We were at the hotel on 06-19.10.2024, from level 5* only the price. We do not recommend visiting: the construction site next to the hotel, the low level of service, the rooms are not bad, but tired, the food does not shine with variety. The beach and the sea are good. We waited 7 hours for check-in, the staff does not give any information - whether it is possible to check in earlier, for example, by paying extra, or having lunch, or how and where to spend the waiting time, they did not inform you about the infrastructure and food at the hotel; they will not even offer you a sip of water, buy everything yourself. They were not settled in a reserved room, they were moved after 3 days of constant requests. Some rooms smell damp and musty.
A luxury hotel on the shores of the Persian Gulf!
The rooms are large and clean. The staff is working very well!
The breakfast is delicious, there is something for every family member.
The pool is cooled, but there is no shade where you can hide on a hot summer day.
I really liked the Turkish cuisine restaurant on the ground floor!
We have been staying at the hotel since 10/27.24 The hotel itself is excellent, good rooms, timely high-quality cleaning. All rooms have a view of the bay. We have the 14th floor, just a fairy tale)
In the room there is a capsule coffee machine, water, etc
The food in the hotel is so-so, to put it mildly, there is little variety) but you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure either. But there is a big disadvantage, you have to stand in line!!! For breakfast 5-10 minutes, for dinner 30 minutes or more, if you have more than 2 people.
Well, the biggest disappointment for us is the lack of free sunbeds after 9.00!!! The administration is not doing anything about it, unfortunately.
Seats are occupied from 7.00. Towels were laid on the sand 🤷♂️
This is the first time I've come across this, we always rest in tents)
I definitely won't come back and I don't advise you.
The rooms are nice and cozy, but there are moments of fatigue in both the rooms and the hotel) A good budget five 💪 the cleaning is superficial, the staff is honestly a bomb, the beach is great, the sea is great, the food is well, to be honest, everything is greasy(damn, I write like a man 🤣🤣🤣) and so everything is super
The hotel is at the 5-star level. Very good service, housekeeping,"aerobatics" the guys are just great!!!! Everything says that all the staff is trying very hard to provide their guests with a great vacation. The location is very advantageous, a wide strip of beach, despite the busy hotel, there are always free sun beds, thanks to the service on the beach. The food is varied, you can always choose what is interesting. We are very satisfied with the rest. All services are working perfectly! I highly recommend the hotel for a vacation.
A beautiful, stylish hotel with a beautiful snow-white beach, breakwaters, the territory is very well maintained. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and even more. The staff is very pleasant, but mostly English-speaking. The food was also good, especially the pastries. I had half board, be prepared that in this case breakfast is not included on the day of check-in and it must be paid separately. Check-in due to heavy workload takes place before 14.00. At this time, the staff offers to place things in the storage room, change clothes in a comfortable ladies' room by the beach, where there are also showers and so on. I was pleased with the availability of a free shuttle service daily to Dubai Mall and back, at 10.30 and 12.30 departure from the hotel.
A great hotel, its own beach, rooms are spacious, clean, bed linen is changed every day. The buffet is just great. There is a transfer from the hotel to the Dubai Mall. There is always a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. We had a wonderful rest.
Pros the hotel itself, its architecture, location, cool beach, there are enough places for everyone, a variety of places to sunbathe, a good pool cons, except for charging, there is no entertainment, update music, the kitchen is monotonous, few fruits are far from shops
We stayed at the hotel in January 2025, according to the system, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks other than alcoholic were included. You won't stay hungry, there's enough food. We liked the hotel very much and were satisfied. Fresh rooms, good food, comfortable beach. Special thanks to the animator girls, they managed to do aquagrim, yoga, and water aerobics everywhere.
A good 5-star hotel, an excellent Junior Suite with a large balcony and a beautiful panoramic view of the Persian Gulf. Polite staff, good breakfasts, comfortable territory with a nice beach.
The hotel is good, and it has its pros and cons. Excellent location. All Windows overlook the sea. The rooms... everything seems to be fine, but there are comments on cleaning, though not critical. He holds a high place in our personal rating. There were also disadvantages. We talked about everything in detail on our YouTube channel and VK "Renat and Elvira LIFE".
The hotel is chic, the staff is helpful. The construction site is really 24/7, at first we were given a room directly on it, at the request, without question, we changed the room to another one. The food is very tasty (shrimp, squid, shashalyki, lula... high), cola, sprite, fanta in iron jars, towels for the sea and pool are always clean, beds are comfortable))) in general, every day of rest, I enjoyed my choice))) We did not lose. Although I was choosing between this and the next hotel.
