It's a pity that I contacted the travel agency before I read the reviews. We ordered 2 excursions from them. The first is that there is no Russian-speaking guide, just a driver who is silent all the way. One place was removed from the program, one was replaced, they still went to the main place. We were not taken during the tour in a Support car to the gnomoat cave (stated in the program), the driver threatened that she would go there. A safari was announced for the tour. It's a dead car, but it's like a safari. So, there was nothing, the driver said - I don't want to.
And for the second tour (green canyon) we got up early, the driver was supposed to pick us up at 7:50 a.m., we waited an hour, all the while trying to call support - in the end, they just didn't pick us up. In general, it's a disgusting company, I don't recommend it to anyone.

We were on 3 excursions from them, the prices are cheaper than all for a couple of dollars and they bring us to the same places. The drivers are punctual, everything was great! I was in Alanya in October. We took an excursion to Antalya old town, one of the vodopods was not shown on the website, they answered my question that they were not carrying it now, but the price was with this waterfall and they had not warned about it earlier, only in fact. The guide speaks almost no Russian, if it were not for his knowledge of English, then one would not even know where to go, where to return. The price for the tour is adequate, but the disadvantages cover it.

It's a disgusting office, the operator is rude.
We haven't contacted this company for a single year, there were minor details before, but this time we were just disappointed... the operator speaks very rudely, humiliating his own company (to the phrase that we are very upset with the organization this year, she replies that "it should have happened sometime" and something it's like you finally got it). The driver was 30 minutes late, and the operator was blatantly deceiving us that the driver had arrived and just hadn't seen us on a 1.5-meter-wide street. The tour was taken by paragliding, upon arrival at the place we were told to wait an HOUR in the basement, followed by a quote "because your company is deceiving you and selling flights more than possible." When asked by the operator of this company why we were not warned that such an expectation was possible, we received the answer that these were only our problems. As a result of waiting, before our eyes, one of the parachutists collapsed and crashed into the sea (with all the consequences, our guides got him out of the sea, as a result, the man was taken away by ambulance). Naturally, I didn't want to jump myself. After contacting the company, we were asked to arrange for us to be returned to the hotel. My eyes were popping out of my head from talking to this employee. The whole dialogue was based on us figuring things out on our own, these are our problems and she doesn't care at all. By the way, there was no promised Russian-speaking driver, the Paragliding workers spoke exclusively in Turkish (one of them in broken English, and as a result, they had a conversation with him). As a result, there was absolutely no help from the Ministry of Tourism operator, we waited until our turn jumped and left for the hotel. We ordered an excursion with departure at 10:00 and return at 13:30. In fact, they picked us up at 10:30 a.m. and returned at 3:10 p.m. I strongly do not recommend the company!

everything that is written in the description of the tour is a lie. And actually what we bought is a trip. There was no Russian-speaking guide at all. The driver came to pick us up, he barely speaks Russian. There was complete silence the whole way and the whole trip we had to guess ourselves or ask people where we were going. And the most terrible thing is the story of the change, which had to be kicked out of the driver right at the end of the trip. At the beginning, we gave him 100 euros, he did not give change, constantly muttered something to himself and said that he would give it back at the end of the trip, which was extremely inconvenient, because we were left without money for the whole trip and could not even buy souvenirs. Then, before the trip back, I ask him to give me the change to buy souvenirs, and he hands me $50. I do not agree, because I gave him euros, he turns on the fool, starts babbling in all languages, but with screams and scandal still returns my 50 euros, I barely have time to buy a souvenir on the boat, because the driver yells at me and threatens to leave without me. That's all right, the trip itself is good, but this is not an excursion, but a transfer to the place of boating and boating (the boat was old, although it was declared modern). Well, this driver is rude and a liar, he ruined everything.

On 10/29/2024, I ordered a paragliding flight in Istanbul from Minister Tours for 10/31/2024 (especially for my wife's birthday). The three of us planned to go, one person was supposed to fly. They announced that the shelves and the transfer for 3 people are 120 $. Moreover, the transfer is not from the hotel, but from a certain location. On 10/31/2024, an hour before the appointed time, it is reported that the price will not be $ 120, but $ 200. The employee who booked the event got something wrong. It turns out that the flight costs $ 50 and the transfer per person costs $ 50. Of course, we refused and apparently for good reason, now I read the reviews and was horrified. I asked for contacts and a location where to fly without their transfer, they promised to send me, because they messed up. As a result, no one sent anything. I do not recommend it.

