We rested from July 25 to August 2, 2024. We had a king room, liked it, large with a king size bed, telephone, safe, bathroom, shower, capsule coffee maker, kettle, etc
I've never seen a passage from the room straight to the bathroom, it's funny. The cleaning is clean, there is a Russian-speaking girl Alexandra at the reception, all the staff are very polite and helpful.
We cruised from the sea and to the pools above. The hotel is located on several levels. Pools with chilled water, at the peak of the heat they bring rags cooled in ice, it is very refreshing!
There is a shuttle to Dubai Mall and Sharjah City Mall, somewhere else, but we didn't go anywhere else. We bought a tour of Dubai, I liked it.
There is a gym, I worked out once (traction machines, stepper), it's a PSU and around the clock.
Turtles were seen when walking along the embankment to the helipad, there are few fish in the sea on the beach, closer to the rocks.
Buffet food, we had HB, good (cottage cheese, meat dishes, fresh and stewed vegetables), omelette in the morning, cheeses, pastries. It's fine in general.
There is some entertainment for children in the conference room. Wifi catches well everywhere.
You can take towels to the beach indefinitely, it's not everywhere so that you don't bother.
In general, I really liked the rest, but I am always surprised by people who talk about boredom on vacation)) We had no time to be bored, thank you!

Minuses:
The food is not very tasty, everything is there, but it is cooked extremely mediocre - I haven't eaten meat for 7 days. Apparently, the chef made a very bad card for the buffet. Thanks to the 2 restaurants that were on site, the same chefs cooked and the food is sooo delicious and large portions.

We are resting at the hotel. November 2023. Great beach, good breakfasts. Big questions about cleanliness. Upon arrival, the room is dirty, three adult women were given one towel for hygiene (bidet) and one for all for the face. They asked to clean up, add large towels and bring a third robe - they did not wait. The declared change of linen on the third day is not made. They took the pillowcase off the pillow... there are no words. The pillow is all stained. All yellow. Waiting for a replacement... will they do... tried to order room service. Promised to call back in a minute.... Went the third day ... still waiting ....

Beautiful spacious rooms. The cleaning is excellent. Meals were taken all inclusive. A wide variety of menus. The beach is clean, there are always free sun loungers.

But if you choose between Ajman Kempinski (we were there with our family in 2019, left very good impressions, did not go there because of repairs, construction), after reading the reviews, I regretted a little that I did not go))))And with this hotel, it's better to go to Ajman! We visited this hotel during the New Year holidays. The room was a family, two-room, everything is fine according to the number, there is a small problem with hot water, it is not always regulated.
The beach is clean, good, but there are not enough sunbeds from the word at all (
The store on the territory is very expensive.
I want to stop in the kitchen. We had breakfast and dinner or lunch of our choice. There is no assortment, everything is the same every day, there were 7 days. The queue is in the morning, the waiters are barely alive. And breakfast and lunch and dinner, it feels like everything is cleaned, then heated and exposed. Great place! The main uniqueness is one of the two alcohol shops in the Emirates, 50 meters away! ))

The hotel, the staff, the beach-I really liked everything!!! We were at this hotel at the end of November, from 22 to 28, the sea was cooler than in summer in June. But it was an excellent temperature for walking both in the afternoon and in the evening. I was here with my wife, we are clean people, and this hotel is not the best in cleanliness, there are divorces everywhere, in the room, in the elevator, in the restaurant, but it's just dirty everywhere, you ask to clean up, a man comes and does the same.
The food tastes good, but we didn't like it, there is no variety, the dishes are dirty, the coffee is bad, the beach is dirty, no one cleans there, the deck chairs are occupied, there are few of them.
The bar is only open until 23:00, then pay, there is no ice cream on the beach, it is generally paid there. In short, anyone who wants to get good service does not set foot there.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days in October 2023 , very convenient location of the hotel from the airport and Dubai Mall. The hotel has three animators who are very polite to take care of the rest of every tourist, always smile, do exercises in the morning, water aerobics and yoga, show program on weekends. The hotel itself is cozy and most importantly polite staff always go to a meeting settled ahead of time)