By the way, a lifeguard is constantly on duty on the beach and actually saw how he ran and helped the man when he was thrown onto the rocks.
A gorgeous hotel. Inside and out, everything is very beautiful with 5 stars.
We took full board - the choice of food is very poor and monotonous, obviously not 5 stars. The waiter always comes up and asks what to bring - a choice of juice, gas, water, tea, coffee. The rooms are cleaned daily. But in 7 days they never vacuumed the carpet or dusted the cabinets and tables, which is strange. In the room there are slippers, bathrobes, hair dryer, scales, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, bottled water (2 bottles per guest), refrigerator, tea bags, coffee capsules, sugar, coffee machine, kettle, disposable cups, 1 body towel for each, 1 hand towel for each Everyone, there's a bath mat for their feet. It is impossible to use a hair dryer, the temperature is not regulated, the air is very hot. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a bathtub. The pillows smell damp.
The sand on the beach where the water does not reach is prickly, there is garbage, basques, a lot of shells, it is not comfortable without shoes. Where the water reaches , there is soft , comfortable sand . There are few sun beds, if you do not take a sunbed in the morning, it will be difficult to find. Towels are not tired, large, they are given out without restriction. There are mattresses on the sun beds.
The staff is pleasant, smiling, help with any questions.
Check-in at 15 o'clock, our room was ready at 14-30. We arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock, changed clothes in the toilet and went to the sea.
There is 1 transfer to Dubai Mall and 3 to Ajman City Center - you need to make an appointment in advance. The bus departs for Dubai at 11 o'clock. Lunch starts at 12-30. For us, the transfer to Dubai was not convenient. We took a taxi.
Dinner until 22-30.
A pool with warm water, not deep, 125 cm. There is a pool for kids nearby.
A great beautiful hotel, a beach with white sand, smooth smooth access to the sea, there are always free sun beds, the territory is not large, but very cozy, an adult and children's pool, a beach restaurant, and a bar right in the pool. The rooms are beautiful, stylish, large, huge bathrooms with shower and bathtub separately, all cosmetics in the bathroom are always replenished, there is also body lotion, toothbrushes, paste, hats, cotton pads and ear sticks, shampoo, conditioner, in general, absolutely everything you need. The rooms have a coffee machine, tea, water, iron and ironing board. We were also pleased with the downy soft pillows)). TV with Russian channels. Cleaning daily. The food is varied, everything is very tasty, there is something new every day. In the main restaurant, a girl with a beautiful voice sings in the evenings, and in the afternoon there is entertainment in the pool for everyone. Fitness, gym, bars, etc. In general, I highly recommend it. After all, Fairmont is a chain of hotels, they keep the brand. Well done!!!
A lovely, very beautiful hotel. Beautiful pools, gorgeous beach, first line. Aquaerobics and yoga classes are held. Near the walking street Ajman Marina, fountain, embankment, pebbles, shops, alcohol market. We had a great rest!
This is a great hotel. It is located on the very shore of the bay. A large territory, a huge number of places to relax and suit every taste. Good food, friendly staff, there are Russian-speaking administrators.
There are many shops and restaurants in the city where you can eat relatively inexpensively and deliciously.
My wife and I really like it. Every year, for six years in a row we have been going here on vacation. I highly recommend it.
A small, cozy hotel, all rooms with sea views. Everything is clean and beautiful, there are always fresh flowers at the reception, pleasant perfumes. Very helpful staff. The view from the room is gorgeous.
I rested alone from 12.10 to 19.10.2024 the hotel is good, not all rooms have balconies, I was initially given a room without a balcony, the problem was solved quickly settled in a nice room with a balcony. The food is good, everything is in abundance. I'm shooting a star for the beach. If you come to the beach later than 10.00 o'clock, you will not find a place, because it is very hot under the umbrella. Once I came and took a place in the sun, since there was nothing else free, I put a towel on for 5 minutes and went to get water, so I watch the picture as a neighbor drags my chaise longue with my towel). I identified a problem at the reception. The employee immediately decided to help me, went to the beach with me, found a chaise longue somewhere and put me in the sun(. Otherwise, everything is fine.
We were in the UAE for the first time and stayed at this hotel. I liked everything. Good service, delicious food. A great beach, you could always find a free chaise longue. I went to stretching and yoga: it's fine. But in a bar on the beach, the waiter suddenly began to ask for an advance payment, they did not write down expenses to the room. We went to get a map. Conla the next day with us, the British were given everything without problems without payment, we were outraged: why is there such a different approach to customers. The receptionist came and apologized, but they didn't go to the bar anymore. The sediment remained. The room was cleaned every day, it was clean.
