We rested in this boarding house from 23 to 29, but in fact from 24 to 28, it took 2 days on the road.

The beach is not well maintained, pins stick out of the concrete pier, there are no sun beds, there is no canopy from the sun, the territory is not well maintained, the new building stinks of sewage, the rooms are poorly cleaned, etc.
But all this is fine if there was somewhere to go, there was something to see. This boarding house is located in Kuevo Tutuyevo. If you are not driving, then there is absolutely nothing to do there. I don't know who writes rave reviews about this place, they probably get paid extra, but everyone I talked to there said that they came here for the first and last time.
It is very difficult to get there and get out of there ((we got there from the airport for 6 hours by transfer and from there for 5 hours.
If you hadn't bought a tour through a tour operator, you would have left immediately and without delay.

There is a toilet seat made of cheap worn plastic on the toilet.
The furniture in the rooms is acceptable. More decent than plumbing. The bedside tables are at an angle to the horizon. You put the cup down, it goes.
There are no cups in some rooms.
There are three sockets. One for the refrigerator, the other by the bed, and an extension cord by the window, if you pull it on, it will reach the kettle.

We rested in the boarding house for 10 days. A quiet, peaceful place for a family vacation. We took a suite in a new building, the view from the balcony to the sea is beautiful, the room is gorgeous. The staff is very responsive and attentive, they always try to anticipate expectations, not a single request was ignored (there is nothing to complain about). The kitchen is simple, but very tasty, the chefs are very smart. Special thanks to the owner of the boarding house Zaur, for his ability and diligence to create the most comfortable conditions, warm and sincere atmosphere for each vacationer. Only the best work for him!!!! Many vacationers return here from year to year. Huge beach and clear sea, no gutters and dirt. I really liked the thermal spring, it is within walking distance (15 min). The territory and rooms are cleaned daily. You can always join a planned excursion or organize your own, there are a lot of interesting and beautiful places. Of course, it's boring for young people, but if you organize some games after dinner (for example, "mafia"), then they will be able to get to know their peers there and it will be interesting for them. The suite has not been cleaned more than once in 12 days, the garbage was not taken out, toilet paper was not added-everything was bought and cleaned by themselves. We rested at the boarding house from July 22 to July 29, 2022. We arrived at night, there is no one from the administration. The caretaker placed it in a suite that is no different from the rooms in the cabins. At 12.00 they moved into a cottage, there are standard one and two-room rooms.
The room was on the ground floor, at the end of the boarding house, in the shade, so it smelled damp. We had a two-room one. At the entrance there is an entrance hall with a refrigerator and a closet. The toilet with shower is very small. Two rooms of about 16 sq. m., a living room in only one room and a TV. There is a double bed in each room + an extra bunk bed. The chair is broken, the cabinets are only for hangers, without shelves. One of the advantages is an electric kettle and Wi-Fi. I begged for blankets, at least for the children, because it was cool at night.
The food was good, homemade food. For breakfast, porridge, omelette, sausages, cheese, cottage cheese, tea, coffee. For lunch there are 2 types of the first, for the second two side dishes, pork and chicken, fresh vegetables, carrots, cabbage in Korean, compote, tea, bread. Nearby there are small cafes where you can eat barbecue, fish on coals.
There are many cottages on the territory of two and three storeys. At the end there is a laundry room, where you can change towels, toilet, garbage bags yourself.
Go down to the sea. There are wooden sun beds on the beach for free, plastic ones with a mattress and an umbrella - for a fee. But we went to the beach next to the boarding house. There were fewer people there and the water was cleaner. There are pebbles everywhere on the beach and if you have rubber slippers, then take them with you.
The boarding house is located in the village, there is especially nowhere to walk. We went to see the fortress, nothing interesting, just go there for 45 minutes. There were horses nearby, you could ride.
There are hot springs not far away, about 30 minutes walk away. My husband and I went, we really liked it. There are a lot of cows, bulls, goats, and pigs walking on the roads.
Of course, the boarding house is old, as it was built in the USSR, so everything remains. It takes about two hours to drive from the border to the boarding house. But it's even longer on the transfer. We drove for 4 hours until everyone was taken away. The border is also a separate story.
Of course, the air is awesome, there are eucalyptus trees and the sea all around. Many people come after covid to get treated. A lot of people come in their cars. They park near the houses.
Of course, I wanted to improve the quality of service in Abkhazia.