Good afternoon! Rested in Fairmont from December 18 to December 23, 2022. Two adults + a child of 10 years. Family Deluxe room . The hotel is beautiful, stylish. Not as luxurious as the other five in the UAE. In our opinion, it's still four stars in many ways. The view from the room is excellent: the sea. Cleaned normally. The staff is helpful, attentive. A Russian-speaking manager works at the reception - he helped and prompted a lot. Special thanks to him. All the staff speaks English and not bad.
Didn't like: food and drinks. Coffee is disgusting everywhere (both in the room in the machine and on the buffet), cocktails.. I do not understand how it is possible to make Sunrise and pinocolada so tasteless? At the same time, bottles of alcohol are normal in the bar.. .. Breakfasts, lunches, dinners are monotonous both in terms of assortment and quality of dishes. On the third day, I don't want any of this anymore.. Inedible sausages for breakfast meat.. Bacon helped out, but it wasn't always there. Scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs...Lunch and dinner: chicken, fish.. Equally cooked. There was roast beef once in a week. If you come to dinner an hour before the final, then the goulash is potatoes and carrots, the meat is all caught and will not be replenished. Cucumbers are fresh and delicious, but only "buttocks" will wait for you. Vegetables and greens are juicy and delicious. They were saved by them.
For the first time we "missed" meat.
The pastries are monotonous, croissants too. Fruits: watermelon, grapes, not very ripe melon, pineapple.
If you go on an excursion, then the lunch box will not be collected. They are allowed to take what they want from the table. But apart from croissants, there is objectively nothing to take.

Beautiful, very large rooms, nice beach, hot bay.
I didn't like that the air conditioners were turned on very much , after the heat at 40 you go in and freeze.

We rested at the Fairmont Hotel on 16.12-23.12. We were satisfied with our rest. Lovely Hotel, very helpful staff. We had a check-in at about 00:00 at night, we were immediately taken to the room, and because we did not have time for dinner (until 22:30), we were given a deposit of 100 dirhams per person and we ordered dinner to the room from their restaurant within this amount. The hotel has awesome beds of 1.5 sizes and if they stand separately, then they can be connected) Four of us slept with two children, no one bothered anyone, almost 3 meters wide. Our child got sick and, having agreed with the staff at the restaurant, they brought lunch and dinner to our room, without any problems. They wrote a lot about food. Yes, there are a lot of spicy dishes, but we have never had any problems feeding a 2-year-old child. For 7 days there was chicken, Grilled beef, rolls every day, nuggets, French fries, delicious oatmeal in the morning and very tasty soups! Soups are rich, delicious, absolutely non-empty, dade was Tom yam. Lightly salted salmon was every other day in the morning, but those who came almost to the end of breakfast time, of course, did not find it. We had 3 meals a day, we don't drink alcohol, so we didn't take All inclusive. There was not much animation, only drawing at 10:45 for children and in the evening a disco for half an hour. This is not Turkey, so I don't understand those who compare. These are different countries and different services.
Cleaning the rooms for 4, I would like to be a little more conscientious) well, if you find fault.. Hello. We arrived here on 17.08.2023 with my husband and 4 children and other relatives . A total of 13 people. We were placed very well, the rooms are spacious, clean. This is where the advantages of the hotel ended. Then, from day to day, we observed situations such as a shortage of tables in the restaurant, people had to wait, a very small assortment of food. The children went hungry almost all the time. The staff went and calculated who should have everything included, you can drink coffee / tea, and who has p / p - you can only drink water. There is no music playing in the lobby in the evening, the silence is deathly, there is not even a thermos with tea/ coffee and water on self-service. There's just nowhere to drink and nothing. Not to mention that these are not expensive things. I had to go to drink tea in a nearby Indian cafe. . The service is poor, very weak, the food is zero. This hotel does not correspond to 5 stars at all. Price and quality are not neighbors here . The impression of our entire extended family's vacation was spoiled. Of course, we won't come back here next time and we won't recommend it to anyone.