On the plus side: the quality of the food, the food is delicious. The alcohol is not bad, the beer is decent. The beach is super, the entrance is perfect for children. The bathroom in the room is huge.
Cons: the choice of food is not great. Ala Card restaurants seem to be included in all inclusive, but in fact, to eat there, you will give 100-300 extra derham.
Waiters, this is something!!! They come up once, and then just walk around turning their face away. Even if the waiter comes up and tells him to come over in 2 minutes to order, he won't come! Lit up on camera that came up to the table and then run after him. It's like they're being taught to turn away so you don't order another drink. Other people take it off the table, they can't make an order.
A playground and everything related to entertainment for children, this is more likely not there than it is. I have a better playground in my country. Coffee sucks.
Even in this hotel, you need to pull everything out with ticks from the staff, for example, that at dinner you can order potatoes and nuggets for a child, we learned from the Internet.
The baby's bed was put on the third day after the fourth request.
Bottom line: the hotel is not bad, the sea and the quality of the food compensate for the strangely mediocre service. As they say, it will roll with beer.
A great hotel - nice spacious rooms, beautiful design, a decent Swede (life hack - if you want red fish for breakfast, you need to ask the cook who cooks eggs).
We were in extreme heat, so we practically did not leave the pool, but the animators did not let us get bored there either. Although to be honest, these activities are not for me.
There are good restaurants and cafes nearby, and excellent Turkish coffee with sweets is served right across the street. There is also an alcohol store in the next building (yes, it is sold in Ajman, but it is not poured in restaurants, it is only for tourists). There are small shops, an amusement park and a local market where they can cook excellent fish in the morning.
I recommend it!
We were at Fairmont Ajman 5*, a few years ago. Then I had a very pleasant impression. Arriving now at the end of September, we were amazed at how much the level of the hotel has decreased. The service, the restaurant resembles a dining room. The staff is poorly trained. The level of culture of the waiters leaves much to be desired .The food does not correspond to the 5* of the hotel. There has never been a sea of food. Under this name, they offered chopped crab sticks and small remnants of something gray floating in a broth of the same color. The lack of sea products can be experienced if there was a variety of at least fish and meat. There is always chicken in different types and beef of the same type. And this is not my preconceived opinion. This is the opinion of many vacationers that very meager and not varied dinners. Previously, many foreign guests came here, there were very few Russians. There are practically no foreigners now. They prefer Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our compatriots have been taking sun beds since 7 a.m. and leaving...It was not possible to imagine such a thing before. After breakfast, you could come and sit where you like. The advantages include the beach, pool and rooms all with sea views. We were surprised by the cleaning of the room. The bed is made, towels are changed every 3 days. Toiletries if necessary. The carpet and floor have not been vacuumed in 2 weeks at any time. And you can survive it, but this is not a 5* hotel level. Large , nice rooms , beautiful views , balconies with glass view panels , the sea, the sun did not let you spoil your vacation !
My wife and I rested at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel in mid-September 2024. We were in the Emirates for the first time. Therefore, of course, the first impression was created primarily by this hotel. Like the Emirates and Fairmont Ajman, they welcomed us hospitably, as warmly and conducted us, filling our luggage with Arabic sweets and goodies, impregnating our clothes with the scent of the sea and the hot sun.
I must say right away that we liked: the attitude of the staff (all very friendly and positive, and sincerely, it makes a good impression against the background of contrast with the atmosphere we are used to), food, the beach, the condition of the rooms and so on.
Good professionals at the reception, stylish, discreet, polite, open. All are English-speaking. It is desirable to know English here, at least at a basic level. One manager, Yasin, speaks Russian more or less well. A very nice young man. Quite unexpectedly, he settled us in a two–room superior room instead of the standard one booked (I will immediately make a reservation that all rooms, including standard ones, are spacious and comfortable, with sea views). We lived in a huge room with a private balcony and terrace, two bathrooms, a living room and a bedroom. The view of the Persian Gulf and the surrounding area is fantastic, especially at sunrise and sunset. The furniture in the living room is a little tired, but everything is very clean (top–level cleaning) and very decent.
As for food, there is enough of everything, except, perhaps, fish and some sea delicacies, it was a little surprising, after all, the country is located at sea, however uncritical. The variety of dishes is slightly less compared to Turkey, and All Inclusive is different – not 24 hours and not always, everywhere and everywhere. However, in my opinion, such a system is less harmful to health, so we felt great.
