigerator. The bedroom has a pretty decent double bed. Here, with the split system, I did not think through blowing directly on the bed.. Food - for the whole time (eight days) there were sliced apples and jam from feijoa. The food is not very good, but you won't starve either. The service - the bed linen had to be changed on the fifth day - was not changed once, although the towels were changed twice. The staff is smiling. The territory is large, there is a place to walk. Family vacation, no entertainment. We liked it

The food is plentiful, varied, and of high quality! I especially liked the milk: cottage cheese, sour cream - still natural, as in childhood! The rooms depend on the category, but in principle, it's fine. The service is unobtrusive, the staff is careful, but this is not Turkey and others. But the price is not for a five-star hotel! But here are the eucalyptus trees!!! No wonder the name is Eucalyptus grove! The smell alone is worth it! It's very good for your money! I RECOMMEND IT! Thank you Abkhazia!!!

We were lucky with the weather, the sea is warm and the fact that the boarding house is on the very shore is wonderful. The room was new, also good. There were also many buts...for the price that was paid for the room, it could have been better. If service is not the main thing for you, but the main thing is the sea and the air, then everything is fine. Cons can be found in the dining room, for example one of the...there are no trays, and food must be carried in plates to the table, and then cleaned up after itself. Going outside, you need to run back and forth from the car to close and open the gate yourself, it is also not convenient. The elevator was repaired for 3 days, and the room was more expensive overall because of the elevator. In the pool, the handrails for the descent do not hold, and this is dangerous. I repeat...if you want silence, sea and air, and the rest is not important, then it is quite.

Clean, cozy, excellent service, friendly staff. Clean air. Excellent nutrition with fresh natural products is a must try. There is a slight humidity on the ground floor, I think the climate is subtropical. Yesterday we arrived from the Eucalyptus Grove boarding house. We really liked it. The houses for housing are equipped with everything necessary for life. The sea is clean, very clean, two steps away. Three meals a day, however, is not very diverse, but no one was left hungry. I especially liked breakfast, because they served delicious sour cream and Feihua jam. You won't have time to get hungry, and already lunch. There was always meat.
In the evening we went to the hot spring. 300 rubles for admission. Many people said that the benefits of it are felt immediately.
The awesome smell of eucalyptus trees! You're being treated with air. Under the sound of the waves, nerves calm down, pressure equalizes ...
The territory is guarded, it's quiet on the beach at night, there are no strangers. The director of the boarding house constantly monitored the work and the beach, always greeted us. Those who wished went to a restaurant on the shore to eat barbecue, dance.
Field trips and concerts were offered during the day. It wasn't boring. There was no rotovirus either. If you don't swallow seawater, wash your hands, everything will be fine. However, the rooms were poorly cleaned. The maid, accepting the room, literally begged for a tip. Well, God be with her. The main thing is that we returned healthy and happy.
This is such a wonderful boarding house. Next year we want to go again and stay there longer.

A wonderful place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yes, maybe this place is not for active recreation and entertainment, but it is great for family holidays, people with health problems. The gorgeous sea and eucalyptus trees, the proximity of healing springs, the friendly staff, natural fresh farm products on the table make a vacation in this place even more attractive. Very tasty soups, porridges, lots of well-cooked meat. You can order wine (very good), freshly brewed coffee, khachapuri. I liked the room too. Warm air conditioning, spacious shower room, good sound insulation, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, stable Wi-Fi on the territory of the boarding house. Cows and turkeys roaming the territory add an additional flavor. The territory is constantly being cleaned. There is a place to walk, there is a long fenced coastline. The boarding house is being rebuilt after the devastation, new buildings are being built on the shore. The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are small. Room cleaning is not intrusive, change of linen and towels at will, even every day, you just have to walk to the laundry yourself, they also give you everything you need for household needs. The only inconvenience is the distance from the sightseeing routes. But local drivers offer services, by agreement, to visit various sightseeing attractions. You just need to assemble a company to make it cheaper.

