Faced awful service (rudeness based on nationality) after asking waiters to stop smoking (people near to us smoked, inside the restaurant) as it's strictly prohibited in Yerevan now and I didn't expect this flavor when ordered expensive steaks. Definitely, they don't correspnd to the level they are positioning.

The establishment has a pleasant atmosphere, a convenient and colorful menu, comfortable tables far from each other. The staff is well versed in the menu, always ready to prompt. The main highlight of the kitchen, in my opinion, is steaks, although the appetizers also deserve attention.

Stylish interior, everything is harmonious, the tables are at a good distance from each other, the restaurant is not large, there is a second floor (open balcony) nice, but the restaurant is right by the road.
We ordered beef steaks. The size is very impressive, I would easily divide one steak into 2 meals)))

Tomahawk is a tougher meat.
I didn't like the potatoes, they had a strange taste and the crust was very hard. The service is good, the serving is perfect, we were sitting near the entrance, the door is open, so I asked for a blanket, they brought it and even threw it over my shoulders.
A huge selection of wines.
➖Of the cons: a kettle of tea costs 3000 drams and at the same time , the ingredients are not natural!! For example, tea with sea buckthorn or ginger, does not contain these products, syrup is added! For 3000 drams, it was possible to cut several slices of ginger so that the tea was natural.
This does not correspond to the level of the restaurant, not by price category, not by status.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the management of the Fabrika restaurant for the unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of the manager of Satenik.
We came to the restaurant to celebrate an important event. I called in advance and informed them that we would be with the child, and asked them to put us away from the door because it was cold outside and the wind was blowing. However, contrary to the preliminary agreement, we were seated right in front of the door.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction, Manager Satenik said she hadn't talked to us and added: "but no one opens the door." If the management is really interested in the situation, please use the cameras to check how many times the door has opened and closed during this time.
In fact, Satenik tried to shift the responsibility onto a colleague with whom I had spoken in advance, and instead of offering a more comfortable place, she offered a table for two under the wall. It is unclear what his function is then, if he is not responsible for what happened.
He said that in about half an hour the table would be vacated and we would be transported. An hour has passed, but nothing has changed. In the end, we just paid and left, unable to celebrate our event properly.
I will also note that the waiter has tried several times to approach and suggest options, but this is not his function. However, he was trying to help, unlike the manager, who showed indifference.
I hope that the management will take this matter seriously, and other customers will not be treated like this, so that the restaurant's rating will not drop.

I recommend it to everyone who likes to eat delicious food! The service is excellent, the prices are affordable. They cook quickly, the atmosphere is modern. I really liked the serving of the dishes! Very good steaks are cooked right at the table. Shrimp on ice is also delicious and beautiful!

Disgusting service and steaks. Medium well was brought overcooked and over-salted. Even at my place, it turns out much better in a frying pan.
We waited for the serving for half an hour, when the steaks arrived and the waiter served them on the table - the fat from the board dripped onto my lap, but the waiter didn't care. Then this fat flowed onto the table and the white tablecloth - passing waiters and hostesses didn't care about this puddle)
With regard to steaks - I ordered rib eye, my husband ordered tibon - the dishes were bad, super thin and greasy. There was not even a hint of a medium well. Just overcooked chops.
The asparagus in the cheese sauce was terrible - it felt like it had just been defrosted and thrown into diluted hines sauce heated in a frying pan.
Of course, no one asked at the end if we liked everything or not. I strongly recommend that the restaurant management review the level of service and cuisine. The price does not match the quality at all.
I do not recommend visiting.

The restaurant is at the beginning of Saryan, where one of the highest concentrations of food in Yerevan is. Steaks are a local specialty, you can look at their dry aging in the refrigerator, open to the views of the hall. But I won't write anything about them)
The reference hummus, mutabal and aivar (or some of its Middle Eastern relatives) and (even if I was just lucky) the perfectly calculated amount of bread and chips for this volume of snacks.
Chili soup (well, damn, I'm still finishing the meze...)
is spicy! It's even strange that they didn't warn me. If it's a little sharp for me, then for someone it will be "liquid fire". Meat in every spoon, we did not regret it. I expected the broth itself to be a little thicker, but the soup is full of meat and vegetables, except for the expected sweet peppers and corn, an unexpected carrot. Even carrots are very good.
Burger. Flat, comfortable, for some reason they pierced it with a stick - why? He's not tall with you, he wouldn't fall apart anyway. And now there is a hole in the bottom bun, which begins to quickly turn into a leak for the sauce.
A specialized place, and the roasting of the cutlets is not specified. Medium well, still juicy, but already quite gray. Alas, the burger was disappointing. I appreciate when rolls are able to reliably hold all the ingredients, but then they overdid it - you take the first bite, and that's it... just a loaf.
Unfortunately, everything is very bland. Bland cutlet, bland white sauce. Thin slices of pickled cucumber can't change anything anymore.
Caesar. It doesn't smell like anchovy, but apparently it's time to get rid of thoughts about anchovies. Soft salad leaf in sauce, cheese, hot turkey slices, cherry. Bread chips without a trace of garlic. They would definitely have to be redone.
The ribs were served in a cut form, there is a suspicion to disguise that there was not an entire portion of one plate. Well-made ribs, but as if 5 minutes of preparation were not enough for them - in a couple of places the meat resisted and did not want to part with the bone. @syrovarnya_yerevan is better )
And the steaks? Well, as for steaks, I always prefer pork to steak. Go ahead and try the steaks)
The burger upset me, but everything else I tried sets me up for a positive. Four, but with a plus!

I come to Armenia for the local unimaginable cuisine, so this restaurant was suitable for one time.