The huge building of the hotel looks out to the sea. Spacious sandy beach, comfortable swimming pool. Comfortable places need to be occupied in the morning, because there are a lot of vacationers, but you will not stay without a place at all, it will just not be under an umbrella and somewhat to the side.
The sea was warm, sometimes even too warm, like fresh milk. At low tide in the evening, the hotel staff could write some kind of congratulations on the sand, wish them a good day. It looks beautiful.
There is no evening program here, from the word at all. It was unusual for us. You can entertain yourself only in some hotel bar, but we walked around the city, fortunately, everything is nearby, including the port area nearby and next to it a wonderful walking area with cafes, benches and other things. There are a lot of shops nearby (and practically no one imposes anything on you). But in the evening it is very stuffy, high humidity. Therefore, the best place after walking is in the hotel lobby, which is huge, beautiful and cool.
Before leaving for the hotel, we were warned that check-in after 15.00, so there will be no breakfast and lunch on this day, and on the day of departure we will be fed only breakfast. In fact, we were fed dinners both on the day of arrival and on the day of departure. No problem at all. Thanks again to Yasin.
If you specifically look for flaws in the hotel, then, of course, you can find something. But they were all insignificant. We had a great rest, an important role was played by the very positive energy and sincere kind attitude of the hotel staff – at the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach and everywhere. In general, the Emirates is a very positive country. We have the most pleasant impressions of scale, luxury, modernity, technology and energy (Dubai is, of course, a separate song, not even a song, but an anthem!). Well, from the heat, and from the sea, of course.
If you go in a good mood, the country will respond in kind. See you, Emirates! Have a good rest!
All rooms have views, a large beach, a large pool, if you do not look for a specific sunbed (round or 4 nearby), then there are always enough sun beds (three nearby were always found at 11 o'clock and at 14) the food is boring, Take only breakfast, check-in is almost always after 12-00 they do not settle earlier, the staff is friendly He always tries to understand what exactly you are trying to say in a mixture of Russian-English-Albanian.
We were in July. Before that, we rested all the time in Dubai. I really liked the hotel. There may not be as much food as in Turkey, it is not necessary, but it is enough to try something new every day. The rooms are clean and beautiful. And the bathroom is generally a beauty. The staff is simply top notch. The territory is cool. Compact, but beautiful. The beach is gorgeous. Thank you for a great vacation.

The location of the hotel is excellent, not far from the airport, it takes 30-40 minutes to drive, Dubai is close for an excursion. In the evening you can take a walk, there are cafes, shops, and the embankment museum nearby. The room was nice and spacious. There is a bathroom, a shower room, a balcony. From the window you could watch the Persian Gulf, and in the evening you could see spectacular sunsets. The staff is polite and very helpful. We were satisfied with the food, the restaurant does not have a huge selection, but everything is delicious and homemade. In the morning there was fish, omelette, pancakes, porridges, dried fruits, etc. There is a swimming pool on the territory, we swam in the pool a couple of times, and mostly swam in the sea.The sea was hot, we were in June, and the weather was hot. Overall, I liked the hotel, I would go back there again.
A good hotel, we stayed for the second time, very convenient location, everything is nearby, excellent access to the sea, first line, good beach. The staff speaks Russian, but there was no need, and so everything is extremely simple and understandable. Excellent breakfasts, delicious and varied. The only negative thing is that the hotel has raised prices compared to last year and this is not an italicized difference with the dollar, has it become more expensive in foreign currency?! If this continues, we will look for a replacement for the hotel.
The hotel is the lowest class. Everyone is friendly and friendly. Cleanliness, beauty. The sea is clear. It's warm. We were in October. The food, I think, does not match. Fruits, you can say no. Soups are not delicious. Salads are monotonous. The wine is not bad
The beach is wonderful sand, wide, comfortable sun beds with a soft surface. Swimming pool with bar, all kinds of drinks, including alcoholic. The staff is friendly and helpful.
In short, the hotel is just a fairy tale! We are from Moscow, we went from November 6 to November 16. To say that we were delighted with the hotel is to say nothing.
Background: when we took the tour, we chose the hotel very painstakingly, read the reviews, but for some reason there were people at each hotel who were dissatisfied. Sometimes there is little variety in their food, then there are few towels, in general, it turned out to be not so easy to choose. We decided, it wasn't, let's go here, every hotel has enough bad reviews.