The sea is fire!50 meters and you are swimming. There are no jellyfish. Eucalyptus trees- they smell awesome. The staff in the dining room will not leave you hungry. We got hooked on milk porridges for breakfast - it was satisfying and delicious. The menu is varied. The only fruit is not there - but you can buy them nearby. There are shops on the left opposite and on the right - a little further away. There is also a shop and a pharmacy on site. The Owner himself is constantly on the premises. The only thing is if you want discos, there are none. This is a family vacation. In silence and at sea ) There are guided tours - everything is registered right on the territory of the boarding house.. A hot spring with mud and warm pools is a couple of kilometers away. Rooms- our air conditioner, refrigerator worked. TV with 5 channels. But you can watch TV at home!

We arrived on New Year's holidays almost at night, at ten o'clock. We called the administrator, we were promptly checked in. The family room is clean, cozy, modest, but with all amenities (hot water, shower, toilet, air conditioning for heat and cold, TV, kettle, refrigerator, bed linen, towels). The sea is 50 meters away, the hot springs are a little further away, but you can also walk. Three meals a day - buffet. Of course, there are not many varieties of dishes, but everything is delicious, we have never been hungry. We will be happy to visit again.

Located in a eucalyptus grove, the air is awesome. Nearby there are hot springs with pools, mud. Located in the village, you can take a walk. There are many abandoned courtyards, houses with gardens, and in season you can pick up a variety of fruits and berries. The food in the dining room is monotonous, but I personally did not get bored. The beach is pebbly. The purity of the sea depends on the rains, but you can always swim.

We liked it. Wonderful air, helpful staff, good quality and delicious homemade food. Yes, the food is simple, but it was cooked with a soul and we liked absolutely everything. Everything in the houses is really very, very tired of coming here and the smell of mustiness. I was very surprised by the room with a toilet right in the room, of course behind the door, but somehow still not very much. Of course, old furniture needs to be thrown away, because the smell is from it. Thanks to the administration (special thanks to Diana), we managed to move to a new building with an additional fee. And then the rest began to play with other colors. Everything is new, the layout is good, the balcony is right in the grove. But it's noisier here from the cafe, which stands next to the building. It didn't bother us, but it would be difficult to sleep with children. There is a swimming pool in the building. Two steps to the sea and the beach. But the beach certainly disappointed. Dirty (sticks, branches, bottles) are not cleaned at all. The beach is pebbly, the stones are large and walking is problematic. Take special shoes. Wooden sun beds in splinters. People got out of it with the help of air mattresses and thick soft bedding. I was surprised by the price of new sunbeds 300 rubles for 1 piece, I think it is very expensive. Personally, the lack of at least some kind of canopy from the sun has become a huge problem for me. There is not enough shade from the trees. Next, the concrete pier is covered in protruding fittings and it is very unsafe. Of the advantages, there are many benches along the sea and there was enough space for everyone. The territory of the hotel is left as it is without human intervention, we liked it, but it looks like neglect. But as they say, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. The combination of sea air and eucalyptus was perfect. The responsiveness and kindness of all the staff is invaluable.
There is also a shop, a pharmacy and a medical center on site. Excursions are organized from the hotel at more affordable prices than from the tour operator. I highly recommend thermal springs in the village. There are small cafes and a couple of shops. Go to the old fortress, there is a beautiful view for a photo.
We liked everything and we will definitely come back.

We were at the end of June 2023, the feeling that not everything was working yet, to go 2.5 km to the 1st main thermal spring, along a country road, it is safe, but the water in it is all very hot and just hot. There is another 5.5 km from the boarding house, 1.2 km to the road, and the rest is scary on foot along the highway without a footpath, it is better to take a minibus to catch nodo on the highway or immediately take a local taxi directly to the source. There is a difference in temperature at different pools. You can choose a comfortable one. In both places, admission in early summer 2023 is 300 rubles. Suitable for those who are calm about the “Scoop."Don't wait for the all-inclusive service. It is possible to book excursions.

