The boarding house is located in a eucalyptus grove, 10 minutes on foot to the teromo springs!
Food for 3 , in the summer there were huge queues to eat , there is nothing sweet for tea !
The rooms are generally not cleaned!
The carpet is laid in the room, and they don't even have vacuum cleaners to clean it !!!
The sanitation is terrible, everyone pukes from an intestinal infection. !

At first they settled in a room with a broken toilet, light and an entrance door, without a TV, air conditioners only in a new building or pay extra 22 thousand. We had a rest in August for 2 days in this boarding house. I am very surprised by the positive reviews written earlier. Pansonate is located in a remote village, there is nothing around!! Longing is green. The only option is to walk or drive to the thermal springs, entrance is 200₽, a great place! We had a room with 2 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom. Everything is in a very poor condition: a crooked toilet, a broken shower, a persistent smell of sewage and dampness in the rooms. There is 1 roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap in the bathroom. No shampoos, no hair dryer. The furniture in the rooms is terrifying, there are no blankets, the walls are stained, the curtains are ancient Greek, good new towels. The kitchen has a kettle, sink, refrigerator. There are no dishes… On the territory of entertainment: a broken carousel for children, 2 turkeys, chickens, pigs are screaming outside the territory. The territory is not well maintained, in general it seems that there is no owner in this hole. It would be enough to fix the swing, plant at least some flowers at the entrance, sweep the paths. As for the food: the buffet is very poor, you can eat, but very simple and monotonous food, from the cheapest products. Last year, for the same money 19500 for 2 days we rested in the sanatorium Boxwood grove - heaven and earth. This time we got to this boarding house out of desperation, because there were no other options for our dates. We really regret both the money and the time spent on living in this place. Only trips to the springs saved us. The conclusion is this: I advise elderly people to go to this place, without children, who love treatment at springs, silence, not demanding food and living conditions, and in the case of a very cheap ticket, because paying 9 thousand a day for such ... is too much.

Minuses:the room is not particularly clean, it has not been cleaned in 10 days, angry women at the reception, the TV did not work (until you put it in), the shore is terribly dirty (trees, branches, mud), there is nowhere to go, there is no entertainment at all. It's a beautiful place. The air is awesome! There really is a eucalyptus forest there. And not only on the territory of the base, but also along the half-empty beach!!! The sea is clear, there is a building with a swimming pool on the very shore, there are buildings in the grove. Not a bad dining room. There are thermal springs nearby.

The place itself is not bad - its own beach, a wonderful smell from eucalyptus trees, nearby there are springs. The food is homemade, there is no fruit, there is no variety in the diet either. Book rooms in the new building, because the houses smell of mold and the Soviet Union.
There is no entertainment.. generally...at all...
It is clear that the owner invests strength and money in the restoration of the boarding house and maybe over time it will not be so dull there.
The boarding house itself is located in the village, where there will be absolutely nothing to do....

We have been vacationing in the "Eucalyptus Grove" since September 2, 2021.Unfortunately, I had to leave ahead of schedule due to family misfortune. The first impression was not very good, it was raining, it was dark.But the next day they saw everything.IT 'S JUST A MIRACLE! Let the rooms be "Soviet", but we did not come to sit in the room. The sea is a fairy tale, eucalyptus trees are a fairy tale, there are few people. And what else is needed for a good relaxing holiday. Thanks a lot to the kitchen. The food is simple but very tasty, homemade. Many thanks to the owner of the boarding house Zaur Chantovich , God grant him health for many years to come. He treated our situation with great understanding and returned the money for unused rest days . I do not recommend this place to anyone, the photos do not match reality. The old buildings are generally terrible, straight from the USSR, so it's also infernal dirt. You can still live in the new building, but there is also a problem with dirt, they are rarely cleaned. Upon check-in, they were seated in different rooms, although they took 1 large one when booking. The food in the dining room is modest. And if you have already settled in this place, be prepared that when you check out, which starts at 12 o'clock in the afternoon, the dining room becomes paid for you 440 rubles for lunch, that is, you only have time for breakfast. No one will warn you, but on the contrary, they will wait until you go, tested on yourself.