To our surprise, the hotel exceeded all expectations: the cleanest rooms, water is brought to the room, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day. The view from the room is on the sea, we admired the sunsets every day, it was nice to go out on the balcony. They even found out about us that we were newlyweds, and they brought us a cake to the room, as if they congratulated us on our honeymoon, it was very nice! :)
The beach is the most gorgeous on the coast: there is a breakwater, so you can swim with caution even in a light storm. The water is the purest. Rescuers are constantly walking around, monitoring the situation. They don't allow you to take pictures on the rocks at the helipad. For this respect, they think about people. They are kicked out of the water after sunset, because it is already becoming dangerous to swim.
There are always plenty of sun beds, we could take two sun beds by the pool even at 11 o'clock quietly. To have a choice, we came before breakfast, chose which ones we like best, put our things.
We had breakfast and dinner, dinner could be changed for lunch. One day we went on an excursion and were warned that we would not have time for dinner. We were quietly rescheduled for the next day. The food is excellent and varied. Those who write that the food is bad, I don't know what you eat at home, maybe you live on Rublevka, eat seafood and lobsters every day? There was everything you needed for breakfast: eggs of 3 types (scrambled, boiled, and omelet could be made with fillings), pancakes, waffles, a bunch of different jams, chicken and beef ham, also in 3-5 variations, salted fish for a sandwich, 3-4 types of cheese, croissants, toast, fruits and vegetables, porridge, tea, coffee, juices. What else do you need for breakfast, I don't understand? For dinner it is stable: 1 type of fish, 3 types of meat, a bunch of vegetables and fruits (there were both separate vegetables, they had butter, and in a salad). Of the side dishes there was mashed potatoes, pasta, stable rice, potatoes in curry / turmeric (I didn't understand honestly what, but it was delicious). Children could choose dishes from this diet. In general, do not listen to those who scold food here, they realized from their own experience that this is nonsense.
For lunch, we often went to Ajman Marina, there are a lot of cafes, there is a Turkish and a French coffee shop, or we ate at the Italian restaurant in the hotel (Gioia was somehow called that). Pizza, pasta, salads are delicious. It is cooked in the same kitchen as the buffet.
We also walked in the evening often in Ajman Marina, if you go from the hotel to the left, there were always all sorts of Arab carnivals, fairs, etc. It's just better to dress modestly, there are a lot of locals there. We also went to the tennis court at the hotel in the evenings. It can be booked at the counter where towels are distributed.
In general, we were satisfied with the rest, we will definitely come again! :) At the end, I attach several photos of the room and the hotel as a whole.
A great hotel! Wonderful clean beach with golden sand, azure sea. Good-natured staff, always ready to help solve any issue. Delicious and varied cuisine. Dubai is 35 km away. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel twice a day. But there is another trick! For some, maybe the main one))) There is an alcohol market almost around the corner! Which is very rare for the Emirates.
I really liked the hotel, everything is clean, the staff is responsive and attentive enough, but once again they do not climb. There are Russian speakers, if anyone is relevant. I am a native English speaker, English was more relevant to me :) the contingent is different, there are Europeans (British, Germans, there was a couple from Australia, there are not very many Russians, but there are), also from Thursday evening local people with wives and children stop by, here they are noisy horror.
The pool bar is cool, we had all inclusive, alcohol is also included in the bar and at lunch and dinner, but it wasn't relevant to me either. You won't be interrogated for coffee at the pool bar, you asked for 3 days, promised and didn't bring it.
There is a local buffet-style restaurant, also after 22:00 you can eat in hotel restaurants, I liked the Turkish restaurant, very tasty! We haven't been to Italian, pizza at night is harmful))
The pool is good, with cooling, at +45 in the afternoon is very relevant. I also liked the beach, the Persian Gulf warms up so much during the day that the water is like milk, I really like this kind of water, it's unpleasant for me to swim in the cold sea. One of our friends lent us a mask (thanks to the kind people), my daughter and I looked at the local flora and fauna, very beautiful fish!
They always give out a towel before going to the beach, there are animators from Kazakhstan and other countries. In general, a very pleasant place to relax.
In this particular hotel, I advise you to take full board, because it takes 15 minutes to walk to the nearest cafe, and in the heat, even after sunset, it's just disastrous for the body))) in the morning at 7 I barely reached the nearest store, I got back by running between pharmacies with air conditioners.
Upon arrival, we were given a room on the 4th floor, but I asked higher, if possible, they improved the category and gave us the 14th floor, we like higher :)))
Of the minuses - the beach does not always have time to clean, one day was so graceful, apparently, the ship passed by the day before, so much dirt was taken out, horror!!! And the whole watermelon, and plastic bottles, and all sorts of scraps. By the evening it was still not cleaned, I was ready to go and collect this stuff myself.