I put three stars for nature and the sea. We had a rest from 08/7.23 to 08/17.23. Parking is on site, the territory is spacious. The furniture in the rooms is shabby, but there is Wi-Fi, a modern TV, a small refrigerator, and a working air conditioner. Cleaning has not been carried out once in 10 days. There is no entertainment, there are no playgrounds for children, that wreck like a carousel, from which details fly away when children sit on it, you need to cut off the ears of the owner for it, he does not save on Lexuses for himself! It is life-threatening to be on such a carousel. But there is a canopy on the beach, but the shade is paid there, so take umbrellas with you or buy a chaise longue in the shade of the canopy for money. Free deck chairs, or rather, what's left of them, are scattered all over the beach. The beach is also semi-wild, there are no normal descents to the water, fittings stick out everywhere! The beach is also in no hurry to clean up, the garbage was washed up by a storm, vacationers collected a mountain of junk on the beach, the administration rode for a week past the mountains of garbage on the beach, no one was in a hurry to clean up. There are a lot of people in the dining room, a queue is gathering behind the plates, the dishes were sometimes poorly washed -sugar was not washed in the cups, plates and spoons were greasy. The food is passable, don't expect variety. You picked up rotavirus in the dining room, so take medicines with you in this case. The concept of the boarding house is as follows-we make a profit, we do not want to invest in your vacation, the sea and nature will help you. The nature is really beautiful there. A modest vacation for a reasonable fee.

Grandmothers with sore legs are forced to climb to the 3rd floor without an elevator. The cooks in the dining room are lazy, the food is the same every day. Unable to cook a variety of dishes from the same products. On the beach, the bar will cook you a burnt barbecue. And caesar with fresh cucumbers. There are young guys in the game room, the caretakers demand 500 rubles for playing on the tennis table. Despite the fact that the room is dirty and a mess. They themselves lie and sleep there . They also ask for 500 rubles for sun beds. Arrogant, greedy and Lazy. It's a disgusting place. We were asked several times to move to a clean room and were refused.

I will immediately make a reservation that one 2-bed standard room cost us 4800 a day, and a standard double room with accommodation for one person 3400.
The place left mixed feelings, I'll start in order:
Check-in at 14:00, until we got from the station it was 15:00 and we were surprised that one of the rooms (one-room) was not cleaned and we were asked to wait. We waited, but when we came in, to be honest, we didn't notice the cleaning. There were dirty mugs and very dirty cutlery (see photos 6-7) There was a spider web in the room on the first evening.
In one of the rooms we had a crack in the door (see photo 1). The weather was quite chilly and rainy, leaves and bark were falling from the eucalyptus trees, and it all flew through this gap in a draft to us. I called the administrators - they didn't answer the phone, went to the administration building - there was no one there. We waited 20 minutes and made several calls - there was no one there. We returned to the room to move in further and found that the room was very bad with sockets (somewhere they fall out, and somewhere they are far from electrical appliances. Photos 2-3). If you want to watch TV while you heat your kettle, then the last one should be on the floor. Later, we returned to the administration building after several unsuccessful calls. We waited around 20 minutes and the girls from the administration came. When I asked how to get through to them, because I couldn't, they ordered me not to call, but to write to the number I called. I still did not understand why it was impossible to call back missed calls and / or write that they were in place, they had to be searched out in the first hours of check-in. They told me about the gap under the door - they said they would bring a rag to plug the gap. We went to the sources believing that when we get it back, everything will be fine. When we returned, we saw that nothing had changed, apparently they had forgotten about us. One of the rooms was cold, but both rooms had to have underfloor heating. In one room, the underfloor heating started working on the same day as we checked in, in the second room it turned on 3 days later, we were told that the floor heats up for a long time, I'm not sure that it should heat up for 3 days. We also didn't understand why one room had a bedspread and blankets, and the other had only blankets. When we wrote about this to the administration, we were told to use blankets and turn on the air conditioner for heating. A bedspread to cover the pastel was not given throughout the rest.
The Internet is not password protected, so anyone could use it. The Internet works intermittently. One moment he is there, the next he is not.
The last thing worth mentioning:
They asked about where you can iron things, we were told that there is a laundry room on site, it works from 9 am to 5 pm. When we said that we would go and see what was there, we were told that it was no longer working, for a moment, it was 4 p.m. on the clock. That is, as if we work until 5, but we no longer work at 4. "Why is that?" we asked
, "Because we said so," said the girls from the administration
In general, the work of the administration left an exceptionally negative impression. If we had arrived at the check-in when they were not at the workplace and we would have tried to call them, then nothing would have happened and we would have stood in the rain until they deigned to come to their place (by the way, the administration building is not allocated in any way and it is not clear where to go from the gate)
Of the advantages, I can highlight:

