The hotel is extremely mediocre, there is no animation, the food is monotonous and boring, it does not pull on the declared "all inclusive", rather a boarding house. The view from the room is the sea, very beautiful and calm, in this hotel almost all rooms have a sea view. The hotel has animation. Children's animation, animators Nastya and Dasha, funny and very nice girls. My daughter is very attached to Nastya, she is a person with a huge heart, gives her love to all children. Children's animation: drawing, aquagrim, children are crazy about him and of course a children's disco. At the weekend there was a fire show on the street, Arab dances. More people like Islam and Nastya, the hotel will grow. Only because of them I want to come back!!! What we didn't like: this food is very poor, there is no choice, it's the same every day, at breakfast - you have to beg for red fish, it's some kind of horror. We were vacationing for the May holidays, a mother with two children aged 15 and 9.
I'll start with the pros; good comfortable rooms, not without shabbiness and wear. But in general, the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. Although we had to move because of the background carpet and upon check-in we were given a room with a view of a nearby hotel where football was played on the roof, at 23:00 everything was heard in the room. Keep this in mind!
Cleaning, towels, availability of water in the room without complaints.
For all other issues, there are just solid minuses, the food is disgusting, the fruit is a laugh and that's all, there is no animation, sports events once a day - water charging, the beach was not cleaned after strong waves, there is nowhere to walk around the hotel and there is nothing to see, the embankment that is advertised like that is simply not there. Shops along the road with something, with something!
The only thing you can use is a hotel shuttle that takes you twice a day (by appointment) to the Dubai Mall, but from there you can rush anywhere. In conclusion, I will say that this hotel does not match its stardom.

All inclusive - you can't call it at all. The staff is 95% English-speaking, two people at the reception and the owner of the shop on the territory know Russian. Huge + for all services, you can pay with a union pay card. In general, it is quiet and calm, for some, probably boring and monotonous. Here, in my opinion, who prefers what kind of rest, but the company here is definitely not a good rest!
Despite everything, I liked the hotel. Design, comfort of the room, views of the bay, cozy balcony. Breakfast may not be for overeating, but you won't stay hungry.
