The hotel is located 35- 40 min.from the airport, there is an opportunity to walk around the city of Ajman, visit the museum, a wide and beautiful embankment, on the opposite side there are many different restaurants (Russian-speaking staff), maganchikov.
The hotel itself is good for a relaxing family holiday, the rooms have everything you need, a clean bay, a volleyball field, a heated swimming pool, a gym, a spa.
The restaurant's menu is varied, there is no such gluttony as in hotels in Turkey, but there is enough for every taste.
The only negative is the waiters ..., they walk for a long time, carry for a long time and forget about the order on the way. Although, there are a couple of waiters very attentive and helpful. Well done. Handsome.
Cocktails at the pool bar aren't great either... do not top up alcohol, a lot of ice, for the cost that they cost... this is simply unworthy of this hotel. Spoils the whole impression.

A chic hotel! I want to go back there again and more than once. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day, of course there are small shoals, such as a broken USB socket plug, but this is a trifle. The food is very diverse, we always left there dragging our stomach on the floor 🤣

The hotel may be a five, but it's simple. The sea, because of the stones at low tide, is just a puddle with a bunch of algae. Many rooms have a problem with air conditioning (the temperature is not regulated). The food is very simple for the five. One thing pleases - the liquor store is nearby.
Clear three stars! Food for 3 clear! The beach plus or minus is good, but the Beach Bar is a game with queues. The rooms are large, but with a smell))
The staff in the restaurant does not have time to serve and clean up This is a problem for them.

Cool hotel. Polite staff, great food, buffet.Cool view. We were in January and it was cool, there was a strong wind. The pool is not particularly warm.
The worst vacation of my life! And the most extreme ((
It all started with check-in: the flight was overnight, on the road with a child for more than 12 hours, I wanted to get to the room as soon as possible. The reception asked for a voucher (which was sent after booking and payment!!! two months before check-in), provided, there were no questions at the reception, the documents were filled out, they said that as soon as the number was ready, they would immediately dial. Yeah , of course - when I didn't have the strength to wait, I didn't go to the reception - the key was lying on the table and no one was even going to call.
Room: we had a two-room room. The door is one that leads to the bathroom, which is separated from the bedroom by a transparent screen, the shower room also has a transparent stall. So-so option for a family with children, especially teenagers. The bed is attached for a child- it is impossible to sleep, the springs dig into the body, as a result, the child slept on the sofa.
Food: what a quest ! Every day, when you go into a restaurant, they ask you for the room number (apparently because not everyone has all inclusive and they don't give you any bracelets on your hand), they come up several times during a meal to ask for the number - it's called bon appetit, every time they order the same pepsi or water, they ask for the room number. Yes, they will also ask you if it is exactly all inclusive!!! The food is monotonous, and the funniest thing is that the same red fish for breakfast is hidden from the residents !!!(I knew about the fish from the reviews and purposefully searched for it, I found it only on the 3rd day - it is hidden behind the showcase, where I make an omelet and cuts into pieces after the request). I won't say that fruit, wine, the same tea:at the end, they brought it 10 minutes later and then, after the remark. The dishes also had to be checked for cleanliness. In general, the food is far from a 5-star hotel, just like everything else. And yes: check out of the room at 12:00, we had an individual transfer from the hotel at 15:00 - attention !!!! The child and I were not allowed to have lunch!! I had to order pizza at the bar for 72 dirhams ($20)!!!
The beach: small, not very clean, the first time in a 5-star hotel I faced the fact that at 9:30 in the morning!!! there were no beach towels for several days in a row !!! The only thing is that the sun beds are comfortable (but in places shabby). By the way, there are wild cats on the beach that crawl over your clothes and towels while you swim in the sea or have lunch.
Swimming pool: small for very small children and one larger , depth 1.25 m. Steam water. The tile is falling apart, not very nice (The entrance to it is only from the side of the hotel.
Cleaning: the horror is wild. On arrival, there are papers for the sofa. The dust feels like during our entire vacation of 12 nights, and maybe even before our vacation, no one wiped (in the photo a week later, everything is perfectly visible).
And the most unforgettable thing that turned me away from the UAE for the rest of my life, after dinner at 18:30 after 8 days of rest!!! They approach us from the reception and inform us that there is no payment for our room ! And we have until tomorrow !! To the question of how we could be given a voucher , how we could be settled and not say a word about the lack of money - we did not receive an adequate answer . I asked to call the manager to explain what was going on and how it happened (manager Khaled AL Kurdi !!!!) - I got only screams for my questions !!!the staff doesn't care about the guests.
As it turned out, the Dubai company Remal al Emarat, having received our money, transferred 20% of the cost to the hotel, promising that the rest of the amount would be transferred upon arrival. And when the hotel administration could not withhold the rest of the amount from the tour.agency, they decided to rip them off from us. Therefore, if you still decide to visit this hotel, it is better to clarify before arrival whether they have received the money.
Of the small, but pluses: there are a lot of beautiful installations at the reception and in the corridors, it was especially beautifully decorated for Ramadan. But, there is no lobby bar!!!
All rooms have a view of the beach.
Toilet accessories are good (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, calf lotion -updated every day). The room has a kettle, capsule coffee maker with everything you need, slippers, towels, bathrobes, hairdryer, iron. Drying for things was found on the last day in the closet))
The biggest plus: the Persian Gulf! He was the only one who could brighten up this wild horror ! Lifeguards, by the way, are very vigilant on the beach and control everyone in the water. And of course animator Anastasia, special thanks to her: at least someone from the hotel staff does not care about the guests.
This is 3 stars, maximum! One of the advantages is its wide beach and a gentle entrance to the water. That's it! The beach itself is very dirty, cigarette butts, bottles, bags, large stones. The beach has not been cleaned once in all 3!!! weeks. The rooms are spacious with a view of the bay, but the furniture and plumbing are very tired. Towels and bed linen are worn out. But the biggest disappointment is the food. Monotonous, inedible, very spicy, there is no seafood at all, normal cheese and vegetables (glass tomatoes and limp cucumbers). The children's menu is just a nightmare: giant dry pasta, peppered cutlets and mashed green peas. There are no children's dishes, appliances. Of all the staff, a couple of people work normally and they are immediately visible. The rest wander around like sleepy flies without even trying to do anything. After bad reviews, a team of animators was invited, but they do not have any equipment for carrying out activities, except for a ball and paints) The kids' club is a tiny room with dusty toys and a babysitter who speaks only English. The playground is not illuminated, the carousels are worn out, the swing was simply removed. The general impression is the frustration of the money spent on this (They wanted to transfer it to another place, but, of course), the hotel does not refund the money.
Rest according to the All inclusive system. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and free drinks throughout the day are included. There are no free snacks. The food is monotonous, quite tasty. But without frills. There is no seafood. From fruits only watermelon, pineapple, apples, kiwi. The service is sluggish in the restaurant - you often have to order drinks several times-the waiters either do not fit or forget about the order. The rooms are large and comfortable. They clean well. The beach is dirty-during the week of our arrival it has not been cleaned once. Broken shells, bottle caps, and so on are lying around. The inflatable water park declared by the hotel does not function, it lies deflated on the beach. In the evenings, there is nothing to do at the hotel. No entertainment. The only playground is dark and empty. WIFI is weak. Only in ltbbi I pulled a video conference.My overall impression is that the hotel saves on everything and is not worth the money. Boring. I talked to the management, asked them to return the money and move to another hotel. They promised to think about it and did not get in touch again.
The hotel has a change of owner and the level of service has dropped significantly. But the hotel itself (the food, the condition of the rooms) is excellent.