The territory of the complex is quite good, except for the terrible swing at the entrance (see photo 4-5)
There was a pleasant case when we were fed off schedule because we were late for dinner, it was very nice of the staff to take care of us

What can I say about this place! Abkhazia and service.... They are not friends yet ... the grove is gorgeous, to be honest, there is a fragrance of eucalyptus in the air, it's wonderful! I didn't see the room stock in all the buildings, but I can say about my own that it is for 3ku ... there was a feeling that I returned in the 90s, only with air conditioning. There were cobwebs in the corners, the whole shower curtain was mildewed and the smell stood for all 5 days of stay, even though it was changed. But this smell was not the most terrible. There was another drain on the floor, in the case of displaced water from the shower, so after 2 days of stay, it began to smell like sewage! Fortunately there was a basin in the room and I closed this hole and the stench stopped. Very steep stairs to the second and third floors, it will be very difficult for the elderly to climb.
As for nutrition, the appearance is repulsive, but if you try it, in general, nothing. If someone from the organization reads this comment, please pay attention to the food and service in the dining room! People are not pigs and I want to eat aesthetically beautifully served food, not a pile of products piled up.
On the territory: not bad, there is a place to walk, there is no entertainment, only a cafe that. I still don't understand how 😅 works. The coffee there was delicious.
There are no sunsets and sunrises there, well, in the sense they are not visible, because of the location. You can see, but not much, because of this it gets dark earlier.
In general, if you want to retire and be with yourself, breathe eucalyptus and the service is not important to you, then you are here.
It was also nice that they have chickens there, the eggs are always fresh 😅👍!

We had a vacation with friends in February 2024. I liked everything because it fully met our expectations. If we chose a hotel for you at a cost of 2400 rubles. It would be foolish to expect it to be five stars. But the fact that I fell asleep and woke up to the sounds of the sea, these are expensive for me personally. They were fed fresh , high - quality food . The bed is great, the mattress is wonderful, the air is clean. The staff is friendly and not intrusive. We were with my wife in early October 2023. Despite the fact that we swam in the sea and sunbathed on the beach for 4 days out of 11, we liked everything from the 1st to the last day. We rested no worse than in the Emirates in March. We didn't pay attention to minor shortcomings, because we knew where we were going - to Abkhazia! Nature, residents, weather - everything is great! The territory of the boarding house is quite large, in a eucalyptus grove. There is a promenade along the sea and a huge beach. We lived in a new building in a suite. The room was a corner room with a chic corner balcony facing the cafe on the 5th floor. The view is amazing. The sea is right under the windows. Since the balcony door was not tightly closed, it was quite noisy during storms. In the room that is closer to the entrance - quieter. Neighbors can be heard, especially if with children. But there are not many of them. The main contingent is older people. The room has a TV with Yandex TV. I connected my account. Sometimes the Internet disappeared, the TV hung up. When it's cool, you can turn on two vending machines and the underfloor heating will work. Who did not know turned on the air conditioner for heating. In the rain, we swam in the pool on the first floor. It is open all the time, so there are no problems with bathing. Depth in the adult pool. From 1.5 meters and deeper. The elevator is panoramic, cool. The territory is quiet. It happens that the police are present. Kyndyg is a village in general, everything is quiet there. There are shops with the most necessary things. We bought dwarf tangerines - whoever has not eaten such tangerines has never been to Abkhazia! Yummy. They are fed three times a day in the dining room. In the same place, wine is poured for 60 rubles a mug, like compote. I didn't drink myself, people took it, praised it. You can also eat and drink in a cafe on the shore. The prices are affordable. In the cafe, people catch up in the evening, but not a lot. I recommend fried trout. The fish is small, probably from local mountain rivers. After 21-00 everything freezes, people go to bed. There is no entertainment. Everything is very peaceful. You can get to the first springs with local cabs for 50 rubles per person, or on foot about 2 km. To the second, where there are much fewer people and more pleasant- about 5 km or 100 rubles per person in one direction. About the time of return, immediately agree with the one who brought it. He will come and take you back to the boarding house. You can go on excursions in the cars of the boarding house, or you can go to Sukhum or New Athos by minibus. The highway is not far away. From the boarding house, turn right to the intersection and then turn left in a straight line to the bus stop. Or they will take you for 50 rubles per person. It's better to take a local SIM card to call taxi drivers. From the boarding house, you can also call the whatsapp app. Food is not for the spoiled, but you will not be hungry. There's a lot of booze around, including at the springs. Many thanks to Director Zaur Chantovich. He is on the territory all the time and will solve any of your questions. Take cash and smaller bills with you. ATMs and card payments only in Sukhumi or iPhone. We arranged a transfer from the airport and back. Payment 8000 per car in one direction. You can at least one, even seven. Meeting, crossing the border - everything is clear. We arrived at 5, we were at the boarding house until 8 in the morning. We were lucky that we got to organized excursion groups at the border, of which many are eager to go to Abkhazia in the morning.