The territory is huge, the eucalyptus trees are beautiful, and that's it. No more pluses, just one fat minus. Dogs are running around, cows and a pig are roaming outside the territory. The buffet dining room is just trash. There is a huge queue, elderly people faint, 3 times in front of us. The corona virus is raging in the world. The capacity of the boarding house is about 400 people, and all 400 people put food on themselves with one spoon, a ladle, if they managed to stand in line, put food on themselves, which is the same day after day, but they really cook well, then the search begins for a place where to sit with this food. Since the places are limited. Well, in connection with the above, the rotovirus is recovering. Everyone is sick, from the small to the old. In this regard, please increase the number of toilets in the rooms, as sorry, diarrhea and vomiting are plentiful and one push is not enough for a family of 3 people. I don't understand where the good reviews of this nightmarish place come from, I was guided by the rating when choosing, and it was a mistake, good reviews are probably written by those who enjoy and rest in the trash, no other way, from the advantages of eucalyptus trees and springs-EVERYTHING!!!according to nutrition, you will not stay hungry, but the same thing and vegetables are practically not given (cucumbers and tomatoes every 3 days),there are no fruits, sweets either, the dishes in the dining room are terrible, chips, cracks and every second plate is poorly washed, flies in flocks, the staff may scold you for not we finished, the territory is abandoned, something is drained into the sea and there is constant foam on the surface, the deck chairs are old, wooden, and new ones cost 300 rubles a day, and then bring it yourself and take it back yourself, the rooms are a separate trash, you will not find such junk in the museum of local lore, and the most disgusting thing is the terrible smell dampness and mold, God forbid you close the window, you will suffocate, the situation in the new building is better with this, the manager is generally inadequate, he will find an argument for all your claims, and will not lift a finger, after our rest, friends still went, so in general it's a nightmare, their children in the dining room overreacted on the first day and they spent the whole vacation vomiting, when contacting the medical center, they found out that the floor of the sanatorium was lying with an abdominal disorder.They also turned to Zaur, asked him to poison the ants in the room, to which they heard another refusal to solve the situation, and to the claim that the windows would not close, he simply replied: "and what do you want!", the gym is indicated on the site, friends, this is a laugh, but this manager even closed the shade table and only his people went there to play, the game is complete, the attitude is as if you came to visit his house, and you are not welcome,it is very sad when such natural resources and places fall into the management of such people, this is the way to nowhere, if not for the tour operator "Dolphin", which drives tourists to them in packs, they would have died a long time ago, because no sane person will return here.

We rested in the "Eucalyptus grove" in winter, from January 2 to January 7. Immediately there were problems with the check-in. We booked a room in the new building, as there is a swimming pool in it. The administrator tried to move into the cottage, the issue was resolved only with the intervention of director Zaur Chantovich. What I liked: the room (in a new building), the building is located right on the seashore, the pool, the organization of excursions ...
I did not like it...The advertisement claims a massage room (this influenced our choice), there is none. More precisely, we were told that it works only in the summer season. There is no buffet either. If there is borscht for lunch, then only borscht. No options. Coffee is only the cheapest instant coffee, it is impossible to drink it. There is no milk at all. The rooms are not cleaned, from the word at all...I had to find the staff to ask for garbage bags or toilet paper. The boarding house is located in a remote village. It is very inconvenient to get there.
But! Thanks to Zaur Chantovich! He is a wonderful man, very friendly. He personally solves all the issues and problems that the guests have.
Nearby there are mud springs, for which many people come to this place.
I can't say that everything is bad, but I won't go to this place a second time.
