A Great Spot for Family Time
We love coming to Tiny Healthy Family Cafe. The menu has something for everyone, and the kids enjoy the healthy options. It's a nice place to relax and have a meal together.

The food is not bad. There is enough choice for different people, wallets and companies. That's all.
Among the disadvantages: they absolutely cannot cope with the flow of visitors during the season. I waited for my 2-course order for 1.5 hours. An hour and a half, Carl! Whatever the kitchen load is, it's too much. I was warned that the wait is 40 minutes, but damn it, why do I have to remind the staff about my order twice, why don't I receive my order when the influx of guests decreases? Already half of the guests are sitting in the hall and the situation is not changing and there are no apologies for the long wait. This is just nonsense, even by the standards of Abkhazia

On the first day of rest, we were looking for a place to have a delicious meal after a long journey. The Family cafe seemed like a nice place to us. The waiter brought us the menu, when we were ready to place an order, the waiter warned that all prices had changed, plus 100-200 rubles. to the price of the dish from the menu and 10% service fee was automatically included. When asked about wine, she told me something confusingly and was generally dissatisfied, because perplexity was considered on our faces. We ordered caesar and beer, overall the salad was not bad. To begin with, due to the blackout, they could not get into their favorite Sunrest restaurant, so they had to look for similar establishments.

It looks like a decent, clean, cozy place
We ordered 2 caesars, with chicken and shrimp, burger, fettuccine, lemonade.
The waiting time for the first courses was more than an hour🥲
About food... the indicated grams on the menu are not true, the portions are small, the filling in salads: 1 quail egg, cut into halves, 1 cherry, also cut, 3 cordially fried shrimp, burger is ordinary, delicious, fettuccine had 1.5 shrimp(cut into halves)
The waiters seemed polite and friendly... for the time being…
After reading the reviews about the discrepancy between the price in the menu and the receipt, we were ready for this "trick"
And so it turned out.…
We were not warned about the service fee of 10% (we were also ready for this, as we saw the menu drawn with a felt-tip pen at the bottom), about the time of serving food (we only heard how each of these empty tables was told about a power outage and as a result of a long supply, for a minute, 1 hour has passed since the light was turned on an hour, if you were not ready for your work and servicing potential customers, you did not need to open ... to be honest, judging by other reviews, the reason was obviously no later than turning on the light ..), well, the most interesting thing is about the discrepancy in the price of the menu / receipt.
The combination of these factors influenced the subsequent situation…
Excluding 10% for the service (which we were not informed about), we saw that the price of lemonade was 50 rubles higher than indicated. Here we went on the principle. The discrepancy between the price of the menu and reality does not oblige me to pay something extra (while waiting for an order, we never heard how the waiter was approached with a question of price discrepancy, to which there was an answer: "I warned you", "Oh, I forgot to warn you", we heard the same thing in our case, to my arguments that the client is obliged to pay at the prices indicated in the menu, the first time there was an answer: "the menu is under development, therefore so", in the following: "we pay 50 rubles extra!".
If it weren't for all the impression that had developed, a warning in advance, I wouldn't give a damn about these unfortunate 50 rubles ... but when they are so negligent about their work (we are talking about chefs), it comes to principles..
A boorish attitude, an awfully long wait, the absence of any clarification, inconsistency of grammars, prices, that's what you get by visiting this institution!

We have chosen a cafe for daily visits on vacation! There is nowhere worse than this place! We are absolutely not picky and grateful visitors, but the Family Cafe has crossed all boundaries! An alcoholic cocktail was brought to the child!!! Instead of a non-alcoholic mahito! the child waited for the main course for an hour, soup and pasta were brought to us, and we waited for the boat and vegetable slicing for the same hour, of course the dishes cooled down, and I didn't want to eat anything anymore! As a result, the culmination was a cheese plate brought instead of a vegetable one! Not a word of apology was heard from Amina's assistant, on the contrary-Amina insisted that we ordered a cheese plate, and I, as a client, was sorry to prove to her that no one eats cheese! By the way, pizza on thin dough (this is not indicated anywhere). I can't say that this is a minus, but still I think that such moments should be prescribed

You can't imagine how great it is to enter an air-conditioned gym after the heat! The service is super. The food is great. A little more expensive than in other establishments, but it's worth it. My wife got sick, but she really liked tiramisu - they allowed me to take the container with him with me on my word of honor. I definitely recommend it!

Homemade lemonade is delicious, but the price in the receipt differs from the price on the menu.
The mandatory service fee is 10%. And this is for poor service and so-so food. Therefore, the price of the dishes does not correspond to the institution at all.

The prices on the menu differed from those that appeared in the bill, for example, compote instead of 500 came out at 550, and a cup of tea instead of 50 at 100, pizza turned out to be more expensive by 100 rubles. The most disgusting place of all that we visited in Gagra, Pitsunda.

The establishment is one of the greedy ones. A couple of assistants both for themselves and for the bartender, probably also for the cook, since they waited an hour for the order.

This place is from the category, I visited it once and forgot it like a bad dream.

Of the advantages:Nice interior. Pleasant environment. Almost everything that was taken was cooked deliciously (I just didn't like the pasta very much).

We were looking for a place to eat barbecue. I liked the service, the modern level of the cafe, delicious food. We ordered vegetables from Abkhazia, cheese slicing, pork and lamb kebabs. I was pleasantly surprised by the tomato sauce- it's not the tomato ketchup, not even the ice cream. This is a spicy moderately cool sauce. The kebab was 4+, it was a little dry, but just for my wife. In general, everything is good, I recommend it.

1. The food is honestly very tasty. Khachapur is decent, tasty, not sour. There was one mistake, one day we ordered pancakes for breakfast, it was very tasty, on the second day we ordered pancakes, they tasted like onions and smelled too. It was a shame. The beef burger is a credit.
2. Drinks. We also took green tea, coffee, homemade red wine (I advise. On August 22, the price of a glass is 120₽) a used mojito is good. Oriental coffee is very popular (the waiter Svetlana makes coffee incredibly tasty. Quote "coffee does not like haste, enjoy") custard tea is generally top, take green with mint, it's fire 🔥
3. The atmosphere. An excellent air conditioning system is working. The bathroom is excellent, you rarely find such a thing in Abkhazia. The music does not scream, plays quietly, does not bother. The interior is amazing 😻
4. Maintenance. There seems to be a problem with the staff, it would be nice to hire a couple more waiters, because sometimes you have to wait a long time for the waiter to come to you.