I had a rest in this beautiful place from August 20 to September 10, 2023. Impressions are twofold: on the one hand, wonderful air, gentle sea, incomparable air of eucalyptus trees, a good room (new building), but: cleaning the room once every three days, while paying a lot of money for accommodation. Buffet : the menu is meager, repeated every other day, few fruits and vegetables. From fruits, only apples, finely chopped, and from vegetables, pickled cabbage is tough, you can't chew, sometimes zucchini or eggplant, and that wasn't enough for everyone. It is impossible to drink tea and coffee, but a glass of local wine for 60 rubles is always welcome. A strip of sewage in the water right by the shore was clearly visible from the room. Rotavirus appeared instantly, but apparently the management was already used to such phenomena, there was everything in the pharmacy kiosk for quick treatment, and the medic there is knowledgeable. The attitude of the staff is friendly and attentive, but there is dirt all around, cows on the beach and at the trash, general unkemptness spoil the impression of the "country of the Soul". Of the advantages, I will name the presence of a store with a very attentive saleswoman. You can buy drinking water, chacha, wine, aquataps. Right there on the territory, young people are constantly spinning, selling one-day excursions to any point in Abkhazia, just open your wallet and pay, pay. Another of the advantages of the boarding house is hot springs with mineral water. Some can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, others can be reached by car for 100 rubles, since there is no shortage of cars and drivers who want to earn money. I'll start with room 504 (5th floor), there are 3 mugs for two in the room, one plate and one teaspoon, there is no drinking water, there are no toiletries except a piece of soap and a roll of toilet paper, there is no watering can holder in the shower, the water in the shower almost does not go away (if you wash one after another, there will be flood), the TV does not always show, the air conditioner does not work well, towels are changed every 2 days, although they do not dry at all due to high humidity.
The food (buffet in the dining room) is very monotonous, nothing has changed during the whole week of stay, everything does not look appetizing, although it usually tastes. There are no fruits, except for chopped and cherished apples, although in August it would be possible to continue some seasonal fruits, at least watermelons. Coffee is only instant, no milk or cream has ever been offered, tea brewed in a teapot cannot even be called tea. Homemade wine (not very to taste) for an additional fee.the fee. The organization is also bad, people line up where others need to go for appliances or a plate... it's terrible in general, but there are restaurants outside the territory and on the beach where you can eat delicious food if you book a meal and a table during the day))
There is almost no lighting on the territory in the evening, it is dark to walk along the embankment and even a little scary))
There is a shop and a pharmacy on site. In the store, everything is piled up in the aisle, it's cramped, there's nowhere to go, and the shelves are empty... you need to pick through the packages yourself and take what you need, everything is very expensive in the pharmacy. And they don't have a terminal, payment is only in cash.