We had a family vacation in Fairmont Ajman in September 2023 (my husband and my daughters are 1 year and 12 years old). A 10-day tour. We were in the UAE for the first time.
I'll start in order to present the full picture:
Initially, when searching for a hotel in the UAE, we were guided by the following points: all inclusive; 5* star rating; 1st line; own beach; availability of pools for children and adults; availability of a two-bedroom room with a sea view; good food, because with children; walking distance to street shops, distance from the airport (no more than 30 km).
Of the above list, we received 90%, with the exception of the item "nutrition", the reason I will describe a little below.
Room: the category "expectation/reality", and the moment when reality completely surpassed expectation, the Room looks much cooler in person than in the hotel photo. We lived in a corner suite with a sea view (303) and perhaps staying in this room smoothed out all the other moments we encountered. The room had two balconies in each room, two dressing rooms, a large dressing room in the master bedroom, there was also a bathroom and a shower, there was just enough space for everyone. The room was equipped with everything necessary (a kettle, a mini-car, coffee capsules, a tea set, daily drinking water was delivered to everyone, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board, all toiletries, stationary hangers, bathrobes, slippers and even floor scales, a corkscrew, an ice bucket). There is a large corner sofa in the big room, a separate single bed was brought to us for the eldest daughter, the three of us slept on a huge King size bed. It is impossible to dry clothes on the balcony, as it is established by the rules of the hotel, not from the first time, with a fight we got a clothes dryer. Cleaning was carried out daily.
Hotel: huge lobby, 3 restaurants, of which one is the main dining room and 2 a la carte (Turkish and Italian). In A la carte, everything is paid, except for drinks, which are free, if all inclusive, from morning until 23.00, they work until 02:00, the kitchen closes at midnight.
A small, well-groomed territory, a Playground, a children's room.
2 pools for children (with a convenient entrance for children, our youngest herself stomped and played there) and the main one, with it a bar, which is convenient to swim or walk to. A gym equipped with exercise equipment for any choice. Sun beds are a separate joke, in order to take a place near the pool, you will need to work very hard, because hotel guests throw their towels from the very early morning and they stay there until the evening. And it doesn't matter that there will be no one there, the place is occupied, neither to yourself, not to people! Especially our compatriots shine in this regard. Near the sea, sunbeds are always free, there are no problems with this. Of course, a big recommendation to the hotel, if no one came back for a towel for two hours, then feel free to clean them, because it was extremely inconvenient for families like me and the baby, we ran around the pool with a stroller in the heat to leave things at least somewhere, and it was wild on the beach, there with the baby is hard. The beach itself is well-groomed, clean, the staff cleans the territory day and night, literally. They strictly monitor in the evening and at night, so that no one swims in the sea and makes a mess. I also liked the rule that you can't go into the hotel in swimsuits without clothes, you don't see these half-naked people in wet swimsuits, in the restaurant and lobby, such discipline is only for the benefit of the external environment of the hotel, everything is decent and pleasing to the eye.
Nutrition: the all inclusive system itself is extremely special for them, and to be honest, this is the first time we have encountered such a service, which means that meals are strictly at the allotted time of day for breakfast / lunch / dinner, there are no more snack bars, that is, to have something to eat, for example, for children - wait for the strictly allotted time and only in the main restaurant, taking food outside with you is not welcome there. Non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks are also available only in the restaurant * at the allotted time of breakfast/lunch/dinner and in the bar by the pool, which is open until 21.00. Then you can order them in any restaurants until 23.00, then everything is paid.
Another nuance, if suddenly at night, you wanted something to eat, then the kitchen of A la carte restaurants works until midnight, then wait for the morning. We got out of this situation by ordering food from a local cafe across the street at What's up.
In general, the breakfasts are the coolest there, unlike lunch or dinner. An abundance of different desserts, fresh pastries, different omelets, poached eggs, Sliced, cheese, cooking of your choice scrambled eggs or omelet with fillers, the freshest granola with nuts, raisins and honey, natural chicken and pork sausages, potato pancakes, waffles, pancakes, toasts, toppings with fruit, porridge, delicious coffee from coffee machines (a choice for every taste), dinner is quite monotonous (local and European cuisine, everything is freshly prepared, with fervor, with heat, but the choice is not huge). I can mention the desserts, this time they were really very tasty (the eldest came off on them), in principle, you can eat from the belly and no one will go hungry, but my husband and I were not very enthusiastic about dinner and lunch, because we have been to many places and there is something to compare. Perhaps if all these nuances were known to us when choosing a hotel, we would have treated it easier. Nevertheless, the general impressions of the rest diluted the picture with food, because we did not fly around the clock and eat delicacies, but we flew for the enjoyment of the sea, sun and vacation, after a long break of flights to resorts, the reason for which was, among other things, a decree.
Animation: the animators are active and cheerful, non-intrusively invite you to take part in their movement (yoga on the grass, aerobics in the pool, various activities, disco and contests for kids in the evenings). We are not fans of animation, we can and "can" entertain ourselves, but it was fun for the kids, the guys are great fellows, not annoying, kind and cheerful.
Infrastructure: next to the hotel within walking distance, across the street a number of cafes and shops, souvenir shops, across the street there is an exchange, 5 minutes walk on the side of the hotel there is an Oscar alcohol store (near the Beach Ajman hotel) , where the choice of drinks is at the Duty Free level at affordable prices. If you go a little further, you can walk through a small park with fans and the embankment.
The main rule of the hotel is: "ask and they will help you." I would like to express my gratitude to Fedor separately, he is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception, in many ways solved our questions, a very responsive and kind guy, respect for him, respect and great luck. And in general, all the staff is smiling, responsive and polite. I can't help but note the attitude of local residents to children, this is a separate topic of joy, affection and kind attitude, personally I was very captivated by this moment.
I won't say anything about the excursions, this time we had an exclusively hotel vacation with a baby, but next time we will definitely go to the Burj Khalifa observation deck. The hotel has a free shuttle service to the Mall, where there are singing fountains and the Burj Khalifa itself (you need to sign up for it in advance).
Summing up my rather big story, I will say that we give a solid 8.5 points to the Fairmont Ajman hotel according to the 10-point system, if you work on the service, and in particular on the all inclusive system, then everything will definitely be top. We wish great prosperity and success to the Hotel and its diligent staff. Our vacation was definitely cool.