I don't write reviews at all so that you can understand! But I'm not lazy here. We ordered a Pamukkale tour, were supposed to pick it up at 3 a.m., waited 3 to 5, no one arrived! They don't have any support, at least at night, they didn't pick up the phones and in the morning they wrote that they say the information didn't reach the driver and he stupidly left without us...... How so?????
It's a shame because it was the penultimate day . They said you can go to the hammam, the discount will be five dollars :))))) well, of course I said that he goes to the hammam at the beginning of his vacation. I talked to the vacationers, they said this office is not much in demand and a lot of people complain because they have shoals all the time! I asked the locals and showed them the badge of this office, too, they said it was better not to contact them! Well, I'll be smarter next time!!!!! Have a good rest!

I ordered a tour of the Taza Canyon and rafting, I really liked it.
We were taken there and back, drove an open-top car along mountain roads (I liked this part the most), visited all the indicated and promised places, rafted along a beautiful mountain river. And all for quite ridiculous money (there is only one delivery of tourists worth it).

A good office, they responded promptly to watsam, they also booked a tour to Cappadocia and paragliding, payment on site, well organized, prices are reasonable. The transfer for the tour is picked up from the hotel. The guide Ilyaz is just super, he told everything in detail, explained everything. I would like to have an audio guide issued, so that if you lag behind, you can hear what the guide is saying.

We ordered two excursions on 09/26/2023 and 09/28/2023:
the first sightseeing tour - but we were not provided with a guided tour of the old city;
the second is without a guide at all.
You can take the money, but you cannot provide the services you have declared.
You know more, your services are definitely not used.
Of course, I will not recommend it to my friends either, so as not to listen to all these cases and overlays of yours later.

We took an excursion to a Pirate ship. Children's animation was announced. In fact, there was no animation. The children were bored. In the end, one pirate came and drew an aquagrimm for several children and that was it.... Complete disappointment. The foam party is also a horror, the foam was turned on for 5-7 minutes, it was enough for 10-12 people. In general, I recommend this particular agency.There is something to compare it with. We took the same tour from the tour operator last year, there was a super animation there.

We ordered a Hamam from the district.Carried 20min.tk they are in Kundu.The hamam is weak,the cleaners, they are the masseurs of the Negroid race, inexperienced.one has a runny nose in addition.Anyone can stroke it.The room is tired .A faucet has been torn out in the women's locker room, the other one does not work.It's cool in the pool area, they put a mask on their face there.The whole situation is poor.The salt steam room didn't work.Of the whole procedure, only a part of washing the body with soap was more or less.I do not advise - $ 20 , 60 min (clean time - steaming 10 min,Washing 20 + massage 15 + mask putty 10 min, which you wash off yourself)And there is a lot of information that would still be imposed.which takes up personal time- sorry for the time.

I don't know who had it, how it was, I just went with them on the Sapader Canyon today, I liked everything! I can't say anything bad.
Transfer without delay, good bus with air conditioning.
All stops are according to the tour program, no extra fees, the reservation was confirmed within half an hour, and recommendations were given. The guide met me at the gate, clarified the name and hotel room, there were many Germans on the tour, the information was in German at first, and since I was the only one from Russia, the guide told me everything separately, they communicated absolutely normally in English and Russian.after the tour, the booking department wrote to the VA, they clarified how the tour went.
Last year I went on an excursion to Tazy Canyon from Pegasus tourist, to be honest, I did not feel the difference in organizational terms.
Therefore, from me personally, thank you to Minister Tours for the incredible emotions and impressions, I really love the Taurus Mountains, it was beautiful for me!!!
If you have rights and do not want to guess whether you are lucky or not, take a car and drive yourself, navigator to help, careful driving and Google beautiful locations. In 19, we went to Green Canyon like that!

We took several excursions, including to Cappadocia, we couldn't fly, there was a ban, but it wasn't their fault. Picked up from the hotel without delay. The minibus for 13 people was comfortable . The prices are pleasant. Payment upon arrival on the bus, without prepayment is reliable. Yes , there were changes in the schedule , but they warned about the changes during the day . The guides are good. Price/quality 5 points

Every word on the site is a lie. We ordered rafting from this company on a double kayak. We were picked up from the hotel at 08:20 in the morning, we went to the river only at 14:00. So then we were also told that a kayak was not booked for us) We were faced with the fact that we would go in a common boat or we could refuse the trip altogether when the money had already been given. And of course there are many more little things that completely do not correspond to the information on the site, ranging from a hundred times overpaid old boats, ending with a program that does not match the description.

My wife and I really liked it! Jamal, a very friendly and excellent Russian-speaking young man, is pleasant and unobtrusive. We went from them on a sightseeing tour of Alanya and a yacht trip (Captain Barsbossa's pirate ship), the prices are very pleasant! Thanks! The guide by the way, Timur, who leads the sightseeing and safari is very cool! Yes, you can buy a record for 20 bucks later, but it's not expensive, and it doesn't impose absolutely!