We are resting now in this hotel! He doesn't pull at 5k at all! Pros- clean, there is a Russian-speaking staff, the beach is normal! Cons- the food is very modest! Previously, we had a rest at the Ajman hotel, and there is something to compare it with! It's just that it's being renovated now and so I had to go to another hotel. We chose Firemont..... but he is very inferior. The kitchen is weak!In general, so-so ... you have to try to choose something! It's good that the weather is normal, but the water is cool of course. In general, it will go, it's better than -20 now in Moscow))) But of course we are waiting for our beloved Ajman hotel after renovation! And just go there!!! Firemont should improve and diversify the kitchen and become more cozy! And here's another thing! Take an adapter for sockets with you, our plugs do not fit!and the TV shows only 2 programs, 1 channel and Russia 24. Well, a carousel for children. There is nothing to watch in the evening at all ((( The TV has no Internet!
Excellent hotel, everything is new, renovated, rich marble finish, carpets on the floors. The uniform design of public places, halls, rooms is linked to furniture, decoration, to the smallest detail - the eye is resting. The territory is excellent, the pool with bars, the beach - everything is decent. Package - AI, booze and Cocktails, etc. are normal. The food is of high quality but with a limited set, it was fine for me, but some people complain that not only that, not enough, for example, there are few fish ... everything is learned in comparison, maybe compared to Turkey super 5 stars, such an observation can be made, but if compared with the same Cuba - NLP is all very modest, limited, and not just as delicious , (and about the lack of juices and cocktails with them - generally a nightmare in Cuba) - then everything immediately falls into place . And the food is great, the serving is even better, the booze is generally super, and even one type of fish is frustrating. The sea (water) is warmer than the air during the day in September, and even better (hotter) than in the Maldives. Of course, it's hot outside - you have to take care who doesn't like the heat, stuffiness and beware of burns.
We were at this hotel from 10/20/2024 to 10/27/2024, what I liked was the sea, the beach and the entrance to the water. Well, that's about it. It doesn't pull for 5*, at best 4. The food is meager, very little choice, the hotel is far from new, defense wallpaper, chips on the tile. There is nowhere to go in Ajman, oh, another plus is right next to the hotel there is a store with a huge selection of drunks, an Oscar store and something right next to it.
The staff, the food, the hotel, the beach are great. During my vacation, there were all repairs and construction sites around, there was not much place to walk. But since the calculation was for a beach holiday, I can't call it a minus. In addition, a trip to Dubai and safari - a lot of emotions and did not let you get bored. Separately respect to Ramna from 409 and 410 rooms!
We stayed at this hotel from May 9th to 18th. The room was 717-superior-with a bathtub, shower, bidet, plenty of closets, refrigerator and safe. The view from the room is of the pool and the sea. The beds are very high and comfortable. We cleaned every day, linen and towels were changed a couple of times during our stay. There are few outlets and they are for a triple plug, we contacted the reception several times to have a broken outlet repaired. The staff is polite and friendly. The beach is small, sandy, clean, the sea is warm, clean, beautiful!!! The sun beds had to be occupied very early, at 6 a.m. the first row was already occupied. The food is delicious, not very much, but you will not stay hungry. Fruits include pineapples, tasteless melons, watermelon, grapes, bananas. The staff in the restaurant is slow, it took a long time to clear the table or take an order. There was no hurry to add the finished dishes either. We had an all-inclusive food system with drinks-delicious cocktails, German beer, normal wine. There is a free bus service from the hotel to Dubai Mall.