Originally booked three months in advance for June 2021 with prepayment. Suites and junior suites with all amenities, correspondence was conducted via WhatsApp. The administrators gave little information about the accommodation facility. I looked at all the information on their website. But something went wrong...The driver who drove us, as it turned out, instead of three hours, drove us for 6 hours so that the administrators could have time to clean the room (standard) and at least identify us somewhere. Upon arrival, we were told that all rooms were occupied and, without a preview, we were taken to rooms that did not meet the stated requirements. The next day we tried to figure out, it turns out that they just accept applications, take money, and when people come they are settled in standard rooms at the cost of junior suites and moreover in old cottage houses, and not in a new building. The new building is the one in the picture on the website - this is for those who apply through a tour operator. So think carefully, you need a showdown instead of a rest......in the photo, I posted the room where we were placed, you can compare it on their website with the junior suite room...these are completely different rooms and without amenities. The plumbing is old and broken, the water is intermittent, there is no sound insulation, dampness and beds with cheap mattresses.

Complete lack of conditions!
We booked a ticket through a tour operator to the new building of the boarding house, in fact we were settled in the old building with bedbugs!!!!
After a long investigation, 2 days later we were moved to a similarly old room, but without bedbugs))
The food is monotonous, but the food is delicious.
Dishes are washed poorly due to the high workload of the staff.
In general, the staff of the boarding house tries to go to the meeting.
BUT! We paid for a new room with a sea view, but they put us in the old one.
If I had known in advance, I would have been morally ready for this.
The new building is apparently being outbid by those who travel for cash.
Therefore, about 40 people who booked rooms in the new building did not get there, since there are no places, but everyone's reservation was confirmed by the tour operator and canceled on the way to the boarding house!!!
Of the entertainment for children, there is one swing-carousel.
But I must say right away that the air is magical, the sea is clean, the beach is not loaded with vacationers, plus the boarding house has its own pebble beach.

The first time I was in Abkhazia, I went to a boarding house on the advice of a Tour operator, I also looked at the reviews, which are the very first, everything seems to be fine, but do not believe it. I won't go to Abkhazia anymore, it's a complete ruin, the attitude towards people is disgusting, like why did you come here, paid money, and why did you come. That's all they write bad about the boarding house, it's true, there are chickens, cows on the territory, the territory is not cleaned, the houses are old, everything in the houses is old, the dining room - it just brought me back to the USSR, the beach is not cleaned, it is not landscaped. Upon arrival, after seeing all this, I was shocked for the first day, then I began to look for advantages, I was at the sea all day, went to the springs, only to wash and spend the night in the room.

There is a farm on the territory - it smells of animals. The lights turn off every night, the Internet goes out. The light bulb in the hallway burned out - no one changed it. The furniture is all old and broken. I'm not going there anymore. But there are also advantages: they feed well, at home. We were given everything we were asked for: a change of linen, towels, a kettle, a wash basin.

We had a rest in August 2021, everyone was just shocked by the rooms, dirt, devastation, everything was in a depressing state, the administrator Aida behaved rudely!!! There was a TV in the room, but it was never provided to me. Besides, there was no water supply. I had to call the tour operator several times to get my issue resolved. The food was monotonous, on the 3rd day I was already tired. Of the advantages, only the smell of eucalyptus and the proximity of the sea. If you want to spoil your vacation, then welcome, I highly recommend this place.

(Fiasco only in Russian) . The service is not just zero , but minus one . It flows from the ceiling during the rain. Beach(full of diapers) . A place for eating, a dining room with a queue per kilometer. There is simply nothing for children . I do not recommend this place to anyone. I was there for 21 days when we left , I was happy .