A hotel for a calm, measured rest and admiring nature. About everything in order ...
1) The territory. The hotel is located in a eucalyptus grove, some trees are definitely more than a century old, and perhaps two. Eucalyptus trees are incomparable, their fragrance catches up immediately and unconditionally as soon as the car door opens in the village of Kyndyg. While you live there - constant eucalyptus inhalation))) The territory is well maintained, it is being monitored, garbage is nowhere to be seen. The tracks are neat, suitable for running morning workouts.
2) Rooms. The rooms are very modest (rather, the "recreation center" level, I lived in an ordinary room not in a new building), but everything worked properly - plumbing, refrigerator, and air conditioning, even for heating, which saved on cool nights without a blanket. The bed linen and towels are clean. There is no need to wait for miracles in cleaning - there is none. But I also start my vacation in 5* hotels with cleaning and wiping surfaces, so it didn't bother me much. But no one goes to your room except you - this is even a plus to peace of mind.
3) The staff. A friendly employee at 12 at night (!) even gave me 2 rooms to choose from)) A store employee got cups and tea spoons for me late at night and helped me set up the air conditioner. The administration staff helped to resolve the issue of the return transfer. The cooks gave out dry rations on request without any problems. Everyone is friendly and happy to help vacationers.
4) The beach. The sea is clean and beautiful, sunrises, sunsets, swimming in the moonlight path - if you want privacy and the absence of crowds on the beach, then you are here. The beach is clean, you can see that they are cleaning. There are no canopies, but you can rent an umbrella and a sun lounger for a fee. I was perfectly sunbathing on a towel (they give it at the hotel) and even just on a pebble heated by the sun. It is more comfortable to go into the water in aquataps, you can buy them on the spot at the hotel. The beach is quite long (about 400-500 meters), which allows everyone to relax.
5) Nutrition. Wonderful! The choice of dishes is not great, but there is always food for every taste. Breakfast - 2 types of porridge, omelet or eggs, homemade cottage cheese or casserole, homemade sour cream and fig jam (or feijoa?). Lunch - 2 types of soup, one of them is always diet chicken noodles, 2 side dishes, 2 types of meat, fresh vegetable salad, apples. Dinner - 2-3 side dishes, 2 types of meat, something from vegetables (sometimes baked, sometimes grated carrots, for example), sometimes baking in the form of a thin biscuit is delicious. The food is healthy, without excess sugar and flour, everything is cooked delicious at home. Fruits can be bought at a nearby shop, they are incomparable and inexpensive.
6) Communication. The local SIM card did not work in my phone, I used Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel. The signal is good, but not always steady.
7) The contingent. Mostly older people, but there are also families with children. Seniors can safely go there alone - there will definitely be a company.
8) Useful life hacks:
- Transfer from the airport, if it costs 5000 rubles to cross the border. (They ask for more, but they carry it for this price). It is cheaper to cooperate. A group transfer from a tour operator can take a very long time. The net time from the border to the place is 2.5-3 hours.
- Return transfer - you can arrange through the administrators with a minibus for 700 rubles. to the border, it will pick you up directly from the hotel. The border, in any case, is on foot, and from it a taxi or a regular bus.
- Taxi in Abkhazia in the A-taxi app.
- There are hot springs near the hotel. It is better to go to the far one, everything is the same there, but there are 5 times fewer people, you do not need to wait until the bench is free.
- There is a minibus to Sukhum from a nearby source. You can find out the schedule from the locals.
- There is a pharmacy on site (and even a doctor), but of course there are no exotic medicines there, sunscreens are very expensive, it is better to bring them from home.
- A very tasty khachapur boat is cooked in a cafe right on the beach, tastier than in a cafe outside the territory.

How it is possible to shrink a chicken like THAT, we did not understand. She comes here twice a day. Sometimes there is no less dry pork.
Breakfast - two porridges, sausages, a kind of casserole, also dried.
Now - at the beginning of November - there are few vacationers, excursions are not recruited. We went with the Abkhazians on the recommendation of relatives, if we didn't go, you could die of boredom ...
On the territory of the boarding house you can pay only in cash, there is a shop nearby, 200 meters away there is another store - you can transfer there.
To the thermal springs on foot for 15 minutes, you can go once. In the other direction is an old Italian fortress, an abandoned children's camp, we climbed there, it's interesting. In general, a couple of days at most to admire the sea view from the window of the new building and we need to move on!

But in the rains, I do not know what is going on there). It feels like these are different boarding houses. The score is ZERO! UNSATISFACTORY! The separation of residents of the same boarding house is visible for the first time! SHAME on the leader. What is he guided by in this case - XS!