A wonderful hotel for sophisticated clients. A small area surrounded by greenery, a swimming pool with a beautiful view of the sea
Top restaurants, especially steaks
check-in is clearly at 15:00, not a minute earlier, as in other hotels. Until that time, you sit in the lobby of the hotel or you can swim in the sea or pool, towels were given out calmly before check-in. Breakfast on the first day is not allowed, for a fee of 33.75 dirhams per person. The beach is great. All rooms are by the sea, the rooms are clean, cleaned every day, but they work on the "green line", that is, they save on washing towels, if you don't throw it on the floor, then they just dry it, roll it up and put it back in place, change it every 3 days. Upon check-in, the bathroom door did not close in the room, the shower fasteners did not work, they were repaired only for 3 days, although they contacted their representative, until they left a request for a Russian-speaking person at the reception. Tea and coffee are free in the room, the numbers 8 and 6 do not indicate the cost, but the strength of the brew, at first they also thought that it was paid. In AI, you can order pizza or a burger at the bar at lunch, but they only found out about it from vacationers, they didn't talk about it there. In the bar of the Spectrum restaurant you can also take juices, coffee, cappuccino, latte. The course at the hotel is $ 1=3.45. There is a 24-hour gym, sauna and hammam. You can take a soccer ball, rackets for table tennis, lawn tennis. True, table tennis rackets are very shameful, torn and beaten, not for a hotel at all, in sanatoriums in our south, and that's better. When handing out towels, you can inflate (deflate) your circles, vests, mattresses and other inflatable accessories. There is a free bus from the hotel every day at 11:30, but you need to sign up 2-3 days in advance if there are more than 2 people. There is a free bus to Ajman City Center 3 times every day, you also need to sign up, although this is not written in the memo, they will not put you on the bus without an appointment. The staff is polite, 1 man and 1 woman speak respeshen Russian, they have been a couple of times in 10 days. After check-in, the water supply at the reception was refused, if not Al. Once a trampoline was inflated, an inflatable obstacle course was put up in the sea when the sea is quiet. Oscar store is 100 m away (K&B, Mavt, Bristol). There are no shops with ready-made food nearby. There is a restaurant across the street near the SeaFood pedestrian crossing, very tasty, portions are large, from 20 dirhams a dish. There are a lot of cats along the road, they were fed sausages from the hotel, but the locals also feed them well, some even get their hair done, shave, because it's hot))
We stayed at this hotel for the third time, we really liked everything. Polite and caring staff, excellent service, cleanliness in the room, delicious and varied food. We wish you all the best and further prosperity!!! We hope that we will come again.
We liked everything. Pool food service. In general, the company was good and it was difficult to spoil the rest. But if they ask for a recommendation, I will recommend it. By the way, there's an alcohol store across the hotel) during the day, of course, we drank what was included, but at night we can open our own)
I remembered that I didn't like it. Hookah bar. The local tobacco is bullshit and we brought a jar of our own. They asked us to score ours, but when he returned the jar, there was almost nothing there) if you smoke a hookah, then take a hookah and then forget it yourself and better take a bowl with you to just change the bowls.
I recommend. We had a rest in 2023. The rooms are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned. The staff is polite. I read reviews before the trip that there was little food and worried that the child would not eat local food. The choice of food turned out to be large: porridges, omelets, sweets, salads, soups, meat, fish, sushi, various side dishes. There is a beautiful beach with white sand and clean, warm water on the territory. There are pools with a bar. There is a small children's playroom on the beach, children from 8 years old are likely to be bored in it. If you are interested in excursions, they will also tell you and organize them. Have a good rest!
Now in this hotel..11.11.2024 .The hotel does not pull for 5 ... we rest with children 3 years and 1.... I'll start with the main fat minus - Food.We had three meals a day.there is nothing to feed the children, unless you feed them pizza, French fries and nuggets every day - this is the children's menu offered by the hotel!all the food is seasoned, spicy, in some sauces, etc.One type of fish resembles mackerel.Chicken or pork or rubber beef ... steamed vegetables ... but apparently they were just doused with boiling water - they are hard inside and again sprinkled with spicy seasoning.....we are not very picky.....but this has not been seen yet. When we chose a hotel, we read excellent reviews, but we arrived as if at another hotel....very sorry.I do not recommend this hotel. The sea is warm, the weather is great....but even this does not improve the atmosphere of relaxation!!!
Pros: The hotel is conveniently located with a beautiful beach on one side and restaurants/shops on the other. The Deluxe room is beautiful, clean and spacious, which was important for me and my child. The hotel has minimal children's animation.
Cons: the room is absolutely not ergonomic. 1 (semi-broken) socket, a small and uncomfortable wardrobe, a TV with a broken screen, little space for towel racks, a broken light in the bathroom, no toothbrush cups and many other little things that prevent a comfortable stay.
- We had a serious problem with the children's club – we mixed up the children (mine and the other one), and gave someone else's child (who was crying and thereby plunged the staff of the children's team into terrible stress) to my mother, without having the consent of her parents, simply because she said she knew his mother and could pick up
- Service/maintenance. You ask for everything 10 times and wait for half an hour
In general, we liked it, but taking into account the above problems, we would not have come here a second time.
The hotel is generally not bad.