Hello) we are resting at the hotel now. Arrived on 30.11.2022. I read reviews about the features and was worried about driving.
As A RESULT, EVERYTHING IS FINE.
Top hotel. The room stock is gorgeous, all rooms have a sea view. We live on the 4th floor and it's high because the ceilings here are 5-10 meters on the first floors. Even higher and I don't want to.
On food: outraged by mixed reviews. The food here is great all day! It is built on the principle of a healthy attitude to food. On the first day, eat fish, the second bird, the third luxurious veal. It is not necessary to overeat everything on the first day. Then there will be variety for you. There are a lot of products with a high check for Russia. Sprouts! Mangoes, pineapples, strawberries, blueberries, top cheeses, etc.
You won't find fries and burgers here. There is no fried, batter and other filth. It's delicious for me. There is a lot of food. Soups are NOT empty. These are pumpkin or cream soups. There are gorgeous fish restaurants. Don't worry!
The beach is clean, the sand is white, everywhere smells delicious Arab care. The greenery is beautiful on the territory. The pool is large. There are always sun beds. Towels are fluffy and soft-they are changed every day at the entrance to the pool.
Room cleaning EVERY DAY! Clean clean, everything smells so cool.

Excellent hotel, clean sea, sandy entry into the water, excellent rooms with high ceilings, gorgeous view, good food, a la carte restaurants are quite tasty, there is a place to walk along the sea, not far from Dubai. The only drawback is the constant queue at the pool bar, but you can survive it