The story begins:
checked in on June 5th. We were given a tiny double room with two single beds. The room has air conditioning, TV (many channels, YouTube, <url>), wardrobe, bedside table, kettle, 2 mugs, refrigerator. Linen and towels are white, clean, spotless, and delicious-smelling! UNDERWEAR IS GREAT! Mattresses are different: as soon as they get caught. Pillows included.
Amenities: shower stall with sink, without curtain. The conditions are satisfactory. A big plus: all kinds of water always and under good pressure! WATER IS GREAT!
In the evening we came to the room and went to bed. They couldn't! I have a headache. We realized that it was from the vapors of varnish / paint that covered the fresh floors! In the morning, as soon as it was light, they went ashore, fell asleep and were late for breakfast. Let's go to a nearby cafe. They came and asked for another number, indicating the reason. After 30 minutes, we were relocated. FOR YOUR ATTENTION- GREAT!
They moved into a large room: one single bed, one double bed, a place for a child to crawl!!! Everything in the room is standard, as described above. Plus, the shower curtain is new and clean. It felt good.
There is a lot of air, eucalyptus-juniper-thermal air in the room. THE AIR IS GREAT.
The air conditioner was not turned on. Turned on only during the 3-day rains for drying and warmth.
BOTTOM LINE: the room is not damp, there is no mold, it is spacious, the carpet is quite clean. But there is no sound insulation - even though howling at the moon along with rural dogs from the noise reproduced from above.
MINUS: opposite the gazebo, where the aunts gathered, drank, and talked sooo emotionally. Until 24.00 sometimes. I had to go out and remind them. Yes, when it comes to my comfort, I am a suffocator.
WATER! She's the most IMPORTANT ONE! In the shops you can buy 5-liter drinking water (90 rubles) in the supermarket of the boarding house - 100 rubles. But there are taps on the territory of the boarding house, where very tasty soft drinking water flows (from a well). In general, all drinking water in Kyndyga is delicious.
MEALS: buffet, full board. WAITING: blah-boa-blah... FROM THE SITE: abundance of vegetables and fruits…
REALITY:
: breakfast: 2 porridges with milk (delicious), an incomprehensible sausage (some kind of rubber), boiled eggs (offset), casserole (tasteless), cheese (it will go), butter cubes (who remembers the 90s: butter FRAME, which means soft margarine),cottage cheese with sour cream (delicious), instant coffee the cheapest, balanda tea (brrrrrr), there is also feijoa jam (but I haven't tried it, I can't say what it is).
: lunch: 2 types of soup, potatoes (boiled, sometimes fried, but for some reason in a small broth); chicken, rice- buckwheat (alternate), pasta in the navy (when there were cutlets the day before), just pasta; salad (there are 3 types, and they alternate: summer, winter, with crab sticks, if there was rice yesterday or for dinner); sometimes vegetable stew (it's delicious, but for some reason it's cold all the time; apparently, it's it goes like a cold snack like alzhipsandal); compote. There is also pork goulash (we have not tried it).
Dinner: no soups. Cutlet (it can be delicious); rice, potatoes, chicken (it's ALWAYS AAAAA!!!), pasta, jelly (a rare muck - they don't know how to cook), cocoa (very liquid and sweet for me; but people took it again).
At the same time, tomato sauce every day (for an amateur, I did not like it).
THE ADVANTAGE OF THE DINING ROOM: full board):
DELICIOUS: bread, cheese, potatoes sometimes (if it is just boiled, not fried and in some incomprehensible broth); vegetable stew. Soup, except noodle soup. The chicken meat is not bad, but it gets boring. I think I won't eat it for a year.