Upon arrival, they offer to pay for breakfast in the amount of USD 100 (for three people). It's not worth it, the breakfasts are mediocre. Lunch starts at 12:30. It's better to wait. There are few Russian-speaking staff at the reception. Early check-in also costs $100. But you should not hurry, in any case, they settle earlier without additional payment. Keep an eye on WhatsApp, there will be a message about the availability of the number. The pool is nice, with a bar that is open from 11:00. There is an all-inclusive menu that includes juices, cocktails, cola, sprite water, fanta. And there is a menu for an extra.the fee. The sea is a separate thrill, the coast is beautiful, the sea is clean. They make an inscription on the shore every morning, if you want it for yourself, it costs 500 dirhams. The food is monotonous, and a singer performs at dinner. Ice cream is available on request and exclusively for children. There are also three restaurants on site: Turkish, Italian and a sports bar. Drinks are all inclusive, and meals are charged an additional fee of 50 dirhams per person. The rooms are nice, but there are traces of time on the furniture. All rooms have a sea view. In our room, there was a sofa on the large balcony, on which it was convenient to relax in the evenings, anyone from the street can enter the lobby bar. An outsider can also walk around the pool without restriction. Which in my opinion is not very good and not safe. Overall, the hotel is good. In addition, there are buses that run to Dubai Mall and Ajman Center. And I would like to note that if you leave the hotel and go left along the road, walk to the neighboring hotel, then there is a wonderful shop with souvenirs and various goodies. Chocolate, candies, nuts, dates. We were looking for advertised Dubai chocolate, we couldn't find it anywhere, and it was sold 5 minutes away from us. ❤
Excellent hotel, all rooms with sea views. Spacious, well-maintained rooms. Convenient entrance to the sea. Clean beach and lots of sunbeds. Delicious breakfasts, expensive alcohol all inclusive. Within walking distance (200 meters) alcohol market. For trips and excursions, I used a hotel company - cheaper than a tour operator, Russian-speaking guides- drivers.
I was at the hotel in April 2023. I liked everything, I will definitely come back! I recommend it!
Nice hotel, with a very small territory. There is nowhere to walk. Nice panoramic views of the bay from the rooms. The rooms themselves are stylish and cozy. The rooms have a capsule coffee machine, tea and coffee in the assortment. In addition to the shower, there is a stylish large bathtub. The food is excellent . Delicious and varied. We were in early April, the heated pool. Now about the bay. As for the purity of the water, everything is ambiguous here. In general, the water in the Persian Gulf near Ajman is clean, but sometimes household garbage and food float in it, there are also oil stains. It's very difficult to wipe them off afterwards.
There are also tides, the water goes about 30-40 meters during low tide. There are few sun loungers on the beach and, most importantly, umbrellas. From water entertainment - inflatable rides with obstacles for children . The hotel has an employee who writes birthday greetings or words of recognition with a rake on the beach. Very cute. There are many more fresh flowers in the hotel Lobby and on the tables in the evening.
The hotel is old. It doesn't look like a 5K. Repairs and maintenance are required everywhere, as in the rooms (all plumbing leaks), there are no charging outlets, only one near the TV. And it's luxurious and the area is unkempt, the furniture is dirty. The food is tasteless. Ugly. Not appetising served. Not diverse. There is no meat. There are no fish. There are no drinks. How the travel agent imposed this hotel is unclear. We took the All inclusive. But it feels like they haven't even heard of him at the hotel. There are no napkins on the table. You should ask for a glass of juice. The feeling of saving money is right at every step. The bus from the hotel to the Dubai Mall leaves daily, but you can't get on it a week in advance. We were very disappointed right on the 1st day of check-in. I wanted to have a holiday on New Year's Weekend, but I didn't have that feeling. The only plus of the hotel is the First Line and the singer in the restaurant sang very well and that's it!
I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone
We celebrated the new year. We took breakfast and dinner. I liked the hotel. Large rooms, good service. The beach is very clean. In general, a good, good five!!!
A very good hotel, about 3*, firstly, the food is very average, there are very few meat dishes, in principle you can eat too much, but you have to queue everywhere- they start at the entrance to the restaurant, and this is for any time, for breakfast and dinner. Secondly, to take, for example, a piece of fish, you must also stand. The pastry is meager, 4-5 types of cakes and not all are delicious. The coffee machine is constantly running out of milk, and it is not poured, there is little fruit, one day they gave a pear, it was so tough that it could be killed)
The rooms are not bad, we had a suite with 2 rooms, daily cleaning, but I have never heard of a vacuum cleaner being turned on, even though the carpets, bed and towels in the room were not changed either, only folded.
The pool is warm, it is monitored, and daily.
But, there are super huge sun beds in the pool, which cost 150 derham, no one books them, but the price is not reduced, and they are empty every day.
In the room, the master was called several times to repair and screw in the light bulbs.
The furniture is tired and needs to be repaired.
I didn't see the mini-bar, it was empty, although I didn't ask for it.
Water was brought daily.
The staff is very smiling and friendly.
If you ask me if I'm going to go to this hotel. I'm not going. Never.