Room cleaning
I asked 3 questions at check-in and studied the answers:
1. How often are the rooms cleaned? - 1 time in 3 days
2. How often do towels change? - 1 time in 3 days
3. How often do I change my underwear? - once every 5 days
result:
1. no one cleans the rooms, only you yourself, even if you ask for a broom to sweep the floor; there is no broom, no dustpan, no floor rag to clean yourself;
2. 2+3 = no one is going to change your towels or linen! If you don't catch Mimosa, Azalea, Pose and Rose... then you will be left with dirty towels and linen until the end of your vacation. No one will remember you. Therefore, I had to catch them every 5 days and demand that they bring everything clean. They asked for soap, toilet paper and a garbage bag every time, but they didn't leave it themselves. Then they spat on all this, and bought the necessary things themselves, because they decided that peace of mind was more expensive
Where do I wash my clothes?
In the laundry room. One download is 150 rubles. They will wash it and hang it to dry. But this is after the main laundry work. But they erase it conscientiously. Great.
In the room, if you want to wash, then in the sink.
From there, too, things come out snow-white. The reason: water! The water here is perfect! Soft. Delicious! And it erases perfectly!
Recommendations: no/yes:
1. they can check into a room that is lower on the voucher - minus
2. every now and then there are difficulties in the toilet (the toilet is walking, the door does not open / does not close ...): we closed the door to the shower room, we couldn't open it - minus.
3. They called for help: Koba came and opened it. Thanks for the promptness - plus. They respond to all requests very quickly.
4. Vacationers behave provocatively: they drink immensely, talk loudly, sometimes they scream like buffaloes… (but this is not the fault of the boarding house, this is the culture and upbringing of a person) - a minus. It is necessary to speak clearly with such people without clarifying the relationship. There was a case. It's gone quiet. In the room. In the gazebo by yourself. Without my participation already.
5. They can drive cars around the territory, they can arrange races (there was a case: someone chased a zhiguli, but he was quickly subdued); they often drive along the embankment of the boarding house; I don't know why.
6. There was a very unpleasant case: an ATV was started. We drove several times along the embankment of the boarding house. In the evening after dinner, when asked to turn off the engine, they heard: "I'm at home and I can't do what I want?! What is it?" Me: "And we are your guests in your house." Question: have you forgotten about the Abkhazian hospitality in your house, praised in all books and public? About respect for the guests? Why should I ask some teenager for this? Or is Abkhazian hospitality just in words? is it based on money? But then this young man with his cool ATV was not visible on the territory of the boarding house.
CONCLUSION: if you want to relax in Abkhazia, rest. But be ready for anything! And this applies not only to the "Eucalyptus Grove".

But in fact it turned out that it was necessary to descend from a rather steep mountain. The beach is not equipped at all. Sun beds are paid, 300 rubles. In the new building near the beach there is an indoor pool, for those who live in cottages the cost of the pool is 500 rubles per day, that is, if you take a pool and a sunbed, it is already 800 rubles per day, for one! I think it's very expensive! On nutrition: buffet, yes, but the food is quite monotonous, from fruits only sometimes apples, mostly sausages and chicken, a couple of side dishes, in the morning there is a delicious casserole, feijoa jam, in the afternoon and evening sliced cucumbers + tomatoes and some other salad. Drinks - coffee (no milk), tea, compote. In the dining room you can order pies, khachapuri (boat), you can buy local lemonades, wine, honey, tea. We didn't stay hungry, but we weren't particularly happy. There is no entertainment, a village, two small shops, cows walk. It takes about 20 minutes on foot to the springs, or local drivers take you for 50 rubles per person. The entrance to the springs is 300 rubles once, that is, you cannot come in the morning, leave and come in the evening, in the evening you will have to pay 300 rubles again. Go for a walk in Sukhum by taxi 1500r, or minibuses every 2 hours from the source, 300r in one direction. We lived in a 4m cottage, a simple room, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom, wardrobe, cleaned on request. There is a fountain between the 3rd and 4th cottage, frogs live in it, they were not allowed to sleep at night, they croak very loudly, like an alarm system, from 20.30 to 2-3 o'clock at night! Plus, some construction work is going on in the new building, they make noise all day, frogs at night! Dear administration, people come to rest, I believe that repairs should be done before the season so that people can relax!!! And do something about the frogs already! The sea was cold, we were basking in the spring. There are a lot of people there, they come from Sukhum, plus they take excursions from all over Abkhazia and even from Sochi, plus local residents come in the evening (they are allowed in for free). There is a small mini-market near the spring, tea is sold for 2 times more expensive than in Sukhum market. The rest turned out to be on the principle of "cheap and angry", for once, we went there only because of the proximity of the source.
